With the advent of the Internet and the development of mobile digital devices such as smartphones and tablet PCs, the communication service paradigm began to shift from existing voice services to data services. Recently, as social network services (SNS) are activated and 4th industrial revolution technologies centered on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) such as Big Data, Blockchain, Cloud, and 5G/6G are rapidly developed, the amount of shared data type and the amount of data are increasing rapidly. As the transition to a digital society begins actively, the importance of using data information, as well as the economic and social values of personal information are becoming increasingly important. As a result, they are actively discussing policies to revitalize the data information industry around the world and ways to efficiently obtain, analyze, and utilize increasingly diverse and vast data, as well as to protect/guarantee the rights of information subjects (providers) in various fields such as society, culture, economy, and politics.. In this paper, in order to improve the self-determination right of personal information on data produced by information subjects, and further expand the use of safe data and the data economy, a differentiated data trusts system was considered and suggested. In addition, the components and data trusts procedures necessary to efficiently operate the data trusts system in Korea were considered, and the non-profit data trusts system and the for-profit data trusts system were considered as a way to flexibly operate the data trusts system. Furthermore, the legal items necessary for the implementation of the data trusts system were investigated and considered. In this paper, in order to propose a domestic data trusts system, cases related to existing data trusts systems such as the United States, Japan, and Korea were reviewed and analyzed. In addition, in order to prepare legislation necessary for the data trusts system, data-related laws in major countries and domestic legal and policy trends were reviewed to study the rights that conflict or overlap with existing laws, and differences were investigated and considered. The Data trusts system proposed in this paper is a reasonable system that is expected to recognize the asset value of data in the capitalist market economy system, to provide legitimate compensation for data produced by data subjects, and further to contribute greatly to the use of safe data and creation of a new service market.
After being introduced into franchises industry, franchise has made a phenomenal growth in a short time and a substantial contribution to job creation and economic revitalization. Nevertheless, franchise business operators failed a business or low profit because of a lack of information and indiscriminate foundation. Therefore the first object of this study is characteristics of franchise's factors on disclosure agreement in franchise associate website. second is examinations about casual relationship between factor and franchise performance with using Excel and SPSS 18.0 versions. The findings of present study were as follows. First, franchises manage small business mostly(financial data, scale so on) and franchise's type focused the food service industry. Specially, a business district select unprotected contract. Second, in franchise's factors, we could find statistically significant effect on annual average sales and annual average net profit. However growth rate of franchise don't have statistically significant effect. Third, we could find statistically significant difference on analysis both franchises' factors and financial data. In conclusion, we must consider of franchise industry environment and success effect on performance in starting one's business. Furthermore franchises plan ways for their sustained growth and protection of rights and interests. Finally business operator draw up their information and upgrade continuously for franchises industry growth. Discussion and theoretical and managerial implications of the results were described along with future franchise research suggestions.
Vulnerability information, which can cause serious damage to information assets, has become a valuable commodity, thereby leading to the creation of a vulnerability market. Vulnerability information is traded on the vulnerability market from several hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on its severity and importance, and the types and scope of the vulnerability markets are varying. Based on previous studies on vulnerability markets and hackers, this study empirically analyzed the effects of the security researcher's vulnerability research motivation on his/her vulnerability market use intention. The results are discussed as follows. First, vulnerability research self-efficacy had a significant effect on flow and on white and black market use intention but not on perceived benefit. Second, flow had a significant effect on perceived benefit and on black market use intention but had no effect on white market use intention. Third, perceived profit had a significant effect on white and black market use intention. Fourth, vulnerability research self-efficacy had a significant effect on perceived benefit through flow. Fifth, flow had a significant effect on white and black market use intention through perceived profit. These findings can be used to predict the behavior of security researchers who have experience in exploiting vulnerabilities.
This study proposes the big data policy and case studies in Korea and the application of land and housing of spatial big data to excavate the future business and to propose the spatial big data based application for the government policy in advance. As a result, at first, the policy and cases of big data in Korea were evaluated. Centered on the Government 3.0 Committee, the information from each department of government is being established with the big-data-based system, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport is establishing the spatial big data system from 2013 to support application of big data through the platform of national spatial information and job creation. Second, based on the information system established and administrated by LH, the status of national territory information and the application of land and housing were evaluated. First of all, the information system is categorized mainly into the support of public ministration, statistical view, real estate information, on-line petition, and national policy support, and as a basic direction of major application, the national territory information (DB), demand of application (scope of work), and profit creation (business model) were regarded. After the settings of such basic direction, as a result of evaluating an approach in terms of work scope and work procedure, the four application fields were extracted: selection of candidate land for regional development business, administration and operation of rental house, settings of priority for land preservation, and settings of priority for urban generation. Third, to implement the application system of spatial big data in the four fields extracted, the required data and application and analytic procedures for each application field were proposed, and to implement the application solution of spatial big data, the improvement and future direction of evaluation required from LH were proposed.

