  • In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of Digital Camera is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of Digital Camera.

  • In order to operate water quality model for a lake or a channel, user should examine the all kinds of parameters and should know how them react to the model for calculating the pollution which are happened from the watershed or are reacted in the water. The aim of this study is analyzing the characteristics of parameters which are used by a water quality model (CE-QUAL-W2), so that we are trying to find out how them to react to the model for calculating the many kinds of pollution.

  • This study was performed in order to examine the statistical quality control of environmentally-friendly agricultural products(EF AP) and they using school meal service whether to be influences to EF AP recognition of it's parents. As a results of above research, we can make a conclusion the elementary and middle school meal service using the EF AP leads to the recognition change to parents affirmatively in Jeollanam-do.

통화품질 객관평가 모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Objective Evaluation Model of Telephone Transmission Quality)

  • In this paper, we propose on objective evaluation model of telephone transmission qulity in order to estimate a satisfaction score regarding speech quality in a relephone network. As the degradantion factors of telephone transmission quality, this model takes into account transmission loss, noise, distortion, talker echo and sidetone. A performance index[PI] is introduced for five psychological factors affecting telephone speech qualty, and a Mean Opinion Score(MOS) is estimated from the sum of all Pis. The simulation results indicate theat the MOS obtained from the objective evaluation model is in good agreement with that of subjective evaluation.

  • In order to guarantee the safety of railway, the Railway Safety Law (RSL) and ordinances have been enforced. In RSL, the quality certification is required to guarantee the safety and performance of railway components. Therefore, in this investigation, the detailed guidelines and main contents for the enforcement of quality certification for railway components will be suggested, and the detailed items including the procedures, subjects, management, etc., will be addressed.

  • Black spots of road traffic accidents are identified and managed in order to prevent potential future accidents. We first pinpoint some problems associated with the current way of defining Black spots in Korea. Next, we show how u and x control charts can be applied to improve those problems. Some suggestions are made for practical utilization of our research findings.

하천에서의 영양물질 관리를 위한 총질소 환경기준 설정에 관한 연구 (Deriving Water Quality Criteria of Total Nitrogen for Nutrient Management in the Stream)

  • The objective of this study is to suggest the water quality criteria of total nitrogen in order to efficiently manage the nutrient pollution in the stream. For this, correlations between water quality parameters were examined using the water quality data collected from the water quality monitoring network in the four rivers between 2003 and 2012. T-N showed positive correlations with T-P (0.636), COD (0.577), BOD (0.574), TOC (0.440), and SS (0.367). The statistical analysis including percentile analysis for the T-N and T-P concentrations was utilized to develop the water quality criteria of T-N. The feasibility of the suggested water quality criteria was evaluated by calculating the achievement rate to water quality target at the representative points in mid-watershed, then the draft water quality standard of T-N was suggested. The suggested water quality standard of T-N in the stream may be used to efficiently control the nutrient pollution in the public water body.

청국장 첨가 쌈장의 저장 중 이화학적·미생물학적 및 관능적 품질특성 변화 (Changes in Physicochemical, Microbiological and Sensory Quality Characteristics of Ssamjang containing Cheongkukjang during Storage)

  • This study investigated the quality variation characteristics of Ssamjang containing Cheongkukjang, in order to improve the degree of preference of Cheongkukjang. The amount of Cheongkukjang was set at 1% based on sensory evaluation. Ssamjang containing Cheongkukjang was stored at $37^{\circ}C$ for 13 weeks, after which quality variation characteristics were weekly. During storage for 13 weeks, physicochemical quality characteristics, moisture content, and pH of Ssamjang containing Cheongkukjang slightly decreased, whereas salt content did not change. Amino nitrogen content slightly increased by 1 week but decreased by 3 weeks and then increased by 5 weeks. For microbiology quality characteristics, viable cell counts and total cell counts of B. cereus were unchanged. For sensory quality characteristics, shape quality was poor after 13 weeks while mold, drying phenomenon, and swelling phenomenon were not observed. Therefore, physicochemical quality and microbiology quality of Ssamjang containing Cheongkukjang were unchanged during storage for 13 weeks, and the storage limit was determined to be 12 weeks according to sensory quality evaluation.

빅 데이터의 품질 요소 제안 (A propose of Big data quality elements)

  • 빅 데이터가 새로운 가치 창출과 문제 해결의 핵심 엔진이 되는 데이터 중심 시대가 본격적으로 시작되고 있다. 본 논문은 빅 데이터를 활용하기 위하여 빅 데이터의 품질 확보를 위한 품질 요소 정의와 품질 요소별 품질확보 전략에 대하여 논한다. 이를 위해 빅 데이터의 구축 사례, 빅 데이터의 자원 확보 방안 및 빅 데이터의 요소기술, 분석기술과 처리기술 등에 대해 살펴 보았다. 이를 통하여 빅 데이터의 품질 요소를 정의하고 품질 요소별 품질 확보 전략을 제안한다. 빅 데이터의 품질이 확보되면 기업은 대용량의 데이터에서 데이터의 재해석을 통하여 빅 데이터를 추출하고 기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 각종 전략을 수립할 것이다.
