A Study of Assessment Techniques of Water Quality Using Remotely Sensed Data (원격탐사 자료에 의한 수질평가기법에 관한 연구)

  • 산업화와 더불어 심각해지고 있는 수질오염 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 여러 가지 수질관리 방안이 요구된다. 수질오염이 과거에는 국지적이었으나 점차 광범한 지역으로 확장됨에 다라 지속적인 수질 모니터링에 어려움이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 위성영상을 사용한 원격탐사 기법으로 수역의 수질환경 인자를 추출하고자 한다. 사용된 영상은 Landasat TM이며, 연구지역은 한강하류 지역이다. 수질분석 인자는 클로로필-a, 부유물질, 투명도 등을 선정하였으며, 수면분광반사율의 특징 및 수질인자별 처리기법을 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 분광특성 분석결과를 요약하면, 첫 번째 스펙트럼 반사율 분석결과 클로로필-a의 농도는 0.4~0.5$\mu\textrm{m}$ 파장대역에서 낮은 반사치 경향을 보이며, 녹색파장대인 0.57$\mu\textrm{m}$ 부근에서 반사율이 높아진다. 두 번째 부유물질의 반사도는 농도가 증가할수록 0.8$\mu\textrm{m}$ 부근에서 상대적으로 낮은 반사율이 나타난다. 마지막으로 투명도가 낮은 수면은 0.55$\mu\textrm{m}$에서 높은 반사율 경향을 보인다. Landsat TM영상을 이용하여 주성분분석 및 비연산처리를 실시하여 수질분석을 시도한 결과를 보면 클로로필-a와 투명도는 제1주성분 영상 및 제2주성분 영상에서 현장 실측자료와 유사한 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 부유물질은 밴드 2와 밴드 4의 비연산처리를 통하여 분포도를 작성할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과들은 계절적 및 시간적 변화에 따라 파장대역이 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로 위성자료를 이용하여 보다 정확한 수질환경 인자를 추출하기 위해서는 현장실측 및 수역의 분광반사 특성을 지속적으로 조사하여야 한다.때문으로 경주 산사태와 포함-구릉포간 국도면의 산사태가 이 종류의 산사태에 속한다.열 인식의 신뢰도를 향상시킬수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.작성하여 최신 의료영상 처리 기법을 쉽게 임상에 적용하고 실험할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 지대에서 가능하였고, 파종기는 중생종보다 이르게 나타났다. 등숙만한출수기 기준의 안전작기는 조생종과 중생종은 태백고냉지대와 태백준고냉지대, 소백산간지대 일부지역을 제외한 다른 지역에서 설정되었고, 중만생종은 태백고냉지대, 태백준고냉지대, 동해안북부지대, 소백산간지대, 노령소백산간지대의 일부 지역은 벼 담수직파가 불가능하게 판단되었다. information on the regular basis of time and provide it when the users query over the Web-database gateway.   • The next generation of web applications will need to be larger, more complex, and flexible Agent-oriented systems have great potential for these e-commerce applications. Agents can dynamically discover and compose e-services and mediate interactions. Development of software agents with CBD (Component Based Development) has proved to be successful in increasing speed to market of development Projects, lowering the development cost and providing better qualify. In this thesis, we propose a systemic development process for software agents using component and UML (Unified Modeling Language). We suggest a etA (e-business Agent) CBD reference architecture for layer the related components through identification and classification of general agent and e-business agent. We also propose the ebA-CBD process that is a guideline to consider the best features of existing agent oriented software engineering methodologies, while grounding agent-oriented concepts in the same underlying semantic framework used by UML. We first developed the agent components specification and modeled it with Goal, Role, Interaction, and Architecture Model. Based on this, we developed e-CPIMAS (e-Commerce Product Information Mailing Agent System) as a case study that provides the product information's mailing service according to proposed process formality. We finally describe how these concepts may assist in increasing the efficiency reusability, productivity and quality to develop the business application and e-business agent.

