중요도·성취도 분석을 통한 주민자치형 유아숲체험장 효용성 평가 - 서울시 금천구를 사례로 - (The Efficiency Evaluation of the Forest Experience Center for Children Led by the Local Community through an Importance Performance Analysis - A Case in Geumcheon-gu District, Seoul, South Korea -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 효과적인 숲유치원교육을 위한 체험형 운영방식으로서 주민자치형 유아숲체험장의 효용성을 조명하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 12개소의 서울시 유아숲체험장 중 2014년 유일하게 주민자치운영을 한 금천구 유아숲체험장에 대하여 중요도 성취도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석에 필요한 설문자료는 총 36문항으로 공간 시설영역 20문항, 운영 프로그램영역 16문항(주민자치운영영역 6문항 포함)으로 구성하고, 설문조사는 2015년 1월 12일~19일 동안 실시되었다. 설문대상자는 2014년 본 연구대상지에서 숲교육을 담당했던 숲교육전문가 15명과 숲체험 프로그램에 참여했던 19개 보육기관의 당시 인솔교사 50명으로서, 분석자료로 최종 사용된 응답지는 각각 13부, 43부이다. 연구결과, 먼저 공간 시설영역에 대한 중요도, 성취도 평균값은 각각 숲교육전문가가 4.07, 3.78로, 보육기관 교사가 4.16, 3.84로 나타났고, 운영 프로그램영역에 대한 중요도 성취도 평균값은 각각 숲교육전문가가 4.38, 4.16으로, 보육기관 교사가 4.44, 4.00으로 나타났다. 두 집단 모두 공간 시설영역을 운영 프로그램영역보다 낮게, 중요도보다 성취도를 낮게 평가하였다. 두 집단 모두 중요도 성취도가 높아 '지속적인 노력 유지'가 필요한 것으로 평가된 항목들은, 공간 시설영역으로 '접근성', '안전성', '각 공간별 숲길로의 연결성', '개별자연물', '안전시설'의 5개 항목과 운영 프로그램영역으로 주민자치 운영을 통한 '숲교육전문가의 유아행동에 대한 유연성', '숲교육전문가의 진행전문성', 숲프로그램의 '흥미성, 다양성', '유연성', '숲교육전문가의 역할'의 5개 항목으로 나타났다. '숲체험활동의 지원'을 포함한 주민자치운영영역의 항목들은 대부분 '중요하다'라는 평가를 받았지만, '지역활성화 노력'을 포함한 몇 개의 항목들이 성취도측면에서 낮게 평가되었다. 그러나 중요도에서 높은 평가를 받은 만큼, 향후 '우선시정'이 된다면 성취도측면에서 높은 평가가 예상된다. 또한 중요도 성취도 모두 높게 평가된 '숲교육전문가의 역할'을 포함한 프로그램영역이 주민자치운영으로 인해 더 실행가능할 수 있었던 항목이었음을 고려해 보았을 때, 주민자치운영은 긍정적인 평가를 받은 것으로 판단된다. 결과적으로 주민자치에 의한 운영은 체험형 숲유치원교육을 위한 유아숲체험장의 운영방식으로서 그 효용성이 있으며, 앞으로 이러한 운영방식이 '지속적인 노력'과 '우선시정'을 할 수 있는 지속성을 갖출 때, 주민자치형 유아숲체험장은 효율적인 체험형 숲유치원교육을 위한 대안이 될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

자립적인 노후생활을 위한 노인용 코하우징 교수·학습 과정안 개발 및 적용 - 고등학교 기술·가정을 중심으로 - (Development and Application of the Teaching·Learning Process Plan of Senior Cohousing for Independent later Life - Focusing on high school Technology·Home Economics -)

