When testing various images outdoors with an infrared imaging system, it is necessary to save the tested images for comparison. In addition, after the test, it should be possible to easily connect to the PC and download the stored data. With the recent development of the memory system, it is possible to design an infrared image storage board for an outdoor test by using the eMMC memory that can be easily used in the form of an on board. In this paper, we describe the design of a portable image storage board that can easily store and download infrared images, and describe the GUI program that can connect to a PC and download the stored images.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify influencing factors affecting service quality provided by caregivers working for the elderly with dementia. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from 214 caregivers in a long-term care facility in D city. The data were analyzed with service quality, dementia knowledge, work value, and job performance confidence. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in service quality depending on the health status. Factors influencing service quality were work value, and job performance confidence with R² value of 38%. The highly influencing factors were work value, and job performance confidence. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the effort to improve the service quality of caregivers should focus on work value and job performance confidence.

A small millimeter-wave tracking radar is a pulse radar that searches, detects, and tracks a target in real time through a TWS (Track While Scan) method on a sea-going traps target with a large RCS running at low speed. This paper describes the development of a simulated signal generator to verify the performance of a small millimeter wave tracking radar in laboratory anechoic chamber environment. We describe a GUI program for testing and performance analysis in conjunction with hardware configuration and tracking radar, and verified the simulated signal generator implemented through performance test.

This is a comparative study on the policy of Korea and Japan for improving upland farming mechanization. Purpose of the study is to set a policy direction of improving efficiency of farm management by using agricultural machinery. Research topic is the agricultural mechanization policy at the national level. The research attempts to classify mechanization policies into framework plan, R&D, rent and lease program, upland farm promotion policies. Major features of the comparative analysis are followed. First, there is a similarity between policies of Korea and Japan in terms of the aim of framework plan and other policies settings. However, Japanese policies focus more on the joint management of farming than Korean policies. Japanese policies take an entire system covering from farm to market into account. Second, Japanese policies have much attention to the agricultural organizations such as corporate, cooperatives that are eligible for using agricultural machinery. This is different from Korean policy. Thus, upland farming mechanization policy needs to set priority, and to have systemic approach. Also, upland farming mechanization policy has to be facilitated in accordance with producer organizations and their marketing strategies.

Red phosphors, $Sr_2Si_5N_8:Eu^{2+}$, were synthesized as a single-phase crystal structure by optimizing carbon and $Eu^{2+}$ contents in a carbothermal reduction nitridation method. With increasing $Eu^{2+}$ contents, the photoluminescence spectra were red-shifted from 600 nm peak for 1 mol% for to 700 nm for 7 mol%. It was suggested that this red shift is attributed to the energy transfer from one low-energy sited $Eu^{2+}$ (1) to other high-energy sited $Eu^{2+}$ (2). Finally, the best red sample (620 nm emission peak and 80 nm half width for 3 mole% of $Eu^{2+}$) was packaged on a Blue LED together with two additional green and yellow phosphors, the fabricated White LED showed a high color-rendering index of 90 and white color coordinates of x= 0.321 and y = 0.305.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify factors affecting the innovative behavior of military hospital personnel. Methods: The study involved the analysis of 146 structured questionnaires received from military hospital personnel in D city and S city. Data were collected from January 10 to February 9, 2019. The SPSS/WIN 24.0 program was used for data analysis, which included the t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The multiple regression analysis showed that factors affecting innovative behavior of military hospital staff were the natural reward strategies of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies of self-leadership, and organization-based psychological ownership ($R^2=.30$). Conclusion: The results suggest that to promote innovative behavior in military hospital staff, it is necessary to implement strategies that inspire self-leadership and psychological ownership.

The creation of academic start-up firms is an important and practical issue in the management of technology in Japan. The present study designs a model for creating academic start-up firms that fits into the social context. It focuses on the case of FIRST Program, an initiative that consists of 30 projects in innovative arenas, analyses the presence of large-scale public funding, and investigates the role of venture capitalists as support personnel in each project. As a result, the presence and significance of 'long-term escort' by an 'entrepreneurial venture capitalist (EP-VCist)' were confirmed as common features across the cases observed. EP-VCist refers to a person who can maintain and fulfil dual roles at a university and a venture capital firm, and who can take the lead throughout the venturing process as a risk taker. 'Long-term escort' is a form of support that reduces risks in the venturing process by supporting university researchers in the pre-entrepreneurial stage and by exerting a robust bridging role between a university and an industry.

Purpose: This study examined the influencing factors of caregiver burden on the oral health-related quality of life of the spouse of an elderly person with dementia at home. Methods: The participants were 115 spouses of dementia patients registered at dementia safety centers in five health centers in D city. Data were collected from June through December in 2019, using questionnaires of Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-49) and Burden Interview (BI). The data were analyzed using an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 Program. Results: A negative correlation was observed between the oral health-related quality of life and caregiver burden (r=-37, p<.001). The caregiver burden (β=-.28, p=.001), subjective health status (β=.39, p<.001), and dental clinic visit (β=-.25, p=.002) explained 33.0% of the variance in the oral health-related quality of life. Conclusion: The development of nursing care for spouses of dementia patients will be needed to reduce the caregiver burden and enhance subjective health status and dental clinic visit, which influence the oral health-related quality of life of spouse of elderly people with dementia at home.

This study conducted a risk assessment using the HyKoRAM program created by international joint research. Risk assessment was conducted based on accident scenarios and worst-case scenarios that could occur in the facility, reflecting design specifications of major facilities and components such as compressors, storage tanks, and hydrogen pipes in the hydrogen charging station, and environmental conditions around the demonstration complex. By identifying potential risks of hydrogen charging stations, we are going to derive the worst leakage, fire, explosion, and accident scenarios that can occur in hydrogen storage tanks, treatment facilities, storage facilities, and analyze the possibility of accidents and the effects of damage on human bodies and surrounding facilities to review safety.

Purpose - This study is aim to stimulate ESG management of SMEs in Korea with SWOT analysis. Presently, ESG is also affecting a company's supply chain and sales. We tried to make the complementary point of Korea SMEs through domestic and foreign cases. Design/methodology/approach - We divide foreign cases into three countries, and in Korea, also divide into three groups of government, major companies, SMEs to conduct SWOT analysis. Findings - We confirmed that ESG activities were delayed in Korea compared to overseas, but the government and major companies were responding quickly. However, SMEs are complaining of difficulties in ESG activities due to cost issues and limited information. Nevertheless, some SMEs companies show the possibility by carrying out ESG activities based on their own strengths. Research implications or Originality - We suggested the need for SMEs' ESG management. The SMEs are inevitably vulnerable to ESG management compared to other groups. Therefore, We suggested the direction of SMEs ESG management expansion, that are R&D and distribution of eco-friendly activities through collaboration with universities(E), social program to improve working places(S), and expansion of governance that guarantees autonomy(G).
