무인교통단속장비 설치 판단 기준 및 설치대수 산정 연구 (Study on Estimation of Unmanned Enforcement Equipment Installation Criteria and Proper Installation Number)

  • 교통사고 예방을 위해 설치되는 무인교통단속장비의 운영대수는 매년 경찰청과 지방자치단체의 지속적인 설치로 해마다 증가하고 있다. 하지만 공학적, 체계적인 분석결과가 아닌 민원 위주의 정성적인 판단을 기반으로 설치하고 있어 정량적인 설치기준이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도로 유형별 사고 심각도를 고려한 설치 판단기준을 제시하고 필요 설치대수를 산출하여 향후 추가 설치대수를 도출하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 사고건수와 KSI를 활용하여 교통사고 심각도를 나타낼 수 있는 ARI 지표를 개발하였으며, 일원배치 분산분석과 군집분석을 통해 도로유형을 4가지 유형으로 분류하고, 도로 유형별 사고 잦은 곳의 사고정보를 분석하여 교통사고 심각도가 높은 군집의 ARI를 도출하였다. 도로 유형별 단속장비의 설치 판단을 위한 ARI 값을 제시하였고, 사고 잦은 곳 중 교통단속장비가 기 설치된 구간을 제외하고 5,244대의 추가 설치가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • In this study, the preliminary risk assessment for the underground storage tanks(UST) in Chunchon city was implemented using the geographical information system(GIS). The estimation variables, such as the installation year, storage capacity, the distances from streams, and from groundwater pumping wells, were selected to estimate the relative risk levels. The weighting factors were given to all the estimation variables. Cumulative scores were induced by the combination of all the scores of the corresponding variables using the buffering technique and the overlay analysis in ArcView. Using the these process, the relative risk level of each UST was estimated. Some sites in this study are simplified and reduced because the number of useable data are limited or too enormous. Thus the selection of the comprehensive estimation variables and the proper weighting values are required for the future study. The methodology in this study could be served not only for the preliminary risk assessment of UST but also for the selection of the proper location of new and old UST. And, it can be used for the effective management system of UST.

2도체 송전선로의 스페이서 취부방식 연구 (A Study on the Spacer Installation Method for 2-Conductor Bundle Transmission Lines)

  • Overhead transmission lines are classified by the number of sub conductors per phase. Korean transmission lines use two, four, or six-conductor bundle. Bundle of conductors must have spacers or spacer dampers which keep the proper distance between sub conductors. They can prevent conductors from being vibrated or twisted due to the wind. As for the two-conductor bundle, alternating current flow generates absorption force between sub conductors which may cause a collision of sub conductors. To prevent sub conductors from being vibrated, twisted, and collided, spacer or spacer damper installation method is designed considering vibration characteristics of sub conductors. We have spacer installation method for four or six-conductor bundle lines. However, we don't have it for two-conductor bundle ones. So we have installed spacers at regular intervals in two-conductor bundle lines, and it caused rigid body oscillation of conductors due to the wind which made a flashover between conductors. This paper introduces a vibration characteristic analysis of two-conductor bundle and proposes a spacer installation method for two-conductor bundle lines.

물류 시스템 적용 유도전동기의 전압강하와 역률 보상 관계 (Voltage Drop and Power Factor Compensation Relation of Induction Motor applied to Logistics System)

  • Recently, the expansion or establishment of facilities for the logistics system is increasing. Conveyor facilities play a major role in sorting and transporting logistics. Induction motors are widely used for the operation of these conveyor systems. In the logistics system, a large number of induction motors are used. These motors have a considerable distance from the power source side and have a low power factor. The installation position for the power factor compensation of the induction motor is very important. Since the voltage drop depends on the length of the line, it is an important parameter in capacitor capacity determination for power factor compensation. The capacity of the capacitors installed to compensate the power factor of the inductive load should be designed to the extent that self-excitation does not occur. In this study, we analyze the method of compensating the proper power factor considering the voltage drop and the installation position of the induction motor in the logistics system.

감전사고로 인한 재해발생현황에 대한 분석과 대책 (Analysis and Counterplan for the Present Status of Electric Shock Accidents)

  • This paper has analyzed various aspects of electric shock accidents on th base of the published statistical data of the Ministry of labour between 1982 and 1990. The number of electric shock accidents has suddenly been increased in 1990, because of the booming business of the building construction. It was found that many temporal electric wirings and movable electric devices in the field of construction have bee na leading cause of the electric shock accidents. In order to reduce the rate of electric shock accidents the proper authorities will have to establish the safety measures, to educate workers to prevent the accidents and to supervise more carefully.

