입체·복합 프로젝트에서 발주자 중심의 WBS 구축방향 (An Establishment the Work Breakdown Structure for Owners in the Multi-Complex Project)

  • The successful project management is based on definition of project goals in construction industry. The WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) is one of the major factors which defines works related to project goals. The necessity of the WBS for owners in multi complex projects which would help them to understand the whole project is rising because the multi-complex project in the construction industry has increasing recently. Therefore, this study suggests directions to establish the WBS for owners through investigating a concept of the multi-complex project first and analyzing types of project, domestic and foreign WBS, and case studies.

  • 공공사업의 경우 다중 프로젝트, 메가 프로젝트 등 다양한 발주형태로 건설사업이 추진됨에 따라 복합적이고 다원적인 관리가 필요하다. 건설사업관리를 효과적으로 하기 위하여 PMIS가 널리 사용되고 있으나 현재 대다수의 PMIS는 단일프로젝트 중심으로 개발되어있어 전체 사업관리를 위한 시스템 통합과정에서 시스템 간의 호환성 문제가 발생한다. 또한 공공사업 중심으로 사업과정에서 BIM을 적용하도록 한 발주가 증가하였으나, 아직까지 BIM을 활용한 사업관리를 위한 BIM 데이터 연계 PMIS의 개발 및 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PMIS As-Is분석과 To-Be분석을 통해 다중복합 프로젝트 PMIS의 주요 목표기능을 도출하고 Internet-Intranet의 이원화 관리체계를 분석하여 통합사업관리체계를 적용한 PMIS 발전모델과, 상용 BIM Tool과 PMIS를 직접 결합하는 방식이 아닌 BIM 기술의 순차적인 적용방안을 통하여 통합사업관리시스템에 적합한 BIM 기반 PMIS 구축방안을 제시하여, 궁극적으로 BIM 기술의 활성화에 대비한 단계별 PMIS 발전 모델을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다.

부정확한 대안평가하에서 모호선호관계를 이용한 다기준 의사결정 기법 (A Multi-Criteria Decision Making Method Based on Fuzzy Outranking Relation)

  • In selecting the best project in multi-criteria decision making problems, the imperfect information of consequence and the vague preference of the decision maker(DM) would make the decision analysis more complex together with the conflict of several criteria. In this context, a method is proposed to deal the fuzzy information mentioned before instead of reducing it to a single representative value. And, based on the given imprecise information, projects are ranked completely or partially according to DM's vague preference. The procedure consists, for each pair of projects, of calculating the degree of supporting over all criteria and the degree of opposing with respect to each criterion for their outranking relation. Together with weights for each criterion, these indices produce fuzzy outranking relations for each pair of projects. And a complete or partial ranking of projects is obtained according to outranking degrees considering the interdependence among projects.

  • In the history of space design, the concept and application of Multi-Layer can be easily found in various projects. As life styles in the contemporary cities are becoming more and more complex and inter-related to each other, the concept of multi-layer is re-considered In terms of constructing differentiated life patterns as well as multi programs within certain physical buildings or designs. This study aims to analyze the brief history of multi-layer in space design and the contemporary applications in recent architectural as well as interior design projects. It is concluded that the concept of multi layer is not only useful for constructing an interesting spatial organizations, but can also be a vital tool for re-organizing the contemporary urban programs that cannot be considered with the preconceived existing terms.

  • 단지개발사업은 다양한 구조물이 결합된 사업으로 과거에는 주거, 상업단지 등 단일목적을 갖는 사업위주로 진행되었으나, 최근에는 IT 기술의 발전, 삶의 질 향상 및 생활패턴 변경 등에 따라 U-city를 비롯한 다양한 목적을 갖는 복합단지 형태의 개발이 이뤄지고 있다. 이러한 단지개발과 관련된 인적자원은 각 대학의 도시계획 및 공학, 토목 및 건축공학과에서 이뤄지고 있으며, 도시계획 및 도시공학과에서는 단지개발계획을, 토목 및 건축공학과는 계획을 바탕으로 하는 설계 및 시공과 관련한 교육을 담당하고 있다. 사업의 원활한 진행을 위해 계획 및 설계, 시공은 연속적으로 이뤄져야 하나 현재의 교육과목을 살펴보면 이러한 연속성을 기대하기에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 단지개발 계획수립의 전문가 가 기초적인 엔지니어링 지식을 확보하고 또한 단지개발사업의 설계 및 시공인력은 단지계획 전반을 이해할 수 있도록 기존의 교과목 또는 내용이 개선되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 도시계획 및 공학과와 단지개발의 주요 구조물 설계 및 시공과 관련한 토목공학 관련 학과의 교육 내용을 살펴보고, 두 학과의 업무교차가 발생하는 설계단계에 대해 업무를 수행하는 전문인력을 대상으로 업무 중요성을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 단지개발 사업진행 간 설계업무를 이해하고 이와 관련한 설계업무의 효율성을 개선하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Constraint Programming을 이용한 자원제약 동적 다중프로젝트 일정계획 (Resource Constrained Dynamic Multi-Projects Scheduling Based by Constraint Programming)

