웹기반 한국형 중증도 분류 체계 학습프로그램이 응급실간호사의 중증도 분류에 대한 자기효능감 및 수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Web-Based Korean Triage and Acuity Scale Learning Program on Triage Self-Efficacy and Triage Performance Ability for Nurses in Emergency Department)

  • Purpose: The Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS) is a tool used to classify the severity and urgency of emergency department (ED) patients, focusing on their symptoms. In consideration of the importance of the KTAS, a web-based learning program has emerged as a new mode of education; it enables ED triage nurses to access it anytime and anywhere, and according to their own learning abilities. This study aimed to develop a web-based KTAS learning program and evaluate its effects on self-efficacy and triage performance ability in ED nurses. Methods: A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest was used. The conceptual framework was Bandura's self-efficacy theory. There were 30 participants in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. The experimental group attended an orientation and 4 sessions of a web-based KTAS learning program. The learning program lasted 280 minutes over five weeks, consisting of 40 minutes of orientation and four 60-minute sessions. Results: The scores of self-efficacy, triage performance ability in KTAS level, and chief complaints significantly increased in the experimental group compared to the control group. In addition, the numbers of under-triage in KTAS significantly decreased in the experimental group in comparison to the control group. Conclusion: The results suggest that the learning program was effective in improving ED nurses' level of self-efficacy and triage performance ability (KTAS level and KTAS chief complaint). Accordingly, the web-based KTAS learning program can be applied as an education intervention to improve ED nurses' triage skill.

EPIK프로그램 분석: 오리엔테이션 및 교육 프로그램에 VR 활용방안의 가능성을 중점으로 (Investigation of English Program in Korea: Focusing on the possibility of VR use in orientation and training programs)

  • 영어 교육에서 의사소통적 접근 방식을 채택함에 따라 한국 학생과 교사의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위해 1995 년 교육부는 영어 원어민 화자를 모집하여 영어 교사로 활용하는 한국 영어 프로그램(EPIK)을 도입하였다. 이 프로그램을 통하여 영어를 모국어로 사용하는 7개 나라에서 모집된 영어 원어민 교사들은 한국의 공립학교에서 한국인 영어교사와 함께 영어를 가르치고 있다. 하지만 이 프로그램의 효율성에 대해 많은 의문이 제기되어 왔다. 따라서 이 논문을 통해 EPIK 프로그램에 대한 조사를 통해 EPIK의 효과와 목표로 하는 프로그램의 현재 상태, 문제점 및 방향을 탐색하고자 한다. 끝으로 본 논문은 EPIK프로그램의 활용성을 높이기 위해 오리엔테이션 및 교육훈련 프로그램에서 VR 사용가능성을 포함한 몇 가지 가능한 대책과 제안을 제시하고자 한다.

곤충체험 지향성에 따른 동애등에 체험 프로그램의 세분시장 예측 (Prediction of Market Segment for Ptecticus tenebrifer Experience Programs in Accordance with Insect Experience Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 곤충산업 시장에서 지역자원을 활용한 동애등에 체험프로그램을 개발하기 위해 체험객의 곤충체험 지향성에 따라 세분화 하고 세분화된 체험객의 특성을 프로파일 하고자 수행되었다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 곤충체험 지향성의 주요 속성을 도출하였으며, 곤충 체험객과 곤충체험 박람회의 참석자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 325부의 유효표본을 수집하여 실증분석에 사용하였으며 체험 지향성의 속성은 교육 지향성, 정서 지향성, 사회 지향성, 자아 지향성과 연관되었다. 응답자는 학생들과, 자녀가 있는 부모를 대상으로 설문조사에 응답하도록 하였다. 군집분석 결과 2개와 3개의 군집으로 분류되었으며, 예측타당성 및 판별분석 결과 모두 높게 나타나 최종 분석을 위해 응답자를 3개의 군집으로 적절하게 세분화하였다. 3개의 군집은 체험에 소극적, 중도적, 적극적 지향 집단으로 명명하였으며, 적극적 지향 집단은 곤충체험에 대해 다양하게 지향하는 집단으로 5 ~ 9세와, 10 ~ 14세의 자녀를 둔 부모는 감성적 체험 프로그램을 선호하고 체험 프로그램 비용으로 7 ~ 8천원의 지불의사를 밝혔다. 세분 집단의 특성을 살펴본 결과 소극적 지향 집단과 중도지향적 집단은 교육적 체험에 가장 높게 지향하는 것으로 나타났으나 이들을 체험 프로그램에 관심을 갖게 위해서는 교육 지향적 프로그램을 개발하고 홍보마케팅을 강화한다면 참가의도가 높아질 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 결과와 시사점은 곤충산업의 6차 산업화 활성화에도 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로 다양한 지향성을 충족시킬 수 있는 곤충체험 프로그램 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

