일부지역 의료기관의 외래원무관리 표준화에 관한 연구 (A study on the standardization for outpatient management and adminstration process of some regional hospitals)

  • 이 연구는 일부 지역 의료기관의 외래원무관리 표준화를 위해 대한병원협회에 등록된 일부 지역 종합병원 이상 의료기관에 근무하는 원무팀 직원을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 접수업무 프로세스는 설립주체, 병상규모, 원무팀 직원 수, 일평균 외래환자 수에 따라 큰 차이는 없었다. 그러나 진찰료 선납 여부는 병상 규모가 클수록 진찰료 선납을 받았다. 병상 예약업무 프로세스는 설립주체, 병상규모, 원무팀 직원 수, 일평균 외래환자 수에 따라 큰 차이는 없었으나, 예약 후 내원 시 진찰료 선납은 500병상 미만 의료기관이 11.8%, 500병상 이상 의료기관이 50.0%로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과 의료기관에 따라 외래원무관리 프로세스에 큰 차이는 없었으나 전산시스템, 시설관련 부분에 차이를 보였다. 이러한 업무프로세스의 차이를 극복하기 위해서는 의료기관의 경제적 부분이 지원되어야 한다. 환자에게 양질의 의료서비스를 제공하기 위해 의료기관평가인증원 조사항목과 설문을 통해 얻은 다빈도 응답을 토대로 도출한 표준화를 실제 의료기관에 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

패션수입업체의 내부마케팅 요인이 판매원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Internal Marketing Factors in Import Apparel Company on Job Satisfaction)

  • The main purpose of this research is to investigate the present circumstances of internal marketing in domestic apparel-import company and study if the internal marketing activities in import apparel company have a significant effect on salespersons' job satisfaction. As a preliminary investigation, the interviews with 6 expert salespersons of imported apparel company were taken to develop a practical measuring tool. As a result, 21 categories which effect on internal marketing and 6 factors which influence on job satisfaction were extracted. Next, a survey with the salespersons who work in apparel-import company was taken, and 186 collected data were used in this study. To analyze the data, factor analysis, frequency analysis, and multiple regression analysis are executed by a statistics package, SPSS v12.0. The results are as follows. First, five factors which effect on internal marketing activities in have been identified as welfare, incentives, employment & training, communication, empowerment. Among them, four factors of welfare, incentives, employment & training, and communication have been come out as statistically significant factors which influenced on salesperson's job satisfaction. Second, the internal marketing activities of import apparel company according to salesperson's demographic factors - payment, working periods, and marriage have been demonstrated significant difference on salespersons' job satisfaction. When the marriage is examined, the job satisfaction of the single mostly depends on incentives while that of the married does on welfare. On the consideration of working periods, the less does the group have working experience, the more does it have a dependence on incentives. On the other hand, the group which has much payment and experience mostly relies on welfare. The middle class show to be dependent on communication and employment&training as well as welfare and incentives.

청소년의 인터넷 아이템의 구매실태 및 충동, 모방, 과시소비 성향 (Adolescents' Actual Conditions of Buying and Impulsive Buying, Imitative Buying, and Conspicuous Consumption on the Internet Items)

  • The aims of this study were to examine the actual conditions surrounding the purchasing of online game items and Internet cyberspace items by adolescents the propensity of adolescents to consume these items, to determine the difference in the propensity for high and low consumption of these items among adolescents, and to investigate the characteristics of the adolescents who show a high propensity for the consumption of Internet items. The data for this study were collected from 483 adolescent consumers who were middle school and high school students in the city of Bucheon in Gyeonggi Province. The statistical methods used for the data analysis included frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results of the present study can be summarized as follows. The majority(79.5%) of the students surveyed had had the experience of purchasing items. Most students(67.5%) had a rare frequency of buying ($1{\sim}2$ times in a period of 6 months or less). Nearly half (47.9%) of the students spent less than 1000 won per month on the item(s) purchased. Most of the students purchased items with their parents' permission, but 26.6% of the students bought the items without their parents' permission. Most of the characteristics of the items purchased, such as the major item purchased, payment method, amount purchased per month, average amount spent per buying experience, and whether or not they had their parents' permission differed according to gender, grade level, record, and monthly allowance. The level of propensity to consume the items was not high. The propensity of imitation consumption (1.96) was lower than that of impulsive consumption (2.38) and conspicuous consumption (2.45). Most of the buying characteristics, including the major item purchased, payment method, amount purchased per month, average amount spent per buying experience, parents' permission, grade level, and monthly allowance were different between the high and low propensity for consumption groups.

