중국 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스의 소비자 재구매의도에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Chinese Customer's Repurchase Intention of Mobile Contents Service)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to understand the important characteristics of mobile content services and to provide better content services to Chinese consumers by understanding consumer behavioral psychology about mobile content services and empirically analyzing research models with perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, customer attitudes, and repurchase intentions based on motivation theory. Design/methodology/approach Based on Deci(1975) Self-Determination Theory and Heijden(2004) research model, this study developed a research framework that includes perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment to influence on repurchase intention. A questionnaire survey was conducted targeting Chinese consumers using mobile content services, and 272 valid responses were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings According to the results of empirical analysis in this study, Chinese consumers were found to feel repurchase intention by positive impact of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment in the use of mobile content service. Chinese consumers still use mobile content a lot from a utilitarian perspective in relation to social life or job performance, and there is no positive effect on the use of mobile content related to perceived enjoyment. The results of this study provide the empirical results of a research model that integrates motivation theory and technology acceptance theory for the development of the mobile content industry in the future, and provide necessary insights for managers of companies that develop and distribute mobile content service.

이러닝에서 사회성, 사용용이성, 유용성, 즐거움이 수용의향에 미치는 영향 연구 -확장된 기술수용모델 관점- (Study on the Effect of Sociability, Ease of Use, Usefulness, Enjoyment on Acceptance Intention in e-Learning -A Perspective of the Extended Technology Acceptance Model-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기술수용모델, 동기이론, 사회적 반응 이론을 적용한 확장된 기술수용모델 관점에서 이러닝 수용의향에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 지각된 사회성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 즐거움, 그리고 이러닝 수용의향으로 구성된 이론모형을 개발하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움은 모두 이러닝 수용의향에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 결정요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 지각된 사용용이성은 이러닝 수용의향 결정요인인 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 사회성은 이러닝 수용의향에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 지각된 유용성을 매개로한 간접적인 영향도 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Purpose: In Korea, market size of social commerce has been increased steadily and highly, but profits of social commerce companies have been decreased because of excessive marketing cost. To overcome this stagnant market environment, new marketing strategy that could attract customers and make customers continue to use social commerce is required instead of cost consuming marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among characteristics of social commerce - that is, economic value and information quality - usefulness, enjoyment, satisfaction and repurchase intention by applying motivation theory to the area of social commerce. Design/Methodology/Approach: Previous researches have been studied by applying Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Model, although there are many studies related with customer acceptance model in the field of e-commerce. However, there is not so many studies in applying motivation theory. So this study adopts new approach to examine why customers use social commerce based on motivation theory. Thus, this study adopts economic value and information quality as antecedents, and then customers will perceive extrinsic and intrinsic motivation; usefulness is extrinsic and enjoyment is intrinsic, and adopts satisfaction and repurchase intention as a dependent variable. The data of questionnaire were collected from customers who have experience to buy something in social commerce. 228 questionnaires as data unit of individual level were collected using random sampling. Findings: This study proved empirically that the relationship between antecedents and motivation factors has a positive influence, and motivation factors also have a positive influence on repurchase intention through satisfaction. This study provides the managers an insight that social commerce companies should pay more attention to improve customer satisfaction in order to increase higher performance in repurchase intention of social commerce.

정보기술 수용에 관한 실증적 연구 : 영화관 웹사이트를 중심으로 (An Empirical Investigation of IT Adoption: Based on Movie Website)

  • Most of the Information Systems(IS) literature has focused on utilitarian or hedonic Information Technology(IT) to explain and predict IT adoption and use. This study investigates the relationships among individuals' beliefs and intention to use of movie website, which has both utilitarian and hedonic characteristics simultaneously. As a theoretical background, this study adopts Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Motivation Theory, in which the former is well-known as a theory of IT adoption and use in IS field, and the latter is famous for a theory of individual's behavior in organizational behavior field. With 153 responses, five hypotheses are tested by using structured equation model. The results show that perceived ease of use positively influences perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment, and that all individuals' beliefs have a positive impact on intention to use of movie web-site. Based upon the study results, movie website's managers and professionals can plan and conduct their courses of action effectively for users' continuous visits on their operating website.

블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 사회 동기적 요인 (Social Motivational Factors Influencing the Intention to Use of Blog)

  • 최근 블로그가 새로운 미디어로서 대중적으로 널리 사용되면서 사회 전반에 걸쳐 영향력을 확대하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 블로그 사용에 영향을 미치는 사회적 동기 요인을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델과 사회적 동기이론을 기반으로 하여 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용 편의성과 평판, 호혜성, 돕는 즐거움, 사회적 정체성이 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 파악하였다. 한국에서 대중적인 블로그 사이트인 네이버 블로그, 싸이월드 미니홈피, 다음 블로그, 야후 블로그 등의 사용자 342명으로부터의 온라인 설문을 통해 수집된 데이터를 실증적으로 평가한 결과, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 사용편의성, 호혜성, 사회적 정체성이 블로그 사용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 호혜성과 돕는 즐거움이 블로그 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 요인으로서 사회적 정체성이 중요함을 밝혀냈다. 본 연구결과는 블로그 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 사회적 동기요인의 중요성에 대한 이론적 기틀을 마련하는 데 공헌함과 동시에 블로그 서비스 기업에게 사용자들의 사용의도를 높일 수 있는 전략적인 정보와 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
