울산시 도심외곽지역 중형아파트 구매예정자의 주택선택 행동특성 (A Study on the Characteristics of Housing Choice Behavior of Expected Purchasers of the Medium Size Apartments at the Suburbs of Ulsan City)

  • The objective of this study is to find out demographic characteristics, motivation to move, housing values, and present housing satisfaction of expected purchasers, so that the results contribute to better planning of the medium size apartments at Guyoung in Ulsan city The field survey on 472 households has been carried out at suburbs of Ulsan. Major findings are as follows : 1) Demographic characteristics, motivation to move, housing values, and present housing satisfaction differ as the size expected purchasers live in at present. 2) To increase the motivation to move to Guyoung, well designed of planning common space, parking area, cultural and welfare facilities is essential. 3) To enhance the satisfaction level, better plan of dinning space and second bathroom is important for the apartments of 20py.s(~$m^2$), and that of family bathroom and utility space for the apartments of 30py.s(~$m^2$).

  • Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT)은 높은 매칭 능력과 회전이나 스케일 조정 시 안정성으로 인해 이미지 특징 매칭을 위해 많은 응용에서 사용되어지고 있으며, 이러한 특성으로 인해 카피-무브 위조 검출을 위한 핵심 알고리즘으로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 SIFT 변환은 이미지 조작의 증거를 감출 수 있는 안티포렌식의 가능성이 높음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 연구는 거의 없으므로, 본 논문에서는 의미론적으로 허용될 수 있는 왜곡을 적용하여 SIFT 기반 카피-무브 위조 검출을 방해하기 위한 타켓 카운터-포렌식 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 공격자가 유사성 매칭 절차를 속일 수 있는 동시에 SIFT 키포인트의 변형을 통한 추적을 방해하여 이미지 조작의 증거를 숨길 수 있는 방안을 제공한다. 또한 제안 기법은 의미론적 제약 하에서 가공된 이미지와 원본 이미지 간의 높은 충실도를 유지하는 특성을 가진다. 한편, 다양한 조건의 테스트 이미지에 대한 실험을 통해 제안 기법의 효율성을 확인하였다.

  • 로컬에 국한되지 않고 글로벌한 지식경제사회가 진행됨에 따라 사회 많은 분야에 글로벌 수요가 급증하고 있다. 이에 대학을 졸업한 학생들은 국내 취업을 위해 노력을 하고 있지만, 국내 기업의 높은 스펙과 자격요건에 대한 취업 진입 장벽이 높아 정부와 지자체, 대학에서는 글로벌 해외 취업에 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 일본의 IT 기업 취업을 목표로 한 K-MOVE 해외취업연수 사업의 교육과정 설계이다. 이 교육과정을 설계하기 위해 구인업체와 학생들의 수요조사를 진행하고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 교과를 도출한다. 이후, 정규교과와 K-MOVE 교육과의 효율적인 연계에 관하여 기술한다. 본 연구는 일본 IT분야 해외 취업을 기획하는 교육 전문가에게 유익한 자료가 될 수 있다.

여자역도 인상종목의 경기력 결정요인 산출 (Determination of Performance Determinant Factors in Snatch Weightlifting)

  • The Purpose of this study was to seek determinant factors through analysis of 65 snatch skill kinematic factors of Athletics participated in 2001 Asian weightlifting competetion. The conclusion were as follows ; 1. In order to enhance snatch skill, when barbell move on knee position, One should be flex knee joint to 105-110 degree, and In pull motion, One should be move powerful extension of knee and hip joint. 2. In last pull motion, One try to make more lock out motion than extra extention motion of hip joint 3. In order to enhance snatch skill, It is inportant that elevate barbell highly by last pull motion through powerful knee extention, poweful hip flextion and One should be make lock out motion fast in the same time. 4. In order to enhance snatch skill, anterior-posterior movement width of shoulder joint should be small. 5. In order to enhance snatch skill, Hip joint should be move vertically on start and lock out phase, but In pull phase, extension motion of hip joint shoulde be performed more largely and powerfully.

