집단 요리활동 프로그램이 지역아동센터 비장애 아동의 실행기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Group Cooking Program on Executive Function of the Non-disabled Children in Community Children's Center)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 작업에 기반을 둔 집단 요리활동 프로그램이 지역아동센터 비장애 아동의 실행기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 지역아동센터를 이용하는 만 6~9세 아동 6명이 2017년 7월부터 2017년 8월까지 본 연구에 참여하였다. 본 연구는 단일 집단 사전-사후 설계로, 지역아동센터 아동들을 대상으로 집단 요리활동 프로그램을 진행하였다. 중재 전 후에 스트룹 아동 색상-단어 검사(STROOP Color and Word Test), 아동 색 선로 검사(Children's Color Trails Test), 운동처리기술평가(Assessment of Motor and Process Skills)를 사용하여 아동들의 실행기능을 평가하여 프로그램의 효과를 측정하였다. 결과 : 중재 전과 비교하여 중재 후 스트룹 아동 색상-단어 검사와 운동처리기술평가의 처리기술 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었다(p<.05). 아동 색 선로 검사에 있어 중재 전 점수와 중재 후 점수 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다(p>.05). 결론 : 본 연구는 지역아동센터 비장애 아동을 대상으로 한 집단 요리활동 프로그램 중재가 인지적 억제 실행기능과 수행 실행기능에 효과가 있음을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 작업에 기반을 둔 중재 접근이 지역사회의 다양한 대상들에게 적용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • Demand-side Management can be defined as'any utility activity aimed at modifying customers' use of energy to produce desired changes in the utility's load shape'. Customers benefit by being able to control energy costs and improve quality of life and become more productive. Utilities benefit from DSM's value as a resource that enhances asset utilization and reduces both fuel costs and environmental emissions. The scope of DSM includes load management through rate schedules and conservation by improving energy effciency and using electricity consumption effectively. This paper study the DSM resource evaluation and customer behavior analysis todesign the DSM Program plan in response to customer needs. We develop basic system dynamics model to analysis the customer behavior based on a survey research. The DSM Program participants in the Hi- efficiency Inverter, Electric motor and efficient lighting applicancies operating by Conservation program 2002 become the survey objects. DSM resource evaluation evaluate firstt the distribution potentialities of each machine and then forecast the degree of diffusion. We apply the system dynamic approach to simulate the dynamic DSM market situation at the domestic beginning. This model will give the energy Planner the opportunity to create different scenarios for DSM program planning. Also it will lead to increased understanding of the dynamic DSM market

DARS에 의한 CAPSS 배출자료의 불확도 평가 (Uncertainty Assessment for CAPSS Emission Inventory by DARS)

  • The uncertainty assessment is important to improve the reliability of emission inventory data. The DARS (Data Attribute Rating System) have recommended as the uncertainty assessment technic of emission inventory by U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) EIIP (Emission Inventory Improvement Program). The DARS score is based on the perceived quality of the emission factor and activity data. Scores are assigned to four attributes; measurement/method, source specificity, spatial congruity and temporal congruity. The resulting emission factor and activity rate scores are combined to arrive at an overall confidence rating for the inventory. So DARS is believed to be a useful tool and may provide more information about inventories than the usual qualitative grading procedures (e.g. A through E). In this study, the uncertainty assessment for 2009 CAPSS (Clean Air Policy Support System) emission inventory is conducted by DARS. According to the result of this uncertainty assessment, the uncertainty for fugitive dust emission data is higher than other sources, the uncertainty of emission factor for surface coating is the highest value, and the uncertainty of activity data for motor cycle is the highest value. Also it is analysed that the improvement of uncertainty for activity data is as much important as the improvement for emission factor to upgrade the reliability of CAPSS emission inventory.

Ginseng gintonin alleviates neurological symptoms in the G93A-SOD1 transgenic mouse model of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis through lysophosphatidic acid 1 receptor

  • Background: We recently showed that gintonin, an active ginseng ingredient, exhibits antibrain neurodegenerative disease effects including multiple target mechanisms such as antioxidative stress and antiinflammation via the lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptors. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a spinal disease characterized by neurodegenerative changes in motor neurons with subsequent skeletal muscle paralysis and death. However, pathophysiological mechanisms of ALS are still elusive, and therapeutic drugs have not yet been developed. We investigate the putative alleviating effects of gintonin in ALS. Methods: The G93A-SOD1 transgenic mouse ALS model was used. Gintonin (50 or 100 mg/kg/day, p.o.) administration started from week seven. We performed histological analyses, immunoblot assays, and behavioral tests. Results: Gintonin extended mouse survival and relieved motor dysfunctions. Histological analyses of spinal cords revealed that gintonin increased the survival of motor neurons, expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factors, choline acetyltransferase, NeuN, and Nissl bodies compared with the vehicle control. Gintonin attenuated elevated spinal NAD(P) quinone oxidoreductase 1 expression and decreased oxidative stress-related ferritin, ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1-immunoreactive microglia, S100β-immunoreactive astrocyte, and Olig2-immunoreactive oligodendrocytes compared with the control vehicle. Interestingly, we found that the spinal LPA1 receptor level was decreased, whereas gintonin treatment restored decreased LPA1 receptor expression levels in the G93A-SOD1 transgenic mouse, thereby attenuating neurological symptoms and histological deficits. Conclusion: Gintonin-mediated symptomatic improvements of ALS might be associated with the attenuations of neuronal loss and oxidative stress via the spinal LPA1 receptor regulations. The present results suggest that the spinal LPA1 receptor is engaged in ALS, and gintonin may be useful for relieving ALS symptoms.

