This study aims to analyze the acceptance factors for expanding the adoption of AI by SMEs and draw practical and policy implications. To this, we conducted an empirical analysis of AI acceptance factors among 315 SMEs in various industries such as manufacturing, service, and information and communication sectors located in Korea. Based on the UTAUT, we examined the influence of decision-making reliability, perceived awareness, policy support, education and training, perceived cost, perceived risk, and system complexity, and found that decision-making reliability positively affects performance expectancy and social influence, perceived awareness positively affects performance expectancy and effort expectancy, policy support positively affects social influence and facilitating conditions, and education and training positively affects effort expectancy and facilitating conditions. Perceived cost had a negative effect on social influence and facilitating conditions, and perceived risk had a negative effect on performance expectancy and social influence. System complexity had a negative effect on effort expectancy but no effect on facilitating conditions. These results are expected to be widely utilized as basic research for the diffusion of AI in industry and provide practical and policy implications for promoting the adoption of AI in SMEs.
This study identifies influence factors for Korean railway export and analyzes the importance and competitiveness of the factors. This study also suggests policy directions for each factor and analyzes the current situation of the Korean railway industry. All influence factors identified in this study turned out to have high levels of importance. Influence factors with higher importance levels for each field are as follows: man-power/experience and skill/technology in the engineering field; price, information and man-power/experience in the construction field; and information, technology, and price in the manufacturing field. However, the level of competitiveness of the factors turned out to be low. This study also suggested policy directions for each influence factor: overall, they turned out to have high levels of importance. Policy directions with high importance for each field are as follows: strengthening overseas' human network, training/educating experts for overseas projects, and accumulating experiences through Official Development Assistance projects in the fields of engineering and construction; and cost reduction and strategical cooperation with foreign companies in the manufacturing field. However, interviewees' satisfaction levels for each policy area turned out to be low. Finally, policy measures for Korean railway export for each influence factor were suggested.
A study survey about the rice cake producers completing the food hygiene education in Korea was investigated by characteristics of the rice cake business. The difference between their online and offline awareness of food hygiene education were compared. The average age of rice cake producers is 50 (40.1%), with a high school education (52.6%), 10-20 years of service (34.3%) showed the highest percentage. In relation to sales and work area, workshop personnel are engaged in two (79.5%), An area of less than $99.17m^2$ (92.0%), rent (60.2%) with most paying a monthly rental amount of less than 1 million won (54.8%). There were 228 accident cases in three years (an annual average of 2.4%), manufacturing, Processing the item number was less than 20 types of analysis (86.7%). Case of food hygiene education graduates are women, the lower the age, the higher the education level, was preferred online. Online education was chosen because of 'time, economic, convenience'(73.7%). Online graduates have recognized that health education is more conducive to business. There was no significant difference between the sales online and offline graduates. For hygienic management response was that online graduates are well above the 7.4% offline graduates. Online and offline graduates 60.7% appeared to be more satisfied than the previous training institutions.

The occupational health nursing guideline for primary care was developed by the Korean Academic Society of occupational health nursing and the organization for occupational health nurses (currently known as the Korean Association of Occupational Health Nurses) in 1993. Since then, there have been many changes in the health care environment and job performance of occupational health nurses. Appropriate revisions are necessary of the guidelinea based on this background. The purpose of this study was to describe the use of the occupational health nursing guideline for primary care and to analyze the characteristics of primary care activities by occupational health nurses. The questionnaire was mailed to 150 occupational health nurses(OHNs) with the response rate of 64%. The results can be summarized as follows; 1. 65.6% of OHNs have been using the guideline for primary care and 75.9% of them agreed that the guideline was be helpful for their job. 2. Common symptom care, emergency care and chronic illness care were more frequently implemented than occupational disease care by OHNs. In manufacturing industries, emergency care was more frequently implemented than chronic illness care in contrast to the service industries. 3. Most frequent common symptoms treated by OHNs were indigestion, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, and coughing. In the case of chronic illness, OHNs more frequently treated diseases of the gastro-intestinal system, skin and sensory organs, and the respiratory system. Emergency care for bruises, burn, and abrasions was more frequently provided. VDT syndrome was the most common occupational disease cared by OHNs in manufacturing and service industries. 4. OHNs prescribed the medicine for external application more frequently than internal medicine. Remedy for colds, analgesics, vitamins, and digestives were more frequently used. From these results, we suggest that the guideline should be revised to emphasize the activities consisting problem finding such as health assessment, physical examinations, monitoring and screening, and to renew the drug list in the range of over- the counter medication (OTC). In the future, the guideline will include the strategies for the role as the case manager.

So construction companies & government will be contribute to strengthen their phase & to achieve more higher level of construction working culture for elevate competitive power. We have to prepare the basis to turn to the qualitative construction businesses by break away from only the amount of work volume in company with the system of workers' self-conceit on the ground of professional education/training, qualification system, social insurance benefits, working condition improvement, stable job. Our nations does not feel well-being senses, only 25 class level in the 30 countries of OECD. We draw the questions at issue with slough off old customs in order to qualitative improvement for profession & self-contentment of construction workers, and present the useful plan to contribute to international competitiveness with our construction firms in the globalize construction field under Government's & company's policy.