Urban park planning has become difficult due to the lack of municipal funds. Thereupon, a special scheme was imposed for city park planning. Since then, a legal amendment was made for economical improvement and more active participation. However, there are a lot of questions about whether it was a suitable direction for parks and where it should be emphasized for public interest. Base on these concerns, this study examined the basis and characteristics of location, creation, and maintenance of private development parks in Japan, which was the policy model of Korean private parks. Location and space planning of private development parks was made up considering an effective green network and disaster prevention function, and a minimum area was about 1.42ha. The minimum area, 1ha, was established on the basis of considering realistic possibilities, disaster protection, and universal validity. It was also amended to consider the standard of type two mid- to high-rise exclusive residential areas and consultation with regional governance. Finally, it was built on the lowest limit of ordinance of the relevant city; for example, 100% of the floor area ratio, 30% of the building coverage ratio, and the maximum height of 11 stories, etc. For maintenance, private and public sectors were working together. Maintenance fees for 35 years (based on $300yen/m^2$ per month) were paid en bloc by the licensee. However, the city was paid for facilities that accompanied excessive maintenance costs. Meanwhile, it seemed difficult to introduce attractive profit facilities because of the limitations in location, usage permission, and introduction equipment; furthermore, there were problems with management authority, and the burden of expenses was deducted. For creating private Korean parks, this study suggested that we should build priority of creating city parks and select appropriate locations first; also, we need to make criteria for location, creation, and standard management rules that are relevant to the whole nation of Korea.
Nowadays, the R&D policy has gradually emphasized the creation of economic values added through technology transfer of R&D performance. Technology transfer plays an important role in making a profit on commercialization of technology, but the performance of technology transfer is a great difference between countries. Therefore, this study analyzes the effects of the science and technology environment on technology transfer from a national point of view. In this study, the science and technology environment largely consists of openness, ease of firms, protection of intellectual property, emphasis of science in schools. We select OECD 34 countries as the subject of this study and collect the data from IMD between 2002 and 2011. The results show that all hypotheses are supported. Openness and ease of firms are related to technology transfer as they help to improve the understanding and willingness about technology transfer nationally. Protection of intellectual property also influences the spread of R&D performance positively, and the environment that is emphasized science in school actively promotes both creation and technology transfer of R&D performance. Although prior studies have focused on technical capabilities to improve the performance of technology transfer, we consider the influence of the science and technology environment from an institutional perspective. This study will do much for formulate the R&D policy.
The purpose of this study is to explore the issues and alternatives in the promotion of space and exhibition support projects in visual arts, and to suggest an applicable direction of the government grant program. For this study, FGI and in-depth interviews were conducted in the direct beneficiaries of the grant program, the staff of the grant program, and the group of visual arts expert. As a result, the deliberation and selection of the support project should be carried out with sufficient time in consideration of the specificity of the support project. And the project requires to divide into two kinds of the projects based on the understanding of the social role and differentiation of non-profit exhibition spaces and private art museums. For the grant application and assessments, a long-term support is necessary to bring the capability and issues in efficient allocation of the budget, flexibility of budget item, and the budget shortfalls. Furthermore, the reliability between the grant program and beneficiaries needs to form a healthy partnership, and the evaluation criteria and eNARADOEUM system should be more practical and rationally established. Through this analysis, the implications of understanding the specificity of visual arts support projects, establishment of sustainable visual arts creation policies, and budget utilization were derived. Consequently, cultural and artistic support projects were directed to place more emphasis on efficiency than control, direction considering the position of consumers than suppliers, and long-term business planning rather than short-term perspective.

This study aims to discover the characteristics of Sino-South Korean cross-border small-scale trade, which involves various players. Through this characteristics, this study ultimately intends to identify an operational mechanism of Sino-South Korean cross-border small-scale trade by investigating social capital as mobilized by small-scale traders. The results of this study can be expected to help understand how small-scale merchants address the uncertainty or risks surrounding their trade. Although it is an informal economic activity, the cross-border small-scale trade between South Korea and China is related to issues of the formal economy, such as job creation, benefits for local economies, and profit-seeking. Owing to this characteristics, small-scale trade is being conducted with the connivance of, or even with the tacit support from formal organizations, including municipal governments, customs, corporations, and shipping companies. Like trade in other countries, Sino-South Korean cross-border small-scale trade also requires different types of social capital, such as family networks, ethnic networks, social networks, and trust.
The features of special brand eggs are growing more and more diverse and it is hard to draw a clear distinction between these and ordinary (no-brand) eggs. Special brand eggs range from those with objectively recognizable characteristics to those given only an unsubstantial product image and price differentials are among them great, too. The relation between product features and prices is unclear. Special brand eggs are the commodity whose characteristics are the vaguest of all livestock products. Farm's brand eggs produce a high profitability to producers is they are directly sold to consumers, by, for example, home-delivery service. But if they are sold to supermarkets, etc., producer's (poultry farmer's) income becomes lower by the amount of distributors' margin, reducing the profitability substantially. Thus how to increase the ration of retailing is important for farmers to secure a high profit. The sales strategies of poultry are the combination of two elements, that is, new product development (product differentiation) and creation of new market. But it is difficult for special brand egg producers to develop products with clear characteristics (use value) distinct form ordinary eggs and so these producers depend on the factors of appearance, such as the color of egg shells and package. Special brand eggs manage to keep their marketable value by the combination of the few product features and product image. Thus NB eggs from feed producers have a great market-ability since they can take advantage of the power of patents and TV commercials. However, market differentiation affects profitability much more than product features and price gaps are very wide between directly sold and wholesaled eggs. The producers of special brand eggs have come to the turning point where they have to decide whether they will content with being the subcontractors for NB and PB eggs or they will continue to keep their independence in production and marketing.
In this research, we try to find the conditions under which profit maximizing labor demand increases with pollution abatement activities under the environmental protection policy. Especially, we focus only on the technological advances in traditional production process caused by the spillover effect of pollution abatement technology. Even if Porter's hypothesis(1995) are given, we argue that it is not enough for the society to enjoy the benefits from the innovation with the strengthen of firms' competitiveness. To spread the benefits over economic agents in a society, especially including labor-owner, the current level of pollution abatement technology is important. When the level of pollution abatement technology is appropriate, both the environment protection and the job creation can be achieved through the government policy for environment protection.
