모바일 데이터 서비스 사용량 증감에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 연구;이요인 이론(Two Factor Theory)을 바탕으로

  • This study is to investigate factors that affect usage change in mobile data service (MDS). In the first, an exploratory study based on 378 survey responses was conducted to learn about important decision factors of MDS usage. It revealed discrepancy between the influencing forces of usage increase and those of usage decrease. Based on the findings from the exploratory study and the two-factor theory, we postulated information quality as the motivator and system quality as the de-motivator (or hygiene) of MDS. Then, a confirmative study was undertaken on their respective role in encouraging and discouraging the usage of mobile data service. A research model was proposed and subsequent hypotheses were empirically tested with partial least square (PLS) based on 478 responses from the users of mobile data service. It was learned that information quality (as a motivator) was positively associated with usage increase in mobile data service, but system quality (as a de-motivator) was not. Also, system quality was negatively associated with usage decrease, but information quality was not. Lastly, their association strength was partially moderated by the type of motivation for using MDS.

소방공무원의 동기부여와 조직몰입간의 관계 (A Study on the Motivation and Organizational Commitment of Fire Officials)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between motivator, hygiene factor and organizational commitment of fire officials. Method: The subjects of this study were 228 fire officials in Kongju and Choengju province. Data were collected using self-reporting questionnaire during the period from 1st to 25th of February 2006. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 program. Real number, percentage, mean and standard deviation were calculated, and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient were carried out. Result: The findings of this study as follows: The motivator according to job characteristics was statistically significant differences in certificate(F=3.29, p= .002), aptitude(F=15.49, p= .000). The hygiene factors according to job characteristics was statistically significant differences in certificate(F=2.59 p= .01), aptitude(F=6.72, p= .000). The organizational commitment according to general characteristics were statistically significant differences in age(F= 2.625, p= .036), religion(F=3.869, p= .005). The organizational commitment according to job characteristics were statistically significant differences in experience(F=3.746, p= .001), aptitude(F=13.743, p= .000), wish of practice change(F=8.907, p= .000). The commitment was found to be in significant positive correlations with motivator(r= .436, p= .000) and hygiene factors(r= .336, p= .000). Conclusion: From the results, we recommend that the organization management program develops for increasing motivator in fire officials be used.

인터넷전문은행 서비스의 한중 비교연구: 서비스의 편리성과 사회적 영향 요인을 중심으로 (A Comparative Study on Direct Bank Services between South Korea and China: Putting Emphasis on Service Convenience and Social Influence)

  • Purpose The purpose of the present study is to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use direct bank continuously from the perspective of service rather than technology. Hygiene factors including economic benefits, privacy, and unverified risks, and convenience of service as a motivator were considered as user's satisfaction. A research model integrating the relationships among user's satisfaction, its determinants, social influence, and continuous intention to use direct banks was proposed. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modelling for validating the research model was employed. 253 valid data were collected from users of direct bank service in South Korea and China, and used to test six hypotheses. Findings User's satisfaction and social influence were determinants of continuous use intention of direct bank. Convenience of service as a motivator has a significant influence on service satisfaction, while economic benefits, privacy, and unverified risks as hygiene factors have no significant influence on the continuous intention. Managers of direct banks need to implement service differentiation strategies to gain customers' loyalty. Also they seek to find the determinants of social influence. The present study confirmed that there is a big difference between Korea and China in terms of factors affecting the continuous intention to use direct bank.

