조리 방법에 따른 닭의 기계적.관능적 특성 -토종닭을 중심으로- (A Study for the Mechanical and Sensory Characteristics of Chickens by Cooking Methods -For the Focus on Native Chicken-)

  • This study was carried out as part of a basic works to improve the native chicken uses. The mechanical test on the native chicken boiled plain broth and the sensory test was surveyed the preference of three kinds of chickens(native chicken, whangchu, broiler) prepared with six different cooking methods-chicken boiled plain, chicken broiled in microwave, stewed chicken, chicken fried with spice, chicken cutlet, chicken curry using 120 Yeungnam University students and graduate students as the panel. The results were as follows; The panels preferred the viscosity of chicken boiled plain broth for two hous. The viscosity of chicken boiled plain broth for two hous with the spindle at 5, r.p.m. of 20.50.100 was 8.6, 13.6, 9.9 respectively, and salt concentration was 0.40wt%. In the wensory test by cooking mehtods, the results of preference are in the following order-chicken curry, chicken cutlet, chicken fried with spice, stewed chicken, chicken boiled plain and chicken broiled in microwave. The most preferred cooking method of the native chicken, whangchu and broiler is chicken boiled plain, broiled in microwave and stewed chicken resectively. They preferred the native chicken in texture and taste. But in color, aroma and appearence among the sensory characteristics, whangchuwas preferred by the panels.

아웃도어 재킷의 선호실태조사 및 디자인 프로토타입 (Investigation of Preference for Outdoor Jacket and Design Prototype)

  • This study had researched purchase trend and preference of jacket design in order to develop a prototype of an outdoor wear jacket that can be worn for a light outdoor activity targeting middle-aged men and women. An outdoor wear was purchased mostly in a permanent discount store and functionality such as activity and material was considered as important in addition to design. There was difference in ages for the jacket style, but in general, people preferred a wind protection jacket and men preferred black colors and women preferred red colors. For the design of jacket, both men and women had preferred a jacket that has moderate fitness with detachable hat and a zipper, and it was applied to the prototype. The jacket had applied different color in the armhole line that is connected to sleeve in order to make waist look slimmer and stretchable material was used to improve functionality in the armpit part.

현대 패션에 표현된 한국과 일본 전통 복식 디자인의 조형적 특성에 관한 연구 (Formative Character of Korean and Japanese Dress Design in Modern Fashion)

  • As the traditional style is treated as one of the important themes in fashion recently, how to apply the formative character in Korean and Japanese traditional dress to modern fashion is searched through actual analysis of photograph material, Both design formative elements were confirmed by clothing and fashion department majors through visual data so that 20 pieces of them were selected as final analysis object. Korean traditional dress form in modern fashion emphasizes curvaceousness as plane division. On the other hand, that of Japanese shows straight line, layered, belt, big look through up & down connection style. Color in Korean traditional dress prefers white and original color and modern fashion displays the natural beauty through harmony of similar colors ; that of Japanese based on natural color such as persimmon color cherishes natural beauty and implicit moderation showing harmony of various original color with brilliance and neutral color. While texture in Korean traditional dress was fine and exquisite, that of Japanese preferred coarse and tactile ones. In motif, Korea was natural and geometric but Japanese variously used complex and geometric ones. Likewise, the result suggests that the formative character in Korean and Japanese modern fashion affects the modern dress format as new aesthetic sense and takes on more complicated and subtle aspect in basic form, not just use so far.

의복 디자인요소의 이미지 지각에 대한 연구 -색, 무늬를 중심을 한 심층면적- (A Study on Image Perception of Design Elements -Using Depth Interview Method on Color, Pattern of Clothing-)

  • The research was designed to find out the effects of design elements ; ①color, ②pattern, on image perception of clothing by using a qualitative depth interview method. The subjects were 40 women who lived in Taejon and aged 20 to 40. The interview results were both hand recorded and tape recorded for further analysis by researchers and judge groups. And the results were as follows. 1. The most preferred colors appeared to be blue and black, while stripes, checks and flowers were most favorite patterns. 2. There were individual difference in color and pattern perception, however the color image of yellow was brightness, red was dashing, green comfortable, blue cool, and black tightness. The image of geometric pattern was modesty and natural motif pattern was dynamics. 3. The tow major forces which affected the image of design elements were appeared as followed : 1) Color images affected by the image of natural objects which obtained the color. 2) Individuals past experience and emotional status also affected the personal image perception. 4. The color and pattern preference for the Koran traditional customes and Western tow piece were significantly different and this result imply cultural stereotyping on image perception of design elements. On conclusion, the results supported the research model of form perception and image evaluation.

