중년여성의 스트레스 생활사건에 관한 주관성 연구 (Subjectivity on Stressful Life Events of Middle-aged Women - A Q Methodology Approach -)

  • This study measures the subjectivity on stressful life events of middle- aged women. Method: Q-Methodological method was used for that purpose. As for the research method, Q-statements were collected preliminary to the study of through in-depth interviews and a literature review. For the study 38 Q-statements were selected. There were 28 middle aged women as subjects for the research. Q-Factor Analysis by using PC Quanl Program to supply the material. Result: Through the result of this study, the stressful life events of middle-aged women could be identified by 4 types. The type I is called the conflict in relationship with husband's family members. The type II is called lack of marital intimacy. The type III is called low self-esteem. The type IV is called changing life cycle itself. Conclusion: Therefore, identifing the subjectivity on the stressful life events of middle-aged women would be a basic step for the understanding of middle aged women.

  • This problem analyzed in this paper is to specify a schedule for thesis committee allowing maximum committee members' preference over thesis topics and meeting time-slots while satisfying other related scheduling requirements such as prohibiting simultaneous assignment of a committee member to more than one committee at a time. Two mathematical programming applroaches are presented to solve the thesis committee scheduling problem in a professional graduate school. They include LP-based branch-and-bound approach with network subproblems. Characterization of the problem is analyzed to develop an efficient solution algorithm. Implementation and computational experiments are also performed for real size problems on an IBM PC/AT to show the relative performance of the propsoed approaches along with an ordinary ILP solution approach.

중소기업의 혁신활동이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Innovation on Business Performances in Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • The purpose of this study is looking for the effects of innovation on business performance in Korean SMEs. We were able to obtain participations of 169 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 15.0 and AMOS. In this study we found that employee's quality mind and organizational supports for company innovation activities are significant to product innovation and process innovation. The reason is easy to adoption and participation in the innovation for all the members of the staff. As a statistical result, the research conduced that both product innovation and process innovation largely affects the business performances increase.

  • Green Frame is a Rahmen structure made of composite precast concrete members. According to the concrete design code, a lower rebar of precast concrete girder, should be extended to the inner precast concrete column. However, such extension of lower rebar may sharply reduce its constructability. To satisfy the criteria, the connection and anchorage of beam rebar should be taken into consideration, yet it is difficult to use lapping as it is not easy to ensure enough space when Green Frame method is adopted. To solve this, a new method of lower rebar connection and anchorage was developed, and this study is intended to review economic feasibility prior to applying the method developed onto sites. The study result can be used as basic data for selection of the optimal joint and anchorage method for lower rebar of the green frame construction.

  • In this study, a new three-dimensional finite element analysis model of high-speed railway bridges considering train-bridge interaction, in which various improved finite elements are used for modeling structural members, is proposed. The box-type bridge deck of a railway bridge is modeled by the NFS(Nonconforming Flat Shell) elements with 6 degrees of freedom. Track structures are idealized using the beam finite elements with the offset of beam nodes and those on Winkler foundation with two parameters. And, the vehicle model devised for a high-speed train is employed, which has an articulated bogie system. By Lagrange's equations of motion, the equations of motion of a bridge-train system can be formulated. Finally, by deriving the equations of the forces acting on a bridge considering bridge-train interaction the complete system matrices of total bridge-train system can be constructed. As numerical examples of this study, 2-span PC box-girder bridge is analyzed and results are compared with experimental results.

아치형 조립식 PC 탄약고 설계 및 방호성능 평가 (The Design and Protective Capacity Assessment of the Prefabricated PC Arch Ammo Magazines)

  • 본 연구는 수치해석과 폭발 실증시험을 통해 조립식 PC 아치 탄약고의 설계 및 시공도면을 제시하였다. 제안된 탄약고의 방호성능은 미군의 UFC 3-340-02와 한국군의 국방 군사시설 설계기준(탄약고 설계지침)에서 제시된 최대 회전각도로 판별하였다. 아치형 탄약고의 기초설계를 위해 곡면형태인 반원형과 오발형에 대하여 폭발하중에 대한 방호성능을 수치해석을 통해 살펴본 결과 오발형이 타원형에 비하여 지점회전각이 적어 전반적으로 방호성능이 뛰어남을 확일 할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 아치형 조립식 PC 탄약고의 설계안 및 시공도를 제안하였으며, TNT 133.75kg을 구조체 벽체로부터 00m 이격하여 폭발시켜 실제 시공된 탄약고에 대한 방호성능을 검증하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서 제안된 탄약고는 충분한 방호 여유력을 확보하고 있는 것으로 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 이러한 방호 여유력을 고려하여 재료의 절감을 통한 보다 경제적인 탄약고 설계도 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

유조선 종강도부재의 확률론적 부식속도 예측모델의 개발 (A Probabilistic Corrosion Rate Estimation Model for Longitudinal Strength Members of Tanker Structures)