소비자의 가격태도와 위험지각에 따른 의류할인점 선택행동에 관한 연구 (The Study of Consumer's Clothing Discount Store Selection Behavior by Their Price Attitude and Risk Perception)

  • The purpose of this study is examine how price attitude and risk perception affect6 consumer's attitude to clothing discount stores. As for the methods of the research 313 female consumers who just finished shopping at discount stores were interviewed and questioned. The result is as the following. 1. The factors such as discount price inclination effective value inclination price-quality association and price-social grade association in the price attitude as well as social psychological risk and the risk of losing opportunity in the risk perception affected consumer's attitude to clothing discount store. 2. The domestic national brand discount store acquired the highest scores in all factors but discount inclination factor and low price inclination factor. No difference was seen between stores in terms of the risk perception. 3. The determining factors for repurchase intention were found to be store satisfaction and the attitude to clothing discount store. 4. The convenience of transportation the availability of exchange or repair the payment option the quality of the product and the attributes of the store e, g, good quality with relatively low price affected the store satisfaction. 5. Domestic national brand discount store showed higher score in 'good quality with relatively low price' than domestic casual brand discount store did. And difference between groups was found in repurchase intention, Conclusively most consumers using clothing discount stores are effective value-oriented.

연구비에 대한 인식이 연구비 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : RCMS 사용자를 중심으로 (The Effects of National Research Fund Recognition on the Research Fund Payment Intend in R&D Project)

  • As the importance of R&D has recently become more important, the budget for national R&D projects has continued to grow. Along with, there is a growing awareness to use and manage R&D funds transparently. This study examines the relationship among attitude toward the behavior (ATT), subjective norm (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC) and behavioral Intention (BI) deriving from TPB (Theory of planned Behavior). To empirically prove the hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from the 2,021 RCMS users, using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The research model variable consists of ATT, SN, PBC, BI, person type, RCMS characteristics. The results of study can be summarized as follows. First, ATT, SN, PBC have the positive effect on BI. Second, According to the type of person (Director, R&D supporter), there is no difference in ATT on BI but there is a difference in SN (or PBC) on BI. Third, The type of person have moderating effects in the relationship between ATT and BI. Finally, All RCMS characteristics have moderating effects in the relationship between ATT and BI. Some RCMS characteristics have moderating effects in the relationship between PBC and BI.

가게부를 통해 본 소비 지출비의 특별분석 (Analysis of the home expenditure by home account book)

  • Forty-five home account books were randomized by electing "prize for good home manager" in 1967 through all over the country in korea. With this sampling analyzed monthly home expenditure in different item by test of significance, and compared with model of home expenditure and this results. Hope this analysis will help to the house wife for better plan home expenditure and will develope in scientific way of life in home managing. 1. Significance test of home account books in their items and in months indicated that there were significant statistical differences in the total living expenses. In other words, they did not work out a budget, and their home account books were nothing but a record expenses. 2. There was a significant difference in the monthly expenditure for food caused by the preparation of cabbage pickle (kim Jang) in November. This payment in a lump to the cabbage pickle brought about unbalance to home economic. 3. Compared with others, in November and in December we could find a meaningful difference in the monthly expenditure for clothing. 4. It was noted that there were not such comparable significant differences in months as to be mentioned for housing light and heating, education, saving, transportation and communication culture, taxes.

푸드 코디네이터 역할에 대한 여성 고객들의 기대 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expectation Factor of Female Customers about the Role of a Food Coordinator)

  • This study is intended to be used as basic data to understand the role of a food coordinator who creates an environment for eating and to develop menus by studying the expectations of female customers about the food coordinator's role. The reported concepts of the role of a food coordinator were divided into six factors-food(Eigen value 3,181), seat, cutlery, atmosphere, convenience, and sanitation. According to an analysis of the expected factors concerning the role of a food coordinator in terms of the amount paid, when women visited any restaurant once, the factors of "food" and "atmosphere" showed a significant difference(p<0.05) while the other factors did not. According to an analysis of the recognition of a food coordinator in terms of the number of visits, the questions concerning recognition of the job of "food coordination," the necessity of the role and the expectations of the role showed a significant difference (p<0.05). The question on willingness to pay, in relation to the role of a food coordinator, showed a negative response about the direct payment of guests regardless of the number of restaurant visits.