UCI Embedder: A Real-time Broadcast-Content-Identifier Watermarking System for Broadcast Content Distribution Services (방송콘텐츠 유통서비스를 위한 실시간 콘텐츠식별자 은닉삽입 시스템)

  • We introduce the standard content identifier Universal Content Identifier (UCI) and a watermarking system that embeds UCI for the broadcast content distribution services. Our proposed UCI embedder is designed in consideration of integrating with the previously established broadcast system and protecting the illegal distribution of broadcast contents. Our goal is that when broadcast content is transmitted, 28 byte UCI is embedded imperceptibly in the content itself in real-time and the embedded UCI is successfully extracted not only in the typical format used in the broadcast content distribution service but also in the illegally distributed broadcast contents. Usually the illegally distributed contents are modified from the original by changing resolutions, frame rates, or adjusting colors. In this paper, we present a watermarking scheme that embeds 28 byte UCI in broadcast content in real-time while keeping the visual quality high and the embedded watermark robust enough to survive through the various modification. The experimental results show that the embedded UCI remains in the various modified versions of content and that the visual degradation by embedding is not noticeable.

Hospice & Palliative Care Policy in Korea (한국의 호스피스완화의료정책)

  • Globally, efforts are being made to develop and strengthen a palliative care policy to support a comprehensive healthcare system. Korea has implemented a hospice and palliative care (HPC) policy as part of a cancer policy under the 10 year plan to conquer cancer and a comprehensive measure for national cancer management. A legal ground for the HPC policy was laid by the Cancer Control Act passed in 2003. Currently in the process is legislation of a law on the decision for life-sustaining treatment for HPC and terminally-ill patients. The relevant law has expanded the policy-affected disease group from terminal cancer to cancer, human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic liver disease/liver cirrhosis. Since 2015, the National Health Insurance (NHI) scheme reimburses for HPC with a combination of the daily fixed sum and the fee for service systems. By the provision type, the HPC is classified into hospitalization, consultation, and home-based treatment. Also in place is the system that designates, evaluates and supports facilities specializing in HPC, and such facilities are funded by the NHI fund and government subsidy. Also needed along with the legal system are consensus reached by people affected by the policy and more realistic fee levels for HPC. The public and private domains should also cooperate to set HPC standards, train professional caregivers, control quality and establish an evaluation system. A stable funding system should be prepared by utilizing the long-term care insurance fund and hospice care fund.

Study of the effect of career preparation and career maturity on employment among Specialized high school graduates (특성화고 고졸청년층의 진로준비 및 진로성숙이 취업에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • With regard to gaining employment for specialized high school graduates, what are the significant factors? Along with specialized high school's employment support, facility and subject support, vocational ability support, career guidance, and employment support are implemented at school. At the same time, individuals are learning career preparation behavior and job search behavior. Those factors influence the career maturity. Therefore, a question is, "Do they finally affect employment?" The independent variables were composed of satisfaction on school support, such as facility and subject support, career preparation behavior at home, pre-job search behavior, and career maturity. A structural equation was created and an analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction on school support has significant impacts on career maturity and career preparation behavior at home and influences on employment directly or indirectly. The career preparation behavior at home not only has a direct impact on employment, but also increases the pre- job search behavior and career maturity. In particular, it was confirmed that the career preparation behavior at home is the main factor to increase employment via the pre-job search behavior. Considering the effects among the factors in gender, the satisfaction on school support directly increases employment, particularly for women. Therefore, high-quality school support programs should be enhanced, focusing on employment support programs for women. In addition, as satisfaction on school support increases, women are more likely to undergo career preparation behavior at home. This suggests that the career preparation behavior for females, such as conversation about career, is a critical factor to increasing employment unlike males. Therefore, support programs for women that is aimed at parents should be developed.

