최근 4차산업 혁명의 도래와 함께 플랫폼 비즈니스의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 높은 시장 가치를 지닌 글로벌 기업들은 대부분 플랫폼 기업으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 변화는 다양한 산업에 있는 기업들의 비즈니스 모델에 변화를 주고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 연구들은 주로 정보 집약적 산업과 대기업을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 신생산업이라고 볼 수 있는 서비스용 로봇 산업에서 성공적으로 성장하고 있는 에브리봇 사례를 분석하였다. 에브리봇은 로봇청소기를 판매하는 기업으로 알려져 있으나, 자율주행기술에 초점을 두고 제품 중심이 아닌 플랫폼 중심의 비즈니스를 영위함으로써 장기적 성장을 도모하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 중소로봇기업이 개인서비스용 로봇시장에서 리더십을 가지고 장기적으로 성장하기 위해 어떻게 제품 중심이 아닌 플랫폼 중심 비즈니스 전략을 적용하는지 보여줌으로써 이론적 실무적 시사점을 가진다.

Service and technology for the future hyper-connected society, which is every information receive through the mobile internet, will be an Internet of Things. Thus, it is mandatory to derive key standardization work item and establish strategy for the global business with the standardization of device and service platform by the application service. In this study, by analyzing the domestic and international market trends, state of technical development, and standardization of technology, we identified the open platform is the stepping stone for achieving the goal which is establishing the virtuous circulation of IoT ecosystem. Also, we defined emphasized key standardization work item for achieving the open platform are network, server, access authentication, billing system, and software platform. After that, we proposed future strategy direction of standardization. This research could be contribute to the IoT service diffusion by realizing IP communication among low power wireless terminals and implementing light-weight standard internet protocol.

A collision between a ship and an offshore platform may result in structural damage and closure; therefore, damage analysis is required to ensure the platform's integrity. This paper presents a damage assessment of a three-legged jacket platform subjected to ship collisions using the industrial finite element program Bentley SACS. This study considers two ships with displacements of 2,000 and 5,000 tons and forward speeds of 2 and 6.17 meters per second. Ship collision loads are applied as a simplified point load on the center of the platform's legs at inclinations of 1/7 and 1/8; diagonal bracing is also included. The jacket platform is modelled as beam elements, with the exception of the impacted jacket members, which are modelled as nonlinear shell elements with elasto-plastic material and constant isotropic hardening to provide realistic dented behavior due to ship collision load. The structural response is investigated, including kinetic energy transfer, stress distribution, and denting damage. The simulation results revealed that the difference in leg inclination has no effect on the level of localized denting damage. However, it was discovered that a leg with a greater inclination (1/8) resists structural displacement more effectively and absorbs less kinetic energy. In this instance, the three-legged platform collapses due to the absorption of 27.30 MJ of energy. These results provide crucial insights for enhancing offshore platform resilience and safety in high-traffic maritime regions, with implications for design and collision mitigation strategies.

소셜로그인 서비스(authing service)는 온라인 플랫폼들간의 연결을 더욱 용이하게 함으로써 온라인 플랫폼 생태계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 소비자들은 추가적인 로그인 없이 다른 플랫폼으로의 접근이 가능해졌으며 플랫폼들은 다른 플랫폼들로부터 잠정적인 소비자들을 유치할 수 있다는 점이 이점으로 작용한다. 하지만 보다 쉽게 다른 플랫폼에 접속할 수 있는 소셜로그인 서비스는 플랫폼 생태계의 보안을 취약하게 만들고 있다. 즉, 플랫폼들 간의 연결이 많아질수록 소비자들의 편의성은 높아지는 반면에 플랫폼의 보안은 취약해진다. 그러므로 본 연구는 소셜로그인 서비스의 편의성과 보안의 상반관계를 고려하여 플랫폼이 결정해야 하는 적절한 수준의 소셜로그인 서비스를 제시하였을 뿐만 아니라 소셜로그인 전략이 전체적인 플랫폼 생태계에 미치는 영향에 있어서는 게임이론법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비자들의 해킹에 대한 기대손실이 낮은 경우, 플랫폼 생태계 전반의 구성원 수는 증가하게 된다. 둘째, 소셜로그인 서비스에서 소비자가 증가할 경우, 연결된 플랫폼들(joint sites)은 소비자들로부터 더 많은 이익을 창출할 수가 있다. 마지막으로, 소비자들의 해킹에 대한 기대손실이 낮은 경우, 플랫폼 제공자들은 플랫폼의 보안과 관련된 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 소셜로그인 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼 기업들에 대한 연결성과 보안에 대한 방법을 제시하였고, 이외에 전체플랫폼을 분석, 관리하는 정책담당자에게 정책적인 방향을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to consolidate the position of Kunsan Port as a Hub-port in Northeast asian region with the development of Kunsan port's hinterland. To accomplish the purpose, this paper firstly reviews the concept and function of port's hinterland literally. Next, We attempt to grasps the trends of port logistics service in this region, and to cope with this trends, study the previous researches of logistics platform(LP). Based upon the study, We find out the main factors of improving efficiency in port logistics, and build the model of logistics strategy with such factors as (1) Environment (2) Marketing (3) Logistics Chain and (4) Logistics community. And in order to applicate the model, we analyze the current situation of Kunsan port and port's hinterland. Finally, we provide the logistics strategies in Kunsan port's hinterland.

