Until the early part of the 1990s, interior design has never been thought important by car makers. Repeated attempts have been made to systemize a technical structure, such as layout, driving method, and size, and the car's interior design has been developed by in simple comparison with the exterior design. In the 1990s, however, this trend began to change because consumers began spending more time in their cars, so the motive of the technology development became that of giving comfort and functional satisfaction to the customers. Observing how a person spends inside his or her car and considering the latest trends in car interiors have made a consumer-oriented sense of value i.e., intensifying the personality of the car's interior design and considering the emotional makeup of the consumer factor in the acquisition of a strategic brand identity. These days, car interiors assume a new concept every year due to the constant change in various factors, and the application of a high-tech design, with a sensing function and a navigation system, to achieve driverless running, is being raised as a key trend element technology for the future. Now, at the present when multilateral concept applications of design are attempted under the direct influences from other fields such as product design, fashion and furniture, I would like to lay stress on investigating and analysing the changes in car interior design varying with the background of the times and formative characteristics from the object point of view. On this study, I would like to compare the background of the times and flow of car interior design with priority given to crash pad and would like to attempt to present the direction of the future car interior design together with diversifying major technical factors.
To determine the factors to affect on stone surface porosities produced from hydrogen gas of additional silicone, both putty and syringe type of 7 commercially different additional silicone impression materials(Blend-A-Scon, Correct VPS, Exaflex, Express, Extrude, Provil, Reprosil) were chosen and NewFujirock(GC) was poured into the impressions of detail-reproducing test block at 1, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes after the impression materials had set and 4 specimens were made for each pouring time, each type of impression material, and each consisency and So, 280 specimens were made in total. The number of surface porosities of same area($2826 mm^2$) which were typically caused by hydrogen gas using the stereoscope(X 7.5) by two observers. Comparison of putty-syringe type and among the impression materials are tested by Kruscal-Wallis method and Mann-Whitney method(p<0.05). The results are as follows. 1. The number of porosities decreased as the pouring time of stone was delayed on both putty and syringe type of additional silicone materials. 2. The putty type significantly produced more porosities than syringe type except for the group of Reprosil.(p<0.05). 3. In case of putty type, the number of porosities increased as following order. Reprosil / Blend-A-Scon and Provil / Correct VPS and Extrude / Express and Exaflex. 4. In case of syringe type, Blend-A-Scon and Extrude produced no porosity and Exaflex and Provil at 30 minites, but Express produced porosities even at 60 minutes and the most. Additional silicone impression material releases hydrogen gas, and that fact can make the resulting die stone model useless. So, to minimize these adverse effects, it is desirable not to expose putty type of additional silicone on critical impression surface because putty type has a tendency to produce more porosities than syringe type. And it is important to have sufficient time before pouring the stone on impression because porosities produce less as time passes after setting of impression material. Also, there are differences among 7 additional silicone impression materials, so it is desirable to choose adequate brand of additional silicone for good laboratory work.

Since 1997 the United Kingdom has pursued creative industry and creative city development in accordance with the New Labor Party policy, strengthening its cluster policy by assigning creative city policies to traditional manufacturing-oriented regions. Tech City in London, one of the most successful examples of digital clusters, is an area in which diverse ecosystems for venture business integration have been established, as the once barren space began to spontaneously develop. For this region, systematic linkages including universities, private companies, start-ups, and accelerators have been added, along with the UK government's active support system. As a result of this opportunity, the scale of the UK start-up ecosystem has significantly grown, the number of local companies has surged, and brand effect has greatly improved. Tech City is an example of a well-balanced combination of public effort and private governance, based on the region's historical background and its potential for growth. It is an effective coordination of public policy and private active investment, services, research, and education. The market platform for institutional technology and commercialization, and aggressive investment shares in the risk, have lead to its growth as a start-up and an innovative city. Britain's efforts to expand the nationwide cluster for the future-oriented digital economy is most noteworthy.

Third, elderly consumers select attribute value and proven results Food service elderly consumers based on personal values and lifestyle are different catering companies can select the properties that standard means, elderly consumers are value-oriented properties and select the Food Service Industry catering companies by identifying the active elderly consumers in future marketing strategies to be able to bring a positive impact considered.
