The activities of Quality assurance, in the past, were attached too much importance to the functions and performanced of products. Because of these practices, in general. product safeties were usually minimized corenen more disregarded from the central points. Qualify assurance should he accepted as one of a major management policies to satisfied with the users needs.

소프트웨어의 개발과 관련하여 품질보증의 문제는 그 특성상 다른 제품의 품질문제와 달리 매우 복잡하다. 소프트웨어의 품질시스템 구축을 위해서는 객관적 개밭표준 혹을 지침의 활용과 사용자 요구사항과의 일치의 확인 등이 중요시 된다 또한 품질표준의 올바른 이해와 품질감사에 대비한 점검사항의 계속적인 활용이 요구 된다 ISO 9000 시리즈는 품질보증을 위한 국제적 표준으로서 탄생되었다. 이 가운데 ISO 9000-3은 소프트웨어 품질경영 및 보증 표준으로 소프트웨어의 설계. 개발，공급. 설치 및 유지보수를 위한 지침이다. 최근 개정된 ISO/CD 9000-3:1995는 일반 제품의 품질표준인 ISO 9001의 늘 속에서 내용상 많은 강화된 변경사항들을 담고 있다 본 연구에서는 새로이 개정된 ISO 9000-3을 ISO 9001과 비교하여 내용을 분석하였고. 품질감사의 중요 점검사항을 도출하여 향후 품질감사에 대비하고 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

일반적으로 원자력 관련 연구개발은 타 산업 및 사회에 미치는 파급효과가 크고, 참여 연구원 및 대중 안전에 대한 위험도가 높으며, 대규모의 투자비용이 요구되는 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 이유로 원자력 산업은 일찍이 품질보증 개념을 도입하여 원자력 시설의 안전한 이용을 도모하여 왔다. 최근에는 원자력 연구개발 분야에서도 연구결과의 신뢰도 확보 및 안전한 연구수행을 보장하기 위하여 품질보증 적용의 필요성이 강조되고 있다.(중략)

기획·설계 단계의 품질보증활동은 가장 중요하면서도 취약한 부분이라 할 수 있다. 이런 관점에서 기획·설계 단계에 품질기능전개기법 적용방법을 검토하였다. 특히 품질보증 활동사항과 품질기능전재기법 적용 매트릭스도 제시하였다. 품질기능전개기법을 기획 · 설계 단계의 품질보증활동에 적용하면 (1) 날로 다양하게 변하는 소비자 요구 품질 파악이 용이하며 (2) 소비자 요구품질을 제조로 연결할 수 있도록 품질 특성화가 가능하다.

웹 서비스의 활용 범위가 커지고 실제적인 구현사례가 늘어감에 따라, 웹 서비스 품질모델을 현실적으로 적용할 수 있는 방법에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 웹 서비스 품질을 일관성있게 유지하기 위해서는 웹 서비스 품질보증에 대한 방안이 연구되어야만 한다. 웹 서비스 보증이란 웹 서비스의 품질수준을 일정수준이상으로 유지하기 위한 행위들의 총체를 의미하며, 이를 위해 웹 서비스 품질보증자란 새로운 개념의 관계자가 국제기구에서 웹 서비스 표준으로 새롭게 제시되었다. 웹 서비스 품질보증자는 웹 서비스 사용자들의 품질요구사항을 수렴하여, 웹 서비스 제공자가 일정 품질수준이상의 웹 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 감시한다. 웹 서비스 제공자와 사용자 그리고, 품질보증자는 웹 서비스 수준을 관리하기 위해 서비스 수준을 측정하여 그 결과에 따라 페널티와 인센티브를 부여하는 SLA(Service Level Agreement) 방식을 적용할 수 있다. 하지만, SLA에서는 서비스 사용자와 제공자가 같은 서비스 항목에 대해 일대일로 대응한다는 전제를 가지고 있어서, 다수사용자와 공공성, 그리고 제3자 관리와 같은 웹 서비스 프레임워크에는 적합하지 않은 점들이 존재한다. 따라서, 웹 서비스에 SLA를 적용하기 위해서는 웹 서비스의 이러한 특성들을 반영한 새로운 보증기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 품질 기대수준을 표현하기 위해 웹 서비스 품질 위탁보증수준이라는 새로운 개념을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 각 사용자의 각 품질항목별 품질기대수준의 최대치라 할 수 있으며, 웹 서비스 품질관계자에게 일관성있는 품질 뷰를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 이용해 각 품질관계자가 보다 쉽게 일정 수준이상의 품질수준을 유지할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

