This paper proposes a simple but practically useful model for preventing fraud of users called "ERBAC03". The new model consists of qualified mandatory and discretionary features for roles and locations, including the assignment of permissions for the appropriate roles and the assignment of roles for the appropriate locations. Moreover, a static separation of duty (SSoD) principle is applied to the new model for integrity requirements of security systems. The paper also explores some extensions of ERBAC03 including the new model using the SSoD concept from some experiments. The experimental results prove the efficiency improvement of the proposed model that can make benefits for large enterprises.

On the job training is useful : a part of on the job training has increased the marginal productivity of future and rate of wage. Investment in a human capital depends on character of investment and market conditions. The innovation role of small and medium firms has recently received increasing attention in newly industrializing countries as they attempt to transform their industries from labor intensive to technology intensive. It also suggests some implications to the small and medium firms' strategies and public policies accelerating research and development. Lack of qualified scientists and engineers often inhibits the small and medium firms' ability to access and assimilate external technical information. Such technical personnel are particularly scarce in NICs. Therefore, how to employ these technical staff should be an important issue for small and medium firms seeking to acquire distinctive competences. Small and medium firms must invest further education and training to its labor.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to study the projected workforce of nephrology CNS in Korea. Method: Need models, ratio methods and expert opinion were used for projecting needs for the nephrology CNS. Result: In 2001, there are 28,046 ESRD(end stage of renal disease)patients, 304 renal replacement centers and 1695 nephrology nurses in Korea. the hemodialysis patients per hemodialysis nurse was 12. The number of nephrology CNS required to meet the demand for caring of ESRD patients in 2002, 2005 and 2020 was estimated at 616, 837 and 3105, respectively. 47 ESRD patients per nephrology CNS was revealed as a workforce standard before 2005. After 2005, It was 31 ESRD patients per nephrology CNS. Conclusion: This study founded the need to project future increments and development in supply of qualified nephrology CNS.

The objectives of this study were to analyze present status and to suggest for the future upbringing programs for informal environment educator of Environmental NGOs in Korea. Based on the findings from reviewing environmental educators’ certification systems in Environmental NGOs, the following suggestions should be considered for improving the certification systems. 1) Government and environmental NGOs should adopt a certification system by implementing qualifying examination for employing specification of informal environmental educator. 2) Applicants to obtain a certification of informal environmental educator in environmental NGOs should be qualified through standard processes including taking required curriculum and programs. They must be evaluated informal environmental educator’ ability accurately through their portfolio, teaching ability, professional responsibilities and so on. 3) Standardized curriculum and programs should be adopted by government for the initial preparation of environmental educators reflecting the guidelines from the KOSEE (The Korean Society for Environmental Education) and NAAEE (North American Association for Environmental Education) in the future.

To enhance the reliability of ultrasonic testing system, MOST(Ministry of Science and Technology) bulletin 2004-13 was published in 2004.6 requiring performance demonstration in ultrasonic examination and MEST(Ministry of Education, Science and Technology) 2009-37 was published in 2009.9(formerly MOST bulletin 2004-13). In order to meet the MEST bulletin requirement and increase the reliability of ultrasonic testing, all the ultrasonic examination procedure and equipment should be performance demonstrated and qualified. In this paper, generic procedure for the ultrasonic examination of dissimilar metal welds are described and new technique are introduced.

설화지는 16세기 이전부터 19세기 이후까지 초조된 종이로서, 하얗고 아름다운 전통 우리나라 종이의 특성을 지니고 있는 종이이다. 원산지는 평강(平康)이며, 17세기 이후 남원 순창, 진주 등지에서도 초조되었다. 원료는 뽕나무로서, 겨울철에 눈을 이용하여 표백하고(설쇄) 초조하였다. 서화용이나 인쇄용지로 사용되었으며, 궁중에서 혹은 사신의 예물로 사용된 고급품이었다.

TEM(Transmission Electrion microsopy) 투과전자현미경은 재료의 기초 구조 분석과 반도체 또는 생물시편의 미세 구조분석에 널리 사용되는 장비이다. TEM 분석은 필수적으로 목적에 부합되는 적절한 시편제작이 수반되어야 한다. 다양한 전자 현미경 시편 제작 방법 중 본 논문에서는 FIB(Focus Ion Beam)를 이용한 시편 제작법 중 시편에 입사되는 에너지와 이온 Gun과 시편과의 상호 각도, 이온 밀링 깊이 조절 등의 실험을 통하여 표면 손상 최소화를 벌크 웨이퍼와 패턴화된 시편에서 실험하였다. 최소화된 표면 영향성(약 5nm)을 패턴화된 시편에 구현하였다.

For the increasing demand for the validation of analytical results, one of the important concerns of the analyst is to be assured that the instrumentation is working to qualified conditions. In this study, we have investigated and compared several validation guidelines of the performance verification of UV-VIS spectrophotometer used in pharmacopoeias of major countries and UV-VIS instrument analytical companies, and we proposed the practically useful validation guidelines of UV-VIS spectrophotometer. Based on our proposed validation guidelines of UV-VIS spectrophotometer, several UV-VIS spectrophotometers used in drug manufacturing laboratories were validated for their performances.

This paper presents a method for constructing and using transliteration rules which are based on Phonics, an instructional method for speaking and writing English letters. Conventional approaches to automatic transliteration often focused on statistical methods. However, the construction or the collection of correct transliteration examples is always the bottleneck of the statistical transliteration model. Also, in practical domains where the collection of such data is very difficult, such as education and tourism, it is reasonable to build a system without much qualified data. Furthermore, compared with Korean orthography of borrowed foreign words, the proposed approach is much easier to construct, and can generate more refined rules. The experimentation result shows that the proposed approach can improve the performance of a statistical-based transliteration system.

The Korean people are all the beneficiaries of medical insurance or medical aid. It is important and needful to develop the preventive health program such as health examination and health education for disease prevention and health promotion of the beneficiaries. This paper diagnoses the status and problems of the current preventive health services to the beneficiaries and recommends how to develop the preventive health program in the medical insurance. This paper suggests that the government should strengthen the political support and supervision in order to develop the preventive health program in the medical insurance. In addition to the above suggestion, the following are recommended ; 1) to designate the large number of qualified hospitals for health examination. 2) to use the supplementary methods such as the health questionnaires in order to give the accurate health examination services. 3) to combine the health examinations by both laws of medical insurance and industrial health. 4) to arrange the manpower in charge of health education and to establish the health promotion centers. 5) to develop the effective mass media and materials for health education by use of TV, radio, VTR and slide projector.