소규모 사무실의 조명 색 변화에 따른 시각적 감지 및 무드 변화 분석 (Analysis on Visual Perception and Mood for Color of Light in a Small Office)

  • This study examines the influences of correlated color temperature and illuminance on visual perception and temporary mood sensation in a small office. Field measurements and surveys were conducted in a full-scale mock-up model. Twenty subjects participated in the survey under six lighting conditions formed by three color temperature and two illuminance levels. Results indicate that 4000 K color temperature was effective to mitigate glare sensation from light source. Lamps with low color temperature such as 2700 K was not recommended for office lighting since they are likely to caused glare and visual discomfort. Preferred color temperature was 4000 K and 6500 K for 750 lx and 500 lx target illuminance respectively. The increase of illuminance was not an effective contributor to improve mood perception. The illuminance should be lower than 500 lx to achieve good mood, but the illuminance level in office space should be considered with visual performance simultaneously. This study suggests that fluorescent lighting fixtures with 4000 K lamps would be usefully used for office lighting since they formed friendly conditions for better visual performance.

인구통계적 변인에 따른 부분색채화장 이미지지각과 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perception of Face Image of Point Make-up by demographic variables and preferences of the point make-up)

  • The purpose of this study will find out the primary element of point make-up image perception, the point make-up image perception by point make-up trend and demographic variables such as sex and age. And this study will show the preferences of the point make-up. This study is based on the quasi-experimental study method with contents analysis method and experimental method. And content ana]isis is primarily based on the color trend and cosmetics colors which were suggested by a fashion magazine. Experiment was conducted by gathering opinions by poll, with the model wearing different make-ups and checking the typical reactions of people. To summarize, sex and age were found out to be influential variable to distinguish color perception abilities. This could verify that point make-up was important factor, influencing on the face image perception. also, face make-up effect could be maximized with Natural or common color groups rather than trend-oriented color group selections. And the polled preferred Natural color group with no point make-up or Classic color group to any other color group.

오색(五色)선호도에따른 건강과 심신상태의 관련성 연구 (The Relationship between Health and Mind-Body State According to Five Colors Preference)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 서울 시민대상자 594명의 혈액형, 오장 질환, 오미 상태, 환경 및 계절의 변화, 만성질환 대상자의 분포와 이들의 오색의 선호도와의 관련성을 조사하여 분석하였다. 방법: 전통중국의학의 체질검사 설문지를 사용하였고, 일반적 오색(빨강, 파랑, 노랑, 흰색, 검정) 검사지를 이용하였다. 결과: 대상자들의 혈액형분포는 A(38.9%), O, B, AB, 기타이었다. 흡연자(75.6%)와 비흡연자, 비음주자(25.6%)와 음주자의 비율이었으며, 파랑색의 선호도가 높았다. 음주량 별로 선호색이 다양했으며, 유의성이 없었다. 오장질환자 의 비율은 위장(45.3%), 간폐, 장, 심장이었다. 오미는 매운맛(48.8%), 단맛, 신맛, 짠맛, 쓴맛 순이었다. 모두 파랑색 선호도가 높았다. 신장(8.3%)은 적색 그리고 쓴맛은 노랑색을 선호하였다. 심신의 변화는 '심신의 변화가 크지 않다(35.7%)'가 높았다. 오색의 선호도는 다양하였다. 환경변화의 선호는 '추운 곳(32.7%)'을 높게 선호하였고, '건조한 곳'은 낮았다. 선호도가 높은 계절은 '가을(38.6%), 다음이 여름, 장마철이 낮았으며, 파랑색을 선호하였다. '정상인'이 89.9% 그리고 '고혈압'은 5.7%이었다. 정상인은 파랑색(91.8%), 고·저혈압자는 노랑색 선호가 높았으나 유의성이 없었다. '당뇨'는 2.5% 이었고 파랑색 및 빨강색을 선호하다. 모든 항목에서 검정색은 제일 낮았다. 결론: 서울 시민대상자 594명의 건강과 신체적인 이상 유무 등의 설문에서 각 항목별로 다양한 분포를 나타냈고, 오색선호도에서는 거의가 파랑색을 제일 선호하였고, 검정색이 낮았다. 건강 설문지와 오색의 선호도는 관련성은 높지는 않았으나 본 연구결과는 이 분야의 연구에 기초자료가 된다고 판단한다.