Process capability implies the qualitative capability of a process, and it is necessary to specify the process capability by quantification and to evaluate the level with the specified standardizaion. But the process capability index is currently used to evaluate the performance of quality control activity. without considering the characteristics of process structure or the economy of management. Here the researcher would like to redefine process capability and emphasize its index may be used as the measure of managerial assessment and the objective of process quality control in full consideration of the economic aspects of process characteristics. Too little or too much process capability causes a loss of or excess. The proper economic level of process capability varies to each process. The procedure of taking the optimum process capability index is derived from the expected profit function, whereas each method is studied in cases of normal process with one-sided specification and two-sided specification. In addition, the process capability index is presented as a method of quality assurance. And an example is exhibited on wrapping process of 'A' company. The results of this study are summarized at follows. First, though the norminalization of the process capability index is possible by the existing methods, the optimum process capability index can vary to the situation of each process. So, the optimum process capability index which is suggested in this dissertation should be used as the standard to assess process capability. Second, the process capability index can take its effect not just in indicating quality control or managerial records but also in the management of high qualify assurance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether perceived utilitarian value and service qualify have an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping. A survey was conducted from June 20 to July 30 in 2003, among married women aged in their 20s and 30s, on their purchase experience of fashion merchandise from internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted over the internet with 306 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. 1. A married women aged in their 20s and 30s were shown to high-purchasing on nightgown, underwear, women's pants, casual wear through internet shopping. Their perceived utilitarian value had an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping. 2. The service quality factors were determined to be site reliability, site reactivity, order assurance, order easy, site organization. Service quality factors of site reactivity, order assurance, order easy, site organization had an effect on repurchase intention of fashion merchandise in internet shopping.

인터넷의 급속한 성장은 시장의 개념적 패턴에 변화를 주게 되었으며, 전자상거래의 급속한 발전으로 이어지고 있다. 국내외 전자상거래 시장이 급격히 발전함에도 불구하고 전자상거래의 성공요인에 관한 연구는 실제 미흡한 상태로 전자상거래에서 소비자들의 만족도와 재구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 주요 성공요인을 규명하는 것은 전자상거래를 추진${\cdot}$운영하고 있는 기업의 전략수립에 매우 유용한 일이라 판단된다. 본 연구결과 가격과 고객서비스, 사용편리, 거래효율성, 품질보증이 전자상거래 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 재구매의도에는 가격과 고객서비스, 사용편리, 보안이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었다.

지퍼제조는 중소기업형 산업의 하나이다. 고난도의 정밀 공정이 요구되는 제조이다. 따라서 지퍼의 제조에는 엄격한 품질관리가 요구된다. 나아가서는 고객에게 품질에 대한 확고한 확신을 주고 시장 개척을 위해 품질보증이 요구된다. 지퍼의 품질보증을 제대로 하려면 고난도의 정밀한 공정을 정확하게 관리하기 위한 제반의 품질관리 기법들을 종합적으로 활용함은 물론 체계적인 전사적 품질관리(Total Quality Control)가 필요하다. 또한 효과적인 전사적인 품질관리를 시행하기 위해서는 근로자의 교육이 필요하며 한국 지퍼 총생산량의 30％를 생산하는 Y 지퍼사는 전사적인 품질관리 교육은 물론 품질분임조(Quality Circle)등을 활용하여 지퍼의 품질관리 및 품질보증에 성공했다.
