본 연구는 국가과학기술문헌센터 건립에 대한 이론적 기반을 수립하는 것으로서 국가과학기술 문헌센터의 기능과 역할에 부합한 적정규모의 최적모형을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 국가 과학기술문헌센터의 기능 중 건물 규모 산출과 설비를 위해 자료공동보존소로서의 콘도미니엄 프로그램 개발과 하이브리드 도서관, 클리어링하우스 등의 기능과 역할을 검토하고, 이에 따라 국가과학기술문헌센터 건물의 공간구성 프로그램 국가과학기술문헌센터의 계획 대지 현황분석과 기본구상을 제시하였다.

Objectives : This study was to propose how to translate journal references into english for enhancing citation index of the journals published in the Korean Oriental Medical Society. Methods : Journal reference is mainly composed of author name, title or book name, journal name such as Index Medicus or publisher name, etc. In order to find the appropriate equivalents to the above major constituents, head words extracted from all the references of Journal of Korean Oriental Medical Society published in 2002 to 2009. A plan for English translation of the journal reference was formulated and the glossary was prepared. Plan for English translation of the journal reference : 1. Author: Author name was represented as capitalized last name and two initials of first name and listed up to six. If there are more, the first three or six authors were listed with 'et al'. 2. Terminology of traditional Korean medicine: Standard korean traditional medical terminology was one of the current representative dictionary with as much as 6040 headwords, which was needed to be translated into English in order to provide substantial equivalents available for English translation of journal reference. Therefor 4361 english equivalents were to be newly adopted except for 1679 overlapped with them in WHO-IST. Source oriented translation and target oriented translation were allowed to be appropriately selected depending on the condition. In addition, principle of English translation of acupoint,medicinal Herbs, Herbal formula and classical works were proposed. 3. Basically the names of journals should be set in italics and abbreviated according to the List of journals indexed for medline (formerly Index Medicus) published by the National Library of Medicine. however, abbreviation of korean oriental medical journals were not yet established. Thus establishment of tentative korean index medicus should be considered. Conclusions : For the enhancement of journal citation index of korean traditional medical journals, it was suggested that english translation of journal reference should be one of the alternatives enhancing citation rate.

이 논문은 시스템 성능을 최적화하기 위해 정적 및 동적 튜닝 방법을 이용한 웹 융합검색 연구의 내용을 보고합니다. 기존의 융합 방식을 넘어선 "다이나믹 튜닝"이라는 과정을 도입하여 웹의 다양한 정보소스의 기여를 최적화 시킬 수 있는 융합 공식을 생성하는 방법을 조사한 이 연구의 결과는 웹 검색 환경의 풍요로운 여러 데이터 소스를 활용하는 것이 효과적인 전략이라는 것을 보여주었습니다. 본 연구에서는 즉각적인 시스템 피드백 인지분석을 기반으로 융합 매개 변수를 미세 조정하는 반복적 인 다이나믹 튜닝 과정을 통해 크게 검색 성능을 향상시킬 수 있었습니다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the power images in the style of a leader: through the focus on the portrait of Henry VIII. Study methods on the literature concerning viewpoints of power and image in the early modern age and the subjects of power are being used for theoretical backgrounds; and the visual data from National Portrait Gallery, British Library and the internet are used for exploratory studies. The results of this study are as follows. First, from the style of Henry VIII who represented the image of political power, the modern political phenomenon can be defined. Such phenomenon which displays images of political leaders from the study indicate an effective strategy. Second, the religious, a diplomatic representation for the style of Henry VIII powers, such as costume style and somatic visual images, represents the dignity and power by delivering visible internal attributes. Thus, the role model recognized by the society and the public's perception of leadership style affects the acknowledgement and belief by the people.

Objectives: Many cancer patients have been using Korean medicine with conventional medical care. This study aimed to look into current status of Korean medicine in cancer patients in Korea. Methods: We reviewed utilization of Korean medicine for cancer by searching DB (KoreaMed, KMbase, KISS, NDSL, KISTI, National Assembly Library, OASIS, Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal). The first search keyword used was "cancer" and the second keyword used was either "oriental", "alternative" or "complementary". Results: The utilization rate of Korean medicine was 31.0%. In terms of patient's disease characteristics, most of them were suffering from stomach cancer, lung cancer and colon cancer. Most of them were diagnosed as fourth stage of cancer. Ginseng (14.8%) was a favorite Korean medicine, followed by medicinal treatment (8.1%), acupuncture (3.1%), moxibustion (3.0%), and cupping (2.1%). Conclusions: In Korea, one third of cancer patients are using Korean medicine. We need to know the expectations and demand for Korean medicine for treating cancer and establish our strategy to attract public attention.

Objectives: In this study, it was analyzed which marketing activity strategy multinational tobacco companies established against Republic of Korea through their internal documents and it was checked out how the marketing activities mentioned in the documents turned out to be actually. Methods: For that, analyzed the internal documents of tobacco companies after connecting Legacy Tobacco Documents Library(LTDL). Three documents were selected finally out of total searched 1,752 documents except the ones that did not include the theme or not appropriate. Results: Internal documents analysis showed that people smoke because the filter of cigarette shown in the movies looks nice. Tobacco companies carried out the marketing through sponsorship of soccer games, F1 Grand Prix was found in the internal documents. Conclusions: The legal restriction on marketing activities of tobacco companies should be enhanced by removing the articles of allowing advertisement and promotion for tobacco companies in Korean domestic law.

