GIS를 활용한 소규모 국유지의 개발가능성 평가 (Estimating The Development Potential of Small Size State-Owned Land using GIS)

  • 국토자원의 효율적 이용과 도시 내 토지자원의 공급부족으로 국유지의 효율적 활용에 대한 논의가 진행되고 있다. 소규모 국유지는 부지의 물리적 여건, 수익성 등으로 효율적인 관리 및 활용방안을 마련하기 어려워 대부분 도시 내에 그대로 방치되거나 무단점유 등으로 토지의 효율적 이용을 저해하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 GIS를 활용하여 도시 내에 산재해 있는 소규모 국유지의 개발가능성을 평가하고 효율적 활용을 위한 정책방안을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 소규모 국유지의 개발가능성 등급의 지역별 용도지역별 분포현황을 고려하여 국유지 관리 및 처분기준 개선, 공공서비스 시설 확충과 더불어 국유지 관리시스템을 통한 과학적이고 합리적인 소규모 국유지 활용방안이 요구된다.

이탈리아 피렌체의 서민주거지역의 형성과 주거형식의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Formation of Working-Class Residential Areas md the Transformation of Housing Types of Firenze, Italy)

  • This study provides a descriptive and analytical account of major aspects of urban development and transformation of housing types of Italian Firenze from the 13th century to the 19th century. It is a typo-morphological depiction of urban spatial structure of the extraordinary city, Firenze, the center of Italian Renaissance. And this study has proceeded on the assumption that the evolving form of the urban structure and housing types cannot be understood without reference to the larger context of political, economic, and social life. Based on these backgrounds, the purpose of this study is threefold: to provide a comprehensive discussion of general characteristics of urban spatial structure of Firenze, and to explain the process of formation of working-class neighborhoods by constructing new city wall in later 13th century, and to discuss transformation of housing types of the working-class neighborhood with understanding the mechanism of existence of housing in the newly formed residential neighborhoods. The development of residential neighborhoods was pursued by 'planned' manner through forming square-shaped blocks, and characterized by the subdivision of larger properties into standardized building lots for the construction of houses. On the bases of documentary evidences, several ecclesiastical institutions are identified as the agents of a distinctive type of development. While the institutions did the major role for developing lands, the construction of houses was done by small scale construction agents with moderate amount of properties. The major housing type of working-class neighborhoods of Firenze has been the 'casa a schiera' characterized by the form of narrow front and long depth. The type was generalized by the newly formed middle and working-class of Firenze which grew their body very rapidly, Even though the type assumed very uniform in its fen there were many variations. And through passing time, the casa a schiera developed to be multi-family housing, and the level of variation became deepen. Eventually, transformation of housing type of Firenze was ended by appearance of the 'casa in linea', which was very similar to modern apartment in its spatial organization.

The Development of a Trial Curriculum Classification and Coding System Using Group Technology

  • The rapid development of science & technology and the globalization of society have accelerated the fractionation and specialization of academic disciplines. Accordingly, Korean colleges and universities are continually dropping antiquated courses to make room for new courses that better meet societal demands. With emphasis placed on providing students with a broader range of choices in terms of course selection, compulsory courses have given way to elective courses. On average, 4 year institutions of higher learning in Korea currently offer somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,000 different courses yearly. The classification of an ever growing list of courses offered and the practical use of such data would not be possible without the aid of computers. For example, if we were able to show the pre/post requisite relationship among various courses as well as the commonalities in substance among courses, such data generated regarding the interrelationship of different courses would undoubtedly greatly benefit the students, as well as the professors, during course registration. Furthermore, the GT system's relatively simple approach to course classification and coding will obviate the need for the development of a more complicated keyword based search engine, and hopefully contribute to the standardization of the course coding scheme in the future..Therefore, as a sample case project, this study will use GT to classify and code all courses offered at the College of Engineering of K University, thereby developing a system that will facilitate the scanning of relevant courses.