치과기공사의 사기 요인 분석과 관리 방안에 대한 연구 (Study on Analyzing Main Cause of Dental Technicians' Moraleand Management to Promote their Morale)

  • The organization to which we belong is the place where we make social relationships, satisfy our desires of self-realization, and accomplish our common object. The emotional and psychological state of individual as well as the whole organization is able to be explained in the concept of morale. The researcher selected a total 238 dental technicians living in seoul, and conducted a research in a period ranging from April 1, 2004, to April1 10, 2004. The researcher analyzed the findings with the aid of SPSS (Statistical package for social sciences). The researcher came to reach the following conclusions on the basis of frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test, and multiple regression. The results of this study were as follows: First, there is a significant difference in recognizing morale due to their age, academic background, their work places, position, part of objective, and working hours(p<.05). Secondly, The researcher there is a significant difference in recognizing due to their social welfare, payment, fair and objective personnel management, enough opportunities of self development, and autonomy(p<.05). Lastly, this study is very limited in generalization because it deals with a small part of morale management plans and objectifies very limited organization. But, it is very meaningful in trying to approach morale management plans with an object of dental technicians. It is necessary that dental technicians should make efforts to control themselves.

  • 본 논문은 나라장터 종합쇼핑몰 개선방향에 대해 구매자 피드백(Feedback), 다양한 제품 옵션(Option) 선택 기능, 결제절차의 간소화 및 만족에 관한 선행연구의 제안을 바탕으로, 실제 나라장터 종합쇼핑몰에서 전산장비 등을 구매 및 사용하는 공공 및 산하기관 근무자들의 입장에서 개선 필요성과 만족에 대해 확인하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 기초설문과 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로 경북지역 공공기관 및 정부산하기관에서 전산장비 등에 대해 구매경험이 있으며 실제 사용하는 전산직 및 비전산직 근무자를 대상으로 질적 사례연구를 통해 확인 하였다. 연구결과 구매자 피드백(Feedback)과 옵션(Option) 선택 부분에 대해서는 개선이 필요하다는 결론과 결제절차의 간소화와 만족에 대해서는 근무경력에 따른 차이가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 공공 및 산하기관 연구 참여자들의 사용에 대한 내면의 의견을 확인 할 수 있었던 것이 가장 큰 기여도라 하겠다. 향 후 보완사항으로, 수도권 및 타지역 공공 및 산하기관의 근무자들과 일반 조달 제품에 대한 구매경험을 가진 공공 및 산하기관 다수의 근무자들을 대상으로 한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

신용장거래에서 운송서류의 위험요인에 관한 연구 (The Risks of Transport Documents under L/C Transaction)

  • L/C provides the exporter and the importer with safe assurance in the exchange of goods for payment in international trade. It involves a number of parties. Although the parties may have confidence in their client, bad faith or ignorance of international banking practice by any of these parties could cause the failure of transaction, which makes international trade a risky business. Most of the risks are found in transport document, which can cause disputes. There are many factors in the risk of transport documents under L/C transaction. One most common risk factor for the beneficiary in all transport documents is even if there is no discrepancy in document, the issuing bank or the applicant refuses to pay or delay payment insisting there is a discrepancy. In some very rare cases, the beneficiary may not get paid due to unfair injunction of the local court of the applicant. For the applicant, most common risk factors are fake bill and fraud. Risks classified according to the sorts of transport documents are as follows. 1. In B/L, payment can be refused because it is regarded as charter party B/L, although there is no real charter party contract. And the applicant can bear the potential risk of the loss or deterioration of cargo through transhipment of the cargo loaded on board in container if transhipment is prohibited without excluding of UCP 600 article 20 (c). 2. In charter party B/L, the applicant may take delivery without paying when charter party B/L is signed by charterer, which can result in a big loss for the beneficiary and the negotiating bank. And risks may arise when cargo is seized because the charterer does not pay the hire. The applicant and the issuing bank are also vulnerable to a risk - Against whom should they file a suit when cargo gets damaged during transportation? 3. In multimodal transport document, which is subject to a conflict because there is a big difference in viewpoints between transport industry and banks, conflicts may also arise when L/C requires ocean B/L and accepts multimodal transport document at the same time, but does not specify the details. 4. In air waybill, where the consignee is not the issuing bank but the applicant, risks may take place to the beneficiary when the applicant takes delivery but refuses to pay asserting minor discrepancies in document. The applicant may also bear the risk when cargo may not be loaded because air waybill is a received bill. Another risk may arise when although the applicant prohibits transhipment without excluding UCP 600 article 23 (c), the cargo may be transhipped, provided that the entire carriage is covered by one and the same air waybill.
