Data for this study were collected through the use of a survey instrument completed by 405 interpersonal traumatic experience, 30-60 age group. Collected data were analysed by AMOS program, Structure Equation Model(SEM) was implemented to verify the mediating effect between optimism and quality of relationship. Finally, Phantom Variable was utilized for verification of indirect influence of a multi mediating effects. The findings of this study were as follows, First, the result shows that the higher level interpersonal traumatic experience, the higher posttraumatic growth they have. Second, it shows that optimism and quality of relationship have partial mediating effect between interpersonal traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth. • This study conducted an e-mail survey of office workers working in large companies in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to verify the structural relationship between meaning in work, work-life balance, life satisfaction, and depression. The study participants were 329 male and 176 female workers, and a total of 505 ($\bar{M}=38.0$ yrs, $\bar{SD}=8.1$ yrs), and the measurement tools used the Korean version of work meaning scale, work-life balance scale, Korean version of life satisfaction scale, and shortened CES-D. After establishing a research model on the structural relationship between major variables, the measurement model and structural model were verified using the collected data, and the applicability of the model was reviewed through comparison according to group classification by gender and age group. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the work-life balance had a partial mediating effect on the effect of the meaning in work on the life satisfaction and depression of office workers. As a result of analyzing the multi-group structural model by age group, the mediating effect of work-life balance did not differ by age in the effect of meaning in work on life satisfaction, but the mediating effect of work-life balance on meaning in work on depression was different by age. These results suggest that the emphasis needs to vary depending on the target group in the practice of individual and group coaching and counseling.

To analyze the data, the structural equation modeling were used. Finally, the mediating model examined the differences between goal orientation(validation-seeking orientation, growth-seeking orientation) of Dykman by carrying out of multi-group analysis. The results were as followed. First, strengths use partially mediated the relationship between strengths knowledge and career decision level. Second, the mediating model showed variation in different goal orientation type group. In other words, strengths knowledge occurs more severely and distinctively impact on career decision level in growth-seeking group than validation-seeking group. Based on the findings, implications for counseling practice, limitations of this study and recommendations for future study were discussed.

In addition, the number of movie theaters with the significant market potential is also steadily increasing in the competitive multiplex market environment. For the analysis, we conducted research on 300 adolescents who have experienced using domestic multiplex mobile service within the recent year. This study examined the structural relationship among the multi-dimensional mobile service quality of multiple, enjoyment of use, and online word of mouth intention. Also, it explored the mediating effect of enjoyment of use and the moderating effect of gender in the structural model. As a result, the mobile service quality of multiplex has a significant effect on the online word of mouth intention through the enjoyment of use. However, there was no moderating effect of gender of participating adolescents in the relationships. Based on the analysis of empirical results, this study discussed a series of theocratical and practical implications for the marketing strategies of multiplex in the highly competitive market.

Through stratified multi-state random sampling, 1409 individuals aged 65 and over who lived in Seoul and Chunchen, and who had their own children were selected. Social support was composed of three types: emotional support, instrumental and financial support, and included both support-received from and provided to children. The multiple regression model proposed by Kenny and Baron was used. As the results, first, the elderly get more depressed when having lower health status and lower social support. Second, there is a partial mediating effect of social support in association with health status and depression. Comparing by gender, instrumental support received from children, and emotional and instrumental support provided to children are mediators in the link between health status and depression in the case of male. In the case of female, emotional, instrumental and financial support received from children, and instrumental and financial support provided to children shows the mediating effects between health status and depression. The results suggest that social support both received from and provided to children reduces the negative impacts of health status on depression of the elderly in Korea.

  • This study examined the effect of maternal positive parenting attitudes on school adjustment among multi-cultural adolescents in Korea and investigated if multi-cultural adolescents' ego-resiliency mediates the relationship between maternal positive parenting attitudes and school adjustment. We used panel data from the fifth wave (2015) of the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study (MAPS) collected by the National Youth Policy Institute. Participants were 1,297 multi-cultural adolescents (639 boys, 658 girls) who are second-year middle school students and have foreign mothers. SPSS 25.0 performed descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The structural equation model (SEM) was estimated with Mplus 5.12. The results of this study were as follows. First, a higher level of maternal positive parenting attitudes were related to higher level of ego-resiliency and school adjustment for multi-cultural adolescents. Second, maternal positive parenting attitudes had an indirect effect on school adjustment for multi-cultural adolescents via ego-resiliency. The results of this study indicate that maternal positive parenting behaviors would help improve the school adjustment of multi-cultural adolescents by increasing the level of ego-resiliency. In addition, the results of this study suggest that improving ego-resiliency for multi-cultural adolescents can be an effective method to help in school adjustment, as well as education for maternal parenting attitude.

  • This study examines the effect of national identity and threat awareness on the multi-cultural acceptability and whether contact theory actually work. For the analysis, this study used '2013 Korea General Social Survey' data and compared two groups divided according to whether or not they live in ethnic places using structural equation modeling. The empirical analysis shows that national identity does not have a direct effect on multi-cultural acceptability, and threat awareness has a full mediating effect between national identity and multi-cultural acceptability. In addition, the negative effect of the threat awareness on multi-cultural acceptability was greater in groups living in ethnic places. The findings suggest that multi-cultural awareness education is necessary to reduce the threat awareness toward foreigners, and that community-level programs are needed to prevent and coordinate conflicts arising from contact between foreigners and Koreans.
