근거기반 정맥주입요법 간호실무지침 실무적용 프로그램 개발 및 평가 - 중소병원을 대상으로 (Development and Effectiveness of Practice Application Program of Intravenous Infusion Evidence-Based Nursing Practice Guideline - for Small and Medium Sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop and test the effects of a program for practice application of intravenous infusion evidence based nursing practice (EBP) guidelines in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: A mixed method research design was used, combining non-equivalent control group pre-post test design with qualitative study analysis. The subjects consisted of 55 nurses. The practice application program was developed based on the Advancing Research and Clinical practice through close Collaboration (ARCC) model. Data were collected for analysis in the following areas: nurses' EBP organizational culture and readiness, EBP beliefs, EBP implementation, importance about intravenous infusion, and performance about intravenous infusion, with data assessed using valid and reliable instruments. Patient outcomes were collected from the hospital's medical records. Data were analyzed using t-test, χ2-test, and Shapiro-Wilk test, with qualitative content analysis used for interview data. Results: Following the intervention, nurses' EBP organizational culture and readiness, EBP beliefs, EBP implementation, and performance of intravenous infusion and perceptions of its importance showed significant improvement in the experimental group. Phlebitis rates decreased in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: This program is effective to improve nurse's perception and practice of evidence based nursing. Therefore we recommend to use this program at same levels of hospitals.

오스테나이트계 중탄소 및 저탄소 스테인리스강의 입계부식 거동 분석 (Intergranular Corrosion Behavior of Medium and Low Carbon Austenitic Stainless Steel)

  • Austenitic stainless steel has been widely used because of its good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. However, intergranular corrosion can occur if the alloy is welded or aged. The objective of this study was to determine intergranular corrosion behaviors of austenitic medium carbon (0.05 wt%) and low carbon (0.02 wt%) stainless steel aged at several conditions. Alloys were evaluated according to ASTM A262 Practice A, ISO 12732 DL-EPR (double loop-electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation) test, and ASTM A262 Practice C. The degree of sensitization and intergranular corrosion rate were obtained. The relationship between the degree of sensitization and the intergranular corrosion rate showed a very large fluctuation. Such behavior might be related to whether two-dimension tests or three-dimension tests were performed. On the other hand, regardless of carbon content of alloys, when the intergranular corrosion rate increased, the degree of sensitization also increased. However, the DL-EPR test showed a higher sensitivity than the Huey test for differentiating the intergranular corrosion property at a low intergranular corrosion rate, while the Huey test had a higher sensitivity than the DL-EPR test for distinguishing the intergranular corrosion property at a high intergranular corrosion rate.

정부의 연구개발 지원이 중견기업의 투자에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Public R&D Support on R&D Investment of Korean Medium-sized Firms)

  • 이 연구는 정부의 연구개발(R&D) 지원이 중견기업의 연구개발 투자에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 중견기업 표본과 이에 대응되는 중소기업 표본을 대상으로 하여 패널 데이터를 수집하여 DID(difference-in-differences) 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 정부 지원의 효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 정부의 연구개발 지원은 중견 중소기업의 연구개발 순투자를 전반적으로 증가시켰다. 중견기업과 중소기업을 비교해 보면, 정부의 연구개발 지원이 기업 연구개발 투자를 촉진하는 효과는 중소기업에 비해 중견기업에서 더 크게 나타났으며, 중소기업에서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 또한 규모에 따라서 중견기업을 구분해 보면, 상대적으로 규모가 작은 초기 중견기업 표본에서 정부지원이 기업 연구개발 투자를 촉진하는 효과가 더 크고 유의하였다. 기술역량에 따라서 중견기업을 구분해 보면, 상대적으로 기술역량이 우수한 기업 표본에서 정부연구개발사업 참여에 따른 보조금이 기업 연구개발 투자를 촉진하는 효과가 더 강하게 나타난 반면 기술역량이 낮은 기업 표본에서 조세 지원이 기업 연구개발 투자를 촉진하는 효과가 더 강하게 나타났다. 연구의 결과는 중견기업의 혁신을 지속적으로 촉진하기 위한 정부의 연구개발 정책 및 관련 지원 사업이 필요하며, 중견기업의 기업규모, 기술역량, 성장잠재력을 감안하여 정책을 신중하게 수립하고 실행해야 함을 시사한다.

  • 우리는 국내 벤처/중소기업이 고품질 소프트웨어 개발을 지원하기 위해 한국형 테스트 성숙도 모델[1]을 개발하였다. 이를 기반으로 국내 중소기업 2곳을 선정하여 시범적용을 수행 하였다. 본 논문에서는 한국형 테스트 성숙도 모델 적용을 통해 조직의 테스트 수준을 진단하여, 개발 조직의 테스트 프로세스 개선할 수 있는 개선 가이드에 대한 연구이다.

  • This paper describes the method of evaluating the elastic modulus of soil medium by using the Circular Plate Loading Test. The elastic foundaton is considered to be the elastic half-space. The stiffness matrix of elastic half space is drived using Boussinesq's analytical soulution. A numerical examples are presented to verify the validity of this procedure. Also, the numerical results are compared with others by the existing study results. The procedure proposed in this theses can be applied to the design of paving concrete resting on the elastic foundation.

  • A suitable model for the estimation of the drug release from nanoparticles has been varied and problematic, especially for the release from lipid nanoparticles containing water-insoluble drugs, due to the difficult particle collection from the release medium. Dialysis membrane has been widely used for the release test from colloidal carrier systems. The amount of drug from the carriers in normal dialysis diffusion technique was very low typically. Antioxidant Effects of Berchemia berchemiaefolia in Nerve Pain Models

  • Berchemia berchemiaefolia (BB) are climbing plants or small to medium-sized trees that live in Africa, Asia and America. We performed the present study to investigate whether oral administration of Berchemia berchemiaefolia extract (BBE) protects SD rats from pain. The SD rat experimental groups were divided into four groups. Two of the animal model groups were fed on BBE (200 mg/kg or 100 mg/kg). We performed oral acute toxicity test to determine the optimal oral dose of BBE. To explore if BBE alleviated pain in the SD rat, we undertook the tail flick latency test and formalin test. Additionally, we conducted the anti-oxidative test. The findings of the present study suggest that Berchemia berchemiaefolia extract exhibits strong antioxidant and analgesic activities.

  • 베어링/실 시험설비 (BST)는 다양한 매체 (물, 액체질소, 액체산소)에서 액체로켓 엔진의 터보펌프를 위한 베어링과 실을 시험하기 위한 장비이다. 베어링 성능특성 시험은 베어링을 통과하는 냉각 유량과 축 방향 및 반경방향의 하중을 모사하여 시험이 수행된다. 실 시험의 목적은 실을 통과하는 누수량과 시간에 따른 누수량의 변화를 결정하기 위함이다.

Amberlite IRC-50에 의한 alkaloid의 미량검출법 (The microdetection of alkaloids with amberlite IRC-50)

  • Cation exchange resin particles amberlite IRC-50 were used as a medium for a identific test of alkaloids with dragendorff reagent. The procedures were as follows; A few particles of amberlite IRC-50 were added to the small portion of sample solutions on a spot plate or in a test tube. After 20 minutes-an hour, a drop of dragendorff reagent were added to particles of resin that were adsorbed. When alkaloid was present, the original color of the resin particles changed instantly to red or reddish orange depending on the amount and kind of alkaloid, while in the absence of alkaloid the original color of the resin particles changed light yellow. These methods were more sensitive than the ordinary spot test or paper spot test for alkaloid. The limits of identifications of nine alkaloids were tested by these methods and compared with the paper spot test method.