유니티와 KUDAN 엔진을 활용한 MARKERLESS 방식의 증강현실 게임개발 - '우리동네히어로'의 개발사례 중심으로 (Markrerless augmented reality game development method utilizing the Unity engine and KUDAN engine -In the center of ther development case of 'Our neighborhood hero')

  • 포켓몬고 게임이 인기를 끈 후 증강현실 게임의 인기는 기존보다 높아지고 있다. 이에, 게임 엔진중 하나인 유니티엔진을 사용하여 증강현실 게임을 만드는 방법에 대하여 설명한다. 특히 증강현실의 기술 중 MARKER가 필요 없는 MARKERLESS 방식을 선택하여 게임에 최적화된 증강현실을 구현하는 방법을 이용하였다. 본 논문에서는 유니티엔진과 유니티를 지원하는 KUDAN AR엔진을 활용하여 MARKERLESS 방식의 증강현실 게임을 제작하는 기법을 '우리동네히어로' 프로젝트를 통하여 제안한다. 이 제안을 위해 실행 가능한 버전을 제작하여 테스트하였으며, 이 연구를 통해 KUDAN 엔진의 MARKERLESS 방식으로 게임을 제작하는 경우 손쉽게 증강현실의 다양한 기능을 적용할 수 있다는 것을 밝혀냈다.

주민조직 기반형 농촌지역개발정책시스템 구축에 관한 시론 (Establishment of New Rural Development Policy System Based on the Unit of a Community Organizations)

  • 이 연구는 농촌지역사회의 주민조직을 기반으로 하는 새로운 농촌지역개발추진정책 시스템(주민조직 기반형 농촌지역개발정책)을 구축하고자 하는 것으로, 현재까지 관행적으로 시행되고 있는 기존의 농촌 공간단위를 기반으로 하는 농촌지역개발시스템(공간 기반형 농촌지역개발정책)을 보완하거나 대체하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 농촌 공간 기반형 정책의 근거 가설이라고 볼 수 있는 '농촌마을은 소우주이고, 농촌마을이 농촌지역을 대표한다는' 주장은 더 이상 유효하지 않다는 점을 강조하고자 한다. 농촌마을에 있어서의 경제적, 사회적 및 공간적인 공동성은 이미 약화되거나, 퇴색되고 있다. 또한 농촌공간 만을 주된 농촌지역개발의 정책대상으로 할 경우, 현시점에서 제기되는 새로운 정책수요와 정책 환경의 변화를 효과적으로 반영할 수 없다. 이 연구는 농촌공간을 기반으로 하는 정책이 아닌, 농촌지역사회의 주민조직을 기반으로 하는 정책을 추진하는 것이 필요하고 경우에 따라서는 더 바람직하다는 점을 지적하고 있다. 이러한 정책은 이미 EU의 대표적인 농촌개발정책인 리더프로그램이나 일본 등의 마을만들기 정책에서 시행되고 있으며, 많은 효과를 거두고 있고 현실적으로 주민참여를 가능하게 하는 프로그램으로 인식되고 있다. 주민조직체에 기초한 농촌지역개발정책시스템을 도입할 경우 다양한 조직체의 참신하고 전문적인 정책구상을 수용할 수 있고, 마을공간의 범위를 넘어선 농촌자원을 기초로 협력할 수 있는 정책추진 공간단위의 유연성을 아울러 가져올 수 있다. 여기서 제안하는 주민조직은 지역사회의 발전과 활성화를 위해서 계획의 수립, 실천 및 주민역량강화를 실제로 수행하는 기능을 담당하는 다양한 조직으로서 '주민협의회'로 명명하고, 주민협의회를 지원할 수 있는 중간조직을 만드는 것을 주 내용으로 하고 있다. 중간조직은 지역의 여건에 따라서 주민주도 또는 행정주도 등의 다양한 형태가 가능할 것으로 보인다.

Change Pattern of Residential Areas in Seoul: Based on Detached Houses Case Studies between 2000 and 2010

  • In South Korea, problems such as low fertility, aging population, and income polarization have recently become more serious. In this time of social change, it is necessary to examine the current changes occurring to residences in order to improve the stability and health of residential areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of residential areas that occurred between 2000 and 2010 based on detached houses, which are the foundation of residential areas in Seoul. Changes in residential areas can be observed by examining changes in the type of housing and the characteristics of the residents. Since the type of housing and the characteristics of the residents change in the same area, it is necessary to study them together, not as individual elements. Census data is suitable for this purpose, because it can show the changes that have occurred to the housing type and the residents' characteristics within the neighborhood unit. Among the census output areas identified as residential areas based on detached houses, six sites were selected as the case study area based on the rate of change of detached houses. From the result of the case study using the census data, the study area was categorized into three regional types: (i) an urban development and redevelopment area; (ii) an area with a concentration or increasing number of detached houses; (iii) an area with an increasing number of multi-family houses based on detached houses.

