본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 고령친화산업의 대중국 진출 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 고령친화산업 현황과 특성, 활성화 및 한계를 살펴보고, 중국의 고령친화산업 수요와 산업배경을 검토하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 우리나라 고령친화산업이 중국에 진출하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 논의하였다. 그 결과 중국 고령친화 산업 진출 시장으로는 노인 의료기기 제품과 노인여가관련 관광산업, 그리고 연금보험이 대표적이었다. 이에 대한 우리나라 기업의 진출 전략으로는 중국의 사회의료보장 등의 제도 변화에 따른 접근과 고령친화 상품시장의 특성 파악이 선행되어야 한다는 것이다. 또한 중국 도 농지역의 큰 편차로 지역 특성을 고려하여 소득수준이 높은 대도시 경제발달 지역이 우선적으로 고려되어져야 한다는 전략들이 모색되었다.

In accordance with recent highly advanced economic growth, the demand of leisure life is quite increasing, and also the increase of nature-friendly leisure with health-pursuing concept where human -being enjoys pleasant environment, is to me said as one of recent social traits. Accordingly, it is research the present situation and characteristic of the popularized housing-type accommodating facility, and then this study has discussed on the method how to plan the interior space of such facility to meet with environmental -friendly peculiarity and the object for health enhancement. At first, the program which applied the sustainable design techniques should be preceded, and when planning of interior space, the management method and space planning on the facility and the system should be properly considered in order to enhance the user's health. So to speak, in order to keep and promote the space user's health, those proposing methods such as the followings have been suggested likely as, consideration regarding to air-ventilation and lighting, usage of environmental-friendly material, use of life drainage, custom-typed plane planning, utilization of balcony space, storing furniture and systemization of kitchen space, themed bathroom, inducement of indoor-gardening, and so on. It is expected that this could be applied very usefully to the space plan of the small-scaled housing-type accommodation under planning to develop or renovation.

고령화사회에서 고령사회로 급속도로 진행되고 있는 우리나라는 기초노령연금제도를 이미 실시하고 있고, 노인장기요양보험제도의 실시를 앞두고 요양보호사와 같은 인력양성도 서두르고 있지만, 고령화사회 문제에 대한 근본적인 대처를 할 수 있는 전문적인 인력을 양성하기 위한 체계적인 교육과정이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 고령화사회에 부응하고 고령사회에 대비하여 노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 실버케어 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개발에 관해 기술하고자 한다. 분야별로는 노인복지, 케어복지 차원에서 분석하고 각각을 기초, 초급, 중급, 고급 수준 단계로 세분화하여 병렬적으로 적용 가능하게 조직한 실버케어 교육과정 모델을 제시한다.

Purpose: The South African government is determined in alleviating poverty while encouraging job creation and protecting the disposable incomes of poor households. This article looks at the challenges that are facing the South African Social Security system and argues that the provision of income security is amongst the most practical expressions of a nation's cohesion and values. Research Design, Data and Methodology: There are seven proposals in the Social Security and Retirement Reform and these proposals are based on the following two principal objectives of the government, that is, to ensure a basic standard of living and to prevent destitution in old age or in circumstances of unemployment or incapacity partly or wholly through redistributive measures, and to encourage savings to provide for the replacement of income on retirement, disablement or death through long-term insurance arrangements. Results: This article evaluates these seven proposals, state old age pension, wage subsidy, mandatory participation in a national social security system for all, mandatory participation in private occupational or individual retirement funds, Voluntary additional contributions to occupational or individual retirement funds, reform of the governance and regulation of the retirement funding industry and reform of the tax system. Conclusion: This article concludes that the population size of South Africa has increased significantly to 51, 8 million in 2011 and therefore the time is right for bold new steps in improving income security of the poor and strengthening the fabric of social solidarity that binds all South Africans together.

4차산업혁명의 핵심인 인공지능 기술은 인간의 능력을 뛰어넘어 주식예측에도 적용하고 있으면 예측이 불가능한 것을 딥러닝 기법과 머신러닝을 통하여 지능화된 판단을 내리고 있는 실정이다. 미국의 펀드매니지먼트 회사에서는 증시 에널리스트의 역할을 인공지능이 대신하고 있으며, 이 분야의 연구가 활발히 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 BLSTM을 이용하여 기존의 LSTM방식의 단방향 예측에서 발생하는 오류를 줄이고, 양방향으로 예측하여 예측에 대한 오류를 줄이고, 주식 가격에 영향을 미치는 거시 지표, 즉 경제성장률, 경제지표, 이자율, 무역수지, 환율, 통화량을 분석한다. 거시 지표 분석 후에 개별 주식에 대한 PBR, BPS, ROE 예측과 가장 주식 가격에 영향을 미치는 외국인, 기관, 연기금 등 매수와 매도 물량을 분석하여 주식의 목표주가를 정확히 예측하여 주식 투자에 도움을 주기 위해 본 연구를 수행했다.

최근의 규제완화 및 금융겸업화 추세로 인한 경쟁의 가속화는 생명보험산업에 큰 영향을 미쳐 생명보험사의 대형화와 인수 합병, 전략적 제휴 등 보험시장구조에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 금융환경의 변화가 생명보험산업의 경쟁도에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지를 Panzar-Rosse 모형을 통해 분석한다. 방카슈랑스 시행 이전과 퇴직연금제도 시행 이전의 표본기간을 대상으로 한 분석에서는 H-통계량 값이 음의 값으로 추정되어 국내 생명보험산업이 독점 또는 카르텔로 추정되었으나, 방카슈랑스와 퇴직연금제도 시행 이후의 기간을 대상으로 한 분석에서는 H-통계량 값이 통계적으로 유의하게 양의 값으로 추정되어 생명보험산업이 독점적 경쟁상태로 평가되었다. 분석결과들을 요약하면 방카슈랑스의 시행과 퇴직연금제도의 시행으로 생명보험 회사들의 경영과 서비스의 효율성이 제고 되어 경쟁력 향상이 증진되어서 생명보험산업이 독점적 경쟁상태로 전환되었다고 판단된다.

