현재 폴리머 애자의 금구 재질로 사용되고 있는 구상 흑연 주철품(FCD450). 기계 구조용 탄소강(SM20C) 및 알루미늄 합금(A2024)의 압착에 따른 인장파괴하중의 값과 재질고유의 인장시험 등을 통하여 가장 우수한 특성을 보이는 재질을 선정하고자 하였다. 본 실험 결과 기계구조용 탄소강(SM20C)이 압착조건에서는 기계적 특성에서 우수한 재질로 판정이 되었으며, Qs(품질관리지수)를 계산한 결과도 만족한 값을 보였다. 향후 전철용 고분자 장간애자에서는 구상 흑연 주철품(FCD450)으로만 규정되어 있는 금구 재질을 동등 이상의 재질로 규정하는 것이 특성향상에 바람직할 것으로 보여진다.

This report presents a case of patent ductus arteriosus complicated with total left lung atelectasis and mitral regurgitation. Her mother complained growth retardation and exertional dyspnea. The 3 year old girl had large patent ductus arteriosus [Qp/Qs=5.6] which resulted in moderate pulmonary hypertension, left atrial hypertrophy and enlargement, consequently the left main bronchus was compressed between the dilated left atrium and aorta. We would like conclude the cause of mitral regurgitation as the result of annular dilatation secondary to left atrial enlargement rather than congenital associated to patent ductus arteriosus. 3 weeks later from ligation of patent ductus arteriosus, the left atrial dimension was markedly reduced echocardiographically [from 3.9cm to 2.7cm], and the left lung progressively aerated by halves.

상정사고가 발생하거나 전력계통의 구조가 변경된 경우 빠른 시간 안에 계통의 변화 추이를 알 수 있다면 계통 운영에 많은 이점이 있다. 그러나 기존의 시간모의 방법은 모의에 많은 시간이 소요되어 충분한 검토시간을 갖지 못하는 단점이 있고, 준동적 시간모의는 빠른 시간모의가 가능하나 자코비안 특이점으로 인하여 수치해석 오류가 종종 발생하는 단점을 갖고 있다. 전력연구원에서는 이러한 단점이 극복 가능한 연속법이 적용된 QSS에 대한 연구를 진행 중에 있다.

For the purpose of avoiding postoperative massive pulmonary insufficiency after transannular outflow tract reconstruction in patients with tetralogy of Fallot, we have used monocusp bearing outflow patch since June 1983. Right heart catheterization and pulmonary arteriography were performed in 7 patients among the total 11 patients corrected with monocusp bearing outflow patch during postoperative 14th day to 22nd day. Particular attention was paid to the evaluation of the pulmonary valve competence, and the results were; 1.One patient died of acute renal failure secondary to low cardiac output and the operative mortality was 9.1%. 2.The average PRV/FA ratio was 0.491 and the average systolic pressure gradient between right ventricle and pulmonary artery was 17.7mmHg. The average Qp/Qs was 1.13. 3.Inspite of using monocusp bearing outflow patch, the hemodynamic and pulmonary arteriographic results were unsatisfactory in respect to pulmonary valve competence.

Thirty seven patients with ostium secundum atrial septal defect, operated from January, 1976 to September, 1984 at the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, Kyungpook National University Hospital, were given clinical assessment. The following results were obtained. 1.Ostium secundum atrial septal defect was comprised of 18% of congenital heart disease. Their mean age was 15.7\ulcorner.42. Sex ratio [male:female] was 1:1.1. 2.Most frequent clinical symptom was dyspnea on exertion occurred in 26 patients [76.5%]. Only one patient had no symptom [2.9%]. 3.Pre-operative EKG findings revealed RVH in 61.8%, ICRBBB in 29.4%, and RAD in 41.2%. 4.Mean value of systolic pulmonary arterial pressure in patients over 20 years old was 37.8\ulcorner4.4mmHg and it was 28.1\ulcorner10.2mmHg in patients under 20 years old, but the difference between two groups was not statistically significant. 5. In large defect group [>3cm in diameter], Qp/Qs was significantly increased than small defect group [<3cm in diameter], but systolic pulmonary arterial pressure and Rp/Rs were not different between two groups. 6. Overall operative mortality was 5.4%.

We experienced a case of interrupted aortic arch[Type A] associated with PDA, VSD, mitral regurgitation and single coronary artery. The patient was 7 years old boy, who showed congestive heart failure[NYHA functional class III]. One stage total correction was performed under profound hypothermia with total circulatory arrest. Aortic continuity was established using PDA with anterior wall of main pulmonary artery flap. VSD was closed with Dacron patch and mitral regurgitation repaired by Reed`s annuloplasty method. The postoperative cardiac catheterization revealed no pressure gradient between ascending aorta and descending aorta, decreased pulmonary artery pressure and trivial residual shunt[Qp/Qs: 1.28]. The aortogram showed good continuity of the aorta without narrowing of the anastomotic site. During the period of 1 year follow up, heart failure symptoms were nearly subsided.

Rhizobium and related genera are soil bacteria with great metabolic plasticity. These microorganisms survive in many different environments and are capable of eliciting the formation of nitrogen-fixing nodules on legumes. The successful establishment of symbiosis is precisely regulated and requires a series of signal exchanges between the two partners. Quorum sensing (QS) is a prevalent form of population density-dependent gene regulation. Recently, increasing evidence indicates that rhizobial quorum sensing provides a pervasive regulatory network, which plays a more generalized role in the physiological activity of free-living rhizobia, as well as during symbiosis. Several rhizobia utilize multiple, overlapping quorum sensing systems to regulate diverse properties, including conjugal transfer and copy number control of plasmids, exopolysaccharide biosynthesis, rhizosphere-related functions, and cell growth. Genomic and proteomic analyses have begun to reveal the wide range of functions under quorum-sensing control.

In this paper, using binary (N, M, L, $\epsilon$) low correlation zone (LCZ) sequence sets, we construct new quaternary LCZ sequence sets with parameters (2N, 2M, L, $2{\epsilon}$). Binary LCZ sequences for the construction should have period $N\;{\equiv}\;3$ mod 4, L|N, and the balance property. The proposed method corresponds to a quaternary extension of the extended construction of binary LCZ sequence sets proposed by Kim, Jang, No, and Chung [1].

In this paper, we construct new LCZ sequence sets with parameters $(2^{n+1}-2,M,L,2)$. In this scheme, we can relatively freely choose the LCZ length L and the resulting LCZ sequence set has the size in which is nearly optimal with respect to Tang, Fan, and Matsufuji bound.

And This paper deals with water pumping system which economic and durable storage systems for sustained production of power and propose MPPT methods using $i_{qs}$ of BLDC motor without battery module and chopper circuit.