  • Resource Constrained Dynamic Multi-Projects Scheduling (RCDMPS) is intended to schedule activities of two or more projects sequentially arriving at die shop under restricted resources. The aim of this paper is to develop a new problem solving method for RCDMPS to make an effect schedule based by constraint programming. The constraint-based scheduling method employs ILOG Solver which is C++ constraint reasoning library for solving complex resource management problems and ILOG Schedule which is a add-on library to ILOG Solver dedicated to solving scheduling problems. And this method interfaces with ILOG Views so that the result of scheduling displays with Gantt chart. The scheduling method suggested in this paper was applied to a company scheduling problem and compared with the other heuristic methods, and then it shows that the new scheduling system has more preference.

Buffer Management Method for Multiple Projects in the CCPM-MPL Representation

  • This research proposes a framework of buffer management for multi-project systems in the critical chain project management (CCPM) method, expressed in the form of max-plus linear (MPL) representation. Since time buffers are inserted in the projects for absorbing uncertainties in task durations and protecting the completion times, the proposed method provides a procedure for frequently surveying the rates of consumed buffers and the rate of elapsed times. Their relation expresses the performance of the projects which is plotted on a chart through the completed processes. The chart presents the current performance of the projects and their interaction, which alerts managers to make necessary decisions at the right time for managing each project and the entire multi-project system. The proposed framework can analyze the complex system readily, and it enables managers to make an effective decision on scheduling. The effectiveness of the framework is demonstrated through a numerical example.

복합중재에 관한 소고 (A Study on the Complex Arbitrations (Multi-Issues, Multi-party, Multi-Contract))

  • International commercial arbitrations have developed into a simple form in which both parties involved in the dispute by a contract intend to solve the dispute through the legal arbitration system. however nowadays the above traditional form taken by international projects are rarely seen and instead the form of complex arbitration in which many parties are involved has become more and more universal. The complex arbitration means not only many-sided parties concerned but also means a plural number of contract involved in conflicts, a plural number of issues involved in conflicts and a plural number of contracts though their contractors are not in a plural number. However in this report the complex arbitrations will be studied into categories as follows : 1. Pure multi-issue situations, 2. Pure multi-party situations, 3. Pure multi-contract situations. A Pure Multi-Issue arbitration basically includes a plural number of claims between the two parties concerned. A Pure Multi-party case classically presupposes an arbitration clause which involves a plural number of parties concerned. After Party A takes a legal proceeding and then Party B institutes a request to Party C in the above proceeding. In that case the problem arises on whether it is allowed to do so or not. A Pure Multi-Contract case presupposes that when Party A and Party B have independent arbitration clauses based on separate contract relations, respectively, the problem is whether both above-mentioned proceedings can be unified into one or not. As for the above-mentioned complex arbitration, though international treaties are being formed, including the WTO treaties, the NAFTA treaties, the Mercosur treaties and others, legal regulations and customs have not yet been formed domestically. The institutional preparations will be necessitated in consideration of national legal status as well as international treaty relations.

공적개발원조사업(Official Development Assistance)의 방향과 환경평가 (Official Development Assistance and Environmental Assessment)

  • ODA projects such as multi-purpose dam, industrial complex, road construction etc. have resulted in environmental damage and resident relocation including destruction of site of living. Even the grandiose developments as ODA projects have made clear the value clashes between development and environmental conservation, and have brought about conflicts between public interests and public environmental right, and the discordance between public interests and private property rights in the recipient country. This study summarizes and analyses the Korea's ODA projects and will suggest the public participation and governance system based on Saemaul Movement, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment based on the guideline of OECD DAC, and emphasize Strategic Environmental Assessment and Social Impact Assessment in the procedure of ODA projects. In the future the ODA project should be implemented for the overcome of poverty and response to climate change based on the experience and trial and errors of Korea's compact growth and past ODA projects.

  • The mixed-use building is certainly one of the significant alternatives for urban dwelling based on the over-crowded urban condition as well as the ever-changing contemporary life patterns. It is clear that residential and other programs somehow are becoming more separated in most high quality mixed-use buildings in Seoul. Thus making the space between residential and other programs where diverse multi activities can be inserted is extremely important in terms of bridging the different urban programs. This research aims to briefly analyze the mixed-use programs in contemporary cities and case projects to see how they respond to unique characteristics of each projects by creating different mixed zones and spaces.
