In field of apartment housing currently, insulation technology is the most effective way because it is common to improve the thermal performance, therefore, it is contributed to energy saving as several regional insulation standards and legal mandate method. In addition, by applying of building energy efficiency rating certification system, it has inspired voluntary energy conservation commitment for the building owner or facility manager by making a plan to evaluate and verify building energy performance. However, these circumstances are not enough to acquire a grade 2 of higher information. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the impact of building energy efficiency rating and confirmed reduction ratio compared to the standard housing on the basis of recent our nation building law when we had changed the shape of windows and wall insulation performance and shapes of housing.

This research aims to examine the effect of carbon emission disclosure on firm value and to reveal environmental performance and industrial type as the moderating variables. This study used 82 samples of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and receiving awards in the Indonesian Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA) in 2014-2018. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results showed that carbon emission disclosure had a positive and significant effect on firm value as carbon emission disclosure is a form of corporate concern on environment positively responded by the market and becomes the basis for investors to make their considerations in assessing the company sustainability. Besides, environmental performance and industrial type can strengthen the influence relationship of carbon emission disclosure on firm value since environmental performance was assessed based on ISO 14001 certification ensuring that the company has tried to preserve the environmental sustainability by creating a good environmental management system. Moreover, companies categorized into high profile industrial type have tried to change their unfavorable image and avoid lawsuits by performing carbon emission disclosure to gain positive responses from the market.

Differential pressure sensor for DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) is the important part of a automobile exhaust system. This device measures the pressure of before DOC and after DPF to determine whether the DPF regenerate. In this paper reliability assessment criteria for DPF differential pressure sensor are established on terms of quality calcification test and lifetime test. The former quality certification test comprises general performance test and environmental test. Items which pass the test undergo lifetime test which guarantees the extent of mean lifetime with certain confidence.

In this paper we propose a variance function estimation method for replicated data based on averages of squared residuals obtained from estimated mean function by the least squares support vector machine. Newton-Raphson method is used to obtain associated parameter vector for the variance function estimation. Furthermore, the cross validation functions are introduced to select the hyper-parameters which affect the performance of the proposed estimation method. Experimental results are then presented which illustrate the performance of the proposed procedure.

21세기 지식정보시대 공공도서관이 사회적으로 인정받고 발전의 기반을 마련하기 위해서는 우선 도서관 측에서 사회적 역할을 명확하게 인식하고 이를 효과적으로 수행해야 한다. 본고에서는 이러한 입장에서 도서관의 바람직한 사회적 역할 수행 방안으로 도서관 권리선언 제정, 독서실 기능 폐지, 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 평가제도 개선 및 인증제도 도입, 도서관 장서의 개선을 제안하였다.

For the past seven years, the increase in the energy consumption of universities in Korea has been 3.7 times higher than the overall increase in the energy consumption across Korea (22.5%). This is an example that shows that universities have been a massive source of greenhouse gases. Such an increase has been attributed to the new and expanded construction of architectural structures on campus. Many people argue that the increasing number of buildings may cause waste of energy and loss of efficiency. Therefore, this study was conducted as a preliminary study to derive energy efficiency measures for new university buildings. The two aspects of energy-saving as required by the eco-friendly structure certification standards have been applied to analyze the use of new/renewable energy and the energy consumption of new university buildings that have applied light density and light engineering methods. Based on these results, the major sources of energy of existing buildings and new university buildings were compared to comparatively discuss how effectively they improve energy performance.

The main purpose of this study is to design and develop the grid connected 4kW photovoltatic PCS(Power Conditioning System) targeting for Japanese market. To make this task, the development of DC to DC converter, one phase inverter and EMI filters, and the research on connection between inverter and utility line are made. The developed 4kW PCS has fully carried out performance verifications and evaluation works and acquired the JET(Japan Electrical Safety & Environment Technology Laboratories) certification for safety and performance.

Urban transit consists of signaling system, railway systems, power facilities systems and the other complicated facilities and the standards notify the standardizations, safety standards, performance standards and quality certification standards according to the Urban Transit Act. The government notifies and recommends these standards to improve the performance, safety and maintenance efficiency of urban transit. Now, we need to manage the records and traceability of the standards because they have reciprocal relations with the others so that, if some standards have been changed it could make some problems to the others. As a result, in this research, we suggest the way to manage the traceability of the standards by using the computation support tools.

The rural area has aged and depressed for urban area in Korea. Furthermore, the rural house has deteriorated and is vulnerable to disaster which collapse, fire, landslide, and so on. For this matter, it need to an evaluated system for deteriorated level of rural house. The evaluated system has a repairing method and an estimated cost for rural house to offer native in rural area. This study could draw evaluation factor for deteriorated level of rural house as a basic study for the evaluated system. The evaluation factors is compared the Korean housing performance grade indication system, the Korean green building certification criteria, and the Japanese housing performance indication system. As a result, they could eight types. There are a mothproof, an waterproof, a finishing material, an asbestos cement slate of roofing, a mobility right, an opening and closing of doors and windows, an indoor environment.

The buildings constructed with steel structure is coated with certified fire resistive material to resist from fire. Coating materials lose their initial performances as time passes, so they need some maintenance. Fireproof spray-application also loses its performance and this performance loss of thr fireproof spray-application is very important because fire resistance of buildings depends on fireproof spray-application. So this study is to develop Acceleration durability test method of Fireproof spray-application, and use the Certification of fire resistant coating system.
