화장품 품질, 소비자 선호, 조언 및 권유가 구매행동에 미치는 영향관계-지각된 행동통제의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact Relationship of Cosmetic Quality, Consumer's Preference, Advice & inducement on Purchasing Behavior-Focused on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Behavior Control)

  • 저자는 AMOS 구조방정식 모델링을 통해서, 독립변수인 화장품 관련 변수, 소비자 선호 변수, 조언 및 권유 변수와 종속변수인 구매행동 간의 영향관계에서 지각된 행동통제라는 변수의 매개효과를 검증 하고자 하였다. 잠재변수들 간의 영향관계에서 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 화장품품질 관련요인(CQ)들과 구매행동(PB) 간의 영향관계에서 지각된 행동통제(PBC)는 매개변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 저자는 화장품 품질이 좋고, 지각된 행정통제가 클수록 구매행동으로 이어질 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 맥락에서, 화장품 품질 개선에 힘쓰는 한편, 구매행동의 자율성이라고 할 수 있는 지각된 행동통제를 늘릴 수 있도록 하는 방안이 모색되어야 한다.

간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향: 전공만족도의 매개효과 (Academic Achievement of Nursing College Students according to Academic Self-efficacy: The Mediating Effect of Major Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of major satisfaction in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and academic achievement among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from 142 nursing students from March 5 to March 9, 2018, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. Results: Academic self-efficacy had a significant effect on both major satisfaction (${\beta}=.31$, p<.001), and academic achievement (${\beta}=.43$, p<.001). The parameter of major satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the dependent variable, academic achievement (${\beta}=.22$, p=.007), and the independent variable, academic self-efficacy, also had a significant effect on academic achievement (${\beta}=.39$, p<.001). Thus, major satisfaction was found to have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between academic self efficacy and academic achievement. The Sobel test showed that the path of the academic achievement and academic self efficacy variables was significantly mediated by major satisfaction (Z=2.99, p=.003). Conclusion: Academic self-efficacy was found to affect academic achievement, and major satisfaction was found to play a partial mediating role in the relationship between academic self efficacy and academic achievement.

여성 직장인의 직장 내 미묘한 성차별 경험과 괜찮은 일의 관계: 조직의 성차별 문화로 조절된 진로적응성의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Gender Microaggression and Decent Work of Women Employess: The mediation effet of career adaptability moderated by mediating effect of the organizational culture of gender prejudice on career adaptability)

  • 본 연구는 일의 심리학 이론을 기반으로 한국 여성 직장인의 직장 내 미묘한 성차별 경험과 괜찮은 일의 관계에서 개인내적 변인인 진로적응성과 맥락적 변인인 조직의 성차별 문화의 역할에 대해 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 한국 여성 직장인 219명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 수집한 자료를 바탕으로 직장 내 미묘한 성차별 경험과 괜찮은 일과의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과와 조직의 성차별 문화에 의해 조절된 진로적응성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. Mplus 7.0 프로그램을 활용한 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과, 직장 내 미묘한 성차별 경험과 괜찮은 일의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과는 나타나지 않았으나, 직장 내 미묘한 성차별 경험과 괜찮은 일의 관계에서 진로적응성의 매개효과는 조직의 성차별 문화에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 의의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

긍정심리자본이 평생학습 참여성과에 미치는 영향 : 학습에 대한 자기주도성의 매개효과 (The Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on Participation in Lifelong: Mediating effects of Self-directedness to learning)

  • 본 연구는 국내 평생학습기관 성인학습자를 대상으로 긍정심리자본이 평생학습 참여성과에 미치는 영향과 자기주도성의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 긍정심리자본을 독립변인으로, 평생학습 참여성과를 종속변인으로, 자기주도성을 매개변인으로 연구모형을 구성하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 긍정심리자본은 평생 학습 참여성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 긍정심리자본은 자기주도성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기주도성은 평생학습 참여성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기주도성은 긍정심리자본과 평생학습 참여성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여성과를 높이기 위해서는 학습자의 긍정적 심리와 자기주도성을 형성할 수 있도록 돕는 학습체제 지원과 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 긍정심리자본, 자기주도성이 중요 요인이라는 것을 나타낸다. 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 성인학습자의 긍정심리자본과 학습에 대한 자기주도성을 향상할 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 운영, 긍정심리자본의 평생학습조직에의 적용 등 평생학습 참여성과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다. 연구결과는 성인학습자의 학습을 비롯해 평생교육 발전에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

Relationship between Organizational Size and Performance in Public Management : Mediating Effect of Organizational Goal Ambiguity

  • This study is to corroborate the relationship between organizational size and performance in the Korean government context. Hence, this study aims to advance research on the relationship between organization size and performance by considering mediating variable: organizational goal ambiguity, which helps understand how organizational size affects organizational goal ambiguity in government and the organizational goal ambiguity has an influence on organizational performance. Bases on theoretical review, we assume that there is the inverted U-shaped relationship between the number of employees and budget size and organizational performance. From the results of path analysis, it shows that organizational size in the Korean government has a negative correlation, "a linear relationship", with organizational performance. Budget size has mediating variables, but the number of employees not. We try to suggest implications on the relationship between organizational size and performance in terms of theoretical perspectives in the context of the Korean government.

