국내 많은 기업들이 2002년부터 ISMS를 구축하고 인증을 받아 운영하고 있지만 인증 취득 필요성이나 경제적 효과성 등의 평가는 구체적으로 시행되고 있지 않다. 따라서 10년 이상 시행되고 있는 ISMS 인증 제도에 대해 어떠한 성과가 있고 기업 경영에 어떤 경제적 효과가 있는지 검증할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 인증 취득에 따른 효과분석 모델 개발과 인증의 경제적 가치를 측정하여 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, ISMS 인증유지 조직을 대상으로 개방형 질문법을 이용 설문조사와 조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 통해 분석한 결과 인증 기업당 매년 1억 7,130만원 상당의 경제적 가치가 있는 것으로 추정되었다. 본 연구 에서는 조건부가치측정법을 활용한 ISMS 인증 서비스의 경제적 가치를 추정하는 방법을 제시하였으며, 측정 지표와 방법을 통해 기업 스스로 인증의 경제적 가치를 추정해봄으로써 ISMS 운영의 실효성을 확보하고 최고경영진의 정보보호 투자 등 의사결정에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

Purpose: This study was performed for advancement of aviation security equipments certification system. Methods: We investigated aviation security equipments certification-related registrations and the latest research trends of explosive detection technologies. Based on the literature studies, we draw the critical issues of the aviation security equipment certification system and suggested improvement direction. Results: We found some inaccuracies of the definition of explosive trace detection equipments, accreditation review committee, and performance evaluation test method. These problems should be modified to suit being practical. Conclusion: The present results would be useful for basic data for modifying aviation security equipments certification systems.

Many government in the world have conducted building energy performance certification program to reduce building energy consumption. In this study, a reference building and its HVAC system was modeled, and the energy load and consumption were estimated by the ECO2 program. The software is a simple building energy simulation program based on monthly calculated method. The building energy efficiency rating the the reference building was 1+ under baseline condition. The simulation results showed that the insulation performance slightly affected building energy load and consumption, but light density had a significant effect on them. The application of geothermal heat pumps gave improvement of building energy efficiency rating but it could not make it possible to get zero energy building(ZEB) certification. The ZEB 5 certification could be achieved by using photovoltaics, however getting better grade was difficult. The simulation results showed that the ZEB 4 certification, one grade higher than ZEB 5, could be attained by using more than one renewable energy source such as geothermal and solar energy in this study.

ISO 9000 is an efficient quality system for the customer's confidence and satisfaction. Of late years, the revised edition of ISO 9000 duality management system may give lots of positive business values to companies running ISO 9000 system Despite its tremendous popularity, there is some critisism against the effect and performance or ISO 9000 certification. This research explores the performances and effects of ISO 9000 quality system in small & medium size industrial companies. For this research, 202 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard and 67 companies not certified as contrast group were selected. The related data were collected by web-Poll survey. The major analyses are focused on the effect and performance or the ISO 9000 certification. and we established various hypotheses to verify the effect and performance or quality system. Results or statistical analyses show that total performance or qualify system is significantly different between certified companies and not certified.

Purpose: To attain advanced performance certification, safety aspects along with functionality and performance are essential. Hence, this study suggests radiation leakage assessment methods for aviation security equipment during its performance certification. Methods: Detection technology guided the choice of radiation leakage assessment targets. We then detailed measurement and evaluation methods based on equipment type and operation mode. Equipment was categorized as container or box types for establishing measurement procedures. Results: We've developed specific radiation leakage assessment procedures for different types of aviation security equipment, crucial for ensuring airport safety. Using these procedures allows efficient evaluation of compliance with radiation leakage standards. Conclusion: The suggested radiation leakage assessment method aims to enhance aviation security and reliability. Future research will focus on identifying risks in novel aviation security equipment detection technologies and establishing safety standards.

This paper investigates the issue of performance testing on web browsing environments. Among the typical non-functional characteristics, index of link validity will be deeply explored. A framework to certify link correctness in web site is proposed. All possible navigation paths are first formulated to represent a usage model with the Markov chain property, which is then used to generate test script file statistically. With collecting any existing failure information followed by tracing these testing browsed paths, certification analysis may be performed by applying Markov chain theory. The certification result will yield some significant information such as: test coverage, reliability measure, confidence interval, etc. The proposed mechanism may provide not only completed but also systemic methodologies to find any linking errors and other web technologies errors. Besides, an actual practice of the proposed approach to a web-based system will be demonstrated quantitatively through a certification tool.

In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.

공개키 기반 인증시스템에서 사용자의 실수로 비밀키가 노출되었거나 자격의 박탈, 유효기간 만료 등의 이유로 인증서를 폐지해야 할 경우가 있다. 이에 따라 각 사용자는 수신된 인증서의 유효성을 검증해야만 한다. 이 인증서 폐지 여부를 확인하는 방법으로는 CRL. Delta-CRL, OCSP 등의 방식이 개발되었다. 하지만 이 모든 방식에서의 인증서 유효성 검증은 실시간으로 처리해야 하트로 많은 통신량을 발생시키는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CRL관리의 문제점인 전송시점 차이에 따른 무결성 문제와 신시간 처리로 인한 서버와 네트웍의 과도한 트래픽 발생을 해결한 FM 부가방송(FM Subcarrier Broadcasting)을 이용한 인증시스템을 설계, 인증서 유효성 검증의 성능 향상을 제안한다.

본 연구는 물류기업을 대상으로 녹색물류기업 인증이 녹색물류성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고, 그에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 녹색물류와 관련된 선행연구를 통해 물류성과, 환경성과, 자원성과 및 기업성과와 같은 성과 변수를 도출하고, 녹색물류기업 인증 기준과의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 물류기업 종사자를 대상으로 녹색물류기업 인증과 녹색물류성과의 관계에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하고, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성분석 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 녹색물류 목표관리는 물류성과와 환경성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 물류에너지 및 온실가스 산정은 물류성과, 환경성과 및 자원성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 녹색물류 효과관리는 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 녹색물류 전환사업은 녹색물류성과라고 할 수 있는 물류성과, 환경성과, 자원성과 및 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다.

본 연구는 한국사회적기업진흥원의 2015년 219개 사회적기업 경영공시자료를 중심으로 다중선형 회귀분석기법을 활용하여, 사회적기업의 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과에 영향을 미치는 조직특성요인을 검증하고, 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업의 조직특성 중 인증연수 및 외부지원 수혜액이 사회적기업의 사회적 성과인 취약계층 고용에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직형태와 인증유형, 사회서비스 업종(제공 유형) 등의 변수들은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 사회적기업의 조직특성 중 인증연수와 외부지원 수혜액이 사회적기업의 경제적 성과인 매출액에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나, 조직형태의 경우는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인증유형과 사회서비스 업종(제공 유형) 등의 변수들은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적기업의 사회적 성과인 취약계층 고용과 경제적 성과인 매출액 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 사회적기업의 매출액과 취약계층 고용이 서로 선순환의 관계에 있는 정(+)의 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 인증연수별로 정부의 사회적기업 육성 및 지원정책을 다양화하여 사회적 성과와 경제적 성과를 극대화함으로써 사회적기업의 자립과 지속가능성을 도모할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.