방과 후 감각통합프로그램(감각통합치료)이 학교에서의 기능적 과제 수행에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Sensory Integration Program(Sensory Integration Therapy) after School on Functional Task Performance in School)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 학교 방과 후 활동으로 감각통합치료를 제공하였을 때 작업수행요소와 더불어 작업수행영역인 학교에서의 기능적 과제수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구 방법 : 실험은 대전 Y초등학교에 재학 중인 1-2학년 아동 3명을 대상으로 방과 후 활동 시간에 감각통합치료를 제공하였으며, 중재는 2010년 5월과 6월에 걸쳐 총 25회를 제공하였다. 감각통합치료효과를 알아보기 위해 단일집단 사전-사후 설계(one group pretest-posttest design)를 사용하였고, 작업수행요소에서의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 단축감각프로파일(SSP), 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2), Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency 1(BOTMP)를 사용하였으며, 작업수행영역에서의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 학교에서의 기능적 과제 수행능력에 대한 평가(School Function Assessment)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 방과 후 감각통합프로그램(감각통합치료)을 적용한 결과 대상아동들은 작업수행요소인 단축감각력(SSP), BOTMP, 한국판 시지각 발달검사(K-DTVP-2)의 수치상 향상을 보였으며, 작업수행영역인 학교에서의 기능적 과제 수행(SFA)의 점수에서도 향상을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 방과 후 감각통합프로그램(감각통합치료)이 작업수행요소와 학교에서의 기능적 과제수행에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여주었지만, 대상의 수가 적어 통계적 유의성을 찾는 데는 한계가 있었다. 따라서 향후 연구에서는 대상자의 수를 고려한 연구들이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

수정된 건측억제-환측유도치료(mCIMT)가 아급성기 뇌졸중환자의 상지기능과 일상생활수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the modified Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy on Upper Function and Activities of Daily Living in Subacute Stroke Patients)

  • PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to verify the effectiveness of modified constraint-induced movement therapy(mCIMT) on upper function and activities of daily living in people with subacute stroke patients. METHODS: Eighteen participants, with subacute stroke that were randomly assigned to either the experimental group(n=9) or the control group(n=9). For subjects from the experimental group modified Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy was performed. exercise program, the patient trained in affected side upper extremity with restricted non-affected side for 1 hour and using in activity daily living for 4 hours for five times per week, during 4 weeks. For subjects from the control group, conventional upper extremity training was performed. Outcomes such as the box and block test(BBT), Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment(FMA), and modified Barthel index(MBI) were measured before and after training. Between-group and within-group comparisons were analyzed by using Independent t-test and Paired t-test respectively. RESULTS: These finding suggest that experimental group was significant increase in BBT, FMA, MBI(p<.05). In comparison of two group, experimental group was high upper function and activity daily living than control group. CONCLUSION: This study showed experimental group can be used to improve upper function and activity daily living than control group. Thus it indicates that mCIMT will be more improved through the continued upper extremity exercise program.

탄성밴드 사용유무에 따른 발레 아라베스크 동작의 운동 역학적 분석 (The Biomechanical Analysis of Ballet Arabesque by Using Elastic Band)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the elastic band on ballet arabesque based on kinematics analysis. Methods : To observe the effect of the elastic band, the availability of the elastic band during movement was set as the independent variable, and the dependent variables were set by using factors from two different categories such as motor mechanics and kinematics variables. For motor mechanics variable, the muscle activity and the center of pressure(COP)'s trajectory and velocity were used. Furthermore, the physical angle was used for kinematic variables. Data samples from the experiment was used to understand the correlation between independent and dependent variables while using paired samples t-test as a data analysis tool. Results : After analyzing the result of experiment, the usage of the Elastic band on ballet arabesque movement seemed to increase the activity of the agonistic muscle, which is mainly used for movement, and to improve the stability of the supporting leg by decreasing the trajectory and velocity of the center of pressure(COP). Moreover, the elastic band increased the level of elevation of the stretching leg with reducing the angle of the hip joint that resulted into a more stable movement and furthermore providing more beauty while standing on it. Conclusion : The movement training program while the using elastic band are expected to lead to appropriate muscular development and reduce the muscle imbalance, which usually occurs to dancers, during training with unfamiliar specific movements or strengthening muscular strength for a specific movement. In addition, this work is expected to be used as a training reference to understand and learn the fundamentals of movements of ballet and other dance fields.