  • Conventional networking and telecommunications infrastructure characterized by wires, fixed location, and inflexibility is giving way to mobile technologies. Numerous research reports point to the ultimate domination of wireless communication. With the increasing prevalence of advanced cell-phones, various mobile data services (hereafter MDS) are gaining popularity. Although cellular networks were originally introduced for voice communications, statistics indicate that data services are replacing the matured voice service as the growth engine for telecom service providers. For example, SK Telecom, the Korea's largest mobile service provider, reported that 25.6% of revenue and 28.5% of profit came from MDS in 2006 and the share is growing. Statistics also indicate that, in 2006, the average revenue per user (ARPU) for voice didn't change but MDS grew seven percents from the previous year, further highlighting its growth potential. MDS is defined "as an assortment of digital data services that can be accessed using a mobile device over a wide geographic area." A variety of MDS have been deployed, with a few reaching the status of killer applications. Many of them need to access the Internet through the cellular-phone infrastructure. In the past, when the cellular network didn't have acceptable bandwidth for data services, SMS (short messaging service) dominated MDS. Now, Internet-ready, next-generation cell-phones are driving rich digital data services into the fabric of everyday life, These include news on various topics, Internet search, mapping and location-based information, mobile banking and gaming, downloading (i.e., screen savers), multimedia streaming, and various communication services (i.e., email, short messaging, messenger, and chaffing). The huge economic stake MDS has on its stakeholders warrants focused research to understand associated dynamics behind its adoption. Lyytinen and Yoo(2002) pointed out the limitation of traditional adoption models in explaining the rapid diffusion of innovations such as P2P or mobile services. Also, despite the increasing popularity of MDS, unexpected drop in its usage is observed among some people. Intrigued by these observations, an exploratory study was conducted to examine decision factors of MDS usage. Data analysis revealed that the increase and decrease of MDS use was influenced by different forces. The findings of the exploratory study triggered our confirmatory research effort to validate the uni-directionality of studied factors in affecting MDS usage. This differs from extant studies of IS/IT adoption that are largely grounded on the assumption of bi-directionality of explanatory variables in determining the level of dependent variables (i.e., user satisfaction, service usage). The research goal is, therefore, to examine if increase and decrease in the usage of MDS are explained by two separate groups of variables pertaining to information quality and system quality. For this, we investigate following research questions: (1) Does the information quality of MDS increase service usage?; (2) Does the system quality of MDS decrease service usage?; and (3) Does user motivation for subscribing MDS moderate the effect information and system quality have on service usage? The research questions and subsequent analysis are grounded on the two factor theory pioneered by Hertzberg et al(1959). To answer the research questions, in the first, an exploratory study based on 378 survey responses was conducted to learn about important decision factors of MDS usage.   • 본격적인 사물인터넷(IoT) 시대의 도래는 다양한 형태의 정보를 사물인터넷 기기를 통해 수집하게 되고, 수집된 방대한 정보는 분석과정에 의해 새로운 정보로 탄생한다. 이렇게 생성된 정보를 효과적으로 저장하기 위해서는 유연성과 확장성이 뛰어난 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템이 유리하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효과적인 클라이언트 시스템 수용을 위한 주요 결정요인을 동기요인(경제성, 효율성 등)과 저해요인(전환비용, 보안문제 등)으로 보고, 저해요인을 중심으로 새로운 시스템 수용결정을 함에 있어서 어떤 세부요인이 주요하게 작용하는지에 대한 순위 파악에 연구목적을 두고 있다. 주요우선순위 결정에 필요한 요인은 문헌고찰을 통해 확보된 기술 관점의 시스템 수용결정 요인으로 정하고, 도출된 요인을 중심으로 설문지를 작성한 후, 관련 전문가를 대상으로 설문을 실시하고자 한다. 그리고 AHP분석을 통해 의사결정단위 측정을 위한 요소들 간의 쌍대비교를 수행하여 최종 우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 나아가 본 연구 결과는 기술 수용(활성화)에 따른 의사결정을 함에 있어서 중요한 판단 근거가 될 것이다.

공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 도서관 서비스 품질과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality and Librarian's Job Satisfaction in Public Libraries)

  • 도서관의 성과를 이용자에게 제공하는 서비스의 품질 강화라고 할 때, 이에 영향을 미치는 요소로서 도서관 내부인적자원의 능력이 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 이용자가 인식하는 서비스 품질간의 관계를 밝히기 위해 서울 인천 경기 지역 10개의 공공도서관을 대상으로 직원의 직무만족도와 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$모형을 적용한 도서관서비스 품질을 조사하였다. 그 결과 직무만족 중 직무자체 요인과 조직요인의 만족도가 높을수록 서비스 품질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 고객 만족도 향상을 위해 직원의 직무만족에 대한 제고가 필요한 것으로 판단되며, 이에 따른 실무적 함의를 논의하였다.