서울시민 공공임대주택 입주의사에 영향을 미치는 수요자 특성 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristic Factors of Demanders Influencing the Intention to Move in Public Rental Housing of Seoul Citizens)

  • 본 연구는 공공임대주택 입주의사에 영향을 미치는 수요자 특성요소를 규명하기 위해 위계선형모형(HLM: Hierarchical Linear Modeling)을 통한 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 결과 값을 도출하였다. (1)가구특성 및 주택특성요소 회귀분석결과는 주택점유형태 중 월세에 거주하는 거주자, 직업, 전세, 가구원수, 주변 공공임대주택 입지여부, 월평균소득, 자녀학력, 자녀수, 주택유형, 자가 순으로 공동임대주택 입주희망의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. (2)입지여건특성요소 회귀분석결과는 공공임대비율 상위 5개구(강서 노원 중구 강북 마포), 입지여건 중 주변 공공임대주택 입지여부, 소득, 가구원수, 자녀수, 자녀학력, 직업유무, 주택유형, 자가, 전세, 월세 순으로 공동임대주택 입주희망의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. (3)서울의 경우 민간주택 매매가격이 높고, 임대료도 높아 소득이 낮은 서민들의 주거안정을 위해 공공임대주택 확대가 필요한 상황임에도 공공임대주택의 입주희망에 대한 정확한 분석이 이루어지지 않아 선호도가 낮은 점을 바탕으로 연구가 이루어졌다. 이상의 결과는 정부관계기관에게 수요자특성 요소를 연구하여 소득이 낮은 서민들의 주거안정에 도움이 되도록 현실에 맞는 대안을 제시한다.

지역친화형 소규모 노인공동주거에 관한 소비자의 입주의사와 태도 (Consumers' Intention and Attitude to Move to a Small Scale Cohousing for Elderly based on Community Friendly Concept)

  • This study explores consumers' intention and attitude to a small scale cohousing for the aged, which provide local communities with the small residential spaces where seniors can feel at home. Questionnaire method is performed, and 193 data were gathered in Jeonju city. The results are as follows. When respondents have a professional job, a owned house size($66-99m^2$, $132m^2$ or more), and disease or dementia, their intentions to move into a community friendly co-housing for the aged is high. The shortcomings of this housing are perceived low by college or graduate school graduates, but middle or high school graduates do not perceive low them. The respondents with the annuity of less than 4,000,000(KRW)/month perceive them in normal or higher, while those with the annuity of 4,000,000(KRW)/month or more perceive them in low. This annuity will be as a cost criterion to accept to move in this housing.

Forbidden Detour Number on Virtual Knot

  • We show that the forbidden detour move, essentially introduced by Kanenobu and Nelson, is an unknotting operation for virtual knots. Then we define the forbidden detour number of a virtual knot to be the minimal number of forbidden detour moves necessary to transform a diagram of the virtual knot into the trivial knot diagram. Some upper and lower bounds on the forbidden detour number are given in terms of the minimal number of real crossings or the coefficients of the affine index polynomial of the virtual knot.

A Conceptual Framework for Comprehending the Spatial and Communication Layers in R & D Laboratories

  • This study discusses "mechanisms" in a research facility, specifically focusing on the question of how we can understand what happens in the physical environment and the communication between researchers. This study attempts to address this question by examining two physical settings, before and after the move of one research-educational facility, the Institute of Paper Science and Technology. The objective of the study is to suggest conceptual models to comprehend the relationships between spatial layouts and communication. The study examines the underlying mechanism of how the levels of communication meet the layers of spatial structure. The paper has four parts. First, the preceding studies will be reviewed evoking some issues of communication and physical setting in research facilities. Second a conceptual typology in office plan will be developed providing a theoretical framework to review the spatial organization of the subject research facility, the Institute of Paper Science and Technology (IPST). Third, the spatial organization of the former building (before the move) and the present building (after the move) of IPST will be analyzed. Finally, conceptual models of the mechanism between the communication and the spatial organization will be drawn up.

  • This paper proposes a decision making scheme for choosing the best move at each state of game in order to implement an artificial intelligence othello game player. The proposed decision making scheme predicts the various possible states of the game when the game has progressed from the current state, evaluates the degree of possibility of winning or losing the game at the states, and searches the best move based on the evaluation. In this paper, we generate learning data by decomposing the records of professional players' real game into states, matching and accumulating winning points to the states, and using the Artificial Neural Network that learned them, we evaluated the value of each predicted state and applied the Minimax search to determine the best move. We implemented an artificial intelligence player of the Othello game by applying the proposed scheme and evaluated the performance of the game player through games with three different artificial intelligence players.

A new ALE finite element techniques for wind-structure interactions

  • A new finite element technique to solve the problem of wind and structure interactions is presented. Conventionally, wind analysis is performed on the Eulerian description in which the finite element mesh would not move in accordance with the wind flow. However, it is not the case in wind-structure interaction problems because nodes attached to the surface of structure should move with the displacement of structure. The arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method treats the mesh and flow independently, and allow the mesh to move. In this study, the analysis domain is divided into regions of the structure, air around the structure and the interface of two regions. To satisfy the compatibility and equilibrium conditions between separated regions and to carry out the efficient analysis, the rigid link is used. Also the equation of wind and that of structure are arranged in a single matrix equation.