뇌졸중 환자의 상지에서 근육협응 패턴과 관절협응 패턴의 유사성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Symmetry in the Patterns of Muscle Coordination and Interjoint Coordination in the Upper Limb Activity Among Subjects With Stroke)

  • This study aimed to compare movement patterns of shoulder joints between the right and left symmetry in stroke patients and control subjects. This study proposes use of the voluntary response index (VRI) calculated from quantitative analysis of surface electromyographic (sEMG) and motion data recorded during voluntary movement as a feeding task. The VRI is comprised of two numeric values, one derived from the total muscle activity recorded for the voluntary motor task (magnitude), and the other from the sEMG distribution across the recorded muscles with the similarity index (SI). Five stroke patients and five age-matched healthy controls were recruited. Feeding motion was performed using the provided spoon five times with rests taken on a chair in between tasks. EMG data were digitized and analyzed on the basis of the root mean square (RMS) envelope of activity. The average amplitude of responses was calculated. Responsiveness and clinically meaningful levels of discrimination between stroke patients and control for EMG magnitude and SI were determined. The similarity index of the results from two successive examinations of both sides apart for stroke patients and control subjects were .86 and .95 in motion analysis and .84 and .99 in electromyographic analysis. The SI of sEMG data and motion data was significantly correlated in stroke patients. The data suggest that SI is a sensitive program for comparing and analyzing the symmetry of muscle activity and motion in both sides. This analysis method has a clinical value in grading muscular activity and movement impairment after brain injury.

지체장애인의 운동참여제약 측정척도 개발 -요인구조 탐색과 준거관련타당도 검증- (Developing a Scale for Measuring the Constraints in Physical Activity of People with Physical Disabilities - Verification of Factor Structure and Related Criterion Validity -)

  • 이 연구는 지체장애인의 운동참여제약을 측정할 수 있는 운동참여제약 측정도구(Constraints in Physical Activity Scale for people with physical Disabilities: CPASD)를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 Messick(1995)의 통합적 타당도, Benson(1998)의 강력한 구인타당도 프로그램 틀을 기반으로 한 다섯 가지 단계로 연구를 설계하였고, 지체장애인 264명을 대상으로 공통요인모형과 측정모형을 적용하여 CPASD의 타당도 증거를 체계적으로 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과와 논의를 토대로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, CPASD는 구인타당도의 증거를 제시하였다. 요인구조의 해석가능성과 요인계수의 적합성을 통해 지도자 제약, 경제적 제약, 편견, 운동환경 제약으로 구성된 4요인, 17개 문항으로 개발되었다. 둘째, 개발된 CPASD의 요인구조(지도자제약, 경제적제약, 편견, 운동환경제약)는 통계적으로 구분됨과 동시에, 기존 운동참여제약 관련 이론을 안정적으로 반영하였다. 셋째, 개발된 CPASD는 준거관련타당도 증거를 제시하였다. 지도자제약, 편견은 긍정적 운동정서와 부적인 상관관계를, 지도자제약, 편견, 운동환경제약은 부정적 운동정서와 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. 따라서 후속 연구에서는 CPASD의 요인로 도출된 지도자제약, 경제적제약, 편견, 운동환경제약과 관련된 현재의 제도, 실태 등을 재평가할 필요성이 대두되고, 이를 위해 CPASD를 활용한 인과관계검증, IRT 이론을 적용한 현실 수준정도를 판단할 필요가 있다.

IPA매트릭스를 이용한 초등학생의 학교스포츠클럽 유익한 수업 인식을 위한 프로그램 개발 분석 (An Analysis of Recognitions of Elementary School Students on Useful Classes among School Sport Clubs for Program Development using the IPA Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the analysis of level of importance and satisfaction in recognitions of elementary school students on useful classes among school sport clubs using Importance-Performance analysis. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using convenience sampling method among non-probability sampling methods, and 384 data were used as the final valid samples for this study except 16 data with missing items or insincere responses. The results of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, independent samples t-test, IPA analysis by using SPSS 20.0 were as follows. First, Iquadrant included education contents of enhance ability to ingenuity, teaching method of provides option, teaching method of encourage participation activity, education contents of the aspect of fun, evaluation of motor function and emotion, education contents of explains key contents easily, and education contents of understanding overall context. II quadrant included education environment of good sport facility, class environment of fair opportunity for activity, class atmosphere of arouses interest, and class atmosphere of autonomous and voluntary. III quadrant included diverse teaching method and instructor's demonstration, class atmosphere of systematic learning, evaluation of fairness, objectivity, and credibility, and an atmosphere that can exercise. IV quadrant included education contents of enable acquisition of knowledge and degree of improvement into consideration, and class atmosphere of trust and respect between instructor and student.
