광주광역시 지하철 소음실태 조사연구 (Actual Noise Condition of the Subway Station in Gwang-ju City)

  • The purpose of this study is to present a fundamental data to get the noise reduction method of subway station in Gwang-ju city. Subway noise level measurement and questionnaire on the satisfaction of sound condition were carried out. The results show that the noise level of the subway station and the noise reduction effect installed by screen door is over 10 dB(A).

통신해양기상위성의 위성 거리 측정 모호성 및 성능 분석 (PERFORMANCE & AMBIGUITY OF RANGE MEASUREMENT FOR COMS)

  • 이 논문에서는 톤 방식을 사용하는 통신해양기상위성의 위성 거리 측정의 거리 측정 모호성 및 성능을 위성이 천이궤도(transfer-station)와 운용궤도(on-station)에서 운용될 경우를 고려하여 해석하였다. 결과적으로 위성 거리 측정의 모호성은 사용하는 톤 신호의 주파수 비율이 낮고, 많은 톤 신호를 사용할수록 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 동일한 톤 신호의 신호 대 잡음밀도 비에서는 작은 잡음 대역폭을 사용할수록 모호성 발생이 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. 요구된 통신해양기상위성의 거리 측정 성능을 위해서 천이궤도에서는 2Hz, 그리고 운용궤도에서는 1Hz 이하의 잡음 대역폭으로 운용하여야 함을 확인할 수 있었다.

열차운행에 따른 철도역사의 진동영향 평가 (The Vibrational Evaluation of Railway Station by the Train Service)

  • The high interest for the ground vibrations which is caused by the train service is risen. When the trains are passed, a serious force is applied to ground and the caused vibration is propagated to the area of the building by the ground and rocks. This vibration comes to feel in the residents with the direct vibration, it is radiated in sound. The caused vibration and radiated sound affect the human's life, and this vibration brings about the operation interruption of the equipment which is sensitive to the vibration, or will bring about the structural damage of the building. In this study, the effect of the vibrations caused by the passing trains on the railway station and buildings is investigated by vibration measurement. Indoor and outdoor measurement is carried out by each trains.

  • Packaged power station (PPS) is a stationary diesel engine generator set and developed for the supply of electric power to small villages, islands and factories etc. Therefore, the PPS is closely installed to residence area and sometimes cause the environmental noise problems. In this paper, environmental noise analysis was performed for the power plant with 28 sets of PPS. The initial analysis results showed the some difference between the measurement and analysis because of the inaccurate noise source data. To improve the accuracy of analysis, main noise sources were inversely estimated using the in-situ measurement data in the vicinity of PPS and steam boiler. As the results of re-analysis, the good agreement was obtained and it was concluded that the noise levels exceed the specified noise limit in residence area. In order to reduce the noise, the several methods such as geometry alteration of inlet duct, application of hybrid-type silencer and noise protection barrier were suggested and verified with the confirmed analysis model.

  • Performing accurate and repeatable low frequency noise measurement is critical for modeling and simulation of flicker noise. Through the accurate and repeatable on-wafer measurement, low frequency noise characteristics of the 0.18 ${\mu}m$ n-MOSFETs are discussed. And on-wafer flicker noise measurement system is presented. The on-wafer measurement system consists of cascade probe station, low noise current amplifier (SR570), and dynamic signal analyzer (HP35670A).

  • A few intake stations have vibration problems caused by pumps, motors and pipes. The vibration transffered from pumps, motors and pipes excites buiding severely. Therefore, the crack is generated on building wall and people who work at intake station are damaged. In this paper, the vibration and noise have been measured and analyzed for pumps, motors, pipes and building at intake station. Also, the cause of vibration and noise is identified. Finally, the reference of vibration and noise is established using results of measurement.

  • Reactor vessel internals comprehensive vibration assessment program(RVI CVAP) is one of the necessary tests to ensure the safety of nuclear power plants. RVI CVAP of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide 1.20(U.S. NRC R.G. 1.20) consists of the analysis, measurement, and inspection. One of the core technologies of the measurement program for RVI CVAP is to select suitable sensors. We analyzed RVI design data of Palo Verde nuclear generating station(U.S.) and Yonggwang nuclear generating station(Korea) and investigated measuring sensors used in both of them; moreover, we investigated sensors used for measurement of RVI CVAP for the last 20 years throughout the world. Based on these results, we selected the most suitable sensors for RVI CVAP in Advanced Power Reactor 1400(APR1400).

  • This paper proposed a wireless measurement system (WMS) for an effective condition monitoring using wireless communication. WMS consists of two parts: transmitter(TM) acquired a dynamic signal from physical system using ICP type accelerometer sensor. An acquired signal modulated through the low/high pass filter and amplifier in DAQ board, which converted to digital signal. Embedded board(E-board) transferred digital signals to base station(BS) through the socket IEEE.802.11.b. BS is adopted IOCP server structure. Because it can acquired signal well during transferred digital signal. Signal processing used LabVIEW Library, BS(server) designed to realize multi-thread using visual C++.NET for 1 many meaning data processing

  • Turnout system is a mechanical installation enabling trains to be guided from one track to another which is consists of point blades, common crossing and guard rail etc. These structural feature causes vibration, noise and damages while railroad car wheel is passes by. A tilting train is a train with a tilting mechanism that enables increased speed on regular railroad tracks. The aim of this paper is to study a characteristics of the shock-vibration and noise of tilting and existing train passes by turnout systems. To analyze and assesment, noise and vibration measurement was carried out at the Naesu-station of Chungbuk-line which equipped with cast manganese crossing and built-up crossing and Illo-station of Honam-line which equipped with cast manganese crossing.
