Creation village is to house diverse programs to complete the master plan which was established 13 years ago. The project was asked to envision the second stage leap of the college and also house programs related to the specialized creative activities with dormitory. The site is located right next to the main gate, so the project has very strong and symbolic image by its location. Therefore, the project is to carry out the college philosophy in education and also work with ideas of connection and separation with required diverse programs.

The MLTM(Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs) has been performed NGIS project Assessment every year. But it has a couple of problems which are contents of assessment and the time of dealing in the assessment system. Considering the driven conclusions, this study proposed the improvement plan of NGIS project Assessment.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has also been promoting the commercialization of land transport technology to commercialize the technologies owned by small and medium-sized venture companies, and to support the transfer and commercialization of public technologies. At this point, in order to improve the investment effect of subsequent new projects and to select excellent research institutes, it is necessary to establish a valid evaluation index system suitable for the purpose of the project. The evaluation index system for subsequent new projects should be linked to the project objectives and goals of the preceding project, and should be selected in consideration of existing evaluation indicators to prevent interruption of research results. Therefore, this thesis sets the evaluation index system into multiple scenarios through hierarchical cluster analysis using the evaluation result data for each evaluation committee for small and medium venture companies participating in the land transportation technology commercialization support project, and then analyzes the structural equation model. As a result of scenario analysis, considering the measurement effect of each path representing the causal relationship between evaluation indicators and the effect of each evaluation index on evaluation items, the scenario with the highest impact on the evaluation result was selected as an improvement plan.

This research is intended to analyze the necessity of the integrated organization for the performance in order to the extension of scale and the systematic promotion concerning to the Korean medicine informational project, and to research the promotional method of Korean Medicine information through the constitution of organization for preparing the informational basic. There are three main important subjects to be done in this research project. The initial issue is to devise a comprehensive and systematic plan of Korean medicine information according to the Korean Medicine Rearing Raw('03. 8). Furthermore, it is necessary to reinforce the integrated informational ability of Organizations concerning to the Korean Medicine. Finally, with the above works accomplished, the overall standard of Korean Medicine Information should be settled. Initially, we compose an advisory committee of the Korean Medicine Information in the first year. The members of the committee include the informational coordinates of related government agencies, the experts in Korean Medicine Information, and specialists in the domains of computer science and information. In the next phase, we derive the promotional strategy for 'Center for Korean Medicine Information'. In other words, by means of analyzing the current issues and outstanding problems of on-going research projects and environments, the ultimate directions of the whole activities are established. Also, we build the medium and long-range road map of Korean Medicine Information Research by setting strategy for the policy projects related to the area. With the various research activities in this project, we can achieve the following practical strategic benefits. Firstly, we can lay a foundation for the Korean Medicine Information by establishing the fundamental plan for 'Korean Medicine Information Center'. Secondly, information strategic projects about 'Korean Medicine Information Center'. Secondly information strategic projects about 'Korean Medicine Information Development' can be performed in more systematic fashion and promoted by stages. Finally, by confirming the contents of the Korean Medicine of KMS system, we invent an opportunity of new project in the field of the Korean Medicine Information by means of practicing and managing the 'korean Medicine Information Custom Service'.

Background : The Life cycle Health Promotion Programs using Traditional Korean Medicine (the Life cycle HaPPs-TKM) are the on-going 3rd stage projects that have centered on the development and dissemination of the standard life cycle HaPPs-TKM in the local community. The purpose of the study was to introduce the development background of the standard life cycle HaPPs-TKM and to suggest its activation plan. Methods : Academic and government research reports on the life cycle HaPPs-TKM were analyzed to introduce the development process, development backgrounds and the details of KM-HPP for each life cycle, such as infants and toddlers, adolescents, pregnant women, adults and the elderly. Results : We reviewed the development process of the standard life cycle HaPP-TKM consisted of a series of diagnosis on community members' health problems, establishment of project purpose, research on the involvement of KM intervention in a project, and final development of the project model. And we rediscovered that in the development backgrounds of KM-HPP, there were beneficial goals to manage and promote public health conditions for each life cycle. Conclusion : To activate life cycle HaPPs-TKM, we would recommend that activation plan should include six factors through systematic analysis of research reports. These factors consist of diversified goals for each life-cycle, competency reinforcement of local project manager, diversified Korean Medicinal modalities to enhance Sasang Constitution and Qigong, development of standard Outcome Index, periodical holding of performance contest, and improved guidance of government and associated entities through whole process of HaPP-TKM.

This paper deals with blackout reduction plan, reactive power compensation plan and system restoration procedures in operations parts. Moreover protection system improvement plan and standard protection schemes were suggested.

The KHST vehicle, with the maximum speed of 350km/h, is being developed under the en national R&D project and we investigate the performance test procedure of the vehicle considering the safety plan. First, important issues in the safety plan for the KTX vehicle are reviewed and then they are reflected in the test procedure for the KHST vehicle.

This report is that the scenery of the town with a different measure is different. There are the framework and the story in the rural communities master plan . This master plan's story intends the self-help and living with meaning of citizens in own city and town. It is the philosophy of the master plan that citizens' daily bread is the local resourses, lives in safety and keeps the healthy living. But these contents are the different means by the condition of each cities' and towns' geography. The scenery of introducing two towns appears to each different plan by different conditions.

This study is to reveal the periodical form of the 4 staged building sites with the size and the site composition of the master plan and floor plan of the Ungjindan (altar) from the Ungjindan excavation works in 2011. In order to project the research results aiming to the purpose of the study, the basic study was done with collecting data about shrine architecture for its architectural characteristics and case studies with ancestral facilities such as the Ak hae dok (national-level ancestral ritual to the big mountain, ocean and river) to understand the exact form of the site plan and architectural composition elements through the general information and excavation status. In addition, with the current situation and information from the excavation works the planned measurement scale will be calculated in inference for the size of the construction by stages and speculate the floor plan composition of the shrine architecture.

The development of the Surrey Research Park by the University of Surrey is an addition to a number of existing strategies to collaborate with industry that it has developed over its 120 year history. The potential to undertake this development was based on owning a substantial land holding that the University acquired when the Borough Council for the town of Guildford invited the University to relocate from Battersea in London to its new location in 1966. Initial plans for the Park in 1979 were accelerated in 1981 in response to plans by the then government to reduce funding for Higher Education in the UK. Beyond a broad master plan for the site that was based on topography and access to the site the plans that were developed were based on a survey of 100 companies that were deemed to be in the target market for the site and a review of the other 7 science parks that were being developed in the UK in 1981. The findings from this proved to be important in developing the master plan for the site. Another important influence on the project was the objectives that were defined for the 3 stakeholders in the project of the University, the tenant companies and the planning authority relate to economic development, a competitive advantage of tenant companies, knowledge transfer, the profile for the University and the capacity to generate income proved to be a valuable framework on which to develop a master plan. These details were underpinned by five objectives which served the three stakeholders in the site. Those for the University included commercial potential, knowledge transfer and image and reputation; those for the town primarily related to economic development and the plan was to help tenants gain a competitive advantage by locating on the site. In addition a number of success indicators were defined for the project against which to measure performance and have remained as a useful set of parameters on which to base the assessment of the performance of the site. In combination with these indicators a further analysis deals with the success factors that are considered as important in influencing performance. The paper sets details the history of the park and covers the success indicators and factors and reviews these in the context of the original objectives for the site.
