중등 과학교과의 수업모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Instructional Models for Secondary School Science)

  • The primary goal of this study was to suggest the ways of developing various types of instructional models which could be effectively used for science lessons in secondary schools. In order to attain this goal this study used literature review as its main method. This study was carried out through the process of three steps as follows: The conceptual relationship among instruction. teaching, and learning was examined. Then the general instructional models built on the traditional epistemology and psychology were reviewed and analyzed in terms of their characteristics and limits. The nature of instructional models developed for science education in secondary schools were analyzed The essential features and limits of the models were discussed in relation to their theoretical background and applicabilities to actual practices of science education. The implications for science learning were drawn from modem philosophy of science, which were used for developing instructional model. The strategies for using the new instructional model was also suggested. One general model of science instruction was given as an example applicable for science classrooms. The model was composed of appropriate teaching strategies and processes.

보건 분야 국가 연구개발 사업에서의 성 인지성 강화 방안 (Searching for a New Policy of Gender Sensitive National R&D Projects in the field of Health)

  • 성 인지적인 연구란 연구 주체인 연구자 구성에서의 성적 불균형, 과학기술 연구결과의 수혜자들의 성적 불균형, 그리고 연구대상의 성적 불균형을 시정한 연구를 의미한다. 이 논문에서는 성 인지적인 연구란 무엇이며, 유럽 및 미국 등에서 성 인지적 연구들이 어떻게 제도화되고 있는지를 살펴보고, 이들 경험에 비추어 한국의 보건 분야 국가 연구개발사업의 성 인지성을 분석해본다. 성 인지 연구는 NIH의 "임상연구에 여성과 소수자들을 피 실험자로서 포함시키는 것에 관한 가이드라인"의 제정, 캐나다 GSBA 수단의 개발, 유럽연합 FP 프로그램의 성별영향평가를 통해 제도적인 기반을 갖추어가고 있다. 국내 국가연구개발 사업은 연구개발 사업에서 여성 연구자의 참여가 낮을 뿐만 아니라, 연구 주제에서 성 특이성들이 고려되지 못하고 있으며, 연구결과의 수혜자로서 여성의 특이성을 고려하지 않는 연구수행 등으로 성 인지성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 성별영향평가가 제도화되고 있는 시점에서 성 인지적인 연구가 강화될 수 있도록 여러가지 제도적인 정책을 모색할 필요가 있다.

의류재래시장의 리모델링 활성화 방안에 관한 연구: 재래시장 상인들과 이용 소비자들의 인식 차이를 중심으로 (The Strategy Remodeling Renovation of Traditional Fashion Markets: The Differences of Perceptions between Merchants and Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to examine the current situation of traditional fashion markets, 2) to compare the perceptions toward remodeling traditional retail markets between retail merchants and consumers, and 3) to provide the new remodeling renovation of traditional fashion retail markets. The study subjects comprised 127 merchants and 128 consumers. Both the merchants and consumers tended to have a negative perception of future fashion traditional markets. Consumers tended to have a higher perception of fashion store service, such as A/S and salesperson's service, than merchants. In addition, there were significant differences in perceptions toward remodeling renovation of traditional markets between retail merchants and consumers. Based on these results, a fashion marketing strategy regarding digital network is suggested.

1990년대와 2000년 이후 하이 패션에 나타난 그런지 스타일 비교 연구 (A comparative study of Grunge style in high fashion of the 1990s and beyond)

  • The goals of this study are to analyze how fashion professionals' attitudes toward Grunge style have changed since the 1990s and to compare aesthetic features of 1990s Grunge style and the style since 2000. By searching Vogue and Women's Wear Daily articles from 1992 to 2014 according to the keyword "Grunge", three collections from the 1990s and 59 collections since 2000 were selected for analysis. Although Grunge collections of the 1990s were harshly criticized by critics and retailers as ugly, the more recent collections have been highly praised for both design and profitability. The common aesthetic features of Grunge style in the 1990s and beyond include loose silhouettes, mix-and-match layerings, plaid patterns, floral prints, and striped patterns. However, Grunge style since 2000 has new features such as ornate fabrics, handcrafted details, a formal and dressy look, and faux plaid flannel shirts in chiffon or organza. These features give the style a more luxurious, feminine, and refined appearance. The results of this study indicate that Grunge style of the 1990s changed high fashion beauty standards and today's designers and consumers prefer to mix various styles to create new ones. They typically do not consider the original spirit or identities of the varied styles.

  • Ornament in late nineteenth century Art Nouveau movement, especially abstract ornament in Viennese Art Nouveau, has a very complex aesthetical background. Ornament, for them was not just decorations in outer appearance, but a determinant element of formal languages. Abstract ornament in Viennese Art Nouveau has its theoretical and aesthetical bases in the Interpretation of nature, that is, the theory of the abstract ornament was founded on a new interpretation of nature, which, in its turn, was derived from the differentiational selection of the contemporary views of nature. The modernity of abstract ornament consists in the very fact that it was founded on a new interpretation of nature. This study alms at reviewing how the new interpretation of nature by abstract ornament criticized, rejected and accepted the contemporary views of nature. The overall tendency of this study is to synthesize and analyze the historical background of Viennes Art-Nouveau in regard to aesthetic theories of nature. The analysis method of this study is interpretation of written documents which are related to the issue.

