The assurance of software product. which Is different to other products. is very complex because of Its characteristics. The newly revised ISO/CD 9000-3：1995 contains a lot of enforced changes within ISO 9001 framework - quality standards for manufactured products. As business looks towards the $21^{\st}$ century, a long-term strategy that focuses on global sourcing will be the vital factor in whether companies win or lose. As the coverage of Web services become wider and the number of implementation cases is growing, the importance of applying the Web services quality model to real world is increased. For maintaining the level of Web services qualify, it should be required to study on assurance method of Web services qualify level. Assurance for Web services, which is newly proposed by OASIS TC, means the totality of activities for managing the quality level of them. For managing Web service quality, Web service associates could usually use SLA(Service Level Agreement) method in which a service consumer contracts for some service level with a service provider and gives for penalty or pays incentives according to the result of evaluation of services. But, there are some difficulties in applying SLA to Web services, because Web services have publicity, multiple users, and 3rd party for management. So, we need a new assurance method for Web service by considering the characteristics of Web services. This paper provides the new concept of committed assurance level for Web services. This concept can be defined as the set of maximum level of quality expected by each user, which provide the consistent view of Web service quality. This paper presents the method for duality associates to preserve some quality level of Web service by using this concept.

Process capability implies the qualitative capability of a process, and it is necessary to specify the process capability by quantification and to evaluate the level with the specified standardizaion. But the process capability index is currently used to evaluate the performance of quality control activity. without considering the characteristics of process structure or the economy of management. Here the researcher would like to redefine process capability and emphasize its index may be used as the measure of managerial assessment and the objective of process quality control in full consideration of the economic aspects of process characteristics. Too little or too much process capability causes a loss of or excess. The proper economic level of process capability varies to each process. The procedure of taking the optimum process capability index is derived from the expected profit function, whereas each method is studied in cases of normal process with one-sided specification and two-sided specification. In addition, the process capability index is presented as a method of quality assurance. And an example is exhibited on wrapping process of 'A' company. The results of this study are summarized at follows. First, though the norminalization of the process capability index is possible by the existing methods, the optimum process capability index can vary to the situation of each process. So, the optimum process capability index which is suggested in this dissertation should be used as the standard to assess process capability. Second, the process capability index can take its effect not just in indicating quality control or managerial records but also in the management of high qualify assurance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether perceived utilitarian value and service qualify have an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping. A survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30 in 2003, among married women aged in their 20s and 30s, on their purchase experience of fashion merchandise from internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted over the internet with 306 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1. A married women aged in their 20s and 30s were shown to high-purchasing on nightgown, underwear, women's pants, casual wear through internet shopping. Their perceived utilitarian value had an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping. 2. The service quality factors were determined to be site reliability, site reactivity, order assurance, order easy, site organization. Service quality factors of site reactivity, order assurance, order easy, site organization had an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping.

The internet is not simply a new technology that businesses are adopting to reduce their costs of operations and increase revenues. It is literally transforming the way business work. Electronic commerce refers generally to all forms of transactions relating to commercial activities. This research was conducted to identify the critical success factors of electronic commerce. In this study it is found that price and customer service are very important to increase customer satisfaction and intention to repurchase. In addition, the result of this study shows that (1) ease of use, (2) transaction efficiency and (3) qualify assurance are very important to increase customer satisfaction. And, the result of this study shows that (1) ease of use and (2) security are very important to increase intention to repurchase.

Zipper manufacturing belongs to the small and medium industry. And it requires very accurate process and perfect quality control. In addition it is necessary to assure customers zipper qualify to explore new market. TQC as well as integration of existing quality control techniques for accurate and perfect processing should be implemented to assure product quality. To implement TQC zipper firms should invest in education programs for employees. Y zipper firm has succeeded in implementing the education program for TQC and Quality Circle and achieved the perfect quality control and quality assurance of products.
