Methods: For the analyses, we selected 60 music therapists who answered a questionnaire from members of K Music Therapy Association, and analyzed task recognition and practice ask performance using IPA method. Results: In the IPA table, the areas of high recognition and practice (1) are the areas of personal information protection information management. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and high practice (2) are areas of privacy communication for those who have completed ethics education. In the IPA table, the areas of low awareness and low practice (3) are areas of privacy communication when ethics education is not completed. In the IPA table, areas of high awareness and low levels of practice (4) are areas of privacy protection. Conclusions: Continuing education should be provided to improve the curriculum on the protection of personal information for music therapists, thereby raising the awareness and practice of privacy.

This study is expected to be of significance in that it attempted to examine the personal information protection awareness of college students and the state of their personal information protection as prospective information processors and private information owners to boost their will to put private information protection in practice. As a result of making an analysis, the most common average time that the students spent in doing every online activity on weekdays was fewer than two or three hours, and the most dominant activities that they did over the Internet were for entertainment or hobbies. As for awareness of the nature of the Internet, they looked upon it as a quite open public space. Regarding the state of private information protection, they thought that changing passwords on a regular basis would be beneficial to personal information protection, and many thought that it's needed to withdraw from or shut down web sites that weren't used for a long time. In terms of actual practice, however, they didn't change their e-mail passwords regularly on the grounds that it's a hassle, and even the students who had experience of personal information leakage didn't report it or didn't ask for counsel on the grounds that they didn't want to be bothered as well. The majority of the students weren't cognizant of how to report or seek counsel. In the future, personal information protection should be educated on a continual basis as part of curriculum to raise awareness of it among students and boost their will to practice it with a sense of responsibility in an effort to prevent the occurrence of collateral damages triggered by personal information leakage.

As the dependence on information is increasing, the protection of personal information (PI) becomes a critical issue for the organizations, causing not only financial loss but also negative impacts on corporate images and reputations. To date, academic research in this area is scarce. This study analyzes the factors affecting the establishment and/or implementation of Personal Information Management System (PIMS) and provides direction for the practice. In this study, we assume that PIMS is one of the new technology adopted by organizations, and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is selected as a base model for the study. Using structural equation modeling technique, both measurement and structural models are validated, and hypotheses are tested. Major findings of the study include (1) the major driver of the organizations attempting to adopt PIMS seems to be the improvement of the business outcomes, (2) organizational capability and resource are important in the establishment of PIMS, and (3) the perceived difficulty of the establishment of PIMS is not affecting the intention to adopt PIMS. Since the importance of personal information security is high, establishment of PIMS is becoming one of the critical issues in the organizations. The establishment of PIMS should be encouraged to strengthen the competitiveness of businesses and to enhance the security level of the entire nation. It is expected that this study may contribute to developing plans and policies for establishment of PIMS in practice, and to providing a foundation for further research in this area.