Organizational Learning as Catalyst to Technological Innovation

  • With rapid change and intensive competition in the global economy, the capability to capture, absorb, develop, and transfer new knowledge is a key organizational success factor. Through effective learning, companies are more likely to develop the innovation, quality, and responsiveness essential to meet the growing expectations of customers and the disruptive threats of competitors and new technologies. In the paper the role of technological innovation and its relationship to organizational learning in managing technology-based new products are examined. Several factors which can influence the rate and effectiveness of organizational learning are identified. Barriers to learning also are discussed. Finally, several managerial implications and propositions for future research on learning and technological innovation are advanced.

가족사례관리 중심 지역사회협의체 운영의 장애요인 및 발전 방안 (Barriers of community networking practices in the context of family-centered case-management)

  • The main purposes of this study are to appraise the family-centered case-management (FCCM) practices in terms of building the community networking efforts, and to propose the practical improvement suggestions to overcome the barriers in practicing the current Healthy Families Policy, FCCM. The blended methodology was employed by collecting the quantitative and qualitative data sets including an staff's on-line survey, in-depth interviews(site case studies), and FGIs. As results, the authors found, despite the building and maintaining functional community networks was the essential and critical condition for the FCCM policy deliveries, many staffs have faced hardships in FCCM practices such as building a new network or finding an available and apt network within their communities. The lack of previous experiences in case-management exaggerated the functional difficulties thus, the new staffs were more prone than the staffs with 2 or more years experiences to the misunderstanding about the missions and tasks related to FCCM. Authors suggested that various on-the-job-training should be provided to eliminate those obstacles to build and/or maintain the community network for FCCM. Also, it is necessary for the each institution's director or managers to understand the FCCM and its relation to community networking, and to support FCCM staff members.

지방시(Givenchy) 오트쿠튀르 작품의 특성 (Characteristics of Givenchy Haute Couture)

  • This study re-examines new aesthetic values pursued by Givenchy, analyzing by the Haute Couture line's chief designers. The following conclusions have been reached: Hubert de Givenchy pursued modernity, infused with simplicity and structured stability. In particular, Audrey Hepburn, who was a loyal client and used his line in several movies, provided him the platform for international exposure which he used to further develop what became known as the "Hepburn" style. The subsequent brief tenure of John Galliano did yield the fantastic and magnificent "Galliano-style", but with irregularity. Based on romanticism, it redefined fashion using a wide range of colors, subjects and decoration. His successor, Alexander McQueen, applied opposite elements using a hybrid technique of pastiche, parody and collage. With innovative inspiration he compromised the concepts of gender, time, space and cultures and recreated futuristic forms of nature, animals, insects and mythical images. Julien Macdonald, who was appointed in 2001 as the Artistic Director for the women's collections, minimized his individual style and preferred feminine, graceful and sexy silhouettes. He breathed fresh life in to Givenchy Haute Couture, reinterpreting the Hepburn style in a modernistic mode. Being passed on the responsibility for both collections (i.e., haute couture and ready-to-wear) in 2005, Riccardo Tisci redefined elegance, combining his unique and tailored gothic style with Givenchy's grace. He is developing the future of Givenchy, experimenting with volume, silhouettes, new kinds of fabric and techniques.

  • Jane Campion's is a well-known film for a number of reasons, such as for being an Oscar winner, for having been helmed by an emerging director from New Zealand, and for having the reputation of being a feminist film. In this paper, the first scene of was chosen to examine the heroine Ada's language in terms of the gothic genre. Ada is a dumb woman who lives in the era of man's language. She represents the women's social position in the Victorian era but has her own and unique language for communicating with the outside world. The first scene of introduces Ada's own language, using her fingers. Her fingers speak for her all the time instead of her mouth, and there is someone who can understand what she wants to say when all others cannot. How the film depicts Ada's language and how the first scene well summarizes the film's core are examined herein.

  • Alois Riegl's aesthetic theory of visual perception provided one of important conceptual backgrounds for Vienna Art Nouveau architecture. Riegls theory of visual perception consists of geometric style and two-dimensional transformation. Riegl's theory of geometric style is based on the modern aesthetic theory of abstraction, which says that the artistic perfection can be obtained not from a direct imitation of natural objects, but from an abstract transformation of them. Riegl's theory of two-dimensional transformation, on the other hand, aims at obtaining artistic perfection by disintegrating volumetric conditions of natural things into planes and combining the planes thus obtained into another new world of art. These two theories of Alois Rigl's provided an important aesthetical background for the design strategy of 'abstract ornamentaion of two-dimension' in Vienna Art Nouveau architecture. This paper is to review the basic concept of Alois Rigl's theory of geometric style and two-dimensional transformation.