패션업체 판매원의 서비스교육과 임파워먼트가 직무만족, 고객지향성과 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The effects of service education and empowerment for sales person of fashion companies on customer orientation, job performance and job satisfaction)

  • The study focuses on verifying the effects of service education and empowerment on job satisfaction, job performance, and customer orientation. 290 salespeople working for fashion companies participated by completing a survey. The collected data was then analyzed with SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the goodness of fit. Looking at the results of this study, the service education of salespersons in fashion companies was shown to affect their level of satisfaction with their compensation, whereas empowerment affected their psychological satisfaction. These findings indicate that the service training and empowerment as experienced by salespersons working for fashion companies affect their customer orientation and job performance. Specifically, psychological satisfaction as part of the overall level of job satisfaction was found directly to affect their customer orientation, whereas their satisfaction with their compensation did not affect their customer orientation. Customer-orientation as influenced by service education and empowerment was revealed to have direct effect on job performance. The results of this study indicate that the service education of salesperson working for fashion companies and their level of empowerment create job satisfaction and customer orientation in these individuals. This study will be a valuable source of information for those who create salesperson empowerment programs and salesperson management strategies for fashion companies. Such programs and management strategies can facilitate efficient job performance by salespersons working for fashion companies and increase their level of job satisfaction.

중년남성의 쇼핑성향에 따른 아웃도어 스포츠웨어 구매행동 (Middle-aged male consumers' outdoor sportswear purchase behavior of according to shopping orientation)

  • This study examined outdoor sports wear purchase behaviors among middle-aged male consumers based on outdoor sports wear shopping orientation. Data research was conducted on 300 internet users in their 40s and 50s located all parts of the country. The SPSS 24.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, $x^2-test$, t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan test as a post-hoc analysis. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly, outdoor sports wear shopping orientation was identified with fivefactors : the tendencies of wanting to show off a brand name, conservative purchasing, economical purchasing setting a high value on a salesperson, and impulse purchasing. Secondly, the middle-aged male consumers were classified in to three groups by the cluster analysis: a rational group, an indifferent shopping group, and pursuit brand shopping group. Thirdly, the evaluation criteria of products were significantly different depending on outdoor sports wear shopping orientation subdivision in all factors. Fourthly, in the case of fashion information sources regarding outdoor sportswear, significant differences were found according to shopping orientation subdivision in mass media/store source, personal source/ prior shopping experience. Fifthly, all types of stores were significantly different depending on shopping orientation subdivision except for large discount stores.

대학생의 외모관련행동과 라이프스타일에 관한 연구 (A Study on University Students' Appearance Behavior and Life Style)

  • The objects of this study were to classify the contents of life style of university students, to investigate the relationships between lifes tyle and appearance behavior(attitude toward appearance, body satisfaction, clothing attitude), and to examine how appearance behavior was influenced by life styles, male and female variables. The method of the study was survey research by using questionnaires. Subjects were 358(male 175, female 183) university students located in Junrabookdo province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 11.5 for Windows Program was utilized to calculate frequency, percentage, mean, Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, Pearson's correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research were as follows: Five dimensions of life styles were derived by factor analysis: 'digital orientation', 'material orientation', 'positive activity', 'achievement orientation', and 'frugality'. Male and female variables have significant effects on the life style and appearance behavior. Digital & material orientation were significantly higher for male than for female, whereas positive activity, achievement orientation, and frugality were significantly higher for female than for male. Attitude toward appearance and clothing attitude were significantly higher for female than for male, whereas body satisfaction were significantly higher for male than for female. Positive activity and achievement orientation had positive relations with appearance behavior. Need value of attitude toward appearance, body satisfaction, Clothing attitude variables except of attract sex attention was influenced by positive activity and achievement orientation of life style. As a conclusion, university students' life style and male and female variables constituted important characteristics which could affect appearance behavior.