The Effect of Residential Environmental Satisfaction on Quality of Life and the Moderating Effect of Housing Type: The Case of Gyeonggi, Korea

  • This study examined the relationship between residential environmental satisfaction and quality of life, and how the relationship between variables differed depending on housing type. Residential environments can affect a person's life in a variety of ways. However, there have not been many studies on the relationship between quality of life and residential environments, which increases the importance of this study. In this study, residential environments were categorized according to amenities, safety, and neighborhood relationships, which enabled the comparison of influence between these elements. In addition, this study analyzed the moderating effect of housing type to look for improvements for low-rise housing residents. For testing the hypotheses, moderating regression analysis was conducted with data from the 1st Gyeonggi Province quality of life survey that had 18,953 subjects. Results showed that residential environmental satisfaction had a positive effect on quality of life, with amenities having the largest influence. Furthermore, housing type had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between safety and quality of life. In other words, safety was proven relatively important in improving quality of life for low-rise housing residents. Today, with the limits to quantitative growth, qualitative development has become more important. In this respect, this study provides important implications for many developing countries undergoing urbanization.

청년농업인의 거주지역 선택 결정요인 (Factors Influencing Young Farmers' Residential Location)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of young farmers' residential location characteristics. Based on residential location theory and previous studies on the stated preference for residential environment of young farmers, this study develops a spatial econometrics model using housing and neighborhood variables, accessibility variables, natural environment variables and farm economics and management variables. The findings suggest that the higher rate of young farmers has a positive relationship with higher population density, higher housing price, closer distance to city centers and Eup districts compared to Myeon districts. In addition, areas which have higher rate of farmers with high sales and growing certain crops such as fruits and vegetables are revealed to have higher rate of young farmers. This study presents that maintaining rural vitality is also crucial for attracting young farmers to rural areas and remaining them in the farm as active agricultural workforce.

EV와 NEV 겸용 50kW급 고효율 모듈형 급속충전기 개발 (Development of 50kW High Efficiency Modular Fast Charger for Both EV and NEV)

  • In this paper, a 50-kW high-efficiency modular fast charger for both electric vehicle (EV) and neighborhood electric vehicle (NEV) is proposed. The proposed fast charger consists of five 10-kW modules to achieve fault tolerance, ease of thermal management, and reduce component stress. Three-level topologies for both AC-DC and DC-DC converters are employed to use 600V MOSFET, resulting in ease of component selection and increase in switching frequency. The proposed three-level DC-DC converter with coupled inductor and its hybrid switching method can reduce the circulating current under wide output voltage range. A 50-kW prototype of the proposed fast charger was developed and tested to verify the validity of the proposed concept. Experimental results show that the proposed fast charger achieves a rated efficiency of 95.2% and a THD of less than 3%.

개선된 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 부재 절단경로 최적화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cutting Path Optimization using Improved Genetic Algorithm)

  • 부재 최적 배치 알고리즘(Nesting)과 절단 경로 최적화 알고리즘은 부재의 원판을 절단, 가공하여 조립하는 조선 공업, 자동차 산업, 의류 산업 등 매우 다양한 산업 분야에 가격 경쟁력 및 생산성 향상에 매우 큰 파급 효과를 미치는 요소 기술이라 할 수 있으나, 부재가 매우 복잡하고 다양하며 절단 공정에서의 높은 정도 관리가 요구되는 조선 산업분야에 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 절단 경로 최적화 알고리즘 개발에 관한 이론적인 접근은 아직 미진하다. 본 연구에서는 개선된 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하여 2차원 절단에서의 절단 경로 문제를 풀기 위한 새로운 해법을 제시하였으며, 절단 경로 문제와 같은 대규모 최적화 문제를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해 효율적인 아웃해의 생성방법을 도입 적용하여 부재의 절단 순서뿐만 아니라 피어싱점의 위치까지 탐색하는 최적화문제를 모델링 하였다.
