As the era of e-navigation begins, the significance of harmonized collection, exchange, and integration of marine information conventional "ship-to-ship" and "ship-to-shore"/"shore-to-ship" has become more significant in ensuring safety and security at sea. This research aims to provide an internationally applicable list of Standard e-Navigation Phrases (SENP ) for communication in the e-Navigation environment, along with practical approaches to this. For this purpose, the importance of standardized communication phrases specific to e-Navigation will first be illustrated. In order to approach the e-Navigation phrases in a practical and pragmatic manner, means of compiling and processing authentic VHF linguistic data accumulated from one of the Korean ports, Ulsan, will be detailed. In addition, major outcomes to be considered in designing SENP will be suggested. Finally, future actions and a joint effort for the standardization of e-Navigation phrases among stakeholders will be sought.

The Purpose of this study is working out of the scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations directed on perfection of strategic planning of development of the enterprises of mining and gold mining branch. The methodological basis of research is based on the economic theory developed by a domestic and foreign science. At processing, generalisation and a writing of materials of the master's thesis following methods were applied: - supervision, - comparison, - the analysis and synthesis, - methods of an induction and deduction, - statistical groupings, - average and relative sizes, - the system approach. Finally, the theoretical and practical importance of this research consists that results of research will allow generating a basis of statement of effective system of strategic planning of a long-term sustainable development of the gold mining enterprises reducing risk of acceptance of inefficient strategic decisions. I would like to express many thanks to the NGO "Semey- My Home" and "EastGeoResources" LLP for their help and support in providing the data collection and data analysis stages of my research from 2006.

Studies of epidemiological and prognostic factors are very important for oncology practice. There is a rapidly increasing amount of research and resultant knowledge in the scientific literature. This means that health professionals have major challenges in accessing relevant information and they increasingly require best available evidence to make their clinical decisions. Meta-analyses of prognostic and other epidemiological factors are very practical statistical approaches to define clinically important parameters. However, they also feature many obstacles in terms of data collection, standardization of results from multiple centers, bias, and commentary for intepretation. In this paper, the obstacles of meta-analysis are briefly reviewed, and potential problems with this statistical method are discussed.

Value of natural environment and the importance of conservation are augmented gradually, and collision of environment conservation and development are caused in various construction industries. In this study, Presented practical use way to ecological road design using vegetation information and high precision 3-dimensional geo-spatial data for minimizing pollution. Also, analyzed freezing danger of road surface in winter and direct ray of light danger through simulation of completed road and surrounding environment. And presented road design support way through view analysis.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of parent-teacher relationships on mothers' parenting efficacy especially for toddlers. Methods: 225 mothers of toddlers completed questionnaires on parent-teacher relationships and parenting efficacy. This study used technical statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis in order to analyze the collected data. Results: First, there was a significant correlation between parent-teacher relationships and mothers' parenting efficacy. Second, the parent-teacher relationships was an important factor in predicting mothers' parenting efficacy. In particular, when a teacher and mother develop practical collaboration for caring for and educating a child, the mothers' parenting efficacy was higher. Conclusion/Implications: These findings indicate that the parent-teacher relationship is a significant factor in order to improve the quality of parenting. The results especially support the importance of collaboration between teachers and parents and suggest that we need to find practical ways for collaborating in the field. Limitations of this study and implications for future research were discussed.

Along with the recent trend toward increasing variety and shorter life of products in the market, evaluation of risk for economic investment alternatives is of practical importance in manufacturing companies. This paper assumes that each alternative is composed of demand volume and unit sales price as income factors, and unit variable cost and fixed cost as expense factors. The paper assumes that these four factors move worse from the originally expected values, toward the direction of decreasing profit. Values of these four factors are also assumed to fluctuate from year to year over the entire multi-period. By applying the analysis of the breakeven points to each of the four factors, safer area against these changes is represented on the two dimensional domain called normalized total-cost unit-cost domain. A practical numerical example is analyzed to verify the validity of the proposed method.

Because of the rapid industrialization and urbanization, urban dwellers are lack of opportunity to contact with nature, and hence alienated from it. In particular, primary school children who are very sensible to nature need more opportunities to learn nature by direct interactions with it. For this purpose, a movement for making and using ecological learning-place in play-ground within primary school. It has been found as a result of research on ecological learning-places in 7 primary schools in Daegu that such places, equipped with several ecological facilities, provide both pupils and local dwellers around schools with a place for ecological learning and for rest. But some of them have been left without care and hence can not be properly used, because of inappropriate site, insufficient facilities, and deficient programme for practical use. In conclusion, the paper reconfirms importance of ecological learning-place within grounds of primary school in terms of its educational, social and ecological effects, and suggests briefly some measures to encourage its construction and practical use.

The concept of soft power presents both theoretical and practical difficulties for researchers and policy makers. This essay examines the practical use of soft power and argues that soft power resources in education are important for attracting individuals to migrate between countries and assimilate to the new language and culture of the new location. Japan's attempts to utilize soft power resources in its educational system have provided mixed results dependent on the target population. Japan has successfully attracted individuals into fields related to higher education much more so than skilled labor programs. This essay discusses the importance of educational soft power resources in Japanese strategy to increase educated working population that is assimilated to Japanese language and culture. After reviewing the literature on soft power in Asia, and Japanese cultural integration policies, the essay examines three cases of Japanese educational soft power - the JET Programme, the caregiver-training program, and internationalization of university programs. In addition, the essay shows that Japan is more successful attracting higher educated individuals seeking higher paying employment rather than skilled labor through these programs.

With the transition from internal combustion engine vehicles to eco-friendly cars, it has become essential to systematically construct an education system for electric vehicles based on high-voltage electric devices. In this study, we discussed the establishment of an educational system for electric vehicles based on high-voltage electric devices and proposed methods for qualifications after completing the education. To ensure systematic education, we presented a classification of learners according to their levels and job competencies. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of providing adequate practical training equipment for courses that require higher qualifications. Finally, to distinguish between the levels of completion of training and practical skills, we highlighted the necessity of implementing a system to certificates to individuals who have successfully completed the systematic training program.

We studied to aim for exploring practical approaches to enhance the effectiveness of creativity education by using artificial intelligence and the metaverse in the field of media contents. Recognizing the need for educational innovation to adapt to the accelerating changes driven by the advancements in artificial intelligence and the metaverse, and considering the increasing importance of fostering creativity as a key competitive advantage for future talents, we focused on research implementing creativity education in the media contents domain. To achieve this, we conducted this study during a semester-long media contents course utilizing artificial intelligence and the metaverse in real classroom setting. We involved in this study collecting feedback and opinions from students to investigate and identify effective strategies for enhancing the impact of creativity education. As a result, we proposed the utility of media contents class using artificial intelligence and the metaverse in enhancing students' creativity. By elucidating which teaching methods are most effective, we contributed to derive beneficial outcomes for media contents creative education.
