Development and Effectiveness of Parent's Autobiography Writing Program (부모 자서전 대필 프로그램의 개발 및 효과)

  • This study was conducted to develop a parent's autobiography writing program and to verify its effectiveness. The subjects were 82 college students(52 students in the experimental group and 30 students in the control group) in an university in Seoul. The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. The effectiveness of the program was verified by ANCOVA using the SPSS 23.0 program. Parent's autobiography consisted of prologue, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and epilogue. Each chapter of the autobiography consisted of a part of the growth narrative describing the main events of the parents and a part of the introspection narrative describing the writter's feelings. As a result of analysis, first, the parent's autobiography writing program significantly promoted parent-child relationships. Second, parent's autobiography writing programs significantly increased parent-child attachment. Third, parent's autobiography writing programs showed a significant increase in parent-child communication. Based on the results of this study, we discussed the effect and application possibility of the parent's autobiography writing program.

Long Distance Transmission System of Tag's ID in RFID System (전자인식 시스템에서 택 ID의 원거리 전송 시스템)

  • In RFID system, Tag's Identification data is processed in host computer by application program. Example of application program is parking administration program, library state program etc.. Tag's ID that is recognized in reader is inputted to the Host computer. Application program of computer searches data in DB of computer such as Tag ID. After finding the same ID, host computer send to control command to driver H/W in accordance with application purpose. But, It need to confirm in long distance whether achievement process is acted normally. There will be the 2 methods, when we monitors the process in long distance. One is wired monitoring system, another is wireless monitoring system. Among wire method, internet communication network is useful. RFID system manufacture first in this treatise. RFID system Embody using EM4095 chip that is doing 125KHz by carrier wave. Tag's characteristic ID is sent in remote place through module that use W3100A chip. This system Manufacture, and data send-receive confirmed using simple application program. Reception confirm by result, and pictures show by whole system and each part. And a control program explained of each part.

The Effects of the Horticulture-Mathematics Integration Program on Mathematical Attitude and Money Calculating Ability of Students with Intellectual Disabilities

  • Background and objective: The concept of 'money' in the numbers and operations domain is a fundamentally necessary domain of economic life. This study was conducted to examine the effects of a horticulture-mathematics integration program on mathematical attitude and money calculating ability of high school students with intellectual disabilities. Methods: We analyzed the changes in the mathematical attitude and money calculating ability of students with mild intellectual disabilities in S special school in the city of D, Republic of Korea, with 12 students in the control group and 12 students in the experimental group, from August 27 to October 29, 2019. Results: The results of the comparison showed no statistically significant changes in the three items of mathematical attitude for the control group, while the experimental group, which took part in the horticulture-mathematics integration program, showed statistically significant differences across all three items, such as self-concept about the subject (p = .003), attitude toward the subject (p = .004), and study habit related to the subject (p = .012). The horticulture-mathematics integration program, which was developed by integrating horticultural activities and the mathematics curriculum, used plants and horticultural activities to provide students with positive experiences in mathematics. These included the sense of closeness, curiosity, interest, attention, and enjoyment, leading to positive changes in mathematical attitude. In terms of money calculating ability, both the control group and experimental group showed statistical differences across the three items, but the experimental group showed greater degrees of increase, 15.0 or more, in the scores compared to the control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that utilizing horticultural materials as a part of purchase learning programs with elements of money calculation chapters in the mathematics curriculum could lead to the improvement of students' ability in money calculation. These positive changes are thought to be related to the high degrees of interest in horticulture among students, which led to active participation in the program and enabled the simple and repeated purchase activities in the program to generate positive changes in the money calculation ability of the students.

  • We are at the onset of a major revolution in education, a revolution unparalleled since the invention of the printing press. The computer will be the instrument of this revolution. Computers and computer application are everywhere these days. Everyone can't avoid the influence of the computer in today's world. The computer is no longer a magical, unfamiliar tool that is used only by researchers or scholars or scientists. The computer helps us do our jobs and even routine tasks more effectively and efficiently. More importantly, it gives us power never before available to solve complex problems. Mathematics instruction in secondary schools is frequently perceived to be more a amendable to the use of computers than are other areas of the school curriculum. This is based on the perception of mathematics as a subject with clearly defined objectives and outcomes that can be reliably measured by devices readily at hand or easily constructed by teachers or researchers. Because of this reason, the first large-scale computerized curriculum projects were in mathematics, and the first educational computer games were mathematics games. And now, the entire mathematics curriculum appears to be the first of the traditional school curriculum areas to be undergoing substantial trasformation because of computers. Recently, many research-Institutes of our country are going to study on computers in orders to use it in mathematics education, but the study is still start ing-step. In order to keep abreast of this trend necessity, and to enhance mathematics teaching/learning which is instructed lecture-based teaching/learning at the present time, this study aims to develop/present practical method of computer-using. This is devided into three methods. 1. Programming teaching/learning method This part is presented the following five types which can teach/learn the mathematical concepts and principle through concise program. (Type 1) Complete a program. (Type 2) Know the given program's content and predict the output. (Type 3) Write a program of the given flow-chart and solve the problem. (Type 4) Make an inference from an error message, find errors and correct them. (Type 5) Investigate complex mathematical fact through program and annotate a program. 2. Problem-solving teaching/learning method solving This part is illustrated how a computer can be used as a tool to help students solve realistic mathematical problems while simultaneously reinforcing their understanding of problem-solving processes. Here, four different problems are presented. For each problem, a four-stage problem-solving model of polya is given: Problem statement, Problem analysis, Computer program, and Looking back/Looking ahead. 3. CAI program teaching/learning method This part is developed/presented courseware of sine theorem section (Mathematics I for high school) in order to avail individualized learning or interactive learning with teacher.   • Software system is a hierarchical structure with collection of program units. Software system can import external packages globally or locally depending on the usage within a system. If the imported package is used globally, the soft-ware system can be influenced globally by any change of package and programmer's debugging time for the program maintenance will be greater. To solve these problems, it is desirable to use the imported package locally right on the usage point within the system. The model presented in this paper analyzed entity usage of package in structure of program, identified the usage level to obtain localization and provided information for restructure of the program to localize package usage. To obtain localization, it identified declared entities inside the imported package and analyzed the specification and body part of program unit to identify entities referenced from the imported package. The proposed model can be used to improve the maintainability of software system and contributed to reduction of programmer's debugging time in program maintenance.