본 연구는 사회보장 제도의 일환으로 안심소득제가 수혜자의 경제적 자립과 생활만족에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 사회보장제도의 수혜를 받고 있는 성인 가구주 650명을 대상으로 안심소득제 관련 측정변수를 적용하여 SPSS 23 통계프로그램을 통해 실증분석 하였다. 그 결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 연구결과 안심소득제 사회보험과 사회부조는 경제적 자립에 유의적인 영향을 미쳐 채택되었으며, 경제적 자립이 생활만족에 미치는 영향력은 기각된 반면, 안심소득제의 사회부조가 생활만족에 미치는 영향력은 채택되어 각 요인에 따른 영향력의 차이를 보였다. 이 같은 결과는 안심소득을 위한 지원으로 사회보험과 사회부조가 경제적 자립에는 긍정적인 도움이 됨을 의미하고 생활만족까지에는 제한을 갖고 사회부조만 채택되어 실업급여, 국민연금, 장기요양 보조금, 건강보험이 실질적인 경제적 자립에 도움이 됨을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 따라서 안심소득제의 도입을 통한 수혜자의 경제적 자립을 돕는데 안심소득제가 매우 유용함을 시사하고 이를 통한 생활만족까지 충족하는 데는 다소 거리감이 있음을 나타낸 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

본 연구는 복지제도의 확대는 찬성하지만 재원 확보를 위한 증세는 거부하는 '눔프'현상에 관한 것이다. 최근 복지제도의 개혁과정에서 이해관계의 충돌에 따른 갈등 발생의 핵심으로 부각되고 있는 계층, 젠더, 연령 집단을 중심으로, 주요 복지제도별 눔프현상의 규모와 요인을 분석하여, 복지제도에 내재한 불평등 구조와 눔프현상 사이의 관련성을 규명하고자 한다. 분석을 위해 한국복지패널의 부가조사인 복지인식 조사를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 급여 대상이 특정 취약계층으로 제한되는 제도에 비해 전체 사회구성원의 복지향상에 기여할 수 있다고 판단되는 건강정책, 연금, 고용정책, 주거정책 등에서 낮은 눔프현상이 관찰되었다. 눔프현상의 규모와 발생 가능성은 '소득 1분위', '여성', '20대 이하'에서 높게 나타나, 복지제도에 내재한 불평등 기제와 눔프현상의 높은 관련성이 확인되었다. 보편적 복지로의 전환과 복지제도에 내재된 불평등 요인의 개선이 눔프현상의 완화와 복지확대를 가능하게 하는 대안임을 보여주는 결과이다.

2006년에 제1차 본조사에 들어간 '고령화연구패널조사(KLoSA)'는 HRS(미국), SHARE(유럽), ELSA(영국) 등과 연구네트워크를 구축하여 데이터베이스 사업과 공동연구를 추진하고 있다. '고령화연구패널조사'는 국가간 비교연구가 가능한 자료를 생산하기 위해서 다음 세 가지 조건을 고려하여 설계되었다. 첫째, 가족, 건강, 고용, 소득, 자산, 주관적 기대감 등 비교대상으로 삼은 조사들의 핵심적인 주제와 주요 조사영역을 일치시켰다. 둘째, 주요영역의 세부 항목은 우리나라의 제도적, 문화적 차이를 반영하도록 설계하였다. 우리나라의 공적연금과 의료보장제도의 특성 등 제도적 특성을 반영하여 설문을 구성하였으며, 고용상의 관행이나 금융상품의 범위도 고려하였다. 또한 문화적 차이에서 발생하는 가족간의 경제적 지원양태의 특징이나 재산관리상의 특성을 반영하도록 설문을 구성하였다. 마지막으로 척도의 선정에 있어서도 우리나라 고령자들에게 정확하게 의미가 전달할 수 있으면서도 국가간 비교연구도 가능한 방식의 척도를 개발하기 위하여 노력하였다.

The results of analysis on foreign exchange market, stock and financial market after January of 1997 are that foreign exchange market will be affected by stock and financial market volatility about 1999. This means that stock and financial market are more stable than foreign exchange market. This also is supported by ‘financial market forecast of 1999 in Daewoo Economic Research Institute’. After won/dollar (end of period) will be increasing in 1,430 at second quarter of 1999, this is to downward 1,200 fourth quarter of 1999. This is somewhat based on government's higher exchange rate policy. But, after yield of corporate bond is to 11.0% at first quarter of 1999, this will be stable to 10.2% at fourth quarter. During the first quarter of 1999, yield of corporate bond is to somewhat increasing through sovereign debt and public bonds, technical adjustment of interest rate. After this, yield of corporate bond will be stable according to stability of price, magnification of money supply, restucturing of firms. So, stock market is favorably affected by stability of financial market. But, the pension and fund of USA, i.e., long-term portfolio investment fund, are injected through international firm's management. It is included by openness of audit, fair market about foreign investors. Finally, Moody's strong rating on the won-denominated bonds suggest that Korea's sovereign debt ratings could be restored to an investment grade in the near future. It sequentially includes inflow of foreign portfolio investment fund, fall of won/dollar foreign exchange rate (appreciation of won) and stability of yield of corporate bond.
