Industrialization and urbanization occurred-traffic delay, traffic accident and parking problem etc.-variety of transportation problems. Parking problem is one of the transportation problem then transportation engineers would get involved in trying to solve parking problem. A way to overcome a variety of parking problems needs preliminary data for conditions of parking but it lacks the preliminary data to do so. Thus this study analyzed a characteristic of a parking through a field survey for parking in Daegu Metropolitan City. This study analyzed parking characteristic of parking operation method. This study result reveals difference between a toll parking and a no charge parking characteristic. Thus a close examination for a toll parking characteristic and a no charge parking characteristic is a prerequisite for a rational parking policy.

This study analyzed parking turnover, parking use ratio and parking basic unit for characteristic of a parking of each use districts and each cities. This study result reveals difference between the use districts' parking characteristic and cities' parking characteristic. Thus a close examination for use districts' parking characteristic and cities' parking characteristic is a prerequisite for a rational parking policy.

Prepare need in each branch for a large scale event. especially prepare for transportation problem is very important. most research for until at now parking prepare according city management however, parking prepare for large event is a necessity which it will parking characteristic. accordingly this research is conducted study for parking prepare subject of large event. this study result, vehicle demand for parking by stadium have many but vehicle demand for parking off stadium have few. accordingly large parking supply is ineffective. shuttle bus service in principal position of city is effective. study result showed that it included 85% parking at 6~7hour before large event start time. accordingly disposition time of parking manager is desirable 6~7hour before large event start time.

The parking brake embedded in track driving motor for driving an excavator is composed of wet type multi-friction discs. This type parking brake can be designed more compact because the combination of some sheets of friction discs generate great braking power, and also it has good braking characteristic and long life time because it works in the oil. In this study, we analyzed torque characteristic of the parking brake through simulations and performed experiments by use of 3-kinds of paper friction sheet manufactured by different pressing methods. And, we compared the maximum static friction coefficient and torque characteristic with the simulation results and confirmed the optimal manufacturing process through this result.

본 연구에서는 주차정책의 변화에 따른 운전자의 주차행동 변화를 예측하고, 나아가서 주차시설별 주차수요의 예측이 가능한 주차장 선택모형을 개발하기 위하여, 대구광역시 운전자의 선호의식자료를 이용한 다항로짓과 네스티드로짓 주차장 선택모형을 추정하고, 모형에 대한 탄력성분석을 실시하였다. 설명변수로서는 성별 연령 등의 대안특유 사회경제적 변수와 주차장 탐색 및 입고시간, 목적지까지의 도보거리, 주차요금, 불법주차 단속횟수 등의 주차관련 특성변수를 적용하였다. 모형의 추정결과에 의하면, 각 설명변수에 대한 추정 파라메타의 부호는 논리적으로 타당하였으며, 모형의 적합도 역시 양호하게 나타났다. 또한, 주차정책변수의 변화에 대한 모형의 탄력성 분석을 실시한 결과에 의하면, 주차비용의 탄력성이 가장 높았고, 주차시설 접근시간보다 목적지까지의 도보거리의 탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 주차시설의 입고 편의성보다 주차시설과 목적지간의 근접성이 더욱 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서, 앞으로의 주차시설은 목적지 주변에 소형주차장을 분산하여 공급할 필요가 있을 것이다. 상기와 같이, 본 연구의 결과는 주차정책 수립을 위한 중요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

급격한 도시화는 다양한 교통문제를 유발하였으며 그 중에서도 주차문제는 시급히 해결해야할 문제로 인식되고 있다. 주차문제 해결을 위해서는 주차수요 산정이 필수적으로 요구된다. 그러나 주차수요 산정을 위한 기준자료로 활용되고 있는 주차원단위는 현실을 충분히 반영하지 못하는 문제점이 있어 주차원단위의 새로운 기준에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현장조사를 통해 기존 주차원단위 산정에 대한 문제점을 분석하고 많은 시설물들이 주차수요를 충분히 반영할 수 있는 주차원단위에 대해 검토하고 새로운 주차수요 산정 모형을 구축하였다. 주차원단위의 평균에 의한 방법과 회귀분석에 의해 산정하는 기존 두 가지 방법으로 주차원단위를 산정하여 적용하는 경우 조사대상 시설물 중 많은 시설물의 주차수요를 만족시키지 못하는 것으로 분석되어 주택가의 주차문제 발생의 원인이 되고 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 어느 정도의 시설물이 주차수요를 만족하도록 주차원단위를 적용하는 것이 효율적인지를 주차원단위 누적분포 분석을 통해 검토한 결과 88%의 시설물이 주차수요를 만족하도록 주차원단위를 적용하는 것이 가장 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상 시설물 중 88%가 주차수요를 만족하도록 주차원단위를 적용한 결과 연면적이 커질수록 주차수요가 과대 추정되는 현상이 발생하는 문제점이 나타나 본 연구에서는 최종적으로 새로운 비선형 주차수요 산정 모형을 구축하였다.