  • 본 연구에서는 유조선 구조의 종강도부재를 대상으로 확률론적 부식예측모델을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 유조선 종강도부재의 부식계측자료를 수집하고, 구조 부위별로 통계분석을 통하여 부식속도(년간 부식량)의 평균치와 분산치를 계산하였다. 구조부재의 부식진행특성은 코팅방법이나 화물 적재방법에도 큰 영향을 받으며, 본 연구에서는 코팅방법에 따라 코팅수명이 달라진다는 점에 착안하여 부식속도특성에 대한 코팅수명의 영향을 분석하였다. 통계자료를 바탕으로 분석한 결과의 정도는 통계자료량에 의존하며, 본 연구에서는 추후 부식 계측자료가 더욱 축척되면 이들 자료의 추가 통계분석이 용이하도록 전용 해석프로그램을 개발하였다. 부식손상효과를 고려한 노후선박의 구조강도성능과 신뢰성을 평가하기 위하여는 선령의 증가에 따른 선체구조 주요부재의 부식속도를 예측할 수 있는 계산 모델이 필요하며, 본 연구에서 개발한 부식속도 예측모델은 그 같은 목적으로 유용하게 활용할 수 있으리라 기대된다.

소아 당뇨병 환자의 자기효능증진을 위한 건강캠프 프로그램의 효과 (An Effect of the Health Camp Program for Promoting Self-efficacy in Juvenile Diabetes Mellitus Patients)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine an effect of the health camp program on self-efficacy, sick-role behavioral compliance and glucose metabolism in juvenile diabetes mellitus patients. The quasi -experimental study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design with the framework of Bandura's self-efficacy theory. Forty-two juvenile diabetes mellitus patients participating in this study were selected from outpatients. Of these, twenty-one were assigned to the experimental group and twenty-one to the control group. The period of data collection was from August 8 to December 9 in 1994. The health camp program for the experimental group was carried out over 6 days and the control group did not participate in the program. Collection data was analyzed by means of chi - square test, t - test, ANCOVA, Pearson correlation with SPSS /PC+. The result were summarized as follows: 1. The health camp program was effective in in-creasing the scores of self-efficacy for juven-ile diabetes mellitus patients. 2. The health camp program was effective in increasing the scores of sick - role behavioral compliance for juvenile diabetes mellitus patients. 3. The health camp program was not effective in decreasing the levels of glucose metabolism. 4. The more self-efficacy increased, the more sick - role behavioral compliance increased. 5. Boys showed the higher self-efficacy than girls and the group with diabetes patients whose family members are also patients, showed the higher self-efficacy and sick-role behavioral compliance than the group without diabetic patient among the family members. Thus, it can be concluded that the health camp program was a useful health intervention for juvenile diabetes mellitus patients.

선박 판부재의 개선된 좌굴평가 시스템의 개발 (The Development of Advanced Buckling Strength Estimation System)

  • 일반적으로 선박 판부재의 좌굴강도에 대한 안전성 평가는 선체구조 설계단계에서 반드시 거쳐야 할 단계로 한 척의 배는 수많은 판부재로 구성되어 선박구조 전체에 대한 이론적이며 체계적인 시스템을 이용한 좌골강도평가의 정확도 및 효율성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 판부재 좌굴강도를 평가하는 각 선급의 규정치가 많은 영향인자를 고려치 않고 있거나 함축척으로 고려하고 있기 때문에 경우에 따라서는 좌굴강도가 상당한 안전측의 값을 제시하는 등 실제 선급규정치의 사용에 제약을 주기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 면내인장력의 영향등 선급들의 좌굴 규정치뿐만이 아니라 면내인장력의 효과, 경계조건, 횡하중 및 잔류응력등을 고려하면서 손쉽게 좌굴평가를 수행할 수 있는 선진 좌굴평가시스템을 개발하였다. 이들 선진 좌굴평가시스템을 이용하면 선박판부재의 보다 정도 높고 효율적인 평가가 가능하리라 생각되며 앞으로 대중적인 사용을 위해 워크스테이션 외에도 개인용 컴퓨터에서의 시스템 구축을 계획하고 있다.

클러스터 기반의 몽골기상청 수치예보시스템 개발 (Development of Mongolian Numerical Weather Prediction System (MNWPS) Based on Cluster System)

  • Today, the outreach of National Meteorological Service such as PC cluster based Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) technique is vigorous in the world wide. In this regard, WMO (World Meteorological Organization) asked KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration) to formulate a regional project, which cover most of RA II members, using similar technical system with KMA's. In that sense, Meteorological Research Institute (METRI) in KMA developed Mongolian NWP System (MNWPS) based on PC cluster and transferred the technology to Weather Service Center in Mongolia. The hybrid parallel algorithm and channel bonding technique were adopted to cut cost and showed 41% faster performance than single MPI (Message Passing Interface) approach. The cluster technique of Beowulf type was also adopted for convenient management and saving resources. The Linux based free operating system provide very cost effective solution for operating multi-nodes. Additionally, the GNU software provide many tools, utilities and applications for construction and management of a cluster. A flash flood event happened in Mongolia (2 September 2003) was selected for test run, and MNWPS successfully simulated the event with initial and boundary condition from Global Data Assimilation and Prediction System (GDAPS) of KMA. Now, the cluster based NWP System in Mongolia has been operated for local prediction around the region and provided various auxiliary charts.
