In recent years, bicycle craze has been blowing in Korea, and bicycle has become a means of transportation near. In addition, there is a lot of interest in the Internet of things, and recently there is a lot of interest in the Internet of things. However, despite the development of the bicycle market, the bicycle cradle does not have such a development, and it still has a drawback in that it requires a separate lock for the lock. In this regard, I would like to find some problems and solve them. In this paper, we have implemented a system that can control the location and use of the bicycle cradle in real time by communicating with the app and Arduino so that it can help the collection and retrieval of the bicycle which is the problem of the current bicycle cradle. n addition, we propose a method to establish a shared economic system based on Internet of things by providing shared services with acquaintances and others, and to improve user convenience by providing real - time services.
Red tide(harmful algae) in the Korean Coastal Waters has a given a great damage to the fishery every you. However, the aim of our study understands the influence of meteorological factors (air and water temperature, precipitation, sunshine, solar radiation, winds) relating to the mechanism of red tide occurrence and monitors red tide by satellite remote sensing, and analyzes the potential area for red tide occurrence by GIS. The meteorological factors have directly influenced on red tide formation. Thus, We want to predict and apply to red tide formation from statistical analyses on the relationships between red tide formation and meteorological factors. In future, it should be realized the near real time monitoring for red tide by the development of remote sensing technique and the construction of integrated model by the red tide information management system (the data base of red tide - meteorological informations). Finally our purpose is support to the prediction information for the possible red tide occurrence by coastal meteorological information and contribute to reduce the red tide disaster by the prediction technique for red tide.

We have developed a passive millimeter wave (PMMW) imaging system with two-dimensional imaging arrays. For the imaging system we achieved single-substrate imaging-array element which include all necessary component such as Fermi tapered slot antenna (TSA), a balun, LNA's and a detector circuit on it. Two-dimensional arrays for real-time imaging at the 35 GHz band are currently under development. We will be able to make an advanced PMMW image system based on our system with the $2\times2$ imaging array in the near future.

Systems for underwater environment monitoring and natural resources can be considered as a part of digital convergence where real-time data transmission is possible with the help of underwater wireless sensor network (UWSN). One of key technologies required for the deployment of the systems is underwater acoustic micro modem. In this work, we design and implement an acoustic modem equipped with a commercial omnidirectional transducer. We also make experiments at the northern Han river for the verification of the developed modem. According to the experiments, the modem supports the working distance of 250 m and the data rate of 200 bps with a negligible bit error rate. It is expected that the acoustic modem can be used for various applications based on UWSN in a near future.

To investigate the regulatory mechanism underlying the contractile response in the intestinal smooth muscle of the nile tilapia (Orechromis niloticus), we used pharmacologic and molecular approaches to identify the muscarinic subreceptors and the intracellular signaling pathways involved in this motility. Myography assays revealed that an M1- and M3-subtype selective antagonist, but not a M2-subtype selective antagonist, inhibited carbachol HCl (CCH)-induced intestinal smooth muscle contraction. In addition, a phospholipase C inhibitor, but not an adenylate cyclase inhibitor, blocked the contractile response to CCH. We also cloned five muscarinic genes (OnM2A, OnM2B, OnM3, OnM5A, and OnM5B) from the nile tilapia. In the phylogenetic analysis and sequence comparison to compare our putative gene products (OnMs) with the sequences obtained from the near complete teleost genomes, we unexpectedly found that the teleost fish have respectively two paralogous genes corresponding to each muscarinic subreceptor, and other teleost fish, except zebrafish, do not possess muscarinic subreceptor M1. In addition, the expression pattern of the nile tilapia muscarinic subreceptor transcripts during CCH-induced intestinal smooth muscle contraction in the proximal intestinal tissue was analyzed by real-time PCR surveys and it was demonstrated that CCH increased the OnMs mRNA expression rapidly and transiently.

