The Design of NPC Encryption Algorithms for Electronic Commerce (전자상거래를 위한 NPC 암호 알고리즘 설계)

  • EC(Electronic Commerce) is increasing with high speed based on the expansion of Internet. EC which is done through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space, On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet. Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the security problem for safe and useful U activity, One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher algorithm. NPC(Non-Polynomial Complete) cipher algorithm proposed in this paper is good for the security and it overcome the limit of current 64bits cipher algorithm using 256bits key for input output and encryption key, Moreover, it is designed for the increase of calculation complexity and probability calculation by adapting more complex design for subkey generation regarded as one of important element effected to encryption.

Optical Absorption Spectra of Mixed Merocyanine Dye LB films (혼합 매로시아닌 LB막의 광흡수 스펙트라)

  • In this Paper, optical absorption were performed on LB films of binary mixtures of three kinds of merocranine dyes DO, DS, and 6Me-BS, where DS and 6Me-DS form J-like aggregates but not DO in single component films. The observed optical absorption spectra of mixed films were markedly defendent on the combination of dyes. [6Me-DS]$\sub$1-x/[DOl]$\sub$x/ LB films show a sharp red shifted J-like band peak in the whole concentration range. We found the formation of f aggregates in a mixed merocyanine dyes containing a non J-aggregate forming dye DO, in a single component case. Farther investigations on the present and other mixed-dye films will be needed to clarify these points.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new bulk LDMOS structure which can be used for RF application, and its fabrication steps were introduced. The simulated devices consist of three types: Bulk device, SLB(SOI Like Bulk), and SOI device. As a result of process and device simulation, we showed electrical characteristics, such as threshold voltage, subthreshold slope, DIBL(Drain Induced Barrier Lowering), off-state current, and breakdown voltage. In this simulation study, the lattice temperature model was adopted to see the device characteristics with lattice temperature during the operation. SLB device structure showed the best breakdown characteristics among the other structures. The breakdown voltage of SLB structure is about 9V, that of bulk is 7V, and that of SOI is 8V.

  • To overcome of poor electron injection in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with Al cathode, a thin layer of inorganic insulating materials, like as LiF, is inserted between an Al cathode and an organic electron transport layer. Though the device, mentioned above, improves both turn on voltage and luminescent properties, it has some problems like as thickness restriction, less than 2 nm, and difficulty of deposition control. On the other hand, Li organic complex, Liq, is less thickness restrictive and easy to deposit and it also enhances the performance of devices. This paper reports the improved electron injection on OLEDs with another I A group metal complex, Potassium quinolate (Kq), as an electron injection material. OLEDs with organic complexes showed improved turn-on voltage and luminous efficiency which are remarkably improved compared to OLEDs with Al cathode. Especially, OLEDs with Kq have longer life time than OLEDs with Liq.

  • In this paper, we present a new method to calculate reinforcement value in QoS routing algorithm targeted for real-time applications based on Ant algorithm to efficiently and effectively reinforce ant-like mobile agents to find the best route toward destination in a network regarding necessary QoS metrics. Simulation results show that the proposed method realizes QoS routing more efficiently and more adaptively than those of the existing method thereby providing better solutions for the best route selection for real-time application that has high priority on delay jitter and bandwidth.

  • Methods of detecting, describing, matching image features, like corners and blobs, have been actively studied as a fundamental step for image processing and computer vision applications. As one of feature description/matching methods, LLAH(Locally Likely Arrangement Hashing) describes image features based on the geometric relationship between their neighbors, and thus is suitable for scenes with poor texture. This paper presents a modified LLAH algorithm, which includes the image features themselves for robustly describing the geometric relationship unlike the original LLAH, and employes a voting-based feature matching scheme that makes feature description much simpler. Then, this paper quantitatively analyzes its performance with synthetic images in the presence of Gaussian noise.

  • This SF6 gas is widely used in industrial of insulation field. In this paper, N2 is mixed to improve pure SF6 gas characteristics. Electron transport coefficients in SF6-N2 mixture gases are simulated in range of E/N values from 70 to 400 [Td] at 300K and 1 Torr by using Boltzmann equation method. The results of this method, which are like electron drift velocity, ionization coefficient, attachment coefficient, effective ionization coefficient, and critical EIN, can be important data to present characteristic of gas for insulation. Specially critical E/N is a data to evaluate insulation strength of a gas and is presented in this paper for various mixture ratios of SF6-N2 mixture gases.?⨀␍?܀㘱〮㜳㬓M敤楣楮攠慮搠桥污瑨

  • A half bridge time sharing type high frequency resonant inverter to give VVVF function in the inverter used as power source of induction heating at high frequency is presented in this paper, this paper also realize the output control of independence irrespective of the switching frequency using Phase-Shift. The analysis of the proposed circuit is generally described by using the normalized parameters. Also, the principle of basic operation and the its characteristics are estimated by the parameters, such as switching frequency, the variation of phase angle(${\varphi}$) of Phase-Shift. It is certain that the proposed circuit will be used and expanded in the high frequency power supplies like induction heating systems.

  • Electrically tunable focusing liquid crystal (LC) lenses are reviewed in this paper. The distribution of the orientations of LC directors which is controlled by electric fields results in a distribution of refractive indices of LC directors. The incident light can be modulated by the electrically tunable lens-like phase difference of the LC lens. We introduce the basic operating principles of LC lenses and discuss the structures of LC lenses. The major challenges of LC lenses are also discussed. We believe this paper provides a guideline for basic understanding of LC lenses.
