  • As the supply method of products has become diverse and complex, problems such as manipulation of origin and product trace have occurred in the existing supply chain system. In order to deal with these issues, various Blockchain based studies have been actively carried in the SW industry and academy. However, there is a lack of comprehensive survey research on the applied Blockchain techniques, so that it hardly understand the pros and cons of the technologies. In this study, we intensively investigated the diverse studies from the Industrial and academic area based on the several criteria such as the goals, use of key Blockchain technologies, and IoT technologies.

  • Nowadays, most companies seek after the greatest profit by means of offering the goods which consumers want timely and efficiently and minimizing the cost of inventory and distribution channel which amounts to the great portion of total cost. And according as EC(Electronic Commerce) market has increased rapidly, SCM(Supply Chain Management) for EC become one of the most important facts for companies, therefore this paper suggest SCM scheme which EC, especially B to C, is added to the existing commerce system. This paper uses internet for information integration of distribution channel which is away from one another and applies TOC(Theory of Constraint)'s DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) Scheduling for synchronization through the whole supply chain. It is possible to synchronize the whole supply chain by means of making the speed of manufacturing and distribution to be controlled by consumer's order which is received in distribution center, and inventory and loss of sales opportunities are minimized by constant. Buffer Management. If inventories in distribution center is short, then it needs to search CCR(Capacity Constraint Resource) in supply chain and to control the speed of manufacturing and distribution according to the ability of CCR. This paper applies PT(Partial Transshipment) strategy for Delivery from distribution center to store or cyber consumer. the strategy this paper suggests chooses neighbour area from area which each distribution center takes charge, and then makes product ordered by cyber consumer which lives in the chosen area to be delivered according to inventory of distribution center.

The Impacts of Exploration and Exploitation Alliance on the Firm Performance: Focused on Global Supply Chain Management of 'Galaxy Note' (탐색제휴와 활용제휴가 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향: '갤럭시 노트'의 글로벌공급망을 중심으로)

  • New product preannouncement through global supply chain management and international strategic alliances is a critical issue for firm's survive and gaining the competitive advantage in the global smart-phone market. To identify the impact of exploration alliance and exploitation alliance on the short-term's Firm Performance, respectively, This study implemented the event study and the cross sectional regression analysis, focusing on the case of Galaxy Note series. Research results identified that new technologies by exploration alliance and the existing technologies through exploitation alliance have a positive effect on the short-term's performance of vendors related. Furthermore, information for the new products showed higher the excess earning rate than information related to the existing technologies. This implies the firms that provides new technologies have a stronger innovative ability than the companies serving the existing technologies, recognizing as a positive signal in the market. Finally, this study implicates that new technologies by exploration alliance enhances innovative abilities from new product preannouncement, and is a critical variable that can determines whether to survive in the market.

Influence of Interests in Geographical Indication on the Prediction of Price Change of Agricultural Product : Case of Apples (지리적 표시제에 대한 관심이 농산물 가격변화 예측에 미치는 영향 연구 : 사과를 사례로)

  • Geographical Indication (GI) has been used with the expectation to influence customer buying behavior. In this research, we empirically investigate if such relationship exists using apple price changes in Korea along with web search traffic reflecting customers' interest in GI. The experimental results indicate that the apple price of the past, apple supply and web search traffic including GI name were significant on the prediction of price change of Chungju while web search traffic of regional name and that of product were significant for Cheongsong apples with GI. In Yeongcheon with no GI, the apple price of the past turns out to be significant only. The results indicated that interests in GI can help the price prediction but the regional name itself can play the same role, if the GI product is well known in association with the region.

