압축 센싱 기법을 이용한 MRI 위상 영상의 재구성 (Reconstruction of Magnetic Resonance Phase Images using the Compressed Sensing Technique)

  • Compressed sensing can be used to reduce scan time or to enhance spatial resolution in MRI. It is now recognized that compressed sensing works well in reconstructing magnitude images if the sampling mask and the sparsifying transform are well chosen. Phase images also play important roles in MRI particularly in chemical shift imaging and magnetic resonance electrical impedance tomography (MREIT). We reconstruct MRI phase images using the compressed sensing technique. Through computer simulation and real MRI experiments, we reconstructed phase images using the compressed sensing technique and we compared them with the ones reconstructed by conventional Fourier reconstruction technique. As compared to conventional Fourier reconstruction with the same number of phase encoding steps, compressed sensing shows better performance in terms of mean squared phase error and edge preservation. We expect compressed sensing can be used to reduce the scan time or to enhance spatial resolution of MREIT.

적응형 바이어스 기법과 DGS를 이용한 와이브로용 고효율 고선형 도허티 전력증폭기 설계 (Design of High Efficiency and Linearity Doherty Power Amplifier Using Adaptive Bias Technique and DGS for Wibro Applications)

  • In this paper, We play it for the purpose of study about the power amplifier which applied DGS and adaptive bias circuit structure to general Doherty amplifier for the efficiency of a RF power amplifier and a linearity improvement in the WiBro band. As for the IMD3, 3.4dBc was improved with -26.3dBc when we did the measurement result existing Doherty power amplifier and comparison of the Doherty power amplifier which applied an adaptive bias circuit and the DGS which proposed in this paper, and the mean power efficiency verified what was increased in 37%. Also, we were able to know PAE of 36.6% with output power 34.0dBm in P1dB when magnitude of an input signal was 25.6dBm. we did 6dB back off in output P1dB in order to confirm the ACPR which was a nonlinear characteristic and measured the ACPR. we showed the -34.55dBc which was a value of -34.5dBc or below in the 4.77MHz off-set that was a transmission standard. Therefore, we were able to know that we were satisfied with a spectrum mask standard.

A perceptual study of the three-way contrast in Korean stops with cross-spliced syllables

  • This paper examines the contribution of vocalic information (after the onset of voicing) to the perception of Korean alveolar stops: the aspirated /$t^{h}$/, the lenis /t/, and the fortis /$t^{*}$/. These stops have been analyzed as differing in VOT (Abramson & Lisker, 1964), the glottal width or aspiration (Kim, 1970), and F0 and intensity build-up (Han & Weitzman, 1970). These studies focused on the articulatory and acoustic qualities of the consonants and often assumed that the consonantal portion before the onset of voicing plays the main role in maintaining the three-way distinction. In contrast, the role of the following vowels was given less attention. In order to investigate the contribution of the following vowels, a perceptual study was conducted using stimuli cross-spliced from three naturally produced syllables [$t^{h}al$] 'mask', [tal] 'moon', and [$t^{*}al$]) 'daughter'. Stimuli were presented to 12 Korean listeners for identification. Each subject responded to a total of 486 tokens. The results show that vowels play the primary role when the cut occurs at the star of voicing. Even with cuts at 10 ms and 40 ms into voicing, the following vowel still plays a clear role. This suggests that vowels carry the important information for distinguishing the three stops.

조선시대 산대놀이 복식의 변모과정과 의복상징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transfiguration Process and the Symbols of Theatrical Costume of Sandai Masque During the Choson Dynasty)

  • The main purpose of this study is to discribe the transfiguration process and the symbols of theatrical costume of Sandai masque(산대놀이) during the Choson Dynasty. Sandai masque as a popular play is a very important form in the history of the Korean theatre. Furthermore in order to analyze the mutual relationship and difference between in the early and later Chosen Dynasty, Narye has is stressed deeply a national amusement event. In the early years of Choson Dynasty, non-official culture such as outside of Seoul and Seoul were subject to the official culture of the Court. In the late years, actors become more and more libral, separating themselves from the systemical restriction. The main reason for this is the growth of capitals in private sectors as well as the growth in demand for entertainment among private citizens. On these backgrounds, the transfiguration process of Sandai masque have changed the treatrical costume. The treatrical costume carries symbolic meaning to the obserber. The value of symbol changes as the time passes, overtime thereby altering its meaning as well. The caracters and plots change inevitably over years but the basic theme remains. The symbols of theatrical costume of Sandai masque are mainly focused on three subjects: first, the entrance of a dragon and tiger originated in the exorcism for good harvest; second, color symbolism expressed in the confrontation between red and black; and third, associate characteristics of dress forms related to regoinal classification of the mask dance.

