The quality of the management of sanitation in food service establishments (school lunch programs, hospital patient food services, and commercial catering food services) in Korea was reviewed and evaluated, and ten strategies fur future improvement were suggested. They were: (1) An increase of qualified manpower and improvement of the professional training of the staff; (2) Obtaining special facilities exclusively for food service; (3) Improvement of facilities especially the kitchens; (4) Improvement of policy fur procuring raw materials and being assured of their quality by designing some standards and specifications for the raw materials to be purchased; (5) Production and use accurate and reliable kitchen apparatus and instruments; (6) An increase of the laboratory apparatus and instruments for inspection and evaluation of the sanitary level of raw materials and food service environments; (7) Enforced improvement of personal hygiene of the staff; (8) Use of a variety of methods in sanitary education and training; (9) Actively inspect the quality of imported foods; (10) Strengthening the research and accumulation of background data regarding sanitation management. There is a long process from the production of food to eating. The cooking process is the ultimate end of preparation of food before eating. This process sometimes increases the occurrence of food-borne diseases if we mishandle the food, even we obtained safe food. The process can also remove health hazards and reduce the risk from the hazards if we handle the food well although we have unsafe foods. This means the cooking process is a major key to preventing food-borne diseases. The concepts of hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) should be applied and practiced in food service establishments in Korea as soon as possible.
Family and parents which serve as a primary group for the children's development also play important role in their cerebral palsy children's treatment. This study wants to know how the parents' participation in their children's physical therapy and satisfaction degree have an impact on their children's improvement of the motor function. For that purpose, a home made self filling survey was conducted of 156 cerebral palsy children's parents whose children were treated in 4 university general hospitals and 3 welfare centers from the 1st of April 2004 to the 31th of march 2005. The gross motor function was employed to evaluate the cerebral palsy children's motor function improvement. In this study, those questioned were divided into two groups according to the time of treatment. 'Group A' is consist of the patients whose parents attended to the treatment more than one hour at home. The patients who belonged to 'Group B' were treated less than one hour at home. The general features of the cerebral palsy children and their parents and the characteristics of their physical disability, the parents' participation and their satisfaction degree were examined by survey. Evaluating the difference between two groups' motor function according to their parents participation degree in the physical therapy leads to the following results. First, 'Group A' was better than 'Group B' in their satisfaction degree with the physical therapy and participation degree. Statistically 'Group A' was superior to 'Group B' in the requirements of the information and education for the children with cerebral palsy. Second, after two months of treatment, 'Group A' showed more statistically significant improvement than 'Group B' in every items as like lying in item 1, sitting in item2, crawling and kneeling in item 3, standing in item 4, walking, running, jumping in item 5. Third, parents' participation in physical therapy and satisfaction degree have some relevance to their children' motor function improvement. The satisfaction degree is related to motor function like crawling and kneeling in item 3, walking, running, jumping in item 5. It is showed that the parents' participation degree and information about handicapped children.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for professional education by investigating to learning styles and achievement goal of the first year students in the department of occupational therapy and physical therapy. Methods : 123 first year students of the department of occupational therapy and physical therapy filled out a questionnaire in Gyeongbuk and Kangwon Province. In this study, Kolb's Learning Styles and Elliot & Church's Achievement Goal were used, and to analyze, Pearson correlation, chi-square were used. Results : The results of the study were as follows. 'Accommodator' was the preferred learning type for students, while 'diverger' was not. Collage students differed from university students in learning styles. A mastery level was the preference in the academic goal types of the students. Male students received higher grades on performance approach goals than female and student of department of physical therapy received higher grades on performance avoidance goals than students in the department of occupational therapy. There is a coefficient of correlation between performance avoidance goal and converger learning type. Therefore, first year students in the department of occupational therapy were not differed from the department of physical therapy in academic achievement but collage students differed from university students in learning styles. Conclusion : From these results, we suggested some effective teaching/learning methods based on the mastery achievement goal. An educational approach is necessary for understanding of the students' individual learning styles and achievement goal characteristics are account for students' individual negative/positive characteristics.
This paper is a review of findings from studies that have used vignettes to identify salient characteristics that have been found to influence individuals' perceptions of child sexual abuse. Vignette studies finding avoid to unreliable and biased self-reports. A review of the literature revealed that factors influencing the perception process are divided into two groups. One group of factors relates to the details of the abuse situation including characteristics of sexual act (intrusiveness of the sexual act and the frequency of acts), characteristics of victim (age of victim, the gender of victim and victim resistance), and characteristics of perpetrator (age of perpetrator, gender of perpetrator and the relationship of the perpetrator to the child). The other group of factors focused on in research reflects individuals background variables that affect personal interpretations of the abuse situation. These factors include professional affiliation of the respondent and various other. demographics (e.g., gender of respondents, age, education, marital status, parental status, number of children, the length of experience, etc.), along with respondents own child sexual victimization experiences. Based on theses findings vignette studies have allowed researchers to learn how individuals vary their perceptions of various situational aspects of child sexual abuse situations, and how background characteristics of the respondents as observers may influence these perceptions.