카메라 검정 방법과 내부표정 요소 적용에 따른 UAS 기반의 DSM 정확도 평가 (Evaluation of DSM Accuracy Based on UAS with Respect to Camera Calibration Methods and Application of Interior Orientation Parameters)

  • 본 연구에서는 각기 다른 방법으로 내부표정 요소를 산출하였다. 내부표정 요소를 영상처리 과정에 적용하여 총 5개의 DSM(Digital Surface Models)을 제작한 뒤 정확도를 평가하였다. 내부표정 요소를 DSM 정확도의 독립변수로 활용하기 위해 DSM의 정확도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 비행요소와 외부표정 요소를 단일 고정변수로 설정하였다. 연구결과, campaign 3-2의 RMSE가 0.0305 m로 가장 양호한 결과를 보였다. 따라서 실험실 환경에서 카메라 검정 시스템을 이용하여 내부표정 요소를 확인한 뒤, 최적화를 통해 획득한 수정된 내부표정 요소를 이용해 DSM을 제작하는 것이 가장 정확도가 높은 DSM을 구축하는 방법으로 판단된다.

NH3를 이용한 반응성 증착법에 의한 AlN 박막의 우선배향특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preferred Orientation Characteristics of AlN Thin Films by Reactive Evaporation Method using NH3)

  • Aluminum nitride(AlN) is a compound (III-V group) of hexagonal system with a crystal structure. Its Wurzite phase is a very wide band gap semiconductor material. It has not only a high thermal conductivity, a high electrical resistance, a high electrical insulating constant, a high breakdown voltage and an excellent mechanical strength but also stable thermal and chemical characteristics. This study is on the preferred orientation characteristics of AlN thin films by reactive evaporation using $NH_3$. We have manufactured an AlN thin film and then have checked the crystal structure and the preferred orientation by using an X-ray diffractometer and have also observed the microstructure with TEM and AlN chemical structure with FT-IR. We can manufacture an excellent AlN thin film by reactive evaporation using $NH_3$ under 873 K of substrate temperature. The AlN thin film growth is dependent on Al supplying and $NH_3$ has been found to be effective as a source of $N_2$. However, the nuclear structure of AlN did not occur randomly around the substrate a particle of the a-axis orientation in fast growth speed becomes an earlier crystal structure and is shown to have an a-axis preferred orientation. Therefore, reactive evaporation using $NH_3$ is not affected by provided $H_2$ amount and this can be an easy a-axis orientation method.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the dimensions of beauty service benefit and to examine the effect of beauty service benefit on consumer's long-term relationship through consumer satisfaction. Beauty service benefit consists of three dimensions: emotional benefit, technical benefit and functional benefit. The aforementioned three dimensions of beauty service benefits have positive effects on consumer satisfaction. The effort of relationship continuity was a moderating variable among beauty service benefits, consumer satisfaction, and long-term relationship orientation. The findings of this study are expected to be used for developing and applying the program of consumer relationship management.

소비자의 환경친화적 행동과 관련요인 분석 (Pro-environmental behavior of consumer and its related factors)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors which influence on the propensity for pro-environmental consumer behavior. the data used in this study included 712 married women living in Seoul and Kwangju. Statistics used for data analysis were Reliability, t-test, one-way Anova, and Multiple Regression Analysis. According to the results of the regression, the relative importance of variables are in order of; pro-environmental behavior degree of reference group, residential district, ecological value orientation, economic value orientation, convenience-centric value orientation, type of dwelling, the adequacy of community resource, education experience of environment and their explanatory power totalled 30.35%. The result of this study coude be attributed to develop the environmental policy and education program to enhance of pro-environmental behavior. First, Economic approach and ecological approach toward the environmental affairs are not incompatible; indeed, they are may be related. I resume that both of two alternatives are useful to environment policy. And, environmental education be effectively related to pro-environment behavior, life-education and sysmatic support must be provided.
