농산물 인터넷 쇼핑의 소비자 만족요인에 관한 조사연구 (A Survey on the Consumer's Satisfaction Factors in Internet Shopping of Agricultural Products)

  • 본 연구는 농산물인터넷 쇼핑몰을 이용하는 소비자들의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사분석하고, 그 만족요인과 구전(추천)의도와의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 실증적 분석결과를 요약하면 인터넷 쇼핑몰 구매동기는 신뢰성보다 편리성이 가장 큰 요인으로 나타났다. 고객만족요인은 신뢰성, 상품의 다양성, 배송 및 고객지원, 보안성 등으로 조사되었으며, 이에 대한 만족도는 배송 및 고객지원이 가장 높고, 상품의 다양성은 다소 낮았다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰 활성화를 위한 개선과제는 반품, 환불 및 고객불만 사항의 신속한 처리가 가장 요구되고 있으며, 안전하고 다양한 결제시스템의 구축, 다양한 이벤트 및 고객서비스, 물량조달체계의 구축 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 서비스품질에 있어서 신뢰성과 보안성에 대한 소비자만족이 구전의도에 크게 영향을 미치며, 시스템 품질에 대한 만족도 구전의도에 비교적 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로써 이에 대한 개선이 시급한 것으로 판단된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore emotion aspects of consumers purchasing clothing through cable television home shopping. Qualitative research method is used to widely understand how emotion aspects of consumers have effected on their purchasing behavior. The results of depth interviews may be classified into 13 feelings factors satisfaction, pleasure/delight, respect, attraction, fresh, convenience, unburdened, emptiness, displeasure/temper, anxiety, tedious, distrust, regret. The content of information acquiring from the process of clothing purchase decision making is analysed. In the problem recognition stage, purchase motivation were physical space (around people) and imaginary space(by how clothing goods are introduced to consumers thorough TV monitor). In the information search stage, purchasing action patterns to search information were situational pattern and habitual pattern. In alternative evaluation stage, the considering best important factors to choice clothes were quality, price, design, and color. In purchase stage, consumers said they felt anxiety, because of characteristics of purchase way that they should pay first and then received the ordered goods a fews days later. In post-purchase behavior stage, if consumers satisfied goods purchased through TV home shopping, they recommended it to around others, but unsatisfied with ordered goods, they tried to refund, exchange with anther one, or write it on homepage of the home shopping company.

관객유형에 따른 공연관람 구매의사 요인에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Factors of Purchase Intention to Viewing Performance by Audience Type)

  • 본 연구를 통해 관객이 공연관람을 하기 위하여 구매 의사에 미치는 요인에 대해서 조명해보고자 한다. 설문을 통해 수집된 표본에 대해 군집 분석을 사용하여 관객유형을 나눈 후 관객유형에 따라 공연관람을 하기 위한 요인이 구매 의사에 어떻게 다른 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 관객유형을 구분하기 위한 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 다양한 연령층과 공연예술 관람 경험 유무와는 상관없이 표본을 구성하여 평가하였다. 관객유형에 따른 구매의사의 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 관객유형이 조절변수로 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하였다. 분석결과 연구자가 제시한 관람동기와 공연작품 품질이 구매의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 관객유형이 각 영향요인에 조절효과를 가지고 있었다. 따라서 공연예술 단체들이 마케팅 전략을 세울 때 관객유형을 파악하여 유형에 맞는 적절한 전략을 세울 수 있도록 이바지하고자 한다.

모바일 앱 구매 결정에 끼치는 영향요인 : 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Determinants of Mobile Application Purchase)

  • 스마트폰 시장이 성장하면서 다양한 모바일 애플리케이션을 제공할 수 있는 능력이 스마트폰의 경쟁력으로 부상하고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션 시장은 잠재력 있는 새로운 시장으로 평가받고 있다. 앱 스토어 같은 애플리케이션 시장에서 많은 구매자들이 무료 및 유료 모바일 애플리케이션을 다운로드 받고있지만, 아직 소비자의 애플리케이션 구매에 대한 주요 연구는 없는 실정이다. 그러므로, 우리는 유료 애플리케이션을 구매한 적 있는 사용자를 대상으로 스마트폰용 모바일 애플리케이션 구매동기에 관한 연구를 하고자 한다. 이에 30명의 사용자와 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 또한, 애플리케이션을 4가지 종류(생산성, 유희성, 정보성, 사회성)로 분류하였으며 각각의 분류 별 구매 동기에 대하여서도 분류하였다. 인터뷰에 대한 비교분석을 통해 애플리케이션 구매에 어떤 요소가 영향을 미치는지 알 수 있었다. 이 모형은 모바일 애플리케이션 비즈니스 구축 및 모바일 애플리케이션 시장 활성화 전략, 또는 다른 실질적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

