As the prefecture railroad construction accelerates, unmanned system's reliability and safety is increasing in demand. Accordingly, effective management of construction projects for the PM and SE techniques are being applied, with the introduction and use of PMIS computerized systems. Due to the construction of railways, from the start of PMIS research planning, design, procurement, to construction and commissioning, various expertise is being carefully gathered, and by integrating it into the unified budget ideas and processes, rational, efficient, organized, and manageable financial plans are developed for the computerized system. However, the current PMIS does not take into account the life-cycle. This study is to bring attention to the BIM smart BOM-based configuration management for life-cycle through the consideration for railway construction project management.

대규모적이며 복잡한 공공시설사업의 이행은 재정, 계획, 설계 기타 거대한 상호 연계 Pro-ject의 건설을 통합하기 위한 정선된 절차와 규정이 필요하다고 하겠다. 요즈음 우리 나라의 건설산업기본법에 "건설사업관리(CM)"라는 새로운 건설계약 업종이 대두되면서 실질적인 건설산업현장에서 관리기법의 정의와 다양성을 살펴 볼 필요성이 요구되는 차제에 세계 제7차 "Civil and Building공학의 컴퓨터화"란 주제로 1997년 8월 19~22일 Sheraton Walker Hill 호텔에서 열렀다. 이 대회에서 상기 인천국제공항 건설에 참여한 Parsons Overseas Company의 PE인 Steven B Cornell이 발표한 인천국제공항건설의 Program Management 운영을 간추려 소개한다. 이 Program Management 설명에서 Pro-gram Management(PmMt), Project Mana gement(PM), Construction Management(CM) 등의 정의과 차별성의 파악 및 p. M. 0(Program Management Oversight)의 기능과 역할을 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다. 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

The Construction Management(CM) System in Korea is systematized both in name and reality by being prescribed in Construction Industry Act('97) and Construction Management Act('01) through various discussions considering reformation of construction industry structure and enhancement of construction technology competitiveness. Specially in the public construction works, CM Pilot Project is promoted by central government for the activation of CM system introduced for efficiency of public construction project. The promotion of Pilot Project is not only the settlement and activation of CM system but also the process to embody and diversify the CM system. Now we should develop various CM application type such as Owner type, PM type and type for private capital project in doing so. And with this efforts, we could expect that CM system should play an important role to enhance the efficiency of public construction works and should affect private construction sector.

National construction project for SOC(Social Overhead Capital) is led by the government and invested high cost and all capabilities for long times. In general case the life times of SOC facilities are permanently. According to the long life time of the facilities documents and records of national projects are also retained permanently. Consistent classification systems are required to operation and maintenance of the facilities efficiently and to support the organic co-works for several Stakeholders. Therefore the classification of national construction projects are based on WBS of the project. WBS is the hierarchy structure that established and developed in project management project management methodology to produce deliverables of the projects. As a result, this study provides a prospect of project records classification systems in the 21st Century.

The purpose of this paper is to identify a relative importance and priority of the factors of Competencies of project team member. It aims to present the differential competency factors from a differentiated perspective by applying the Leadership Development Questionnaire, which is the competency dimension required for manager, to team member. (1) Background: The diverse needs of customers and companies, and the uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity, and volatility of the environment surrounding the company in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution threaten the survival of company. In this respect, companies should implement the project management approach and strive to increase the capabilities of each team member. (2) Methods: AHP method was used to prioritize which factors were considered more importance level and the gap of relative importance level between project manager group and team members group. (3) Results: In the analysis of the relative importance of the upper class, weights were derived in the order of managerial competence, intellectual competence, and emotional competence. The sub-factor that respondents prioritize was communication as the 1st priority, and it was analyzed in the order of strategic perspective, achieving, critical analysis and judgement, and vision and imagination. There were some differences in the ranking of the relative importance of achieving and vision and imagination attributes between the PM group and TM group, it was analyzed that there was no significant difference overall. (4) Implications: The results of this study confirmed the recognition that team members are required to have the same competencies as the project manager. And based on the priorities of the competencies required of team members, companies are expected to cultivate professional and competent team members, and expand the roles and authority of team members so that they can actively carry out projects.

