The purpose of this study is to identify the legal definition and usage of cultural property term related to the architecture within the cultural property-related legal system and general legal system, and to present proper terminology and specific concepts that can be used for the architecture as cultural properties. In the current cultural property legislative system, terms about the architecture are diverse and obscure, and the definition of each term is different from the concept in the general legal system. In this context, this study presented the terminology of 'the architectural heritage' as 'a cultural property by construction act' to cover whole cultural properties related to Korean architecture. And the conceptual scope of the architectural heritage is divided into the technology and the performer related to the act, the record and the building related to the product. and Each concept needs to be specifically tailored to its object and scope. Systematic definition of terms for cultural properties related the architecture can positively influence systematization of cultural property preservation and management as well as empirical research and education on Korean architecture.

Environment-friendly materials are increasingly used as building construction materials nowadays, and the market share of those is growing. Accordingly, the research and developments in terms of environmental value are progressing steadily now. The main characteristics of environmental products are far-infrared radiation, negative-ion emission, electromagnetic wave shielding, and antimicrobial property. These products are often used in mortar and as spray on the finishing material. Nevertheless, there are hardly any research on the functional properties of concrete, the main material in construction field. Thus, we evaluated such basic properties of concrete as slump, compressive strength and air content while using such functional materials as sericite, wood-pattern sandstone, carbon black and nano-metric silver solution to focus on their functional properties like far-infrared radiation, negative ion emission, electro magnetic wave shielding, and antimicrobial activity in this research. The results indicated that the most useful material in the functional materials was carbon black. Sericite and nano-metric silver solution had a little effect on the functional property. Moreover, although wood-pattern sandstone had very high functional property, it exhibited too low compressive strength to be applied, to concrete as a factory product. Antimicrobial property of nano-metric silver solution in the concrete was not clear demonstrated, but if these specimens were to be aged in $CO_2$ gas for a long time, it might be apparent.

Based on 11 Classics of Materia Medica designated by Ministry of health and welfare bulletin 1995-15 as legal basis in scope and preparation of herbal prescription, we reviewed indication, property and processing of Rhus Verniciflua Stokes which appear extensively in literature since earlier Joseon Dynasty. Following is the conclusion of this review after comparing with 'Korean Pharmacopoeia: commentary on herbal product standard'. 1. The properties of Rhus Verniciflua Stokes in 'Korean Pharmacopoeia :commentary on herbal product standard' should be changed as 'Tonifying the middle, restoring the muscle, fulfilling marrow, breaking old static blood, tonifying and activating after removing mass, unblocking the meridian, killing worms' and indication should be changed as 'Old static blood, deep rooted mass, wind-cold-dampness arthralgia, cough, 9 types of chest pain, abdominal or flank accumulation of stagnated qi[氣], amenorrhea, hernia mass, small bowel or bladder colic pain, abdominal pain due to worm accumulation'. 2. The processing of Rhus Verniciflua Stokes in 'Korean Pharmacopoeia: commentary on herbal product standard' should include 'natural drying or steaming drying followed by grinding and stir-baking until ripened or smoking appears'.

To study product properties of digital spaces, we strongly need to formulate meaningful adjacency relations on digital products. Thus the paper [7] firstly developed a normal adjacency relation on a digital product which can play an important role in studying the multiplicative property of a digital fundamental group, and product properties of digital coverings and digitally continuous maps. The present paper mainly surveys the normal adjacency relation on a digital product, improves the assertion of Boxer and Karaca in the paper [4] and restates Theorem 6.4 of the paper [19].

The purpose of this work is to understand the effect of Mo addition on SSC susceptibility of high strength low alloy steels in terms of microstructure and corrosion property. Materials used in this study are high strength low alloy (HSLA) steels with carbon content of 0.04wt% and Mo content varying from 0.1 to 0.3wt%. The corrosion property of steels was evaluated by immersion test in NACE-TM01-77 solution A and by analyzing the growth behavior of surface corrosion products. SSC resistance of steels was evaluated using constant load test. Electrochemical test was performed to investigate initial corrosion rate. Addition of Mo increased corrosion rate of steels by enhancing the porosity of surface corrosion products. However, corrosion rate was not directly related to SSC susceptibility of steels.

Matching pursuit algorithm is a signal expansion technique whose efficiency for motion compensated residual image has already been demonstrated in the MPEG-4 framework. However, one of the practical concerns related to applying matching pursuit algorithm to real-time scalable video coding is its massive computation required for finding dictionary elements. In this respective, this paper proposes a fast algorithm, which is composed of three sub-methods. The first method utilizes the property of symmetry in 1-D dictionary element and the second uses mathematical elimination of inner product calculation in advance, and the last one uses frequency property of 2-D dictionary. Experimental results show that our algorithm needs about 30% computational load compared to the conventional fast algorithm using separable property of 2-D gabor dictionary with negligible quality degradation.

A good material selection and high dental techniques shall be required in all procedure from waxing up to investing of wax patten in order to get a cast restoration with good adaptability. Generally, wax and investing material should not have any deformation property but they art not so perfact in practice. Therefore, as the one of methods to produce more perfact, less deformation property and excellent product, it is necessary to eliminate the problems which can cause a deformation in each procedure.

Gel-type yogurt was prepared from egg white powder (3%, w/v), glucose (2%, w/v) and four kinds of milk products (4%, w/v). The effects of milk product on acid production and growth of Lactobacillus were studied. The effects of milk product on sensory property and volatile aroma compounds were also studied. Acid production by L. acidophilus at 24 hr in samples containing milk product was significantly lower than that by L. acidophilus in milk (p<0.05). The sample containing casein produced less acid than the other samples. Number of viable cells of L. acidophilus at 24 hr in milk and samples containing milk product was $2.0{\times}10^{9}/mL$ and $5.0{\times}10^{8}{\sim}8.0{\times}10^{8}/mL$, respectively. Sensory property of the samples containing milk product was lower than that of milk yogurt (reference). However, sensory property of the sample containing casein was not significantly different from that of milk yogurt (p<0.05). The sample containing whey powder showed lower sensory score than other samples. Though the composition of volatile aroma compounds was slightly different from sample to sample, gas chromatographic analysis detected acetone, ethanol, diacetyl and acetoin in samples fermented by L. acidophilus.

In this paper, we give a Peleg type KKM theorem on G-convex spaces and using this, we obtain a coincidence theorem. First, these results are applied to a whole intersection property, a section property, and an analytic alternative for multimaps. Secondly, these are used to proved existence theorems of equilibrium points in qualitative games with preference correspondences and in n-person games with constraint and preference correspondences for non-paracompact wetting of commodity spaces.