The main purpose of this study was to find out the actual status of safety and heal th education activities in the manufacturing industries through survey of 136 plants in Seoul City and Gyunggi- Province Area which employ nurses being charged in the safety and health care services to the employees. A questionaire was mailed to the employees on the Mar. 2, 1987. Total 634 responds from 87 industries were collected by Apr. 20, 1987. Among the total, 618 responds from 80 industries were included in the analysis. The major findings obtainded from this study are summarized as follows; 1. Safety and health education activities in each industry: 1) The $67.6\%$ of safety directors surveyed were performing the education to the employees. And in case of medical directors, it was $18.8\%$ of them. 2) Periodically, annual safety' and health education programs were being drawn up in the $65.0\%$ of the industries (52 companies). And the $60.6\%$ of the planners were safety directors of safety staffs in charge. 3) It was only $27.5\%$ of the companies surveyed in which the safety and health education were performed more than an hour every month. In the $22.5\%$ of the companies, neither safety programs nor health education activities were performed. 4) In the $47.5\%$ of them, safety and health educations were performed in cooperation with related agencies such as health center. 2. The rate of employees participated in safety and health educations; 1) The received rates by subjects of the educations when labors were newly employed to their companies were as follows; education regarding danger and profer handling method of machinery and appliances: $64.2\%$, education regarding noxiousness and handling method of raw materials: $42.2\%$, etc. 2) The $63.6\%$ of the labors received educations on safety and health when they changed their work places. 3) The $74.8\%$ of the labors received specific safety and health educations. 4) The general safety and health educations were received by the $47.2\%$ of management and clerical personnel and $50.0\%$ of labors pre and post physical examination. 3. The main reasons of inactive performance of the educations were as follows; lack of knowledge and inexperience of the occupational safety and health staffs, lack of cooperations between themselves and low need of workers for safety and health education, etc. 4. The preferable subjects of educations for workers; (1) pre and post education of physical examination, (2) education regarding the prevention of accidents. (3) general health care, sex education and family planning, etc. As a result of this study, we can conclude that the safety and health education work in industries as the subject of this study is on the incipient stage. Appropriate measures are to be taken for the activation of safety and health education work such as; continuous public relations, financial and technical supports of the government, training of professional/occupational safety and health staffs, efforts of workers to receive the education and collaborations of the employers.
In the situation where expectations for the growth potential of the domestic offshore wind market are increasing due to the bright growth prospect of the global offshore wind market and the motivated plan of the Korean government, domestic and foreign literature on the direction of offshore wind power generation are examined for the successful development of domestic offshore wind power, the introduction of offshore wind power is diagnosed, and improvement plans are presented for the wind power-related system being promoted by the government. In addition, practical support measures are suggested to foster related SMEs. The results of the study are as follows. First, as technology development is mainly focused on large corporations, the development capacity of small and medium manufacturing industry is very low. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and operate a core center led by government agencies to provide technical support with the initiative of national research institutes and large corporations, and universities and national research institutes should strengthen the independence of small and medium-sized enterprises through training and research and development of professional manpower. Second, as a result of the survey on the practical support plan of the company, it was found that there is a need for various support for technology development and commercialization of produced parts.
At the department of prosthodontics, the elderly patients with severely atrophied alveolar ridge who have been wearing complete dentures for a long period frequently visit the clinic. In general, the open-mouth impression technique for manufacturing a mandibular complete denture to secure primary support on buccal shelf area has been prevalent. In addition, for securing retention and stability of mandibular denture, we should consider diagnosis, oral function, denture border, occlusal plane, teeth arrangement, and patient training, etc.. But in edentulous patients with severe alveolar bone atrophy, it may hardly secure retention and stability of mandibular complete denture. To promote these, some of clinicians are making an attempt manufacturing the mandibular complete dentures using closed-mouth impression technique based on several reports that compare various impression techniques including open-mouth and closed-mouth impression technique. This case report suggests closed-mouth impression technique may promote retention and stability of mandibular complete denture and compares between the two impression techniques clinically.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect to financial outcome and workers' outcome, using the manufacturing industry database of Human Capital corporate Panel from Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Especially, this study used the typology of Lean production and Autonomous team production, that are the typical form of alternative work organization, to analyze. In the case of domestic manufacturing industry, individual participation practices, that have the main characteristics such as QC or suggestion system, is expanded. Therefore, with the reference of Lean production, Autonomous Team Production and the Taylor system are compared and analyzed, considering the characteristics of Socio-technical System. As a result, it is showed that the Lean production and Autonomous Team Production as a alternative work organization are more positive about the organizational performance and workers' outcome than the taylor system. However, when Lean production and Autonomous Team Production are compared, it is showed unsignificant distinction to the effect of organizational performance. Meanwhile, Lean production showed more negative effect on the every dependent variables such as working hours, income, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment as workers' performance than the Autonomous Team Production. Although the common ideas and belief is that the Lean Production is superior for the quality and organizational performance improvement, it is implied the possibility that there is some damaged workers' performance on the hidden side of that mechanism.