실시간 편광부호화에 의한 광병렬 가산기 구현 (Implementation of Optical Paralle Adder using Polarization Coding)

  • 본 논문에서는 필터와 LCTV를 사용하여 광논리 게이트의 편광부호화를 제안하고, 올림수 지연시간을 개선하는 광병렬 가산기의 실시간 시스템을 제시한다. 셀의 편광부호화를 위하여 편광필터를 제작하고, 광병렬가산기 시스템에 필요한 광플립플롭 대신에 사용할 전기적인 시스템을 제작했다. 또, 광병렬가산기 시스템에 디코딩마스트 역할과 상호연결 역할을 동시에 할 수 있도록 광섬유를 사용했다. 실험결과에 의해 셀의 편광 부호화는 16가지 광논리함수를 표현할 수 있고, 광병렬 가산기는 실시간에 동작할 수 있음을 보였다.

Role of gas flow rate during etching of hard-mask layer to extreme ultra-violet resist in dual-frequency capacitively coupled plasmas

  • In the nano-scale Si processing, patterning processes based on multilevel resist structures becoming more critical due to continuously decreasing resist thickness and feature size. In particular, highly selective etching of the first dielectric layer with resist patterns are great importance. In this work, process window for the infinitely high etch selectivity of silicon oxynitride (SiON) layers and silicon nitride (Si3N4) with EUV resist was investigated during etching of SiON/EUV resist and Si3N4/EUV resist in a CH2F2/N2/Ar dual-frequency superimposed capacitive coupled plasma (DFS-CCP) by varying the process parameters, such as the CH2F2 and N2 flow ratio and low-frequency source power (PLF). It was found that the CH2F2/N2 flow ratio was found to play a critical role in determining the process window for ultra high etch selectivity, due to the differences in change of the degree of polymerization on SiON, Si3N4, and EUV resist. Control of N2 flow ratio gave the possibility of obtaining the ultra high etch selectivity by keeping the steady-state hydrofluorocarbon layer thickness thin on the SiON and Si3N4 surface due to effective formation of HCN etch by-products and, in turn, in continuous SiON and Si3N4 etching, while the hydrofluorocarbon layer is deposited on the EUV resist surface.

마이크로 칩 전기영동에 응용하기 위한 다결정 실리콘 층이 형성된 마이크로 채널의 MEMS 가공 제작 (MEMS Fabrication of Microchannel with Poly-Si Layer for Application to Microchip Electrophoresis)

  • 본 연구에서는 유리(glass)와 석영(quartz)을 재질로 사용하여 MEMS(micro-electro mechanical systems) 공정을 통해 전기영동(electrophoresis)을 위한 microchip을 제작하였다. UV 광이 실리콘(silicon)을 투과하지 못하는 점에 착안하여, 다결정 실리콘(polycrystalline Si, poly-Si) 층을 채널 이외의 부분에 증착시킨 광 차단판(optical slit)에 의해 채널에만 집중된 UV 광의 신호/잡음비(signal-to-noise ratio: S/N ratio)를 크게 향상시켰다. Glass chip에서는 증착된 poly-Si 층이 식각 마스크(etch mask)의 역할을 하는 동시에 접합표면을 적절히 형성하여 양극 접합(anodic bonding)을 가능케 하 였다. Quartz 웨이퍼에 비해 불순물을 많이 포함하는 glass 웨이퍼에서는 표면이 거친 채널 내부를 형성하게 되어 시료용액의 미세한 흐름에 영향을 미치게 된다. 이에 따라, HF와 $NH_4F$ 용액에 의한 혼합 식각액(etchant)을 도입하여 표면 거칠기를 감소시켰다. 두 종류의 재질로 제작된 채널의 형태와 크기를 관찰하였고, microchip electrophoresis에 적용한 결과, quartz과 glass chip의 전기삼투 흐름속도(electroosmotic flow velocity)가 0.5와 0.36 mm/s로 측정되었다. Poly-Si 층에 의한 광 차단판의 존재에 의해, peak의 S/N ratio는 quartz chip이 약 2배 수준, glass chip이 약 3배 수준으로 향상되었고, UV 최대흡광 감도는 각각 약 1.6배 및 1.7배 정도 증가하였다.