  • 이 연구는 고등학교 기술 가정에 적용하여 자립적인 노후생활을 실천할 수 있는 역량을 기르기 위한 노인용 코하우징 교수 학습과정안과 학습자료를 개발하여 실행한 후, 학생평가와 교사평가를 통해 이 교수 학습과정안의 수업효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 ADDIE 교수 설계 모형에 따라 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가 단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 분석 단계에서는 교육과정, 교과서, 선행연구를 분석하여 총괄학습 목표와 차시별 수업주제를 정하였고, 설계 단계에서는 교수 학습 내용을 재구성하여 수업 진행과정을 설계하였고, 개발 단계에서는 학습자 중심의 수업 방법을 적용하여 총 5차시분의 노인용 코하우징 교수 학습과정안과 다양한 교수 학습 자료(학습활동지 28개, 과제활동지 2개, 교사 읽기자료 26개, 동영상자료 10편, PPT 4편 등)와 수업평가용 질문지를 개발하였다. 실행은 2015. 8. 17~9. 3까지 3주간 제주도 인문계 P고등학교 1학년 6학급 전체 학생(150명)을 대상으로 교과담당교사가 실시하였고, 평가는 5차시 수업 종료 직후 설문지를 통해 노인용 코하우징 수업에 대한 학생의 평가와 수업 실행 교사의 수업 기록물과 연구자와의 면담 내용, 연구자의 참관기록을 바탕으로 종합하였다. 연구 결과, 수업 전반에 대한 학생의 참여도, 학습주제 이해, 학습 자료와 학습활동의 적정성, 미래 생활에의 도움 예상 정도 등의 평가가 고르게 높았으며, 노인과 노후준비의 필요성에 대한 이해 강화, 노인용 코하우징에 대한 이해 형성, 고령친화산업과 노인 관련 직업에 대한 관심을 향상시켰다. 학습자 중심의 수업활동 중 특히 노인용 코하우징 만들기 실습활동과 사례조사 발표가 효과적이었다. 학생과 교사의 평가가 높았던 마을 만들기 모둠활동의 결과물에는 수업이 실행된 제주도의 특색인 돌하르방, 해수욕장, 오름, 풍력발전 등이 표현되어 이 수업을 통해 거주하고 있는 지역사회에 관심을 갖고, 자긍심을 높일 수 있는 가능성을 엿볼 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서 개발한 교수 학습 과정안은 청소년이 앞으로 살아갈 고령사회를 인식하여 나뿐만 아니라 부모님, 조부모님의 자립적인 노후생활을 위한 준비에 관심을 갖고, 이웃과 함께 더불어 살아가는 건강하고 행복한 가정생활 문화를 주도할 수 있는 실천적 역량을 기르는 데 도움이 되는 수업이라고 볼 수 있겠다.

일부지역 고등학생의 성교육 실태와 성경험에 따른 성교육 요구도 조사 (On Investigation of Status of Sex Education and Sex Education Needs of High School Students by Their Sexual Experience)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for practical and concrete program development, which can give students satisfaction in sex education. To achieve this purpose, an actual status of sex education for high school student and their sexual experience were investigated. And then tried to find out if there is difference of satisfaction in sex education and contents that they want to learn based on having sexual experience or not. For this study, a questionnaire of sexual awareness was conducted on 562 students among first graders and second graders of high school located in Kongju city, from on October 4th, 2004 to on October 15th. But only 550 answer sheets among 562 were analyzed, for 12 answer sheets were not proper enough to apply to this study. The collected data was computerized using SPSS WIN in frequency and percentage for actual condition of sex education and sexual experience and for satisfaction at the result of sex education based on having sexual experience or not. And then the $x^2$-test was verify the difference. The requirement for sex education, based on having sexual experience or not, was analyzed using t-test by computerizing the average and standard deviation. The conclusion of this study are as followings; 1. 93.8% students have ever been taught for sex education by teachers, but nursing teacher among them was the higher percentage than any other teachers. They took courses for sex education in discretion class, and the teaching method was a kind of lecture. 2. After taking sex education, 37.6% students said that it was boring, for they had already known the contents of the courses, and 43.8% students said that they acquired sex knowledge through the Internet and mass media. 3. It was highest percentage that 36.9% students had no agony about sex. The most serious worry was a sexual impulse and the sexual psychology of the opposite sex. To solve these worries, 61.6% students said that they consulted with their friends. 4. It showed that 89.9% male students and 71.6% female students had experiences various lascivious materials, 81.4% male students, 7.2 female students experienced masturbation, 52.7% female student and 44.8% male students experienced kissing or hugging, and 13.7% male students and 9.9% female students experienced sexual intercourse. 5. The satisfaction for sex education based on having sexual experience or not was different. In short, it showed that the students who experienced sexual experiences such as accessing to lascivious materials, kissing, hugging, and sexual intercourse except masturbation thought that sex education was important than the students who didn't experience sexual experiences. On the other hand, the students who didn't experience sexual experiences were more satisfied with the contents and level of sex education than the students who experienced sexual experiences. 6. The requirement for sex education based on having sexual experience or not was also different. The students who experienced sexual experiences wanted to learn an acquaintance with the other sex than the others. On the other hand, the students who didn't experience sexual experience wanted to learn friendship and love. The students who experienced sexual experience except masturbation was more desirable for taking sex education than the other students. In conclusion, it is fully required that sex education should be regular subject in school and teachers who are charge of sex education should be experts in this field, for only expert can teach systematic and adequate sex knowledge to students. In addition, it is also essential to understand contents of sex education which can be satisfactory for students' requirement. So we should develop concrete and practical programs for sex education.