The citizens seek to maximize convenience, pleasantness and safety when they use urban facilities. However, existing practices of urban neighborhood parks have applied not qualitative standards such as adequacy, efficiency, accessibility, equity, or socioeconomic issues but very limited quantitative standards such as area per person. Therefore it is not rare that citizens have lost their accessibility to near-by neighborhood parks. And park regulations based on the distance of lien are supposed to be uniformally accomplished regardless of the consideration about users or geographical special situations. Futhermore, it has been found that some urban neighborhood parks don't reach to the standards given by the regulations. This study tries to accomplished several purposes. The first purpose is to extract the boundary of real user-accessible zones derived from the city survey. Comparing with boundary of real user-accessible zones, the second one is to propose the most efficient measurement indices among many accessibility measurement index. Based upon the above arguments, the last one is to review the propriety of the access distances(e.g., semidiameter) of an urban neighborhood park in a law. The measurement indices of accessibility examined in this study are walking distance, walking time and walking difficulty. The comparison of visual discrimination, the comparison of area and the comparison of differences of maximum distance showed similar results. Each index can also be compared in the size of area and differences of maximum distance. Walking difficulty with the turning showed the best measurement values among the measurement indices. This indicates that walking difficulty with crossing and/or turning may be another important indices in measuring accessibility, while other existing studues have mainly dealt with walking time and distance as accessibility indices. The results of this study also supported that the existing regulations related to park allocation(e.g., access diameter) are close to the findings of this study.

Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR) is a rapidly evolving technique. Spectacular results obtained in various fields such as the monitoring of earthquakes, volcanoes, land subsidence and glacier dynamics, as well as in the construction of Digital Elevation Models(DEMs) of the Earth's surface and the classification of different land types have demonstrated its strength. As InSAR is a remote sensing technique, it has various sources of errors due to the satellite positions and attitude, atmosphere, and others. Therefore, it is important to validate its accuracy, especially for the DEM derived from Satellite SAR images. In this study, Real Time Kinematic(RTK) GPS and Kinematic GPS positioning were chosen as tools for the validation of InSAR derived DEM. The results showed that Kinematic GPS positioning had greater coverage of test area in terms of the number of measurements than RTK GPS. But tracking the satellites near and/or under trees md transmitting data between reference and rover receivers are still pending tasks in GPS techniques.
The challenge of predicting the Japanese coastal ocean motivated Frontier Observational Research System for Global Change (FORSGC) and the Japan Marine Science and Technology Center (JAMSTEC) to start a multiyear observational programme in the upstream Kuroshio in November 2000. This field effort, the Kuroshio Observation Program (KOP), should enable us to determine the barotropic and baroclinic components of the western boundary current system, thus, to better understand interactions of the currents with mesoscale eddies, the Kuroshio instabilities, and path bimodality. We, then, will be able to improve modeling predictability of the mesoscale, seasonal, and inter-annual processes in the midstream Kuroshio near the Japanese main islands by using this knowledge. The KOP is focused on an enhanced regional coverage of the sea surface height variability and the baroclinic structure of the mainstream Kuroshio in the East China Sea, the Ryukyu Current east of the Ryukyu's, and the Kuroshio recirculation. An attractive approach of the KOP is a development of a new data acquisition system via acoustic telemetry of the observational data. The monitoring system will provide observations for assimilation into extensive numerical models of the ocean circulation, targeting the real-time monitoring of the Japanese coastal waters.

In this paper we propose three existing reflection removal algorithms and one proposed algorithm to estimate accurate targets in near field using IR-UWB (Impulse-Radio Ultra Wideband) radar. The received signal includes unnecessary reflected wave signals to the target signal. A reflective cancellation algorithm was used to remove unnecessary signals and estimate only the correct target signal. The location of the targets is estimated in real time with one transmitting antenna and one receiving antenna. In order to overcome the disadvantages of the existing three reflection removal algorithms, we propose a new reflection removal algorithm and estimate the most accurate target. Also we used DSP(Digital Signal Processor) to install the external mounting of vehicles. This paper will contribute to the study of the future reflections.
