The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and essence of concrete and practical experience on a series of debates to reveal factors that could be exposed when middle or old-aged people are in the process of re-employment process when they were unemployed by exploring the phenomenon of experience on the courses for the unemployed focusing on middle or old-aged people for employment support program. Depth consultation interviews were conducted and the structure of this phenomenon was revealed and described by applying Giorgi's phenomenology technical as a procedure for analyzing participants' statements by concentrating on the essence of the experience in this study. The meaning of the experience of the unemployed re-employment process structure as a result of analysis on the nature of re-employment experience on the basis of research participants and the information stated through this study showed respectively such as , , , , , and "Reemployment Success Factors>. It is a significant meaning that middle and old-aged people were able to confirm that they experienced Dynamic pursuit of hopes and dreams and got the chance to participate in society Toward a new life By strengthening employ ability skills by undertaking vocational training, obtaining licenses, and regaining confidence and employment determination, and a lot of desire using the card for learning tomorrow, government support system.

This study is a qualitative research with phenomenological approach to investigate the meaning of the volunteer experience through group activities in nursing college students. From May 1 to June 12 2015, we collected data from 19 university students who participated nursing group activities at 3 universities and 30-40 minuties 1-3 times depth-interviews were conducted. Research question was, "Did you have any experience as a volunteer through club activities as nursing college students?" Results were obtained for seven central theme; 'Hard to put in unfamiliar situations', 'Crash to limit', 'Pride encroaching in rest of college life', 'To become mature human relationships', 'Found changed myself', 'Access to the majors', 'Pride for the future'. Based on the these results, in order to continous volunteer activities it is necessary to maintain introduce the program that establish commom goals and can solve out of the university and community.

The purpose of this study is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of shift nurses who are pregnant while on duty. The specific research question is, 'What is the meaning of pregnancy experienced by a shift nurse?' For this study, six nurses with experience working at a general hospital while pregnant participated. Data was collected through individual in-depth interviews and analyzed by van Manen's phenomenological methodology. The result of the study uncovered 8 themes and 4 essential themes. The essential themes were 'Difficulty feeling free to conceive'; 'Becoming more conscious of coworkers'; 'Concern about the health of the fetus'; and 'Requirement for effective measures.' The results of this study are significant in providing a convergent understanding of the pregnancy experiences of shift nurses.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of male college students through sport toto gambling and to provide basic data on the prevention program for male college gambling addicts. Participants in the study were eight male college students who were interviewed in depth and analyzed according to Colaizzi's phenomenological study method. As a result of this study, four categories of experiences were derived as follows: Like the wind that rushes to the sea, Tears of remorse, A locked down life and On a dream day. Research shows that sports toto is easy to access and has a lot of interesting factors, however it has been found out that male college students have a great risk of falling into addiction aiming to win at once like ordinary gamblers. Therefore, this study suggests that gambling preventive education and counseling are necessary for male college students who like sports.

The purpose of this study is to find meaning of male nurses's adaptation to female nurses by grsping deeply what the adaption process of male nurses is from male nurses's point of views. What is the adaptation of male nurses to female nurses? With this research subject, we explored the adaptation process of male nurses to female nurses through phenomenological method. The study participants were 12 male nurses with more than 25 months of experience working in hospitals who agreed to the intention and method of the study. The results of this study were derived from 39 meanings of composition, 13 theme bundles, and 4 categories. As for the category, it was revealed that, in the case of maladjustment situation, there was a tendency to assimilate into force, interpersonal relationship, to improve the job ability, and to become a dedicated nurse. The results of this study can be used as basic data to develop effective nursing workforce management measures in the clinical field by understanding the adaptation process to female nurses of male nurses.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to understand the care experiences of the family of living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) patients where the donation had occurred within the family. Methods: Participants were eight family caregivers who cared for recipients and donors of LDLT. Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews from November, 2020 to April, 2021. Data analysis was performed through a cyclical process of data collection and analysis by applying Giorgi's phenomenological research method. Results: The five main components extracted from the experiences of the family caregivers were: "A double-edged choice to save the family", "The harsh daily life of liver transplantation care", "The yoke of double care on both shoulders", "The power to withstand the adversity of caring", and "The recovery and growth of life pursued by trusting each other". Conclusion: The participants tried to do their best in their daily lives, while providing reassurance and care to the LDLT patients in the family; however, they expressed some worry and hardship while doing so. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of the caring experience of the family caregivers, which may contribute to the development of nursing interventions that will aid these caregivers in providing care to their LDLT family members. Furthermore, the development and application of an integrated management program for LDLT patients in the family is required.

The purpose of this study is to explore what obstacles adult undergraduate experience in adapting to college life. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with 32 adult undergraduate attending colleges in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. For the study, Colaizzi's phenomenological research method was used and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, eight factors such as relation obstacle, bachelor's and curriculum operation obstacle, social recognition obstacle, study ability obstacle, college environment obstacle, economic obstacle, personal disposition obstacle, and temporal obstacle were found. Through the above research results, it was found that the college environment, which is operated mainly by general college students, is expressed as various types of obstacle for adult undergraduate who work and study at various ages and experiences. Based on the derived obstacle factors, it is expected that a follow-up study will be conducted to develop a measurement tool that can empirically explore the obstacle of adult undergraduate to adapt to college life.

This study aimed to deeply understand the employment support experience of mature nursing students. We interviewed 8 mature nursing students in universities in K and D, and analyzed the data through Colaizzi's method which was one of the phenomenological research method. It was composed of 4 themes and 8 sub-themes. The participants were preparing for employment by making efforts to increase the conformity of employment conditions while facing limitations to employment such as age. In addition, they were making efforts to find employment by finding their strengths as mature students, strengthening their will to work, and building a foundation for becoming professional nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional foundation and develop a programme to support the employment of mature nursing students, and carry out specific and empirical follow-up studies.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively interpret the practical adaptation experience of male nurses working shifts and to understand the meaning and essence. The data collection period was from September 2022 to November 2022 and in-depth interviews were conducted with 9 male nurses working at tertiary general hospitals, general hospitals, special hospitals and long-term care hospitals until content saturation. Data analysis was applied according to Colaizzi's phenomenological research method, and as a result of the study, 4 categories, and 11 theme were derived. The 4 categories consisted of 'Changes due to shift work', 'Difficulties arising from gender differences', 'Adaptation for job performance', and 'Growth and direction for the future'. Through this study, it was possible to explore the meaning of the practical adaptation experience of male nurses working in shifts, and it was found that it was necessary to develop and apply work environment improvement plans and male nurses' capacity building programs for nursing work.

The purpose of this study was to understand the experience of nurses working in public health centers in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and to identify its essence. The subjects who had worked for more than one year during the period of COVID-19 pandemic in three county health centers in C province were selected as research participants and analyzed according to the phenomenological method proposed by Colaizzi. As a result of the study, three themes were derived: Negative feelings about COVID-19, A firm sense of professional calling, Leading the way in preparing a system to respond to new infectious diseases. Based on this, it was confirmed that it is necessary to strengthen psychological problem support for nurses, improve biased work, support professional manpower, support systematic education, and prepare appropriate compensation system. Therefore, based on the results of this study, active discussions should be made with various interests in order to establish a support system for nurses who are major personnel in the health care system and to prepare an effective infectious disease response strategy.
