This study aims to uncover what kinds of difficulties preschool teachers are now confronted with when they begin to implement project based learning with young children, in order to develop contents for teacher education programs. From July 2012 to February, 2013, 9 teachers participated in implementing projects in preschool classrooms. For data generation and interpretation, observations of class projects, tape-recordings of teacher conferences, and interviews with the teachers were made. The findings were as follows: teachers' uncertainty regarding project itself, teachers themselves, child competence, and its sustainableness were the most critical obstacle to hinder the teachers in implementing self directed projects with young children. The results imply that the teachers' belief in child competence in doing projects is of great significance; their view that it is very difficult for them to do projects without viewing young children a co-constructor of knowledge. Therefore, the key element in developing contents for teacher education programs should include a richer understanding of young children' competence.

이 연구는 2003년부터 2008년까지 추진된 대구광역시 학교도서관 활성화사업의 성과를 평가한 것이다. 연구방법으로는 통계분석과 설문조사를 사용하였다. 본 논문은 두 가지 연구 내용을 포함하고 있다. 하나는 통계 데이터를 사용하여 학교도서관의 운영 및 활동의 주요 요소인 예산, 시설, 장서, 인력, 그리고 대출을 연도별로 분석한 것이다. 다른 하나는 활성화 사업의 효과와 만족도, 학교도서관의 기능에 대한 인식, 전담 인력의 자격, 향후 학교도서관 발전의 이니셔티브와 교육청의 정책과제 등에 관하여 학교장, 교과교사, 그리고 사서교사 및 도서관 담당교사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 분석한 것이다.

우리나라 제7차 교육과정에서는 개별적 평가 외에 팀을 편성하여 팀 단위로 과제를 해결하도록 하는 집단적 평가 방법을 적용하여 문제를 해결하도록 유도하고 있다. 그러나 팀 단위의 협동적인 문제해결 과정을 통해 고등 사고력이나 사회적 기술 등을 기를 수 있도록 하는 팀 프로젝트에 대한 필요성은 증가하고 있는데 반해, 대다수의 교사들은 관리, 운영 등의 어려움을 이유로 팀 프로젝트 시행을 꺼려하는 경향이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 팀 프로젝트 평가에 있어서의 현실적인 문제점을 인식하고, 교사의 팀 프로젝트 평가에 따른 부담을 덜어주면서 다면적인 평가를 통해 평가의 신뢰도와 타당도을 높이기 위해 자동 생성 웹 설문지를 이용한 팀 프로젝트 평가 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

For stationary 1kW-class fuel cell systems to be used widely, it is essential to achieve dramatic improvements in system durability as well as cost reduction. In order to address this engineering challenge, it is important to develop innovative technologies associated with BOP components. According to this background, in 2009, the Korean Government and "Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning(KETEP)" launched into the strategic development project of BOP technology for practical applications and commercializations of stationary fuel cell systems, named "Technology Development on Cost Reduction of BOP Components for 1kW Stationary Fuel Cell Systems to Promote Green-Home Dissemination Project". The objectives of this project are to develop fundamental technologies to meet these requirements, and to improve the performance and functionality of BOP components with reasonable price. The project consortium consists of Korea's leading fuel cell system manufacturers, BOP component manufacturers which technologically specialized, and several research institutions. This paper is to provide a summary of the project, as well as the achievements made through the 1st period of the project(2009~2010). Several prototypes of BOPs - Cathode air blowers, burner air blowers, preferential oxidation air blowers, fuel blowers, cooling water pumps, reformer water pumps, heat recovery pumps, mass flow meters, valves and power conditioning systems - had been developed through this project in 2010. As results of this project, it is expected that a technological breakthrough of these BOP components will result in a substantial system cost reduction.

Korean won overseas construction projects worth 71.6 billion US Dollars in 2010, which exceeded that of 2009 by 45.6%. An overseas construction project is a transaction of large scale, long term project, many parties participating, deferred payment, and of high-technology. It contributes to foreign currency earning, and also leads the nation's export restructuring work towards high value-added one. There are various kinds of risks towards the relevant parties respectively, which are key elements in successfully performing the overseas construction project. There are completion risk, financing risk, operating risk, revenue risk etc, in an employer's place. A contractor may be confronted with payment risk, issuance risk of performance bond, financing risk, performance risk of sub-contractors, and exchange rate risk. In lenders place there are repayment risk, completion risk, and political risk in the host country. In order to mitigate risks, the parties shall take relevant measures or require relevant securities. A contractor needs to evaluate the credibility of an employer in respect of payment risk, and can also request export insurance cover by the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation(the former 'Korea Export Insurance Corporation"). An employer can require a contractor to provide performance bond in respect of completion risk, and employ a well-known first class bank as a mandated arranger to arrange financing with regard to completion risk. Lenders needs to evaluate the credibility of an employer and accomplish feasibility study of the project. Lenders can request insurance cover from export credit agency. Once the parties assess the respective risks and obtain relevant securities, the project will be successfully completed. The success of the project will be sure to bring the parties involved enormous profits and another opportunity to participate in overseas construction project afterwards.

