With the global ESG management craze, domestic and foreign companies voluntarily declare sustainable management and actively respond by establishing strategies. The Financial Services Commission mandates the disclosure of sustainability reports representing ESG management sequentially and will expand to SMEs in the future. Information disclosure of sustainability reports is mainly done through international standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, and many domestic companies use GRI Standards guidelines. This study examines the composition system of sustainability reports and compares public and private companies with GRI Standards to analyze sustainable management by type. This study revealed that public enterprises focused on social and labor, while private enterprises focused on the economy and environment through TF-IDF modeling. In addition, the electronic and information communication industries focused on product responsibility. Unlike previous studies that quantified and analyzed sustainability management according to grade, the current study analyzed sustainability reports, which are unstructured data. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to provide valuable theoretical and practical implications for researchers and supervisors interested in ESG management.
This study aims to find out what affects on performance of private security service guards' duty regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve its goal, object of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service enterprise. Here are some conclusions that have been found. First of all, it was revealed that Hapgido, Judo, Taekwondo, kumdo and fencing are in order of the martial arts that help security service the most. Second, the relation of the ability to perform private security service guards' duty between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. The dissertation presents the portfolio construction method using the score sheet so that general investors can utilize it easily. This study draws the significant variables to contribute the enterprise value and suggests the combined models by applying the single methodology, which private investors can easily utilize. The results of the research can be classified into 2 areas. Firstly, the significantly affecting variables were selected for analyzing the enterprise value. The variables and the method for the enterprise value analysis were studied from the existing researches to choose the optimal variables. The variables were identified by using AHP method and the structure equation method from the investigation of the previous researches. And the critical variables were added extracted from the common denominator of variables which the 3 grue investors used for their investment. The final variables identified are dividend yield, PER, PBR, PCR, EV/EBITDA, ROE, net income, sales growth rate, net current asset, debt ratio, current ratio, rate of operating profits, ratio of operating profit to net sales, ratio of net income to net sales, net profit to total assets, EPS growth rate, inventory turnover ratio, and receivables turnover. Second, the new methodologies for forecasting enterprise value modifying the existing methods were developed. The result of the Logistic regression analysis for forecasting showed that the equation could not be suitable as the accuracy with 91.98%.
This paper seeks to build on previous work conducted by Porter, Devol, Florida, Bahrami and Evans, Wennberg and Lindqvist, and others contained in the literature, to construct a new way of looking at innovation cluster development. It seeks to describe the key elements contained in the research that serve as building blocks for innovation clustering, adding analysis dimensions that aim to further illuminate understanding of this process. It compares those building block characteristics to the innovation topography of U.S. urban centers, to shed light on a new framework through which urban innovation cluster formation can be considered. It identifies three building block analysis categories: 1) Technological Capability and Capacity (TCC); 2) Intellectual Propulsion Capacity (IPC); and 3) Structural Creative Inspiration (SCI). These three pillars form the architecture for creation of a Strategic Innovation Network (SIN), upon which clustering can be systematically analysed and built. The purpose of the SIN is to optimally organize and connect all available resources that include physical, financial, and human, such that innovation clustering is inspired, encouraged, nurtured, and ultimately constructed as fully functioning socio-economic organisms that provide both local and regional benefits. It is designed to aid both private enterprise and public policy leaders in their strategic planning considerations, and to enhance urban economic development opportunities.
As the development of information technology and thus the growth of security incidents, there has been increasing demand on developing a system for centralized security management, also known as Enterprise Security Management(ESM), uniting functions of various security systems such as firewall, intrusion detection system, virtual private network and so on. Unfortunately, however, developers have been suffering with a lack of related standard. Although ISTF recently announced firewall system and intrusion detection system log format, it still needs for truly efficient ESM further development of the related standard including event and control messaging. This paper analyses ISTF standard and further suggests an additional event and control messaging standard for firewall and intrusion detection systems. It is expected that this effort would be helpful for the development of ESM and further related standard.
Typically, economic rationality is too apart from in a public enterprises system is started many cause troubles. The government in that upper management personnel of agencies and politicians who exploit the parachute and coalesce with the labor union as a hotbed of corruption due to inefficiency have bands. Most of peoples need to reform public enterprises and the idea became. The future direction of public enterprise reform is clear. As like Infrastructure industrial sector which is difficult to privatization of government owned and controlled public enterprises to improve efficiency and management systems to build. On the other hand, it is difficult to upset non-public enterprises, private sector efficiency in the transfer of management control to consider the idea of an active policy of privatization conversion is required.
Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.
This paper is to analyse how Industree Crafts, social enterprise in the field of crafts, could generate profit and create a sustainable growth for the last 30 years out of dependence on government grants in India. Success factors was drawn from the findings as follows. First, bringing stakeholder value: it preferred social mission as a goal for generating the value of stakeholders respectively and shared value mutually. Second, building distinctive internal business processes: it adapted unique business model and 4P strategy into its internal organization system and introduced the way of management to support the independence of self-help groups aimed at creating greater added value. Third, promoting learning and innovation culture: it challenged with the help of new design strategies continuously, was unafraid of change, and promoted learning culture to turn trial and error into the organization learning. Finally fourth, securing right finances and resources: it obtained proper finances and resources such as trying joint-sale, attracting investment from a private company, and acquiring enough skilled artisans at every scaling up.
Recently, as wired and wireless communication services have rapidly developed and multimodal mobile devices which have various characteristics have widely spread, the need for new convergence services increases. The growing population of VoIP technologies and the high communication expense yield that the market of IP based telephony such as WiFi phone and IP phone is substituted for one of the conventional PSTN telephony. With the help of this trend, the wireline network operators desire to find a market in mobile networks. Therefore, they focus on Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) service as one of the key factors to accomplish this goal. FMC services are able to provide the mobility of voice services between circuit switched and packet switched networks. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) based Voice Call Continuity (VCC) is one of the schemes to embody FMC services. As Application Server (AS) which has this VCC function provides seamless handover of services between heterogeneous networks, FMC subscribers can communicate seamlessly with others m WiFi domain and COMA domain using WiFi-COMA dual phone. Most of enterprises have already introduced IP network infrastructure and IP-PBX (Private Branch eXchange) for telephony. However, the problems of high communication cost and work inefficiency due to frequent outside jobs or business trips have remained. In order to solve these problems, demands for enterprise FMC services increase. In this paper, we introduce a new IP-PBX based VCC model that can provide seamless handover of voice services between WiFi and COMA networks for enterprise users and we investigate some interworking and security issues between Soft Switch (SSW) and IMS, or between IMSs. In addition, we introduce a new service that can provide the continuity of voice sessions as well as video sessions using Multimedia Session Continuity (MMSC) technology which has evolved from VCC. This service is expected to be one of the next-generation personalized services based on user's context.

As collaborative works have been spread over the internet, the need for information systems providing virtual workspaces has grown rapidly. Through virtual workspaces, the members participating in those collaborative works share and exchange their information effectively. It is desirable that these systems can be extended according to various requests of users, providing reliable services. In this paper, we describe a group of components for supporting collaboration and the iPlace (internet workPlace) system developed with those components. The iPlace system provides effective sharing and reusing of information among the members of collaborative groups through personal workspaces-the private spaces on the Web for each user and shared workspaces-the shared spaces for each of those groups. In addition, implemented with EJB technology, it provides highly scalable and reliable services.