효율적인 DVOR 설치위치 선정기법 (An Efficient Method for Selecting DVOR Installation Site)

  • 국제민간항공기구(ICAO : International Civil Aviation Organization)에서 국제 표준 항공항법시스템으로 지정한 전방향표지시설(VOR : VHF Omni-directional Range)은 전 세계적으로 2,000대 이상이 항공로 구성 등에 활용되고 있으며 우리나라도 39대가 운용중이다. VOR은 VHF 반송파를 진폭 및 주파수변조하여 항법정보를 제공하므로 주변 장애물의 영향 때문에 성능이 미흡하여 이미 설치한 장비를 옮기기도 하는데, 이에 따른 비용과 시간이 많이 소요되어 사회적 문제를 야기하기도 한다. 따라서 주변지형이 열악할 경우에는 장비를 임시 설치하여 장소를 선정함이 필요한데, 근래에 많이 사용하는 DVOR(Doppler VOR)은 안테나의 규모가 방대하여 이를 이동시키면서 사전에 성능을 검증하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 이 논문은 DVOR의 규모가 큰 측대파안테나 등을 제거한 후 용이하게 이동시키면서 설치 장소의 적합성을 사전에 확인하는 기법을 개발하고 항공기를 이용한 측정을 통하여 검증함으로써, 향후 VOR 위치 결정에 활용될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

도보길환경의 안전 및 위험인식에 관한 조사연구 (A research on Safety and Dangerous Awareness of Environment on Walking trails)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate safety and dangerous awareness of environment on walking trails. For this purpose, questionnaire survey are carried out by people who had experience using walking trails during 2016. It is evaluated that environments of walking trails located inside big cities are inferior than ones located in small and medium-sized cities and countryside in air pollution, bed smell, water pollution, noise, and waste. Needs about management and number installed public restroom are high for hygienic environment of walking trails. With waste treatment, users of 2.4 percentage are showed improper behavior that they left their rubbish at the place out of view but others bring their trash. Accident likelihood is highly appreciated and possibility of physical accident like slipping is showed at the highest. The reasons of accident on walking trails are responded with carelessness of walkers and improper of installation or management of safety facility at the most. For safety environment of walking trails, needs of installation of safety fences and notices of dangerous area are requested. In order to separate prevention from paths of walking trails, signposts are needed at visual clearness, maintenance, installation with proper interval and location, and correct contents. Respondents of 2.4 percentage have experiences of accident on walking trails and physical accident like slipping is occurred at the most.

내부고장을 고려한 고온형 연료전지 대규모 발전단지의 병렬운전 변압기 적정 뱅크수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Proper Number of Banks of Parallel Operation of Transformer in Large-scale Power Plants Using the High Temperature Fuel Cell Considering the Internal Failure)

  • High temperature fuel cell system, such as molten carbonate fuel cells(MCFC) and solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC), are capable of operating at MW rated power output. The power output change of high temperature fuel cell imposes the thermal and mechanical stresses on the fuel cell stack. To minimize the thermal-mechanical stresses on the stack and increase the systems reliability, we should divide the power plant configuration to several banks. However, the improvement of reliability in fuel cell power plant system causes an increase of the investment cost, for example, replacement costs, labor costs, and so on. For this reason - the balance between investment and reliability improvement - many studies about the appropriate level of investment have been conducted. In this paper, we evaluate the cost for operation and installation, the benefit for electric energy and thermal energy sales, and the system reliability for several cases : these cases relate with the bank configuration.

히트싱크의 자연대류 열유동 특성 분석 (Investigation of Natural Convective Heat Flow Characteristics of Heat Sink)

  • 제품의 성능 및 신뢰성 향상을 위하여 효과적이고, 적정한 방열장치의 중요성이 지속적으로 부각되고 있다. 현재 가장 널리 쓰이는 방열장치는 알루미늄 압출식 평행핀 형상의 히트싱크(heat sink)로 이의 설계를 위해서는 방열량과 최대 허용온도 등에 대한 목표가 결정되어야 하며, 사용 환경 및 설치 방법에 따른 열전달 계수의 예측이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 히트싱크의 베이스가 수직, 수평상태를 유지함에 따라 나타나는 핀 주변의 자연대류 유동 특성을 전산모사 해석을 통해 고찰하였다. 또한, 일반적인 자연대류형 히트싱크를 대상으로 수평 및 수직상태에서의 열적 성능 실험을 수행하였으며, 기존의 연구결과와 비교함으로써 설치방향이 히트싱크 방열성능에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 실험결과 수평상태의 경우는 수직인 경우에 비하여 약 10~15% 열전달 계수의 감소가 발생하였다.

첨단안전장치 장착 버스의 사고사례 분석 (Analysis for Traffic Accident of the Bus with Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS))

  • Recently a traffic accident of heavy duty vehicles under the mandatory installation of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) is often reported in the media. Heavy duty vehicle accidents are normally occurring a high number of passenger's injury. According to report of Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, FCW (Forward Collision Warning) and AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) were associated with a statistically significant 12% reduction in the rate of police-reportable crashes per vehicle miles traveled, and a significant 41% reduction in the rear-end crash rate of large trucks. Also many countries around the world, including Korea, are studying the effects of ADAS installation on accident reduction. Traffic accident statistics of passenger vehicle for business purpose in TMACS (Traffic safety information Management Complex System in Korea) tends to remarkably reduce the number of deaths due to the accident (2017(211), 2018(170), 2019(139)), but the number of traffic accidents (2017(8,939), 2018(9,181), 2019(10,095)) increases. In this paper, it is introduced a traffic accident case that could lead to high injury traffic accidents by being equipped with AEB in a bus. AEB reduces accidents and damage in general but malfunction of AEB could occur severe accident. Therefore, proper education is required to use AEB system, simply instead of focusing on developing and installing AEB to prevent traffic accidents. Traffic accident of AEB equipped vehicle may arise a new dispute between a driver's fault and vehicle defect. It is highly recommended to regulate an advanced event data recorder system.