  • In order to minimize fixing error of workpieces, prismatic and cylindrical types. Modification Rule by Indexing Table and Modification Rule by NC Program are developed for machining centers by using touch trigger probes. The Modification Rule by Indexing Table means the alignment of workpiece to NC program through degree of freedoms of indexing table. The Modification Rule by NC Program is the alignment of NC program to workpiece set-up condition via the generation of NC program. A postprocessing module is also developed for generating NC-part Program (User Macro) to compensate for Machining errors in end milling and boring processes. Developed methods are verified by experiments.

  • To promote the nation's exports, in Korea several government led programs are alive for procuring and manufacturing goods for export. The trade supporting programs are consisted of Trade Financing Program, Trade Tax Program, and Trade Insurance. The programs are summarized ; First, Trade Financing Program is available to exporters of procuring raw materials and finished goods for export. It is extended with exceptionally low interests from the Korean commercial banks. Second, Trade Tax Program provides whole or part of customs drawback to exporters. customs drawback is' made when exporters meet requirements of Customs for export. Third, Trade Insurance Program cover risks of uncertainty which is beyond the exporters' capacity at low insurance premium. It is suggested that the exporters have deep knowledge of these three programs to their ends. Especially Trade Financing Program and Trade Insurance Program can be a combined work for the financially weak SMEs. Further, there are rooms for these programs to develop to enhance the competitiveness of SME exporters.

The Effect of an Emotion Regulation Training Program on the Emotion Regulation and Social Behavior of 5-year-olds (어린이집에서 실시된 정서조절 프로그램이 유아의 정서조절 능력 및 사회적 행동에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an intervention program for the improvement of the emotion regulation of 5-year-olds and to analyze the effects of this program on their emotion regulation and social behavior. The participants consisted of 56 5-year-olds from two day care center located in a metropolitan area of Korea. The experimental group (n=28) participated in the intervention program, and the comparative group (n=28) did not. This intervention program was developed to deal with peer relationships, and consists of activities designed to cover all domains of the Korean National Early Education Standard. The emotion regulation and social behavior were measured before and after the experiment. The data were analyzed making use of ANCOVA. Our results indicate that this program had the effect of improving the emotion regulation and social behavior on the part of 5-year-olds.

The Effectiveness of a Prolonged-speech Treatment Program for School-age Children with Stuttering (학령기 말더듬 아동의 첫음연장기법을 이용한 치료프로그램 효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to know the effectiveness of prolonged-speech treatment program on school-age children with stuttering. Two male and One female subjects participated in this study. The speech of 3 subjects in the treatment was assessed on frequency of stuttering, stuttering Pattern, degree of severity in stuttering. This Program was taken from Ryan's the step of traditional therapy Program and prolonged-speech technique program. and then, modified in accordance with the purpose of this study. The treatment program were consisted of Four stages. The results of this study were as follows: First, 3 subjects can speak with greatly reduced stuttering frequency after treatment Second, in the stuttering pattern, all subjects were changed from part-word repetition in stuttering into a prolongation in stuttering. And also, all subjects showed similar effect in the maintenance.

A study on process of drafting bodice sloper by CAD system (CAD 시스템을 이용한 원형설계과정 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to utilize of the CAD system in pattern making process for women's bodice sloper, especially in education of the drafting. Accumark 540 System was used for this study. The drafting program was developed by the use of macro program in CAD system. The results from this study : 1. The Lim Won Ja's system of bodice sloper was selected in this study. The hand drafting of the system was arranged developing the macro program of bodice sloper. 2. The program consists of eight subprograms I sequence of the drafting order. In running this developed program, proper figure is drafted by inputing data. And the drafting process is automatically presented in interactive mode. 3. It has been developed to input the function of French Curve Ruler to increase the effectiveness of curved line treatment. The program can also be used in the curve part to present the manualy sensible function. 4. In case of education of drafting bodice sloper, the program provides the high accuracy, efficiency and a strong interest nterest in pattern making process by utilizing CAD system.