능력중심의 사회가 도래함에 따라 사서직이 고숙련의 전문직으로 전문성강화를 하기 위하여 직무분석을 통하여 국립중앙도서관사서의 핵심직무를 도출하고, 전문사서의 유형을 개발하였다. 직무분석 결과 국립중앙도서관사서의 업무는 22개의 책무와 216개의 작업이며, 96개의 핵심업무로 구성되었다. 이를 체계적 교육과정개발을 위한 교육과정 우선순위 결정도구에 의하여 분석하고, 현장의 수요를 반영한 결과 기능별 10종, 이용대상별 2종을 제안하였다. 제안된 유형은 다음과 같다:장서개발전문사서, 분류 목록전문사서, 정보조사제공전문사서, 독서전문사서, 국제표준(ISO/TC, ISBN, ISSN, CIP)연구전문사서, DB전문가 및 시스템전문사서, 국내협력지원전문사서, 국제교류전문사서, 도서관마케팅전문사서, 교육설계전문사서, 어린이 전문사서, 장애인서비스 전문사서.

The article clarifies the conditions for information, digital and educational accessibility for higher education seekers with disabilities in terms of distance learning caused by quarantine restrictions. It is established that such conditions are regulated by international and Ukrainian legal documents (The Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, Law of Ukraine "On Education", Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine 2021-2031, Development Strategy areas of innovation for the period up to 2030, Development strategy of the sphere of innovation activity for the period up to 2030). As a part of information barrierlessness, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) should provide access to information in various formats and using technologies, in particular Braille script, large-type printing, audio description (audio descriptive commenting), sign language interpretation, subtitling, a format suitable for reading by screen access programs, formats of simple speech, easy-to-read formats, means of alternative communication. The experience of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is described. In particular, special attention is paid to the study of sign language: in view of this, the initiative group implemented the project "Learning to hear and overcome social isolation together" with the financial support of the British Council in Ukraine. Within the framework of digital accessibility, the official website of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education has been adapted for the visually impaired in accordance with WCAG 2.0 World Standards. In 2021, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University implemented the project "Cultural, Recreational and Tourist Cherkasy Region: Inclusive Social 3D Map" funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation; a site with available content for online travel in the region to provide barrier-free access to the historical and cultural heritage of Cherkasy region was created. Educational accessibility is achieved by increasing the number of people with special educational needs, receiving education in inclusive groups; activities of the Center for Social and Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation Social Tourism "Bez barieriv" ("Without barriers"); implementation of a research topic for financing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: "Social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs by means of inclusive tourism"; implementation of the project "Social inclusion of distance educational process"; development of information campaigns to popularize the ideas of accessibility, the need for its implementation, ongoing training programs and competitions, etc.

본 연구는 계량서지학적 분석기법인 저자서지결합분석을 활용하여 2017년까지의 한국과 중국의 IT 아웃소싱 연구들을 분석하여 주요 연구자와 주제 분야를 파악하고 IT 아웃소싱 분야의 지적구조를 확인하여 후속연구자들을 위한 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전자학술데이터베이스인 한국의 NDSL(National Digital Science Library)과 중국의 CAJD(China Academic Journal network publishing Database)를 통해 IT 아웃소싱 관련 문헌들을 수집하였으며, 문헌게재빈도 2회 이상인 저자들을 파악하고 저자서지결합분석을 통해 연구자와 주제 분야를 파악할 수 있는 저자지도를 시각화하였다. 연구 결과, 한국의 IT 아웃소싱에 관한 연구는 중국보다 일찍 출현하고 발전하였으며, 한국의 연구는 이미 성숙기에 진입하였고 문헌 분포는 중국에 비해 상대적으로 집중되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 중국은 아직 발전기와 정체기 사이의 과도기에 있으며 문헌 분포는 한국에 비해 상대적으로 분산되어 있었다. 저자 군집과 저자 지도에 나타난 주제 분야를 분석한 결과, 한국은 IT 아웃소싱 전략이, 중국은 IT 아웃소싱 관리에 대한 연구가 상위저자들에 의해 폭넓게 이루어지고 있음을 확인하였다.

담배의 phytoalexin으로 알려진 capsidiol 생합성의 마지막 단계에 관여하는 5-epi-aristolochene hydroxy-lase 유전자의 일부를 RT-PCR 방법으로 클로닝하였다. 클로닝한 CYP-B3는 콩, 완두 등의 cytochrome P450계의 유전자와 높은 동일성을 보였으며 heme 결합부위로 알려진 FxxGxRxCxG을 포함하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CYP-B3는 저온, 고온 또는 제초제 등에 의해서는 유도되지 않고 Elicitor에 의해서만 특이하게 유도되는 것으로 나타나 Phytoalexin 생합성에 관여하는 유전자임을 확인하였다. Cyt P450 억제제인 ancy-midol과 ketoconazol에 의해 CYP-B3의 전사는 억제되지 않는 반면 5-epi-aristolochene hydroxylase의 효소활성은 현저히 억제되는 것으로 나타나 이들 억제제는 전사후의 효소의 합성 또는 활성을 억제하는 것으로 나타났다.