Emotional Leadership, Leader Legitimacy, and Work Engagement in Retail Distribution Industry

  • Purpose: The study examines how emotional leadership affects employee attitude towards work engagement. Leader legitimacy perception is chosen as the mediating variable to understand the effect of emotional leadership on employee work engagement. Research design, data and methodology: The research model is based on theory and empirical research findings in order to examine the mediating effect of leader legitimacy perception on the relationship between the manager's emotional leadership and employee work engagement. For this purpose, a survey was conducted among 188 employees of domestic retail distributors. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and survey data confirmed the construct, and the hypothesis was tested by using structural equation modeling (SEM). Results: a) Emotional leadership has positive influence on leader legitimacy; b) Leader legitimacy is positively related to work engagement; c) Leader legitimacy mediates a positive relationship between emotional leadership and work engagement. However, there is no direct effect on work engagement (of employees) from emotional leadership standpoint. Conclusion: Based on the empirical results, implications and future research directions are discussed.

The Effects of Depression on Mobile Phone Dependency Among Elementary School Students : Testing the Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and the Moderating Effect of Gender

  • The purpose of the present study was to test the impact of depression on mobile phone dependency among elementary school students, to test the mediating effect of self-esteem between depression and mobile phone dependency, and to draw out theoretical and practical implications in terms of preventing or reducing mobile phone dependency. Based on previous studies, a longitudinal research model between the aforementioned three variables has been identified. The present study analyzed the 4th, 5th, and 6th wave data from Korea Children and Youth Panel Study 2010 (KCYPS 2010). The major results were as follows. First, depression could have a significant negative effect on self-esteem. Second, self-esteem could have a significant negative effect on mobile phone dependency. Third, the influence of depression on mobile phone dependency was not significant. Fourth, gender could be a significant moderating variable between depression and self-esteem. Finally, a number of implications of these findings were also discussed.

The Mediating Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Professional Development in the Relationship Between Intrapersonal Intelligence and Teacher-Child Interactions

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the mediating effect of early childhood teachers' professional development in the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and teacher-child interactions. We conducted a cross-sectional study with 324 early childhood teachers working at kindergartens and child-care centers in South Korea. The empirical data using survey questionnaires were collected by administering the Adult Introspective Intelligence Scale, the Professional Development Scale for Early Childhood Teachers, and the Teacher-child Interactions Scale. SPSS and Hayes' PROCESS macro weres utilized. The results showed the statistically positive correlations between the major variable and the mediating effect of early childhood teachers' professional development in the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and teacher-child interactions.

Poor People and Poor Health: Examining the Mediating Effect of Unmet Healthcare Needs in Korea

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to estimate the mediating effect of subjective unmet healthcare needs on poor health. The mediating effect of unmet needs on health outcomes was estimated. Methods: Cross-sectional research method was used to analyze Korea Health Panel data from 2011 to 2015, investigating the mediating effect for each annual dataset and lagged dependent variables. Results: The magnitude of the effect of low income on poor health and the mediating effect of unmet needs were estimated using age, sex, education level, employment status, healthcare insurance status, disability, and chronic disease as control variables and self-rated health as the dependent variable. The mediating effect of unmet needs due to financial reasons was between 14.7% to 32.9% of the total marginal effect, and 7.2% to 18.7% in lagged model. Conclusions: The fixed-effect logit model demonstrated that the existence of unmet needs raised the likelihood of poor self-rated health. However, only a small proportion of the effects of low income on health was mediated by unmet needs, and the results varied annually. Further studies are necessary to search for ways to explain the varying results in the Korea Health Panel data, as well as to consider a time series analysis of the mediating effect. The results of this study present the clear implication that even though it is crucial to address the unmet needs, but it is not enough to tackle the income related health inequalities.

세대별 개인·직무차원 만족이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 - 직장(일자리) 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Study on the Effect of Individual and Job-Level Satisfaction by Generation on Turnover Intention : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Workplace Satisfaction)

  • 이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