  • Providing personalized services customized to users' needs and preferences becomes highlighted as a key area of user-context computing. It is essential for context-aware technology to be developed more intelligent and meaningful services by being widely applied to a variety of sectors and domains. SDO (Standard Development Organization) such as MPEG and W3C has been actively developed to be standardized services and to improve context-awareness services. Yet current standards related to context-aware technology, such as MPEG-7, MPEG-21, MPEG-V, and emotionML, are not capable enough to support various systems and diverse services. Against this backdrop, the MPEG User Description, referred to also as MPEG-UD Standard, is to ensure interoperability among recommendation services, which take into account user's context when generating recommendations to users. In this light, we introduce standards related to the user context and propose the structure for RD-Engine and the Remote Responsive User Interface(RRUI) system in reference to MPEG-UD. This system collects unit resources matching specific condition according to the user's contexts described by MPEG-UD. In so doing, it improves adaptive user interface considering device features in real-time. By automatically generating adaptive user interfaces tailored to an individual's contexts, the proposed system aims to achieve high-quality user experience for a complex service.

Determinants of Residence Intention and Its Policy Implications in Urban-Rural Complex Area : Focusing on the Endogeneity Between Regional Identity and Residence Intention (도농복합시 거주민의 거주의향 결정요인과 그 시사점 : 지역정체성과 거주의향 간의 내생성을 중심으로)

  • The urban-rural complex area in Korea has a distinctive spatial structure where the urban area and rural area coexist. Therefore, in order to cope with the over-depopulation in the rural region of the urban-rural complex area, it is necessary to explore various policies that can prevent the existing residents from leaving, and in fact support them to remain where they currently reside. In this context, this current study analyzed the factors affecting the existing residents' continuous intention to remain by employing the '2017 Chuncheon City Social Survey' as a countermeasure for the over-depopulation of the rural region in the urban-rural complex area. Especially, since a regional identity is determined endogenously, this study used a simultaneous bivariate ordered probit model with giving consideration to the endogenous relationship between a regional identity and a regional residents' intentions. As a result, it was found on analysis that the regional residential intention was higher as the regional identity was stronger. Furthermore, the regional identity was stronger as a householders' age and residence period were longer, and also as the residents were satisfied with their work leisure and life residence balance. It was also found that the residents' intention was higher as the residents' satisfaction with the local medical service and their work was increased. Thus, supporting policy is needed that can provide appropriate quality-of-life services in a timely manner, but only after identifying the demand for these services by the rural residents in the urban-rural complex area.

A Development of Optimum Operation Models for Express-Rail Systems (급행열차 도입을 통한 최적운행방안 수립에 관한 연구 - 수도권 광역 도시철도를 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, the city railway in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) has offered a low quality of service as a passage time, because it was operated slowly. So, the people who live in modern society are not satisfied about passage time, therefore, this study tried to make that the subway in the SMA becomes a more functional and effective wide-area-transportation-network through an express train introduction's method which examined cases from abroad and current system. and then presented how express train could be applied to current system. In a case study, We used the An-San Line and Su-In Line as a examples and developed a schedule which can minimize the delaying time of subway by using Branch & Bound Algorithm. The train operational plan was loaded to consider a railroad siding, Obtained site, and the dispatch interval(three to ten minutes) for the express and local lines and finally, We presented an alternative operational plan which made by those factors.

  • User-Centered Design Approach plays important role in dealing with usability issues for developing modern technology products. Yet it is still questionable whether the User-Centered approach is enough for the development of successful consumer contents since the User-Centered Design is originated from the software engineering field where meeting customers' functional requirement is the most critical aspect in developing a software. However, modern consumer market is already saturated and in order to meet ever increasing consumer requirements, the User-Centered Design approach needs to be expanded. As a way of incorporating the User-Centered Approach into the consumer product development, Jordan suggested the 'Pleasure-based Approach' in industrial design field, which usually generates multi-dimensional user requirements: 1)physical, 2)cognitive, 3)identity and 4) social. It is the current tendency that many portal and community service providers focus on fulfilling both functional and emotional needs for users when developing new items, contents and services. Previously fulfilling consumers' emotional needs solely depend on visual designer's graphical sense and capability. However, taking the customer-centered approach on withdrawing consumers' unknown needs is getting critical in the competitive market environment. This paper reviews different types of user research techniques and categorized into 6 ways based on Kano(1992)'s product quality model. Based on his theory, only performance factors, such as suability, can be identified through the user-centered design approach. The user-centered design approach has to be expanded to include factors include personality, sociability, pleasure, and so on. In order to identify performance as well as excellent factors through user research, a user-research framework was established and tested through the case study, which is ' the development of new online service for teens '. The results of the user research were summarized at the end of the paper and the pros and cons of each research techniques were analyzed.