In Japan accumulating intellectual assets by enhancing science and technology is the only way to survive the global competition. To enhance science and technology, it is important to improve science literacy the public and to foster human resources for science and technology, Therefore, MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) is now working with various projects. One of the projects for attaining the purpose is Science Literacy Enhancement Initiative. This initiative is a brand-new package of several projects to enhance math and science education in high and middle schools including (1) Super Science High school (SSHs) and (2) Science Partnership Program. The purpose of this study was to investigate concretely about the situation of promotion of SSHs paying attention to three high schools (TAKASAKI high school, HORIOKA high school and RITUMEIKAN high school) specified as SSHs. Furthermore, some suggestions about gifted education were discussed.
This study focuses on the cultural and economic effects created by long-term TV dramas that run more than 20 years. The result of this study shows that long-lasting TV dramas have significant influence in increasing audience ratings of TV broadcasting companies. An analysis of Fuji Television's "From the Northern Country" shows that the drama's audience rating has more than doubled at the end period in comparison to that at the beginning stage. The analysis shows that long-term dramas also greatly contribute to the improvement of nation's cultural capability including contents development competence by producing media contents related professionals such as actors, actresses and dramatists. Fuji Television picked an actor and an actress for the drama and kept developing their talent and make a cultural accomplishment to produce new talents who compete with performance ability for the Japanese Entertainment Business. In addition, long lasting TV dramas appear to significantly contribute to local economy by promoting tourism industry of the areas where dramas are filmed. By introducing Hurano in Hokkaido which was the main stage of "From the Northern Country" to Japanese people for 21 years, the drama played a decisive role in building Hurano's brand power.
The movement towards fashion and east-west culture in housewares has placed a requirement upon tableware to be varied and segmentized meals have become more than simply what to eat, where to eat, and how to eat This issue created demand for both practical and aesthetic tableware, that satisfies modern eating habits and lifestyles. Therefore, the following research was commenced in order to assess the development of contemporary tableware and tablecloths that try to harmoniously accommodate tradition and modernity while evoking a younger feel and sophistication. The direction of this study lies in introducing an innovation to tableware, one not based on predetermined combinations, but on an unlimited number of open coordination concepts, an innovation that satisfies movements towards itemization, specialization, and variation of the fashion and fusion represented in the culture of the dining table, and furthermore, the objective of this study lies in the transformation of the conservative image of the Woo Il Yo brand in order for it to exhibit modern sensibilities through a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity, as seen in a new tableware design that provides various table settings that implement color coordination through a mix and match concept The development objective of the design efforts was focused on lunch ware comprising of the following: 15 pieces of tableware items based on 15 tableware designs, 4 pieces of tablecloth items based on 3 tablecloth designs, all combined, comprising 19 pieces of design. Additionally, a dinnerware line was also developed comprising of 8 pisces of tableware items originating from 8 tableware designs and one tablecloth design resulting in one item. As a result of the research, S/S lunch ware line was developed comprising of 15 items of tableware and three tablecloth designs, and a F/W oriented dinnerware line was developed comprising of 5 items.
In order to investigate the eating out behavior of university students, this survey was conducted using the questionaires for 710 students(369 male, 341 female) from 11 universities in Seoul. It was revealed that 39.4% of the subjects spent $60,000{\sim}100,000$ won for monthly eating out cost and 57.8% of them ate out more than once a day. Most of them expended less than 3,500 won for lunch, while 36.5% of them spent $4,000 {\sim}5,000$ won for dinner. Dinner was regarded more important than lunch. Korean foods were the most preferred menu for eating out with friends and fast foods were the second. But Boonsik(snack bar foods), Chinese foods and Japanease foods were rarely selected. Frequency of selecting fast foods was 8 times greater than that of Boonsik. This indicates that the preference of western flavor and the pursuit of convenience is getting more obvious. While dating, western foods were preferred, followed by Korean foods, fast foods. The 80 kinds of foods were reported as favored eating out foods. Although 50 among 80 were Korean foods, the rest of them were Koreanized foreign foods most of those were western style. This may suggest that when the students become adults, they will be much fond of western dish for their dinning out. This tendency of preferring western flavor were much apparent in foods for dinner compared with lunch. In both sexes, the standard of food choice was in the order of taste, price, mood, hygiene, service and brand name. But male students were more conscious of price and service while female students were more concerned about taste and hygiene. Most unsatisfying feature in restaurant was unstable atmosphere for both sexes. Taste was the most important sensory factor in selecting the foods, followed by appearance, smell and texture. Major source of restaurant information was recommendation by friends or relatives. But the use of internet or magazine was negligible. Female students had more positive attitude, compared with male students, in using restaurant information and pursuing eating out for gourmet. The dining out menu of which price ranges about $3,000{\sim}5,000$ won could be preferable foods for most people. Therefore, instead of blaming them for eating too much fast foods, new menus which fit the food preference and affordability of the students should be developed.