대형 쇼핑몰과 멀티플랙스 등과 같은 복합용도의 초고층 건물은 일반 건축물에 비해 주차시설의 규모가 크고 주차장 내 외부를 연결하는 유출입구의 수가 증가하는 특징을 나타내며, 이러한 특징은 주차장 내부에서의 차량 운행거리를 증가시켜 내부통행에 대한 혼잡이 발생하고, 주차 공간을 찾기 위해 운전자가 주차장을 배회함으로써 차량의 공회전이 증가할 뿐만 아니라, 주차 후 운전자의 보행동선을 증가시키는 등 운전자에게 주차로 인한 많은 어려움을 겪게 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 건물의 방문 목적 및 운전자의 이동경로에 따라 운전자에게 최적의 주차장소를 지정해주는 개별 주차정보제공 알고리즘을 개발하였으며, 개발된 알고리즘을 평가하기 위하여 제2롯데월드 신축 부지를 사례 지역으로 선정하고 평가를 수행하였다. 평가 결과 기존 주차정보제공 알고리즘에 비해 개별주차정보제공 알고리즘을 적용할 경우, 주차장 내 이동거리는 7.43~83.4% 정도 감소하는 것으로 분석되었으며, $CO_2$ 배출량의 경우 평균 47.7% 정도 감소하는 것으로 분석되어 개별주차정보제공 알고리즘 적용에 따른 그 효율성이 매우 큰 것으로 분석되어 적용효과를 검증하였다.

For the pleasant dwelling place, the most of apartments are designed with the increased green area ratio in ground space and the underground parking lot. However, the condensation in underground space has occasionally occurred due to the insufficient ventilation and insulation treatment. Despite reinforcement of the insulation treatment and mechanical ventilation for the preventing method of condensation. It seems difficult to expect preventing effects for the condensation without consideration of the thermal characteristic of structures. Furthermore, no fundamental measure has been established because maintenance work for these defects incurs a lot of costs and these defects could be occurred again. This study suggests a new method for preventing floor surface condensation through analyzing the reasons of condensation which occurred in the underground floor.

From this research the construction civil official is simple with the parking floor finishing material, it improves the durability of the parking floor it uses the flexible FRP it will be able to secure the drainage quality it is excellent and it presents the efficient application plan from the construction site. The performance appraisal only efficiency with of result floor of parking area material bay it knows, the result where also the performance appraisal portion re-with roof bottom finishing is satisfied it showed. The flexible FRP it applies the material to the building as to diminish the damage of the bottom finishing material due to the deterioration and the conduct and the external force of the building it is exposed to the external environment, secures the quality of the material from the construction site and will contribute to the stability against the bottom finishing material.

Normally easy task of plat in urban architecture is that using underground full of activities for increase building site efficiency. Especially for using underground space for the parking lot. Also utilize underground is more increase for fulfill requirement in modern society considered with environmental friendly architecture. The primary objective of this study is to apply analyzed formal foundation type for selecting the optimum type of parking lots considered with structural stability, economical efficiency, construction efficiency, construction duration. This study aim to on criteria decided through the questionaries for the selection considered with in the scale of second stories parking lots underground, parking volume is 80 and reinforced concrete structure. The bearing capacity is 6～8m and downward from surface, healthy ground bearing capacity is 40 t/m2. This study comparative analysis and discuss economical efficiency, construction efficiency, construction duration based constructivist stability which applied Single foundation, Mat foundation, Drop Mat foundation. The result of this study is as follows: First, the result of economical efficiency is that on the basis of single foundation, Drop Mat foundation is 1.88, Mat foundation 2.04 as a comparative analysis on the basis of total construction cost included material cost, labor coast and machinery cost. Second, the result of construction efficiency order is single foundation, Drop Mat foundation, Mat foundation as a comparative analysis on the based connected characteristics. Third, the result of construction duration is that on the basis of Mat Foundation, Drop Mat foundation is 1.33, single foundation is 1.87 as a comparative analysis Critical Path. Forth, Each foundational type characteristics order through the matrix method is that overall each formal type of foundation contraries at economical efficiency and construction efficiency, construction duration. Also expect contradiction between engineers and owners due to engineer pursuit construction duration and ewer to begin with economical efficiency. Fifth, The selection of suitable foundation formal type needs that based consider project characteristic and field condition as according to above result of a comparative analysis. As a result, a comparative analysis economical efficiency, construction efficiency, construction duration of Mat foundation, Drop Mat foundation, single foundation with 3Bay reinforced structure underground parking lots on the healthy ground.