쇠고기 선택 속성의 관여도와 선호도가 구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Potential Effects of Consumer Preference for Beef and Involvement in the Attributes of Beef Selection on Consumers' Purchase Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 미국산 쇠고기에 대한 소비자의 선호도와 쇠고기를 선택하는데 있어서 쇠고기 관여도, 쇠고기 구매 의도 간의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2008년 7월 11일부터 7월 13일까지 서울, 대전, 대구 지역에 위치한 대형 할인 마트 2곳을 각각 선정하여 방문한 고객을 대상으로 실시하였고, 278부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 소비자들은 쇠고기를 구매할 때 안전성을 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났고, 지방의 양, 브랜드를 중요하지 않게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 수입산 쇠고기 중 호주산쇠고기는 소비자들에게 신뢰를 얻고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 한우 선호도와 호주산 쇠고기의 선호도는 긍정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 쇠고기 선택 속성에 대한 저관여 집단이 고관여 집단보다 미국산 쇠고기 구매 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 쇠고기 선택 속성에 대한 관여도가 미국산 쇠고기 구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 미국산 쇠고기 선호도를 통제한 상태에서 분석을 실시한 결과, 쇠고기 선택 속성의 관여도는 미국산 쇠고기 구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 쇠고기 선택 속성의 관여도와 관련성이 있는 인구통계학적 특성은 성별로 나타났고, 저관여에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 성별에 따라서 여자가 남자보다 미국산 쇠고기 선호도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

부산권 치과위생사의 정서적 조직몰입 영향 요인 분석 -근로생활의 질을 중심으로- (Analysis of Impact Factors of Affective Commitment in Organization of Dental Hygienist in Susan Area -Focused on Quality of Working Life(QWL)-)

  • 이 연구는 치과위생사의 정서적 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 근로생활의 질 요인을 분석함으로써 이들의 근로생활의 질 향상과 더불어 조직에의 애착과 몰입을 추구하고 근로생활의 보람과 궁극적인 삶의 만족도를 높이는 방안을 찾고 치과경영에서의 인적관리의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 부산 경남 지역에 위치한 치과 의료기관에 근무하는 치과위생사를 대상으로 설문조사 하였고 197부의 설문지를 연구에 이용하였다. 연구결과 근로생활의 질과 정서적 몰입의 구성요소 간 요인별로 높은 상관관계를 보였고, 정서적 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 근로생활의 질 요인 분석 결과 근무환경, 인간관계, 사회적 유익성이 정서적 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 치과 의료기관은 인적 경영관리 차원에서 근무환경 및 복리후생 개선과, 직원 간 원활한 인간관계를 형성할 수 있도록 하며, 정기적 사회봉사나 지역주민을 위한 서비스 제공으로 자긍심과 애사심을 고취시키고, 치과위 생사들은 보다 긍정 적 인 생각으로 근무기관과 자기발전을 위해 끊임 없는 노력으로 업무능력 향상과 직업적 가치를 높이는 것이 중요하다고 생각된다.

3개 대학병원의 주 진단 코딩사례 평가 (Evaluation of Current Coding Practices in 3 University Hospitals)