  • RFID 기술을 이용함으로써 얻을 수 있는 많은 장점으로 인하여, 공급망에서 발생하는 실시간 제품 정보를 수집하고 관리하기 위하여 RFID 기술이 도입되고 있다. 기존의 RFID 기반의 공급망 관리 시스템은 제품의 위치에 따른 가시성은 확보할 수 있지만, 제품의 모든 상태에 따른 가시성은 확보하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 공급망 상의 제품 이동을 계획하고, 제품이 계획에 따라 이동할 때 발생하는 정보를 실시간으로 모니터링하고 통제할 수 있는 제품 상태 기반의 물류 통제 시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째, 공급망에서 발생하는 제품 상태의 정의와 상태 변화의 흐름을 state chart로 표현하고, 둘째, 공급망에서의 폐쇄형관리 패러다임을 통한 제품 통제(감시 및 예외처리)를 정의하였으며, 셋째, Temporal data modeling을 통해 RFID 데이터 기반의 Database를 설계하고, 마지막으로, Publish/Subscribe 모델을 통해 효율적인 제품 상태 기반의 물류 통제 시스템 아키텍처를 설계하였다.

An Empirical Study on the Critical Success Factors of MRO e-marketplace (MRO e-marketplace의 성공 요인에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically identify the critical success factors of MRO e-marketplace. The research model presented in this study suggests that the success of MRO e-marketplace depends on environment of organization, type of product and service, and system of MRO e-marketplace. The major empirical findings of a survey of 38 firms in Korea are as follows: 1) The managers of firms have a deep concern on the effectiveness of MRO e-marketplace and are satisfied with the time saving provided by the transaction through MRO e-marketplace. 2) The variables affecting the success of MRO e-marketplace are classified into eight factors representing the characteristics of environment of organization, type of product and service, and system of MRO e-marketplace. 3) Among eight factors extracted from factor analysis, three factors are highly associated with the success of MRO e-marketplace. More specifically, the three factors, such as inside environment of company, capability of product supply, and basic function of MRO e-marketplace system, are the most Important factors affecting the success of MRO e-marketplace. The implications of the study are discussed and furlher research directions are proposed.

  • For the B2B e-commerce and SCM (Supply Chain Management), standardization of electronic catalogue that contains product and business data is important. Especially, standardization of hierarchies that is required for categorization, and standardization of product properties are difficult and costly to maintain. The ability of searching for items and data in databases is critical for successful e-commerce system. This paper introduces the data dictionary of PUB (ISO 13584) part 42 which can establish the standard of product data. The method is applied to develop the data dictionary of automotive parts.

  • Even the domestically small-and medium-sized companies progressed development in the monitoring equipment of inspecting run out in steel wheel aiming to supply and generalize through developing the monitoring equipment for securing quality technology and enhancing quality-test level. Run-Out value in vehicle wheel was measured with Computer & Servo system by using Low-Point marking machine control system, which is this development product. Low-Point value was operated and calculated. It marked by revolving wheel as much as the demanded measurement value based on 1ST harmony curve. Thus, the shipment of inferior product, which occurs in the measurement by the existing worker, could be blocked in advance. In the existing case, 60 sec. was required for inspecting 1 product. However, it came to bring about a rise in production volume through shortening inspection time to 8 seconds and improving workers' operating environment.

A Robust Joint Optimal Pricing and Lot-Sizing Model

  • The problem of jointly determining a robust optimal bundle of price and order quantity for a retailer in a single-retailer, single supplier, single-product supply chain is considered. Demand is modeled as a decreasing power function of product price, and unit purchasing cost is modeled as a decreasing power function of order quantity and demand. Parameters defining the two power functions are uncertain but their possible values are characterized by ellipsoids. We extend a previous study in two ways; the purchasing cost function is generalized to take into account the economies of scale realized by higher product demand in addition to larger order quantity, and an exact transformation into an equivalent convex optimization program is developed instead of a geometric programming approximation scheme proposed in the previous study.

  • The study investigated consumption patterns and inclination of consumers of Hanwoo meat being more expensive than imported meat and/or beef cattle meat based on the author's business experience at the shop in Budang Seongnam. The author who has managed shop firstly investigated customers' inclination and/or propensity. The author heard specific customer's story at neighboring shopping center, and each customer's buying method, occupation, financial power and apartment size and others, and forecast visiting customer's buying and demand upon part of the beef that customer asks for. The aut hor who sold out limited scope of beef product at limited area thought that he did narrow scope of business. The author would make effort to sell product enough to meet customer's taste by better quality product from point of view of customers. The author would make effort to supply good quality beef products to the customers who relied upon the author's butcher's.