Recently, there has been a keen demand for real-time automatic monitoring of VOCs not only in Korea but other developed countries. We carried out this study to evaluate and to optimize the performance of a continuous automatic monitoring system for hazardous VOCs (HVOCs) in the ambient atmosphere, using an on-line GC system. The online system normally consisted of a Nafion dryer prior to a cold trap of an automatic thermal desorption apparatus and a GC system equipped with two detectors, i.e. PID and ECD. Preliminary tests conducted to check out any contamination of the system revealed an evidence of significant artifact formation of benzene, and it was found that the Nafion dryer (even brand new one) is the source of the benzene artifact. Thus, all the subsequent experiments in this study was carried out inevitably by removing the Nafion dryer. The on-line GC method was investigated with a variety of QC/QA performance criteria such as repeatability, linearity, lower detection limits, and accuracy. In order to find out the best operating condition for the on-line GC system, three different types (in terms of adsorption strength) of cold trap combinations were tested, i.e. (i) Tenax-TA and Carbopack-B combination (weak and hydrophobic); (ii) Tenax-TA, Carbopack-X and Carboxen-1000 combination (strong and hydrophilic); and (iii) Tenax-TA and Carbopack-X combination (medium and hydrophobic/hydrophilic). The USEPA TO-17 manual method was selected as a reference method to evaluate the performance of the on-line method. A series of experiments revealed that the system performance was superior to others when a cold trap packed with hydrophilic adsorbents (Tenax-TA/Carbopack-X/Carboxen-1000 combination) was used and operated at $25^{\circ}C$. However, the system with a cold trap packed with a combination of Tenax-TA and Carbopack-X is more recommended for field applications since the carboxen-1000 adsorbent is too sensitive to water vapor, and hence the performance of the system might be very unstable to humid samples or during rainy days. Furthermore, the precision and accuracy criteria of the Tenax-TA/ Carbopack-X combination were generally compatible with the triple adsorbents cold trap. The continuous automatic monitoring method is, thus, considered very useful to real-time monitoring to understand the variations of VOCs concentrations in ambient air, as it adopts much simpler procedures in sampling, analysis, and data integration steps than manual monitoring methods. However, it should be noted that there is a high possibility of benzene artifacts formation through the Nafion dryer, which is often installed to remove water vapor in air samples before being adsorbed onto the cold trap. Therefore, if a Nafion dryer is used in any studies of monitoring VOCs, the benzene contamination should be carefully examined before carrying out obtaining the data.
Recently the government has succeeded in shutting down the Illegal Copyrighted Websites by cracking down on the operators of the websites. But this only caused 'the Balloon Effect', similar websites were created and users shifted to the new websites. 'Follow the money' is drawing attention as a way to complement the effect of policies. It tracks the commercialization scheme and fund flows of the Illegal Copyrighted Websites and blocks the supply and publication of advertisements, which are the main source of revenue. This approach aims at self-closure of Illegal websites by blocking the revenue source. In this study, we have selected and analyzed overseas cases that adopted these measures. Many countries had different policies and campaigns, but three things are common: non-punishment measures, partnership based on voluntary participation, pursuing a variety of purposes other than protecting the copyright industry. In Korea, the reason public-private Partnerships was not properly established had been caused by the difference of views between them. Advertisers and agencies need to expand their awareness that illegal advertisements can have adverse effects such as brand image damage and enormous economic losses. Also campaigns and conferences related with the policy should be held to prevent copyright infringement through mutual understanding and cooperation.