Because construction work is conducted outdoors, construction workers are affected by harmful environmental factor. Especially, Particulate Matter (PM₁₀) is one of the harmful environmental factors with a diameter of 10㎍/m³ or less. When PM₁₀ is inhaled by human, it can cause fatal impact on the human. Contrary to the various analyses of health impact on PM₁₀, the research on the relationship between construction accidents and PM₁₀ are few. Therefore, this study aims to conduct the relative frequency analysis which find out the correlation between construction accidents and PM₁₀, and the modified PM₁₀ grade is suggested to expect accidents probability caused by PM₁₀ in the construction industry. This study is conducted by four steps. i) Establishment of the database; ii) Classification of data; iii) Analysis of the Relative Frequency of accidents in the construction industry by PM₁₀ concentration; iv) Modified PM₁₀ groups to classify the impact of PM₁₀ on accident. In terms of frequency analysis, the most accidents were occurred in the average concentration of PM₁₀ (32㎍/m³). However, we found that the relative frequency of accident was increased as the concentration of PM₁₀ increased. This means the higher PM₁₀ concentration can cause more accidents during construction. In addition, PM₁₀ concentration was divided as 6 groups by the WHO, but the modified PM₁₀ grade by the relative frequency on accident was suggested as 3 groups.

PMO(Project Management Office)는 프로젝트 수행을 일관성 있게 관리하는 조직으로 프로젝트의 효율성을 극대화하고자 수행 초기부터 전체적인 일정을 계획하고 관리하며, 프로젝트의 성공적 수행을 도모한다. 본 논문에서는 실제 IT 프로젝트를 수행한 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 첫째, 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 주는 PMO의 핵심 기능을 5가지로 정의하고 둘째, PMO가 조직의 성과에 기여하는 영역을 경쟁가치모형1)을 이용하여 4가지 모델로 분류하였다. 셋째, 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 PMO 기능을 통계적으로 분석하여 도출하였다. 연구결과로 한국은 PMO 기능 중에 프로젝트를 통해 알게 된 교훈이나 지식을 관리하는 학습영역은 조직의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있지만 프로젝트에 대한 통제 및 보고, 표준화 된 관리 방법론은 성과에 기여하지 못하고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 PMO가 조직에서 성공적으로 도입되기 위해서 수행해야 할 주요 역할을 명확히 함으로서 프로젝트 관리 수준을 향상시키고 프로젝트 수행에 PMO를 효과적으로 활용하고자 한다.

The IPSE(Integrated Project Support Environment) tool can be seen as a result of an attempt to synthesize the key aspects of language-centered, specific methodology-based and toolkit oriented environments, which are current CASE tools into an organic whole. The IPSE approach based on a process model is regarded as an effective way to implement integrated CASE. The PM-CASE(Process Model based CASE) tool is currently a prototype which draw diagrams describing processes by using a new modeling technique. Attributes related with a task of withen the process model should be defined an saved the database. These attributed are used to retrieve the information of products, and to call the tool related which the task. In this paper, TSEE(Process centered Software Engineering Environment) tools are compared and analyzed. By describing the basic concept, architecture and design of PM-CASE tool, a method of building an process model-based CASE tool is proposed be support an effect software development and management.

PMO(Project Management Office)는 해당 영역의 프로젝트를 조정된 중앙 통제 방식으로 관리하기 위하여 필요한 다양한 책임을 배정받은 조직, 부서나 주체를 말하며, 프로젝트 관리 지원 기능을 제공하는 일부터 직접적인 프로젝트 관리에 이르기까지 다양한 책임을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PMO 제도 도입에 따른 성공적인 공공 정보화 사업 완수를 위해 우리나라 PMO 관련 현 법제도 현황을 선행 연구자들에 따른 PMO 기능 분석 종합 자료와 미국의 표준화된 프로젝트 관리 프로세스인 PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowledge) 관리 지식 영역 프로세스를 적용해 우리나라 현 법제도의 적합성을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 공공 정보화 사업에서 PMO 제도를 도입함에 있어 우리나라 현 법제도가 공공 정보화 사업의 품질을 높이는데 보완되어야 할 영역들이 요구되었다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 공공 정보화 사업의 PMO 제도 도입 시 법적 제도화와 전문성을 제고하여 성공적인 사업 수행에 도움이 되도록 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this research is to verify the importance of the relationship between the competency of the project manager of a consulting recipient company that can significantly influence the consulting achievement, the ethical attitude of the consultant, and the consulting project achievement. The results of this research are summarized as follows. The results of this study verified that the competency of the project manager from the consulting recipient company contributed to the ethical attitude of the consultant, the ethical attitude of the consultant positively affected the consulting achievement, and the support of the CEO of the consulting recipient company helped regulate the relationship between the competency of the project manager and the consulting achievement.