한복 배색에 관한 연구 - 2005~2010년 치마, 저고리를 중심으로 - (Study on Color Coordination of Hanbok - Focusing on Chima, Jegori in 2005~2010 -)

  • Modern Hanbok uses newly different color coordination based on traditional color coordination and symbolic meaning. Thus, this study would investigate the aspects of color coordination and symbolic meaning and present the characteristics of Hanbok as the data of corresponding period in the modern times. In order to investigate recent trend of preferred colors and color coordination of Hanbok, this study focused on the period of 2005~2010. When analyzing colors of Jegori(jacket), Wh, Y, B, YG, P and Gy series are shown in order. For trends for color of Chima(skirt), Pk, R, P, Gy and Bk series are shown in order. When you look into the color coordination of skirt and jacket on whole, color coordination of Pk-Wh represents the highest frequency. Color coordinations of Pk-Y, Pk-B, R-Y, R-G and Pk-G are followed in order. Color coordinations of R-YG, Bk-Wh, O-Y, P-Wh, Pk-YG, Gy-Y, R-Wh series and Gy-Wh are followed in order. When looking into characteristics of overall color coordination of Hanbok, it was shown that there were many opportunities to meet a variety of culture and various colors had emerged depending on individual taste and skin color in the modern times within the framework of basic colors of woman's 'Nokeuihongsang'(Green upper garment and red skirt) R-G, Y series, which are traditionally inherited. In addition, unlike existing traditional color coordination of five elements in the past, P, Gy and Bk series of color appeared in the skirt and Jacket. It could be affected by fashionable drama and films at that time and newly attempted colors ahead of fashion were reflected on the magazine. Therefore, it implied that it naturally gave new awareness of colors to the general public and the width of selection of colors became diverse.

쪽으로 천연염색된 닥/면섬유 혼방직물의 색채특성과 색채감성 및 색채선호도 (Colorimetric Properties, Color Sensibility and Color Preferences for Mulberry/Cotton Blended Fabrics Dyed with Natural Indigo)

  • The purposes of this study were to evaluate the color characteristics and color sensibility of mulberry/cotton blended fabrics dyed with indigo, the natural dye, and analyze effects of them on color preferences. The values of CIE $L^*$, $a^*$, $b^*$ $C^*$, h were calculated for the color characteristics of indigo-dyed fabrics, and their hue, value, and chroma were calculated according to the Munsell color system. Fifty male and female college students evaluated the color sensibility of nine types fabrics dyed with indigo on a seven-point scale. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Kruscal-Wallis test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The mulberry/cotton blended fabrics naturally dyed with indigo showed the characteristics of PB color tones, low value, and low chroma. The color sensibilities of fabrics dyed with indigo were classified into four factors: 'classic', 'sporty', 'elegant' and 'natural'. There were significant differences according to the fibers and the repeating times of dyeing in the color sensibility for the fabrics. Cotton fabrics were evaluated to be more classic, sporty, elegant, and natural than the mulberry/cotton blended fabrics, and the deeper the color, the more classic, sporty, and elegant the fabric was evaluated. The students preferred the indigo dyed fabrics which have more classic, sporty, and natural sensibility. There were significant relationships between the color sensibilities and colorimetric properties of the fabrics dyed with indigo. The color preferences of the dyed fabrics with indigo were found to be influenced by the 'classic', 'sporty', 'natural' of color sensibility.

현대 착용한복의 색변화에 대한 종단적 연구 (A Longitudinal Study of Color Changes of Hanbok in Modern Times)

  • This study aims to identify how Korean women's traditional costume, Hanbok, has changed according to the times in terms of color coordination of Jeogori and Chima. Photos had been taken at wedding places and streets at 5 major cities(Seoul, Pusan, Kwangju, Daejon, Jeju) at two weekends of each season in 1999, 2001, and 2003. Total 1617 photos were used as final data. Data were analyzed by hue coordination and value level. Hue coordination exist in one-color and two-color coordination. In one-color coordination, red color(R & RP) was the most frequently used and blue green(BG) was the next, and the least was blue purple(BP) for each year. In value scale, high level was the most frequent and followed by middle level and low level. Pink was the most preferred color for one-color coordination. In two-color coordination, white and blue were widely used for Jeogori and red and blue far chima for each year, which seemed to be the basic color coordination for Jeogori and Chima. While there was a certain basic color coordination types across year, but a few new color coordination appeared each year and maintained as popular color coordination for one or two year.