소비자의 도덕적 동기와 주행 거리가 전기 자동차의 유용성 지각 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Moral Motivation and Driving Distance on the Perceived Usefulness and Purchase Intention of Electric Vehicles)

  • Purpose - This study examines the effect of consumers' motivations on the perception and purchase intentions of electric cars. Specifically, it empirically analyzes how moral motivations based on personal environmental values and norms in car usage and purchasing influence the perceived usefulness and purchase intentions of electric cars. Furthermore, it investigates whether the influence of moral motivations on perceived usefulness and purchase intentions varies according to the user's driving characteristics. Design/methodology/approach - An online survey was conducted with 234 respondents, by setting criteria for participants as car owners or primary car users within their households, ensuring the sample composition was not biased in terms of the presence or absence of experience with eco-friendly cars. Findings - The research findings indicate that perceived usefulness mediates the effect of consumers' moral motivations on their intention to purchase electric cars. The results of the moderating effect of driving distance on perceived usefulness revealed a significant interaction effect; however, there was no significant interaction effect on purchase intentions. Specifically, for individuals with shorter driving distances, as consumers' moral motivations increase, their perception of the usefulness of electric cars also increases. In contrast, for those with longer driving distances, the increase in perceived usefulness due to moral motivations shows a decreasing trend. Research implications or Originality - This study considered individual driving characteristics that previous research on electric vehicle adoption overlooked, and suggested that setting specific communicating points for electric cars according to driving distance levels might be effective. Lastly, it proposes directions for future research that motivations influencing eco-friendly vehicle purchases may differ based on driving characteristics

축제 방문동기, 사전지식, 관여도가 태도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중국하얼빈국제빙설축제를 중심으로 (The Relationships Between Motivation, Prior Knowledge, Involvement, Attitude, and Behavioral Intention: Focusing on Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the interrelationships between visitor motivations, attitude, and behavioral intention toward the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, China. It is also to test moderating roles of gender and past travel experience between these factors. Design/methodology/approach - Data was collected from potential Chinese visitors, after which 420 usable surveys were processed. Findings - To investigate our hypotheses, we used descriptive, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. We found that aesthetic attractiveness, purchase of local products, and involvement had positive effects on attitude toward the festival. Attitude toward the festival had a significant effect on behavioral intention to visit. Finally, it was also found that gender and past travel experience significantly moderated the interrelationships between these factors. Research implications or Originality - Theoretical and managerial implications, as well as, suggestions for future research are discussed.

멀티채널 환경에서 정보탐색채널과 구매채널의 불일치 현상에 관한 연구: 쇼루밍 현상을 중심으로 (Inconsistency between Information Search and Purchase Channels: Focusing on the "Showrooming Phenomenon")

  • Purpose - "Showrooming" refers to the phenomenon where a shopper visits a store to see and compare products but makes the purchase online at a lower price. Surveys on showrooming activities at home and abroad indicate that a significant number of consumers pursue showrooming activities. The advent of "showroomers," who engage in buying activities, hovering both on and offline, while selectively choosing sales channels to suit their needs, is powerful enough to erode the borders between channels and bring about seismic changes in the distribution industry. However, surprisingly, there has been no in-depth discussion on showrooming. This study seeks to theoretically investigate what impact personal characteristics have on showrooming preferences and attitudes in a multi-channel environment. Specifically, assumptions have been made that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping not only have a direct impact on showrooming attitudes but also indirectly affect it through the means of contact motivation. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypotheses, this study conducted a survey of male and female shoppers, ages 20 through 40s, who live in metropolitan areas, and have actively showroomed fashion items in the last six months. A clothing item usually purchased after a careful decision-making process was chosen as the target product of the study. The survey was conducted between October and November 2014, using a professional survey service provider. A total of 200 surveys were collected, of which 198 were used for analysis. Conceptual model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Amos 18.0 were employed for data analysis and model verification. In addition, following the confirmatory factor analysis and measurement model analysis, the theoretical model that corresponds to the research model was analyzed. Results - Analysis results show that price perception, perceived performance risk, and trust in online shopping have a statistically significant and positive (+) impact on showrooming attitudes. In addition, in terms of the indirect influence of price perception and perceived performance risk on showrooming attitudes through means of contact motivation, price perception had a statistically significant and positive impact on means of contact motivation, whereas perceived performance risk did not have a statistically significant impact on it, with the relevant hypothesis rejected. Conclusions - These analysis results imply that the ultimate goal of consumers is to maximize their shopping benefits by selectively and strategically taking advantage of different channels in a complementary manner. This study presents many implications for distributors to encourage a deep understanding of showrooming consumers who have complicated consumption behaviors and to build channel integration strategies. This study has limitations in theoretical and practical implications. Therefore, subsequent studies need to focus on verifying that showrooming activities are based on reasonable and planned decisions by applying the theory of reasoned or planned behavior. In addition, the scope of the study should expand to include web showrooming, where consumers conduct product research online and purchase offline.