TV 법정 프로그램에 나타난 법 이미지와 현실구성: <실화극장-죄와 벌>을 중심으로 (Images of Law and Reality in TV Legal Series: Focusing on )

  • 이 논문은 법을 소재로 한 TV 프로그램이 구성하는 현실과 법이미지에 대한 분석 연구이다. 법체계를 구성하는 법문화나 법규범은 배타적이고 폐쇄적인 특성 때문에 일반인들이 접근하기에 쉽지 않다. 그러나 이러한 법적인 내용이 미디어를 통해 방송 언어로 재현될 때는, 정보 제공 기능과 오락 기능은 물론 현실을 구성하고 교육하는 역할까지 수행하는 경우가 많다. 실제 일어났던 사건을 재연의 형식으로 되돌아보는 <실화극장-죄와 벌>도 그러한 사례 중의 하나이다. 이 리얼리티 프로그램은 현실의 사건을 재현하여 수용자들에게 오락과 정보를 제공하고, 드라마와 다큐멘터리의 기법을 혼합하여 법체계 및 법적 쟁점들에 대한 의미를 구성한다. 이때 미디어를 통해 재현되는 법은 현실적인 사회구조에 대한 인식과 연관되어 의미를 구성한다. <실화극장-죄와 벌>의 경우, 법의 권위를 강화한다는 소위 'CSI 효과'보다는 대립 구조로 사회를 파악하고 개인과 법의 관계를 고민하게 만드는 의미가 더 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 결국 TV 법정 프로그램은 법체계를 교육하는 상징체계의 역할뿐 아니라 현실의 법과 사회구조와 가치에 대한 의미를 구성하는 기구 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다.

  • Performance art is an integrated genre of different art areas, and make-up is a visual art area to give lively effects to the performance art, which makes actors and actresses changed into the characters of plays. It can be said to be a kind of deliverer of idea to help effectively understand the contents of the performance. When we are in the world abundant in various cultures and innumerable styles of expression of different countries, we should rediscover the value of the beauty of our traditional masks that have represented the emotion and thought of Han nation, which we can find in play culture of our ancestors that has kept our ancestors' value system. That's the way we can get continuous life force and competitive power of our traditional culture. The Korean traditional masks haven't only been for the prevention of bad luck and the prayer of fortune, but also well expressed Korean people's looks, features and personalities according to the roles. They are excellent artistic works in themselves, and many studies have been performed on the analyses and uses of the features of the masks in various fields due to their good expression of different cultural aspects, while the studies in the light of make-up are rarely performed. Therefore, this article aims to analyze the features of the Korean traditional masks and, by using this analysis, to present effective make-up designs in outdoor performances through a stage performance. In addition, this article also tries to present the orientation of make-up as an expression of artistic image, and to expand the expression area of make-up by using the Korean traditional masks in the light of make-up. For this purpose, I examined the related literature and the precedent study materials to find the origin and kinds of the Korean traditional masks, and analyzed the features of the masks. Furthermore, I established the make-up design plan using the material features of the Korean traditional masks by analyzing the characters in actual performance works, and presented the photos of works actually performed.

농약방제복 착용실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wearing Condition and Satisfaction of Pesticide Protective Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp inconveniences and improvements by examining wearing condition and satisfaction of protective clothing targeting 114 Korean farmers and to suggest basic data for enhancement of pattern and wearing satisfaction of protective clothing by understanding problems of pesticide-proof clothing through comparative analysis on the size of its commercial products. Most of male subjects were in charge of spraying pesticide, whereas female were most likely to play an assistant role to hold the hose of pesticide applicator. Both of female and male subjects were very aware of the harmful effect of pesticide on human body and tried to take off the clothes immediately after spraying it to reduce possible damage caused by pesticide. As a result of examining wearing condition, the farmers avoided wearing protective clothing because that it feels hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable to move. This hesitant response of wearing the clothing was not shown significantly in case of female subjects who play an assistant role for spraying. Although the farmers wore protective equipments such as mask or gloves in a proper way as compared to protective clothing, they seemed to choose alternative way rather than best way to block pesticide completely. The satisfaction regarding to the fitting of protective clothing which the subjects showed low in all items of upper-lower clothes except waistline. It is necessary to improve the functionality such as relief from heat stress and convenience for movement rather than design or economic in protective clothing development. As a result of comparing the size of five kinds of commercial protective clothing, the farmers got confused to choose the product since designation method of size across companies showed a significant difference in an identical clothing size. In addition, the sizing system developed on a basis of a well-built man has become a hindering factor in wearing satisfaction of female farmers.
