Recently, interest about Mobile Office Environment is increasing Messenger system of 'Ubiquitous Mobile Office Environment' need various kinds new concept such os request/broadcasting/transmission of working environment that existent messenger protocol does not support. Design correct new protocol to Mobile Office Environment messenger in this treatise, and analyzed existentprotocol and comparison. Also, examine characteristic of rendezvous server that was optimized in MOE-MP protocol and analyzed efficiency. MOE-MP that design newly based on basic syntax of XMPP optimized to Mobile Office Environment.

This study is aimed what improvement for an illegality detective aagency and messenger office. First, administrators or managers who are involved with personal information protection should make a full-fledged effort to gather information. Second, counseling or related programs should be provided for small and mid-sized security firms to guarantee thorough personal information protection. Third, Korea Security Association should improve the educational system related to personal information protection to resolve problems with this education currently provided for managers and employees of these companies.

In this paper, we present some problems with the Groupware Messenger functionality based on dot net 2.0 and implement a new design structure to solve them. They include memory leakage, slow processing, and client window memory crash. These problems resulted in the inconvenience of using instant messaging and the inefficient handling of office tasks. Therefore, in this paper, instant messaging functionality is implemented according to a new design architecture. The new system upgrades dot net 4.5 for clients and deploys the new features based on MQTT for the messenger server. We verify that the memory leak problem and client window memory crash issues have been eliminated on the system with the new messenger functionality. We measure the amount of time it takes to bind data to a set of messages and evaluate the performance, compared to a given system. Through this comparative evaluation, we can see that the new system is more reliable and performing.

To examine the role IM plays, We focus on the factors that promote or hinder communication within a Korean organization when instant messenger is used. These factors were examined through two research questions. To understand these issues, a survey consisting of 33 categories was given to government and corporate office workers in Seoul, Korea. The survey results showed that Instant Messenger is recognized as a powerful communication tool in official organizations, but is only used effectively within groups or generations that do not follow the hierarchical relationships characterized by Confucian values. The results of this study fill a gap in our understanding of the important role of IM use in organizational effectiveness and may prove useful when developing tools and strategies to help promote communication within organizations using information technology media.

As smart phones become more common nowadays, mobile instant messengers such as kakao talk and line are used as essential communication tools exchanging information between individuals. Also, the mobile instant messengers extend their use to business area beyond communication between individuals. This study is on how factors of mobile instant messenger such as perceived security, perceived privacy, perceived enjoyment and perceived interactivity affect business continual usage intention through perceived usefulness. The proposed model is based on Expectation-Confirmation Theory of Oliver and Technology Acceptance Mode of Bhattacherjee. For an analysis, 159 survey responses were collected from the office workers in Seoul and nearby cities, having experiences of mobile instant messengers. To validate the proposed research model, PLS analysis is performed with the valid 154 questionnaires. The path analysis results are as follows. First, perceived security has a positive effect on expectation-confirmation. Second, perceived enjoyment has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Third, perceived interactivity has a positive effect on both perceived usefulness and expectation-confirmation. Fourth, perceived usefulness has a positive usefulness on satisfaction and continual usage intention of mobile instant messenger. Last, expectation-confirmation has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and satisfaction has a positive effect on continual usage intention of mobile instant messenger. Since the mobile instant messenger may bring a pressure of work and a violation of privacy, it is necessary that the company provide a guideline for use of the mobile instant messenger and establish the in-house mobile instant messenger system.

Recently, ordinary mail is decreasing continuously by the development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) including E-mail, messenger service, and etc. On the contrary, parcel post is increasing by the increase of online shopping, home shopping, and etc. Aside from these changes, the demand for various mail acceptance and delivery means is increasing with the increase of single households and dual-income couples. To overcome these environmental changes, Korea Post installs unmanned post offices which are composed of various unmanned mail acceptance and delivery postal systems. In this paper, we propose the methodological approach for the site selection of unmanned post office among the existing post offices and the installation standard of unmanned postal system considering the operation cost by the mail volume.

This study aims to discover the clue of the current modern postal system development by looking at the delivery patterns of Korean letters during the Joseon Dynasty. A letter is a text medium that the sender sends to a recipient by sending a message of news. The form and contents of the letter are influenced by the various surrounding factors and are adapted to circumstances. The study aims to clear up the method of delivery and the nature of the transmitter among the environmental factors which affects the format and contents of Korean letters. Depending on the public or private matters, the delivery method is divided into a public agency and a private messenger, or divided into one-phase delivery and the multi-phase delivery depending on whether or not a phase is divided into stages. It is also divided into a one-way and a round-transmission depending on whether or not it is round-switched. The transmitter is divided into a verbal communication, the letter and verbal communication, and the letter communication according to whether or not it is by verbal, and divided into the relational and the non-relational person according to the relationship with the sender. Also depending on whether the transmitter is exclusive or not, it is divided into the exclusive messenger and the messenger who deliver a letter incidentally while come and go. In the aspect of the delivery method, We can see the possibility of developing to a modern mail system through the public method, the multi-phase delivery, one-way delivery and in the aspect of the transmitter, we can see the possibility through the letter delivery, non-related transmitter, and the exclusive messenger.

최근 이동사무환경에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이를 위한 '유비쿼터스 이동사무환경 시스템'의 메신저 시스템은 기존 XMPP 메신저 프로토콜을 적용할 수 있으나, 몇 가지의 제약조건이 존재한다. 본 논문은 기존의 XMPP 를 확장해 이동사무환경에 적합한 새로운 프로토콜을 설계하고, 이를 실제 구현한 랑데부 서버에 적용하였다. 새롭게 개발한 MPE-MP 프로토콜은 사무환경의 전송을 위해 XMPP의 기본 네트웍 모델인 CS (Client-Server) 모델을 사용하지 않고, P2P (Point to Point) 방식을 사용하여 사무환경 전송을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 MOE-MP 이동사무환경 메신저 프로토콜과 이의 구현인 랑데부 서버에 대한 특징, 기능을 서술한다.

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of personal communication activities using smart phone instant messenger during normal office hours on job performance in the workplace. To do this, empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of smart phone users, and structural equation model was used for the purpose of analyzing the data acquired by the survey. A structural equation model was designed and constructed by such factors like personal instant messaging with the outside friends and co-workers on job performance. In addition, task characteristics set as a moderating effect between personal instant messaging with the outside friends/co-workers and job performance. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows; First, personal instant messaging with the outside friends generally has a negative effect on job performance, in addition in high task interdependence area the former has more effect on the latter. Second, personal instant messaging with co-workers has a positive effect on job performance.

In these days, Korea Railway apply simple catenary system to general lines and high speed lines of Korea Electric Railway. Circulation Current in catenary system frequently bring undesirable consequences. Namely, the Connector wire has many problems according to a flow of excessive circulation (or traction current) and a sudden rise of temperature on catenary when electric car or locomotive is running in high speed. The occurrence of events by the load increasement do considerable damages to peoples, organizations and systems. In this paper, we proposed the improved changes on the catenary system of a improvement and change of a messenger wire protector, improvement of connector wire,s institution angle and of a replacement the connector wire with a dropper. A case of Circulation Current continually has broken out in Yongdungpo Electric Office's own bailiwick. By or through the medium of these obstacles, we have further use of many studies and considering countermeasures. Therefore, we have to deal with the question in design and execution of catenary system for High Speed Railway because we will spend a lot of time and more money for maintenance than for construction of that.