본 연구의 목적은 S 여자대학교의 교수학습지원센터에서 운영하는 비대면 프로젝트 기반 학습(Project-Based Leaning: PBL)강좌에 참여한 학습자의 학습성과 및 학습 만족도에 대해 알아보고자 실시하였다. 본 연구를 위한 설문지는 학습전략(동료학습 전략, 비판적 검토 전략, 정교화 전략, 초인지 전략 및 온라인 프로젝트 활동)과 학습 만족도에 관한 질문 총 28개로 구성되었다. 설문조사를 위하여 2020학년도 프로젝트 기반 학습강좌에 참여한 학습자 중 300명(1학기 210명, 2학기 90명)이 참여하였다. 사전-사후 설문조사 결과 1학기와 2학기 모두 사후 설문조사 결과의 평균이 더 높게 나타났다. 두 학기 모두 프로젝트 기반 학습 수강 후에 학습전략 평균이 향상하였다. 프로젝트 활동이 학습활동에 도움이 되며, 수업에 참여도를 높인다는 결과를 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 심화된 비대면 학습환경에서의 PBL 연구가 지속되어야 함을 시사한다.

어촌뉴딜 300사업은 300개의 어촌과 어항을 대상으로 하는 복합개발사업으로 낙후된 시설 개선 및 지역특화 자원활용 등 전문프로그램을 제공하는 사업이다. 본 연구에서는 어촌뉴딜 300사업의 선정평가 항목 별 가중치 결정을 위해 다기준 평가방법인 AHP로 전문가 설문조사를 통한 분석을 수행하였다. 평가결과, 상위계층 평가항목은 개발여건 및 기본구상, 사업효과, 사업계획, 사업 시행 및 관리순으로 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 사업효과 항목은 가이드라인에서 6점으로 낮은 배점이었지만, AHP 결과 15.57점의 배점이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 항목별 가중치는 향후 어촌어항 개발사업 평가항목 배점 선정에 참조할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 2002년에 수립되어 2003년부터 2007년까지 5개년 계획으로 추진되어 온 학교도서관 활성화 사업의 지난 4년간의 성과를 종합 분석하고자 하며, 분석결과와 평가를 기반으로 향후 2단계 활성화 사업을 추진함에 있어 고려해야 할 사항을 제안하고 있다. 첫째, 3.000억이라는 엄청난 예산을 투입하여 신설되고 리모델링된 도서관이 제대로 운영되기 위해서 가장 중요한 것은 사서교사라는 것이다. 둘째. 학교도서관 활용수업 모형을 개발하되, 학년별. 학급별, 교과별, 단원별로 세분화 전문화시켜 개발해야 한다. 셋째, 학교도서관이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 증명해 냄으로써 학부모와 지역사회가 자발적으로 학교도서관 활성화에 나설 수 있도록 한다. 넷째, 다양한 이용자 연구를 통해 고객에 해당하는 이용자들의 현실적인 요구를 분석하고 이들의 요구를 해결할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 다섯째, 사서교사 양성 교육과정에 대한 연구를 통해 사서교사의 자질, 역할. 역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 사서교사 양성을 위한 교직이수 트랙을 개발해야 한다. 그러나 무엇보다 사서교사는 스스로의 역할을 강화시킬 필요가 있으며 고객인 학생과 교사들이 전문가로 인정할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 탐구적 과학 글쓰기(Science Writing Heuristic)를 적용한 과제연구의 활동이 고등학생의 과학 탐구 능력 및 과학에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전남 소재의 고등학교 과학중점과정 2학년 학생 73명을 대상으로 의문 만들기, 실험 설계, 관찰, 주장과 증거, 읽기, 반성의 단계로 구성된 탐구적 과학 글쓰기를 적용한 과제연구 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과 분석을 위해 과학 탐구 능력과 과학에 대한 태도를 검사하였고, 탐구적 과학 글쓰기를 적용한 과제 연구 수업에 대한 인식을 조사하였으며, 결과 해석의 어려움이 있을 경우 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학 탐구 능력 중 추리, 가설 설정, 변인 찾기, 조작적 정의, 실험설계, 그래프화 및 데이터 해석, 일반화 능력은 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었으나(p<.05), 예상 능력은 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다(p>.05). 둘째, 과학에 대한 태도 중 과학에 대한 취미로서의 관심, 과학 수업의 즐거움, 과학 직업에 대한 관심은 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었으나(p<.05), 과학 탐구에 대한 태도는 통계적 유의하지 않았지만 점수가 감소했다. 탐구적 과학 글쓰기를 적용한 고등학교 과제 연구 수업은 과학 탐구 능력 및 과학 태도에 긍정적인 효과가 있었지만 오랜 기간 동안 일반 과학 수업과는 다른 형태로 학생이 주도하며 진행되기 때문에 학생들에게 부담이 된다. 그래서 이러한 단점을 최소화하고 장점을 최대화한 과제 연구 수업 전략에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

The present design, which is the result of English Zone Project for 'I' Girls' High School in Yeonsu dong, Incheon, purposed to produce atmosphere like a cafe so that students can attempt more comfortable and diverse learning methods, breaking away from the structure and atmosphere of traditional language labs while providing functions such as experiential learning, teaching learning and native speaker conversation. In addition, it applied colors close to primary colors so that students throw away their fixed idea of language lab as a special class and access it easily at any time. Moreover, it was designed for the maximum changeability using foldable and portable furniture so that various types of group study can be performed. Ultimately the design project is expected to suggest methods of experiential learning distinguished from existing knowledge delivering education as it provides teaching learning methods beyond simple interior design.