  • Background : Coding of principal diagnosis is essential component for producing reliable health statistics. We performed this study to evaluate the current practice of principal diagnoses determination and coding, and to give some basic data to improve coding of principal diagnosis. Method : Nineteen medical record administrators (MRAs) of 3 university hospitals participated in coding principal Dx. from August 1, 2001 to August 31, 2001. From each hospital, 10 medical records of patients with high frequency disease were selected randomly. Each 10 medical records were grouped into three (A. B, C). Then, these 30 medical records were given to each MRAs for coding. At the same time questionnaire was given to each of them. Questions were to prove how they decide and code the principal diagnosis among many current diagnoses; how they decide and code the principal diagnosis when they see irrelevant diagnosis recorded as the principal diagnosis in medical record, when only tentative diagnoses were recorded without final diagnosis, and when different diagnoses were recorded in different sheets of same record. Agreement of coding among 3 hospitals were compared and survey results were analysed with SAS 6.12. Results : Agreement of coding was found in medical records 5-6 of each 10 medical records. Causes of disagreement were as follows. Difference of clinician's opinion from each hospital; mixed use of guideline from KCD-3 and guideline from DRG; difference in 4th digit classification according to the absence of pathology report in the medical record; difference of abbreviations among hospitals. 57.9% of MRAs selected the principal diagnosis recorded by physician, 42.1% of MRAs decided principal diagnosis after consulting to KCD-3 guideline. When there were difficulties in determining the principal diagnosis, 42.1% of MRAs decided principal diagnosis after discussion with the physician, 26.3% after discussion with fellow MRAs. Conclusion : There were differences in codings among hospitals. To minimize the difference, we suggest the development of disease-specific guidelines for coding in addition to the current general guideline such as KCD-3. To do this, Coding Clinic which can produce guidelines is needed.

민간경비원의 직무자원동원성 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factor on Influencing the Job Resourcefulness of the Private Security Guards)

  • 이 연구는 민간경비원의 직무자원동원성 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하여, 민간경비원의 직무자원동원성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효율적 방안을 제시하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 직무자원동원성에 관한 선행연구를 통해 보상체계, 직원개발기회, 의사결정참여, 개인통제와 대인통제, 성취욕구, 자아존중감을 직무자원동원성 영향요인으로 선택하였으며, 직무자원동원성 영향요인을 분석하기 위하여 서울, 인천, 경기지역 민간경비원들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 총 248부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 보상체계, 의사결정참여, 개인통제와 대인통제, 성취욕구, 자아존중감은 민간경비원의 직무자원동원성에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 민간경비원의 조직 및 개인특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 교육프로그램의 개발과 이러한 특성을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 여러 장치가 개발되어야 할 것을 시사하고 있다. 그러나 직원개발기회는 직무자원동원성에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 향후 민간경비 조직 운영 및 관리방안에 필요한 제언을 제시하였다.

산모 및 신생아 상태에 따른 산후우울증 유발 위험인자 분석 (Assessment of Maternal and Neonatal Risk Factors for Postpartum Depression)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were in understanding maternal and neonatal risk factors for postpartum depression using Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS). Methods: Among 788 women, who had delivery include cesarean section in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at OO medical center from May 28th 2008 to October 6st 2009, 72 women filled out EPDS questionnaire sheets. Additional aspects included for the analysis are maternal factors including age, number of children, parity, delivery method, and hemoglobin; and neonatal factors such as weight, sex, gestational age, apgar score, and neonatal intensive care unit admission. Comparison was performed between the women with EPDS score equal or less than 8 and the women with EPDS score equal to or higher than 9 using statistical methods of student t-test for linear variables and chi-square test for non-linear variables. SPSS version 13.0 for windows was used for analysis. Results: Thirty women(41.7%) were included in the postpartum depression risk group (EPDS score ${\geqq}9$). Statistically significant difference(P<0.05) was found in gestational ages of the risk group($36.57{\pm}29.6$ weeks) and the non-risk group ($38.10{\pm}1.97$ weeks). Identified statistically significant risk factors(P<0.05) include cesarean section (OR=3.304 [1.121-9.744]), low birth weight infant(OR =6.500 [1.606-26.314]), preterm delivery(OR=2.857[1.071-7.621]), low apgar score (1minute) after delivery (OR=14.909 [1.750-127.025]). There was no statistically significant difference in maternal age, number of children, parity, hemoglobin, neonatal sex, apgar score (5minutes), NICU admission. Conclusions: Through the results showed, gestational age, delivery method, neonatal weight, apgar score(1minute) were identified as risk factors for postpartum depression. To prevent or minimize postpartum depression, oriental medical intervention is recommended for pregnant women through early detection.