호텔 레스토랑의 방문동기, 소비자태도, 재방문 의도와의 영향관계 (Relationships between Hotel Restaurant Visit Motivations, Consumer Attitudes, and Revisit Intention)

  • 본 연구는 2016년 3월 1일 경부터 3월 31일에 이르는 약 한 달 정도의 조사기간을 두어 실시하였고, 자료 수집은 서울 시내 특급 호텔을 대상으로 연구목적과 설문내용을 관리자에게 충분히 설명한 후, 관리 책임자의 책임 하에서 방문하는 고객에게 자기기입식으로 응답하게 하였다. 첫째, 호텔 레스토랑 방문동기와 인지도는 이미지 B=0.524(p<.001), 음식 B=0.121(p<.05), 독특성 B=0.251(p<.001)은 소비자 태도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다. 둘째, 호텔 레스토랑 방문동기와 선호도는 이미지 B=0.577(p<.001), 사회성 B=0.192(p<.001), 독특성 B=0.173(p<.01)은 소비자 태도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다. 셋째, 호텔 레스토랑 방문동기와 구매 의도간에는 이미지 B=0.705(p<.001), 주변성 B=0.113(p<.01)로 소비자 태도 중 구매의도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었고, 음식 B=-0.135(p<.01)와 사회성 B=-0.123(p<.001)은 부(-)의 영향력이 있었다. 또한, 소비자 태도와 재방문 의도를 살펴보면 인지도 B=0.464(p<.001), 선호도 B=0.321(p<.001), 구매의도 B=0.205(p<.001)로 전부 유의적인 정(+)의 영향력이 있었다.

선행연구에 나타난 의복소비자 행동변인 및 시장 변인연구 (A Study on the Variables of Clothing Consumer Behavior and Market: Literature Review)

  • The author reviewed seventy papers on social psychology of clothing and fashion marketing fields, which were published in the Journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles between 1983 and 1996. The market variables and consumer behavior variables were focused on. This review showed that the market variables had been divided into three groups of variables: 1) product variables (product image and product classification): 2) brand variables (brand image and brand positioning): and 3) store variables (store image, store type, and distribution system) Consumer behavior variables have been studied on the basis of EBM Consumer Behavior Model: 1) purchasing motivation as need recognition: 2) information using as search information: 3) evaluation criteria and choice criteria as alternative evaluatioin : 4) clothing purchase, brand choice and store choice as purchase: 5) degree of wear, satisfaction and dissatisfaction as outcome: and 6) clothing discard. Variables that influence on consumer behavior, including situation variables, clothing attitude variables, personal . social variables were added to develop a variable model of clothing consumer behavior using the EBM Consumer Behavior Model.

선물증여의 개념에 관한 이론적 고찰 (A Conceptual Framework for the Gift Giving in Consumer Behavior Research)

  • Gift giving is usually conducted at festive days, Christmas or Parent's day. When consumers purchase gifts, they have some troubles about efficiency and economy of gifts. The issues about gifts purchase also involve the conceptualizing and establishing evaluative measure of gifts. In order to solve some problems concerning to gift giving, it is necessary to define the concept of gift giving above all. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to establish the concept of gift giving in heop of the study of anthropology and sociology about the beginning of gifts. And it attempts to review on gift giving in the field of consumer behavior. So, first this article proposes that the core concept of gift giving is a reciprocity. It means the obligatory system performed among small groups or individuals. Second, in order to analize the gift giving process, it needs to involve important variables-gift occasion and motivation of gift giving, and intimacy relationship.