ATM망에서 프레임 릴레이망을 근간으로한 기업통신망의 수용기술

  • 프레임 릴레이망을 백본으로 한 LAN과 LAN접속으로 형성되는 기업통신망이 현재 활발히 전개되면서 인터넷을 통한 광고, 전자거래가 중요한 서비스로 진행되고 있다. 국내의 프레임 릴레이 서비스 현황을 살펴보면 KT, 데이콤, 일부기업등에서 프레임 릴레이 교환기를 수입하여 주고객인 기업에 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이들은 사용자 요구에 의해 주로 LAN과 LAN에 접속된 라우터 등의 종단 시스템간 PVC(영구가상회선: Permanant Virtual Circuit)접속을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 제공하면서 독자적인 기업통신체계를 구축하고 있는 실정이다. 이와같이 사용자 요구로 PVC등록시 프레임 릴레이망과 LAN을 연결하는 링크의 QoS(서비스 질: Quality of Service), 트래픽 파라메터는 수동적으로 설정된다. 현재 국내에서는 프레임 릴레이 교환기 개발은 전무하고 단지 그들을 수입하여 운용하는 수준이며 향후 ATM(비동기 전달모드: Asynchronous Transfer Mode)망의 중요 서비스 연동이 될 프레임 릴레이 기술은 심도있게 연구되고 있다. 향후 고속통신을 제공하는 백본망은 기존의 프레임 릴레이망과 ATM망이 공존할 추세이며 점진적으로 프레임 릴레이망은 사라질 것이다. 이때 ATM 망이 기존의 프레임 릴레이망을 백본으로 한 기업통신망 수용시 원할한 서비스 제공을 위해서는 프레임 릴레이망을 백본으로 채택한 기존의 기업통신망을 ATM망에서 수용시 야기되는 문제점의 제시와 이의 해결은 매우 중요하다고 생각된다. FR/ATM(Frame Relay/ATM)연동시 기업통신망 입장에서는 PVC뿐만 아니라 SVC(교환가상회선: Switched Virtual Circuit)호처리가 수용되어야 한다. 이와같이 PVC와 SVC 수용으로 기업통신망은 통신망의 구성 및 관리가 복잡, 다양해지며, 또 그 기업은 관련된 다양하고 수많은 고객과 접속될 수 있어야 한다. 이때 ATM망을 백본으로 한 공중망이 관련 기업의 사설 정보를 관리하도록 한다는 것은 그 서비스의 이용자에게 보안문제를 제기함은 물론 서비스 이용자가 자신의 망에서 동작하는 여러 서비스를 고객 스스로가 관리하는 것이 바람직하다. CNN(고객망관리 : Customer Network Management)은 이러한 고객에 의한 통신망, 공중망에 대한 부분적 관리 및 서비스에 대한 관리가 이루어 질수 있도록 수행하는 기능이다. 본 논문에서는 ATM망이나 프레임 릴레이망과 ATM 망이 공존시 기업통신망관점에서 야기되는 문제점의 제시와 이의 해결 방안을 살펴보았다. 우선 FR/ATM 연동에서 PVC설정뿐만 아니라 SVC 설정 방법의 연구, 이때 고려된 QoS,트래픽 처리과정을 살펴보았다. 또한 망관리 입장에서 기업통신망 관리자와 ATM망 관리자와의 온-라인 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 변화된 통신망 차원서의 확장된 Managed Object(MO)를 근간으로한 체계적인 CNN-NMS(CNM-Network management System)연동을 살펴본후 결론에서는 추후 계속연구 및 조사 되어야 할 항목을 기업통신망 입장에서 서술하여 보았다.