IPA기법을 활용한 기업의 사회공헌활동 비교 평가: 서비스업 및 제조업을 중심으로 (Comparative Assessment of Corporate Philanthropy by the IPA Method: Service and Manufacturing Industries)

  • Purpose - In today's globalized and modern business environment, corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities are considered to be essential for the sustainable development of enterprises. In addition, the corporate philanthropy that is related to CSR practices, as well as their being capable of reducing the anti-corporate sentiment of people have facilitated a qualitative forward leap into the quantitative growth phase. This study aims to undertake a comparative evaluation of corporate philanthropy through the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method focusing on service and manufacturing industries, and to eventually determine a differentiated approach that is needed for corporate philanthropy. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey responses were collected through online research on specialized companies from consumers nationwide who were aged from 20 to 60 and who are aware of corporate philanthropy. A total of 408 sheets of questionnaire survey were used. Frequency analysis was undertaken in this study. The interviewees had demographic characteristics of gender: 206 males (50.5%) and 202 females (49.5%). They also had demographic characteristics of age: 82 people were over 20 (20.1%), 96 over 30 (23.5%), 105 over 40 (25.7%), and 125 over 50 (30.7%) years of age. The distribution of interviewees' residences is as follows: 154 persons (37.7%) in the Special City, 102 persons (25.0%) in the Metropolitan City, and 152 persons (37.3%) in the Provincial Region. The interviewees have been working for the following companies: 34 persons (8.3%) in LG Display, 80 (19.6%) in KT&G, 49 (12.0%) in Amore Pacific, 42 (10.3%) in KIA Motors, 47 (11.5%) in SBS, 52 (12.8%) in Shinhan Bank, 86 (21.1%) in Asiana Airlines, and 18 (4.4%) in Hyundai Department Store. We applied the paired t-test for the IPA analysis. PASW Statistics 18 was used for statistical analysis. Results - The results of IPA analysis indicated that the importance and performance degrees in both manufacturing and service industries were significantly different. Major empirical results showed that, in consumer, social, economic, philanthropic, and environmental dimensions, in the sub-factors of philanthropy activities in both manufacturing and service industries, the importance degree was found to be higher than performance degree. Further, the average difference between importance degree and performance degree by the sub-factors of philanthropy activities. On the other hand, the average difference of environmental dimension was found to be highest in both service and manufacturing industries. Thus, while consumers consider the philanthropy activities of the environmental dimension as most important, actual companies treat performance of philanthropy activities of the environmental dimension insufficiently or negligibly to some degree. Conclusions - The differentiated approach method that is required for corporate philanthropy may be proposed to uplift corporate accomplishments by analyzing the IPA of the attributes of the sub-factors of corporate philanthropy. This is, to an extent, insufficient in the existing studies related to the use of the IPA technique, and it shows the items that are to be conducted intensively.

치과위생사 직무와 개인의 창의성에 의한 자기평가 연구 (A study on the self-evaluation of job performance and creativity of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The awareness of health care need increasing attention from the public along with changing professional human-resources activity. As there are increasing social demand for the roles and professionalism of dental hygienists, the purpose of this study was to examine the job performance, creativity and organizational climate of dental hygienists by their own self-diagnostic evaluation in an attempt to help enhance their work ability. Methods : According to the data released as August 2008 by the Dental Association and public health centers in Gwangju, 735 dental hygienists worked at 425 dental clinics. The subjects in this study were 156 dental hygienists at 85 dental clinics who were selected by proportionate sampling method from among the dental hygienists. After an interview survey was conducted in person, the answer sheets from 132 respondents were analyzed except 24 incomplete ones. The questionnaire used in this study consisted of 49 items. A five-point Likert scale was used and SPSS 12.0 program was analyzed the data. Results : 1. As a result of checking the types of works, treatment cooperation(54%), and oral health education often(45%), They weren't responsible for preventive treatment(42%). 2. When they made a self-diagnostic evaluation of creativity and organizational climate, they put the highest value on their autonomy(2.21), followed by positive attitude(2.10). Out of seven organizational climate, challenging spirits(2.81) ranked highest, followed by reliability(2.66). 3. Major management eopmubyeol individual creativity compared with three business relationships and a positive attitude in the case of the high group received oral health education and care management services in a group doing the most was General office work and office assistance work in the medical assistance group that was doing business primarily. 4. In the relationship between self-assesment score and three performance duties, Positive difference was noted in the group with positive attitude and elevated autonomy in terms of performing oral health education. Conclusions : As a result, individual creativity and organization of the atmosphere, each detail, through analysis of the self-assessment model, developed guide on the investigation by doing a dental hygienist, a unique business promotion and Enlargement of the study suggested the need to be considered is.