This paper aimed to design a computer course teaching-learning strategy for (m-learning?) to be used in a Problem Based Learning (PBL) environment. The research findings were as follows. Firstly, learning contents were provided as educational tools for mobile device usage. The educational contents provided were designed for effective usage on mobile devices, such as smartphones, thereby making mobile devices suitable for use as learning tools. Secondly, learning contents for PBL were provided. PBL problems (for computer engineering courses) were made with the principles of teaching plans. The learning objectives were achieved through the problem-solving progress of the learners and their self-directed and cooperative learnings. Thirdly, learning resources were provided that were easily accessible through smartphones, laptops and PDAs. This study is about the PBL instructional design of creative engineering design subjects, which aims to foster talent. The PBL model developed in this study consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. We made a plan for creative engineering design subjects based on PBL, and focused on the process of PBL. This research was able to establish the basis for PBL usage in Engineering Schools and help achieve its ultimate goal of endowing professional intellectuals with creative problem-solving abilities.

A currently domestic governmental R&D business is early to 100. And this is each managed individually in 15 professional organizations of research and management by characteristics of a business. For this Reason, A redundant investment issue regarding national R&D occurs, and an issue regarding efficiency of R&D investment by insufficiency of systematic R&D research project and result management is continuously raised. Ministry of Education Science and Technology establishing National Science & Technology Information Service(NTIS) in order to solve these issues. NTIS is the national R&D Portal System which can support efficiency of research and development to result utilization in planning of national research and development. As data of the same meaning are named particularly in each organizations, and that made to different data types, It is an issue to be difficult to achieve high level qualify, accuracy of integrated data in case of integration of distributed data like NTIS In this paper We consider integrated DB constructions and Information Linking of R&D Participants/Projects/Results information in a NTIS system for data qualify Improvement, and then We analyze the cause of the data quality problem, and we propose the improvement plan for data quality elevation of NTIS system.

This study is intended to look into parents' satisfaction of contracting-out system in employer-supported childcare centers. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 400 parents who use national, public and private employer-supported childcare centers. The results were as follows. First, employer-supported childcare factors were the qualities of childcare environment, childcare program and early childhood teacher in both contracted-out and in-house services. The satisfaction with facility, program, operation and childcare training was improved in good employer-supported childcare factors And the satisfaction with the relationship between these factors could improve the expectation for the use of employer-supported childcare centers. Second, the difference in the operation of employer-supported childcare centers showed that the most preferred size was 50 to 74 children. The contracted-out services was more preferred than in-house services. And the location of on-the-job facility was more preferred than off-the-job facility. As stated above, the preference of employer-supported childcare centers was more raised than that of general kindergartens or childcare centers by an increase in the trend of working child parents' dual income. In other words, small and medium sized childcare centers of some 50 children were more preferred than large scaled childcare centers. Consequently, the retainment of childcare programs, facilities and quality teachers contracted out to professional childcare centers can improve the satisfaction with them.
This study is conducted to analyse the process and the pattern of motivation for musical expression in clinical music therapy for the adults in the mental health center. The participant were 8 adults purposive sampling who had more than one year music therapy experience in the mental health center and their age ranged from 27 to 53. A major category derived and analysed from the grounded theory method by Strauss and Corbin. The qualitative analysis indicated that motivation for musical expression in music therapy, which was the central phenomenon in this study, was determined by the music therapist and songs used in the sessions. The central phenomenon was caused by the therapist's friendly attitude, high musical capacity, the familarity of the selected songs and the significancy of the lyrics of selected songs. The levels of reliability about the therapist's personality and musical ability as a professional music therapist and the positive arousal of the songs used in sessions affected as the contextual condition. Spontaneous musical expression in music therapy brought the escape from reality, release of stress and sharing by the intervening condition 'empathy' and this resulted in mood regulation, the instillation of hope and group cohesion. It has been found that there were three types of motivation in music therapy: intrinsic motivation, relationship dependent extrinsic motivation and evasive motivation.
The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the alternative method of the new training program for film acting and directing. Recently in Korea, acting in movies has become a trend and broadcasting still depicts reality. But men of the theater is usually privileged getting the most acting education offered by the theater training program. They also is hardly teach about acting's directing for film directors. So I thought of establishing a new training program for film acting and acting's directing. I made two short films , that I had practical training program for film acting as practical text. This program applied partially 'Atude' that Stanislavsky devised for theater acting practice, and referred to 'Method Acting System' that Lee Strasberg made for film acting at the Actors Studio. Another main point of this program is camera use. That training program can be attended not only by actors but also by director and film staff. Through this thesis, I wish to prove my new training program for film acting and acting directing. The focus of this training is to target a better execution according to the group you belong to whether amateur group, associate professionals, professional actors.
This study aims to analysis and measure on the curriculum of security programs in Korean university as the private security system. Civil security demand social safety life by the police protection and private security system. The private security or the civil guards shows rapid growth by the social development and improve the quality of life. But the supply and training system have some limitations in spite of the high demand guard-secretary. The main role of secretaries has been to accompany superiors in order to maintain their dignity or trait. Then the secretaries are required to play additional roles of safety managers such as a security manager, a protocol manager, an intelligence manager and a protective driver in order to overcome the domestic and the international safety environment and to elevate the quality of service as a competitive work. So, the purpose of this article is to analyze current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek an educational model. For that, we examine in 'Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards'? And, 'What kind of training has to be provide for the body and security guards'? and 'What the qualifications of the trainers'? Then, 'What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities'? 'Is there differences in the job placement among the trainers of private organizations and universities'? etc.. Conclusion, the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analysis of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim. Then we have to a standard curriculum for the successful training education system to provide social security.
