Background: This study aims to conduct curriculum analysis on health management schools focusing on relationship with licence and certification in Republic of Korea. Methods: Possible employment field, licence and certification as well as curriculum were collected from the home page of 30 health management schools. The subjects and credits of curriculum were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Main subjects by areas were drew using categorization and ranking within qualitative methods. Comparative analysis was conducted for checking relationship between main subject and possible employment field, licence and certification. Results: First, major employment fields after graduation were public health officer, general hospital and clinic, and National Health Insurance Service. Possible licence and certificate were hospital administrator, medical recorder, health education specialist, and medical insurance specialist. Second, total graduate credits were 133.9 including 79.0 for major education, 30.5 for of general education, and 30.5 for elective courses. Third, main subjects were reviewed by areas including basic medicine, health management, hospital business & management, medical records & information, insurance billing & assessment, healthcare marketing & tourism, and health education. There were highest number of subjects on health education area among 8 categories. By subjects, many health management schools open health law, medical terminology, introduction to public health, and biostatistics. Relationship between main subjects and possible employment field, licence and certification in health management schools was strong. Conclusion: It is necessary to review curriculum and for improving educational quality in health management schools. Also, development of curriculum standards for courses in health administration and introduction of accreditation system can be considered.

본 연구에서는 국내$.$외 인증체계 현황에 대한 검토$.$분석과 현재 운영되고 있는 정부의 행정전자서명에 대한 인식$.$이용실태 설문조사를 통하여 행정전자서명인증체계의 문제점을 도출하고, 이에 대한 활성화 및 발전방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 행정전자서명인증체계(GPKI)차 민간전자서명인증체계(NPKI)간의 상호연동, 표준보안 API의 활용, 인증서의 발급$.$재발급$.$갱신$.$폐지 등의 관리, 보안성$.$안전성 측면의 기술적 발전방안과 홍보$.$교육 등의 정책적 발전방안, 그리고 인증업무세부지침 등의 법$.$제도적 발전방안은 정년가 행정전자서명의 이용을 활성화하고 발전시키는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 앞으로 행정전자서명의 이용이 활성화된 이후에도 본 연구에서 분석한 설문조사 결과를 참고하여 행정전자서명의 수요 및 만족도 조사를 주기적으로 실시하고, 이존 통한 지속적인 유지$.$발전과 사용자의 확대가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This study is designed to develop a certification system for non-formal environmental education educators as part of efforts to nurture non-formal environmental education educators, increase public trust in non-formal environmental education educators and secure structure and sustainability of non-formal environmental education. The job of non-formal environmental education educators-distant from technical expertise functions that are dealt with by existing certification system - belongs to education and service industry, And the certification system I try to develop is different from existing exclusive certification system based on written tests. It is rather an authentication system based on capability development. So its components are somewhat different from those of existing certification system. However, I also tried to ensure that the system should include components which were supposed to be part of basic certification system. The certification system for non-formal environmental education educators in the study is focused on developing a framework for basic certification system. Therefore, I believe that follow up studies may be needed to address execution, i.e., specific evaluation criteria to select organizations in charge of certification system and education course/program respectively, criteria to select instructors who will lead training course/program and decision on whether experiences as eco-guide or nature experience guide should be recognized as experiences for non-formal environmental education educator etc.

본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원 내부 구성원과 양방병원의 내부구성원 297명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 인증을 받은 전과 후 차이를 비교 분석하여 구성원 만족도, 직무스트레스, 의료서비스향상이 병원운영 효과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원의 병원운영효과는 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스향상이 높을수록, 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있으며, 양방병원의 경우, 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스 향상이 높을수록, 직무스트레스는 낮을수록 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있다. 의료기관인증제도의 기본가치 체계가 환자 안전과 의료의 질 향상인 만큼 요양병원은 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 양방병원보다 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다.

컴퓨터와 네트워크의 보급이 일반화되면서 인터넷을 통한 정보 전달이 일상생활처럼 되고 있다. 기존에는 정보를 전달하기 위한 방법이 주로 전자메일에 한정되어 있던 것에 반해, 요즘은 좀 더 즉각적으로 메시지를 전달해주는 인스턴트 메신저를 많이 사용하고 있다. 인스턴트 메신저는 이러한 장점으로 인해 국내에서도 사용자가 많이 늘고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 인스턴트 메신저 서비스는 인터넷상에서 많은 부분이 노출되지만 클라이언트는 이를 느끼지 못한 채 사용하고 있다. 이는 마치 전화도청과 같다고 할 수 있다. PKI를 사용한 암호화 기술은 인테넷에서 접근 통제, 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인거절 등의 서비스들을 제공할 수 있는 공개키 기반 구조를 발달시켜 왔다. 본 논문에서는 인스턴트 메신저의 안전한 통신을 위해 PKI(공개키 기반구조)를 이용한 인스턴트 메신저에서의 인증 프로토콜에 대해 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest improvement plans of school green building certification system in the concept of the Green Building Index by comparing items of domestic system with those of foreign system. School is a public facility for students. So Green Building Certification System for School must have educational point of view adding to energy saving, reduction of greenhouse gas emission, etc. Also school is forming a large part with the apartment house in the green building certification system. So we need to manage the green building certification system for school to meet carbon reduction policy.

이 연구는 신변보호사 자격제도의 발전을 위하여 그 동안 실증적으로 연구되어지지 않았던 신변보호사 자격시험 응시자들을 대상으로 신변보호사 자격시험 응시 중 자격제도에 대하여 갖고 있던 인식을 조사한 연구이다. 이를 통하여 신변보호사 자격시험에서 나타난 제 문제들을 질적분석 방법을 이용하여 파악하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신변보호사 실기평가위원의 기술평가 능력 향상 모색이다. 둘째, 영상판독 시스템의 도입이다. 셋째, 모든 자격시험 점수 및 이의제청 내용 공개화이다.

There are cases that revoke the certification because of disclosure of private key, deprivation of qualification and the expiration of a term of validity based on PKI. So, a user have to confirm the public key whether valid or invalid in the certification. There are many method such as CRL, Delta-CRL, OCSP for the cert-validation of certification. But these method many problems which are overload traffic on network and the CRL server because of processing for cert-validation of certification. In this paper we proposed the realtime cert-validation of certification method which solved problems that are data integrity by different time between transmission and receiving for CRL, and overload traffic on network and the CRL server based on DARC.

Purpose: This paper provides a method to identify cost-effective standards by analyzing the relationships between certified company and standards. It also aims to provide a evaluation model to establish a certification portfolio strategy of institutions. Methods: By analysing the networks of certified company and certification standards, this paper developed an evaluation model of standards. The evaluation model uses an index(Certificated Standard Evaluation Index; CSEI) to assess the value of standards. Results: To verify the applicability of the evaluation model, the proposed model and the CSEL index have been applied to certification standards of Korean Standard Association. The results show that the evaluation model can effectively identify potential customers and thereby establish a certification portfolio strategy. Conclusion: The main contribution of this study is a provision of a new approach to certification portfolio strategy by evaluating the value of standards. The proposed model is expected to provide implications for the certification portfolio strategy.

The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.