This paper investigated customers' willingness to pay (WTP) for the integrated news platform, which is a paid digital news service provided by Korean newspapers. The integrated news platform has been widely employed and regarded as an alternative to recover dramatically decreasing sales of newspapers since N-Screen era began. This study employed a conjoint analysis to examine WTP for the integrated news platform and its attributes. According to the results, WPT for the integrated news platform was estimated as 4543.6 won, which is only 30.3% of the real price. Digitalized newspaper and premium news were found to be significant attributes explaining customers' WTP. The results of this paper implies that present marketing strategies for the integrated news platform of Korean newspapers should be reconsidered and revised.

차세대 유비쿼터스 웹 환경에서 공공 및 민간의 공간정보를 통합하여 맞춤형 국토정보의 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 기술로서 맞춤형 국토정보 제공기술이 국가 R&D 사업의 일환으로 개발되고 있다. 맞춤형 국토정보 플랫폼 기술을 비롯하여 시각화기술과 모바일 응용기술에 이르기까지 다양한 맞춤형 국토정보 제공기술이 개발되고 있는 것이다. 이런 기술개발과 관련하여, 관련기술의 특허동향을 살피는 특허분석은 기술 개발의 방향과 전략수립에 있어 반드시 필요한 우선적인 과제이다. 이에 맞춤형 국토정보 제공기술의 효과적인 기술개발전략 수립을 위해, 맞춤형 국토정보 제공기술과 관련한 최신의 국내외 관련특허동향을 조사, 분석, 이에 대한 대응전략을 모색하였다.

University books are an important information resource. University book resources can be shared not only in the traditional paper form, but also electronic form under the background of the Internet. In order to better manage the sharing of electronic book resources in universities, this study put forward three resource sharing strategies: centralized sharing strategy, distributed sharing strategy, and centralized-distributed sharing strategy by analyzing the combined development of books and the Internet as well as the significance and development of book resource sharing. The centralized sharing strategy, however simple, was difficult to handle large traffic; while the resource nodes were independent and self-consistent, the distributed sharing strategy was not easy to find and had a high repetition rate. Combining the advantages of both strategies, the centralized-distributed sharing strategy was more suitable for the heterogeneous form of university book sharing. Finally, a teaching resources sharing platform for university libraries was designed based on the strategy of centralized and distributed sharing, and three interfaces including platform login, resource search, and resource release were displayed. The results of the simulated comparison experiment showed that centralized and distributed sharing strategies had limitations in resource searching and had low efficiencies; the efficiency of the centralized strategy reduced with an increase in search subjects; however, the centralized-distributed sharing strategy was able to search more resources efficiently and main stability.

Recently, the earth's highest temperature is rising due to severe climate change and heat wave. In addition, due to the increase of elderly population over 65, the number of heat patients is also increasing. In particular, the elderly who live alone in poor living environments, the lower income group, and the socially disadvantaged, such as children and pregnant women, are exposed to the dangers of heat waves, so the government's practical measures are urgently needed. In this study, we will build a visualization platform for each level of heat wave and provide the necessary countermeasure solution according to the heat wave risk. "The Hazard Visualization Platform for Heatwave" provide not only simple information, but also a customized safety service for citizens to prevent heatwaves, respond to heatwaves, and utilize heat wave information.

온라인플랫폼들의 영향력은 더할 나위 없이 커지며 이들의 막강해진 시장지배력에 대한 규제가 필요하다는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 국내에서도 플랫폼의 시장지배적 지위 남용과 관련된 다양한 이슈들이 논의되고 있으며 현재 온라인플랫폼 공정화법이 국무회의를 통과한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인플랫폼 규제를 다양한 이해관계자의 관점으로 바라보고 정책적 방향성을 짚어보고자 한다. 먼저 플랫폼기업이 채택하고 있는 경쟁전략들과 기업결합으로 야기될 수 있는 문제들을 살펴본 후, 온라인플랫폼에 대한 규제가 이해관계자에게 미치는 영향을 플랫폼사업자, 입점업체, 소비자의 관점에서 분석하였다. 본 연구는 온라인플랫폼 규제를 제정함에 있어서 자국플랫폼을 통한 국가경쟁력 향상이라는 경쟁적 이점이 고려되어야함을 강조하고 입점업체 및 소비자 보호를 대변하고자 하는 현재의 온라인플랫폼규제를 보다 균형잡힌 시각으로 바라볼 기회를 제공하고자 한다.