목적있는 활동과 목적없는 활동간의 내적 동기화에 관한 연구 (Intrinsic Motivation as a factor Affecting Exertion in Purposeful versus Nonpurposeful Activity)

  • This study investigated the hypothesis that purposeful activity is an intrinsic motivator. Affecting exertion during the performance of purposeful and nonpurposeful activity was studied in 30 elementary school students. The subjects acted as their own controls in the performance of other exercise. The three experimental exercises were jumping rope, defined as a nonpurposeful activity, and jumping rope with reinforcement, defined as purposeful activity I, and jumping rope with double reinforcement (food), defined as purposeful activity II. Duration and cessation of exercise were entirely controlled by the subject. The number of jumps were measured immediately after cessation of exercise and duration of exercise in seconds by observer. The results were as follows : 1. There was a significant difference in the required time of performance between purposeful and nonpurposeful jumping (p< .05). 2. There was a significant difference in the number of jumps between nonpurposeful and nonpurposeful jumping after reinforcement. (p< .05). Implications for practice and further research are discussed.

산악형(山岳型) 국립공원(國立公園)의 방문객(訪問客) 동기요인(動機要因)과 유인요인(誘因要因)의 검정(檢定) (Testing the Push and Pull Factors for National Parks in Mountain Regions)

  • 본 연구는 4개의 산악형 국립공원을 대상으로 탐방객들의 주요 방문 동기요인(push factor)과 이들 국립공원의 유인요인(pull factor)을 도출하고, 규명된 방문요인과 유인요인간의 입체적인 관계규명을 통하여 효율적인 산악형 국립공원 관리정책에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 그 결과 동기요인으로는 가족중심의 자연 문화체험 일탈성 건강, 사회성 신기성의 4개 요인이 도출되었으며, 유인요인으로는 시설 문화재, 자연자원, 접근성의 3가지 요인이 도출되었다. 이들 방문 동기요인과 유인요인간의 상호 연관성을 통계적으로 확인한 결과, 동기요인과 유인요인들은 상호 연관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 유인요인을 기준으로 동기요인들과의 관계를 살펴보면, 국립공원의 시설 문화재 유인요인은 자연 문화체험 동기와 사회성 신기성 동기에 양(+)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 자연자원 유인요인은 자연 문화체험, 일탈성, 건강, 사회성 신기성 등 모든 동기요인에 양(+)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 접근성 유인요인에 있어서는 건강동기에 양(+)의 영향을 받는 반면, 자연 문화체험 동기에는 음(-)의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

요양 보호사 교육에서 교육생의 참여동기가 교육만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Motive for Participation on the Satisfaction with Training for Caregivers)

  • 본 논문은 요양보호사의 교육에 참가한 교육생들의 교육 참여동기가 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로서, 요양보호사 교육의 질 향상에 기여하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 B시에 소재하고 있는 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 281명을 대상으로 교육 참여동기와 교육만족도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였고 기술통계와 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 교육 참여동기 중 활동지향형이 가장 높게 나타났으며 교육만족도는 지도강사에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았다. 교육 참여동기가 교육만족도에 미치는 영향은 학습지향성과 활동지향성으로 나타났으나 목표지향성은 교육만족도에 영향력을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 요양보호사 교육생들의 교육 만족도는 중간이상으로 높았으며, 교육 참여동기는 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

일개 종합병원 보건의료인의 헌혈경험 관련 요인 (Related Factors on the Blood Donation Experience among Healthcare Provider in a General Hospital)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 헌혈에 대한 지식과 태도, 이타성을 조사하고 헌혈경험과 관련한 요인을 조사하기 위함이다. 자료는 311명의 보건의료인을 편의추출하여 설문지를 통해 조사하였다. 헌혈경험이 있는 대상자는 63.3%를 나타냈다. 간호사와 임상병리사 중 남자들의 헌혈 참여 비율이 여자보다 더 높게 나타났다. 보건의료인의 직업 유형에 따라 헌혈 지식에 차이가 있었고, 연령과 경력이 더 높은 군이 이타성 수준에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 헌혈에 참여하기 위해 더 실제적이고 구체적인 전략이 확인되어야 함을 시사한다. 추후에는 보건의료인들이 헌혈에 참여하는 가장 중요한 동기요인이 다른 사람을 돕기 위한 책임감이었으므로 책임감과 관련한 변인을 조사할 필요가 있다.
